Giving stimulus from educators in the form of giving appreciation and punishment will greatly affect the way of thinking and behavior of students in achieving the goals of character education that have been set. This study aims to describe the implementation of reward and punishment in shaping the character of students' discipline. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this study indicate: (1) The implementation of rewards in shaping the discipline character of students is done by giving rewards in the form of praise and giving appreciation in the form of gifts. (2) The implementation of punishment in shaping the disciplinary character of students is carried out by giving gradual warnings, giving spontaneous warnings and written warning letters. (3) Evaluation of the implementation of rewards and punishments in shaping the character of students' discipline is using process evaluation, which is an assessment carried out during the learning process by observing the attitudes of students everyday when they are in the madrasa environment.. Keywords: Reward; Punishment; Discipline; Learners Pemberian stimulus dari pendidik berupa pemberian apresiasi dan hukuman akan sangat mempengaruhi cara berpikir dan tingkah laku peserta didik dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan karakter yang sudah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi reward dan punishment dalam membentuk karakter disiplin peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi tehnik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Implementasi reward dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik dilakukan dengan memberikan reward dalam bentuk pujian serta memberikan apresiasi dalam bentuk hadiah. (2) Implementasi punishment dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik dilakukan dengan cara memberi peringatan secara bertahap, memberi teguran spontan dan surat peringatan tertulis. (3) Evaluasi implementasi reward dan punishment dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik adalah menggunakan evaluasi proses, yaitu penilaian yang dilakukan di saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung dengan mengamati dari sikap peserta didik sehari-hari ketika berada di lingkungan madrasah. This research explains the internalization of multicultural values ​​in the learning process of PAI at Senior high school Darut Taqwa Sengonagung Purwosari Pasuruan. This Research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. The data collection was through by unstructured and opened interview techniques, unattended and opened observation, and documentation techniques. For analysis and interpretation of data using steps: a). Reduction data, b). Displaying data, and c). Conclusion drawing / verification. The results of the research shows that the internalization of multicultural values ​​in the learning process of PAI through two ways, namely through the material and using methods that reflect multicultural values.

Interpersonal communication theory that discusses the stages of interpersonal relationships, factors that influence interpersonal relationships. The purpose of interpersonal communication is to create motivation. This motivation is the ability of a coach in building the motivation of the players at Conan Futsal Academy. By using interpersonal communication, coaches use personal assistance to build players so they can help in training. The methodology in this study uses qualitative case study methods. Data collection obtained by interview, observation and literature study.Kreativitas adalah kemampuan seseorang untuk menghasilkan komposisi baru atau gagasan apa saja yang menjadi dasarnya baru dan sebelumnya tidak dikenal oleh pembuatnya. Kreativitas adalah kemampuan berpikir untuk meraih hasil yang variatif dan baru serta memungkinkan untuk diaplikasikan baik dalam bidang keilmuan, keolahragaan, kesusastraan maupun bidang kehidupan yang lain dapat berkaitan dengan kreativitas. Pengembangan kreativitas proses untuk mengembangkan kemampuan untuk mengkombinasikan daya kreatif dengan pengalaman, wawasan, maupun hubungan dengan lingkungan menjadi lebih baik. Teori komunikasi interpersonal mencakup tahapan hubungan interpersonal, faktor yang mempengaruhi hubungan interpersonal. Tujuan komunikasi interpersonal tersebut untuk menciptakan motivasi. Motivasi ini merupakan kemampuan dari seorang pelatih dalam membangun motivasi para pemain yang ada di Conan Futsal Academy. Dengan menggunakan komunikasi interpersonal pelatih menggunakan pendekatan secara personal untuk membangun motivasi pemain agar dapat semangat dalam berlatih. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data yang didapat yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi kepustakaan.

