The health crisis caused by the COVID pandemic-19 has had a profound impact on all areas of human life, and especially in education, with consequences that in many cases can be irreversible, specific in terms of social justice and equity, since the current situation seems to have exacerbated educational inequalities. These inequalities are reflected in the lack of equal opportunities for access, teaching and results, in many cases, as a result of the digital divide that became evident when moving from face-to-face education to a virtual modality. That is why this theoretical and descriptive work conducts a review of literature about social justice in education in Spain with projection towards an immediate post-pandemic future. The analysis of the revised work shows that there are still many outstanding challenges that the Spanish education system faces, but perhaps the most important is to correct or alleviate at least the inequality of educational opportunities, bearing in mind that the digital divide is only another side - the most visible - of inequality. Resumen La crisis sanitaria ocasionada por la pandemia de COVID-19 ha impactado profundamente en todos los ámbitos de la vida humana, y muy especialmente en el educativo, con consecuencias que en muchos casos pueden ser irreversibles, especialmente en términos de justicia social y equidad, ya que la situación actual parece haber exacerbado las desigualdades educativas. Esas desigualdades quedan reflejadas en la falta de igualdad de oportunidades de acceso, enseñanza y resultados, en muchos casos, como producto de la brecha digital que se hizo evidente al pasar de una educación presencial a una modalidad virtual. Es por ello que en este trabajo de tipo teórico y descriptivo se realiza una revisión de la literatura sobre el tema de la justicia social en la educación en España con proyección hacia un futuro inmediato de post pandemia. El análisis de los trabajos revisados pone evidencia que quedan aun muchos retos y desafíos pendientes que el sistema educativo español debe afrontar, pero tal vez el más importante es corregir o paliar al menos, la desigualdad de oportunidades educativas, teniendo en cuenta que la brecha digital no es más que otra cara -la más visible- de la desigualdad.

On 16 March 2020, as a result of the unprecedented global health crisis linked to the emergence of a new form of coronavirus (COVID-19), the 74 universities of France closed their doors, forcing nearly 1.6 million students, as well as their teachers, to find solutions and initiatives that could ensure continuity in teaching. In the reliance on videoconferencing tools, chat, the sharing of documents/tutorials/videos/podcasts, and the use of social networks, many ideas have emerged, but no consensus has developed nor has a common way of doing things been adopted by a majority of teachers. Some software tools, such as Zoom, have also been questioned over data security issues or excessive intrusion into the student learning process. Nevertheless, in these uncertain times, much had to be done so that students can acquire the requisite knowledge, develop skills, and build on what they have learned. How can we ensure that the learning process is as smooth as possible for everyone involved? How can we evaluate knowledge and skills learned at a distance, and their relevance? Four groups of electronic and electrical engineering students in France were monitored during the containment period in order to provide answers to these questions. Lectures, tutorials, practical work, and projects were carried out using the Microsoft Teams and Zoom video conferencing and chat tools to complement activities made available through the digital work environment. In order to ensure equity among all students, especially in view of the digital divide, open access tools/software/applications have been promoted. In the various surveys completed, the engineering students asserted their complete satisfaction with the learning process, the use of distance tools, and the level of mastery of these tools by their teachers. The results of the various knowledge tests show that, for the same course, distance learning does not reduce the performance of the engineering students. Indeed, they obtained local grades similar to those expected in face-to-face teaching. The results presented in this article are not intended to highlight the virtues of distance education, but rather to open up a debate and reflect more widely on the sustainability of this transformation of education in universities.

Abstract INTRODUCTION Controversy exists as to whether telephone clinics are appropriate in neurosurgical-oncology. The COVID-19 pandemic forced neuro-oncology services worldwide to re-design and at the University Hospitals Birmingham UK, telephone clinics were quickly implemented in select patients to limit numbers of patients attending hospital. It was important to determine how these changes were perceived by patients. METHODS A 20-question patient satisfaction questionnaire was distributed to patients who attended neuro-oncology clinic in person (“face-to-face”), or via the telephone. Fisher’s exact test was used to determine significance, which was set at p< 0.05. RESULTS Eighty questionnaires were distributed between June 2020 and August 2020. Overall, 50% (n=40) of patients returned the questionnaire, 50% (n=23) of face-to-face and 50% (n=17) telephone patients. Of those who received telephone consultations, 88% (n=15) felt the consultation was convenient, 88% (n=15) were satisfied with their consultation and 18% (n=3) felt they would have preferred to have a face-to-face appointment. Of those who attended clinic in person, 96% (n=22) felt their consultation was convenient, 100% (n=23) were satisfied with their consultation and 13% (n=3) would have preferred a telephone consultation. Within the face-to-face clinic attendees, only 13% (n=3) were concerned regarding the COVID risk associated with attending hospital. There was no significant difference in patient convenience or satisfaction (p=0.565 and p=0.174 respectively) between face-to-face and telephone clinics. There was no significant difference in whether patients would’ve preferred the alternative method of consultation (p > 0.999). CONCLUSION Our study suggests that careful patient selection for neuro-oncology telephone clinic is not inferior to face-to-face clinic. Telephone clinic during COVID-19 pandemic proved to be convenient, safe and effective. This global health crisis has transformed telephone neuro-oncology consultations from an experimental innovation into established practice and should be continued beyond the pandemic in select cases.

Background: COVID-19, a global health crisis of the 21st century, has threatened possibly every aspect of human life. Since the pandemic is not yet over, this study was carried out among undergraduate students of a medical institute in Nepal to assess and boost their KAP status on the disease. Material and methods: It was an online cross-sectional census survey performed among consenting undergraduate healthcare students of BPKIHS. A self-made and validated questionnaire assessing KAP on COVID-19 was prepared in Google form and distributed online among target students. The study population was 745. Both descriptive and inferential analysis of the data was performed. Student’s T-Test and one-way ANOVA were applied for which level of statistical significance was kept at p<0.05. Results: Ninety-six students participated in a pilot-study (Cronbach α= 0.792). The response rate was 76.27%. Most participants (76.76%) were from Nepal.  The male/female ratio was 0.76. Most (59.2%) had not participated in such studies before. For 93.54%, the source of information was the internet. Assessed by questionnaire, right Knowledge (n=16) was 85.06% ± 8.81%; right Attitude (n=6) was 65.00% ± 16.16 and right Practice (n=6) was 82.88%± 8.50%. Male were more knowledgeable about the disease (p=0.011). However, females secured higher in practical aspects (p=0.000). Indian students possessed better knowledge (p=0.005) and a better attitude (p=0.033). MBBS students had better knowledge (p=0.000), but Nursing students secured higher in Practice (p=0.012). Attitude is better in the earlier years (p=0.045). Conclusion: We assessed KAP related to COVID-19 via score among healthcare undergraduate students. Different co-factors do impact students’ overall KAP status.

The post-COVID-19 new normal will arise as a game-changer in the policy-making of the world states. Accordingly, this article highlights the post-pandemic Bangladesh that should integrate biology affirmatively in the policy development procedures to reshape the new normal challenges as opportunities. The grounded theory method is adopted as a quantitative analysis tool relying on the secondary sources of data to portray the significance of biopolitics as political rationality in new norm Bangladesh. The researcher has used the neo-realism approach to develop the ‘Biopolitical Rationale Theory’, which uncovers how evolving neo-realist security demands the prioritization of biopolitics in every sphere of decision making for governing the post-pandemic new standard of existence. The 2020 corona outbreak proved that human life and the environment are the ultimate means of survival rather than the traditional security arrangements and extreme economic growth which are inhumane (rationality of death and militarization), unhygienic, and destructive to the environment (exploitation of nature is profitable). The article recommends some alternative new normal policies such as non-discriminative health policy, bordering in line with International Health Regulations (IHR), digitalization with better cybersecurity, virtualization of the tourist industry (application of Extended Reality), application of Career Resilience (CR), and Strategic Flexibility Analysis tools in the re-employment and career development, greening the economy, special arrangements for emergency health crisis and undertaking actions considering the environment as a remedy rather than a crisis. The review research concludes that the inclusion of biopolitics in the Bangladesh governance system can redesign the challenges of new normal as new opportunities. But the reshaping of such a new reality will itself prevail as a considerable challenge for Bangladesh.

The growth of technological Progress make the change of pattern in  the socialize human life, and it can conduct the economic activity in the local scale, regional and also global. In the individual assocciation by using internet technology will take the relation pattern between individual which it is unlike what that happened in the real world. By the existence of internet, contractual terms between subject of law and each other without meeting (face to face), even it is enabled for subject of law not to recognizing each other. During the people conducting activity in the illusory world, especially in the private law, like commerce, agreement and also banking activity, it is enabled to take a problems such as performed in the conventional private relationship. If the consumer internet in the private activity feel their private rights are impinged and they are wish to claim their rights, so there is civil conflict.  The relationship between the individual in the transaction using internet not yet arrange peculiarly in law and regulation. "In the context in which the teaching, learning, and assessment processes take place in the online environment, the question arises whether the currently organized learning situations are as effective as the learning situations carried out in the classroom, before the beginning of the pandemic. One of the disadvantages of online learning is related to the teacher’s low control over students’ activity. Factors such as initiative, creativity, efficient time management, intrinsic motivation, responsibility, and intellectual curiosity play an important role in students’ success in learning activities. Attendance at courses should not be formal and superficial and should be a process that involves the active and interactive participation of the students in the learning process. Providing high-quality educational opportunities to all students is a goal that is increasingly difficult to achieve in the context of the absence of face-to-face interactions. Also, applying a curriculum focused on the needs of the learner is becoming hard to achieve. Through this research, we aim to investigate issues related to how online learning takes place and to establish ways in which we can increase the efficiency of current teaching and learning processes. The study revealed that in the opinion of most of the students, the current epidemiological context has influenced in a negative way the quality of teaching and the student-teacher educational relationship. A pesar de haberse expandido las oportunidades educativas en el Perú andino durante las dos últimas décadas, la educación rural aún presenta problemas crónicos como una inadecuada inclusión de la niña y la joven en el sistema educativo. El mercado laboral tampoco les ofrece un panorama esperanzador luego de culminar la escuela, si tienen la posibilidad de hacerlo. Este artículo analiza los factores socio-económicos y educativos que impactan la permanencia o fracaso escolar de la joven andina en el Perú rural. Se señalan tres temas emergentes en el análisis y reflexión de esta realidad: brechas de género en el contexto educativo, pobreza y ruralidad así como políticas sensibles al género. Se concluye con sugerencias concretas para la toma de acciones inmediatas que tengan en cuenta la inclusión de todas las voces en la sociedad.<br /><br />Despite the fact that Andean Peru has expanded educational opportunities during the last two decades, rural education still presents serious problems as an inappropriate inclusion of girls and young women into the system of education. Moreover, the labor market does not offer to them an encouraging panorama after graduating from school, even if they have the chance to do so. This article analyzes the educational and socioeconomic factors that strike the permanence or school failure of young women´s in Peruvian rural. Three emerging topics are analyzed and considered on this context: gender gaps in the educational context, poverty and rurality, and gender-sensitive policies. The article draws some conclusions providing concrete recommendations for an urgent action-taking for the inclusion of all the voices in the society.

At the end of 2019, the whole world and Indonesia were shocked by the emergence of the new coronavirus disease 2019. It has been more than a year since this disaster struck. The number of victims around the world has reached more than one hundred million with the death toll of more than two million people. Various efforts have been made to prevent the spread of this virus, one of which is social restrictions so that it has an impact in various areas of human life. One of the impacts is the missionary service which usually carries out social and face-to-face interactions. By using qualitative research methods with a literature review approach, observation, and interviews and then describing, this study will provide answers and solutions for mission service strategies during the Covid19 pandemic. The results of this study found answers to mission services online or online. By utilizing internet networks and social media, the gospel can still be preached despite social restrictions. Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Tiktok are some social media applications that can be used for mission services during the Covid-19 pandemic, through these applications this news can be presented in the form of writing, audio, and video which are shared via social media. This strategy, with its strengths and weaknesses, provides a great opportunity to continue working on the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Technology has significantly brought changes in all aspects of human life, thechanges that occur require everyone to change from old habits to new habits thatare not used to be done. Changes in general in face-to-face classes began to shift tovirtual classes. Even the elements of education have undergone many changes bothparents, students and teachers. They experience new teaching patterns and ways ofteaching. Learning places are transformed and can be done at home, public places,and so on. Time and place are no longer a barrier to teaching and learning activitiesbecause they can be done online. Online learning is carried out by utilizing existingtechnology through media that uses the internet to carry out teaching and learningprocesses such as cellphones and laptops. This media will support the teaching andlearning process through available applications such as whatsApp, googleclassroom and so on. Learning brings many challenges and obstacles faced byparents in particular. Of course this is a challenge in itself for parents in monitoringchildren's learning activities, especially in the application of technology as alearning medium for children.

Zakat is part of Islamic teachings that cover various aspects of human life. The main economic problems related to poverty are the biggest problems in a country's economy. Zakat is able to solve this problem by optimizing all potential in collecting zakat funds. Zakat is believed to be able to contribute greatly in promoting social justice, human development, and alleviating poverty. Therefore, zakat should be managed professionally and productively so that the role and contribution in prospering the community can be achieved. In addition, awareness of Muslims is also needed in efforts to develop the welfare of the people and is also a social responsibility in the welfare of the people who are still in the poverty line.