This study aims to determine the theoretical and practical application of murabahah about how the application by the Muamalat Bank branches of Darmo Surabaya.Methods of research of This study used a qualitative approach with the case study methods and descriptive analyzes. Then the researchers took the data in PT Bank Muamalat with some informants to be interviewed in depth, observed, and the data validated by triangulation methode.These results indicate that the implementation of the bank Muamalat Murabahahdarmo Surabaya branch office in according with the contained in the fatwa of murabahah which stated selling price to the buyer, then the flow of murabahah transaction can not be implemented in accordance with the provisions contained in fatwa because the field of business in Indonesia is still limited, it is not appropriate , next is the method in recognizing income / margin in the murabahah using the annuity method so that implementation of Muamalat bank financing is suitable with the fatwa number 84.

Based on the results of research conducted in two schools, namely SD Negeri 30 Dompu and MI AS- Salam Dompu related to "Implementation of Character Education Values ​​Through School Culture at SD Negeri 26 Dompu and MI As - Salam Dompu". The aim of this research is to describe character education plans through school culture at SD Negeri 26 Dompu and MI As - Salam Dompu. Research methodology The research used a descriptive qualitative approach. This type of research is a multi-case study (multicase studies) is a study that seeks to take in-depth and detailed data from sources. Interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation. Problems that occur in the field, this research focuses on three main character values, namely religious, nationalist and independent. The three character values ​​were chosen because these character values ​​are still not visible in the ongoing educational process. For the explanation above, it is very important to implement character education in schools as an effort to make students aware of the importance of complying with applicable rules and having a commitment to continue implementing good values ​​in their lives.

The millennial generation is the continuation of the relay of national and state life. Welcoming Indonesia's golden 1st century of independence in 2045, the Indonesian nation needs a generation that is intellectually intelligent, skilled and has character. This paper aims to analyze the integration of character education through Islamic religious education at SMA Asy-Syafiiyah Medan. The background of this research shows that the age of the students studied is the millennial generation category. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a research background in SMA Asy-Syafiiyah Medan. Data were collected by means of observation, interview and documentation study techniques. The results of this study are the integration of character education through learning Islamic Religious Education effectively given to the millennial generation at SMA Asy-Syafiiah Medan, this is marked by 3 integral stages, namely (1) the planning stages, including the presentation of the integration of character education in the syllabus and learning curriculum. ; (2) the stages of implementation, including learning and school culture (climate); and (3) the third stage, namely evaluation. The evaluation in two steps, namely the evaluation of the process and results. Process evaluation is carried out in the learning process, while result evaluation is carried out at the end of the semester.

Character education is the focus of Indonesian education nowadays as people in Indonesia is experiencing a negative character shifting. In order to change negative character, character education should be taught to the young generation through the integration of the character education at school. This study aims to determine the ways of integrating the value of character education in the lesson plan and the process of Indonesian language learning in the high school. This study employed a case study method by implementing a qualitative approach. This research was carried out in State Senior High School (SMAN) 1 Surakarta, Indonesia. The technique of data collection comprised of observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of this study shows that SMAN 1 Surakarta infuses character education in Indonesian language learning. The character values, which are integrated to the lesson plan, are respect, discipline, care, courage, responsibility, justice, honesty, helping each other, and cooperation. In the learning process, the character values that are infused to the lesson plan had been successfully integrated except for three values, namely justice, helping each other, and cooperation. Those three values should be integrated during group discussion activities, unfortunately, group discussion activities were not carried out.

 This study aims to analyze the implementation of wage system outsourcing in PT Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi Surabaya in Islamic Perspective. Methods of research for this study used a qualitative approach with case study methods and descriptive analyzes were conducted information about wage system outsourcing in PT Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi Surabaya in depth, observed and validated data by triangulation. The results showed that implementation of oursourcing labor remuneration at PT Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi Surabaya in Islamic Perspective according based Al-Quran and Al-Hadith. The indicators used by the terms of feasibility of minimum wages and equity among workers. Insights justice in Islamic perspective is described comparative labor positions corresponding salaries earned. Payment of salaries in PT Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi accordance timelines. PT Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi is not sharia company but the results of the research conclusion is the wage system in PT Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi according Islamic perspective.

The research aimed to provide an overview on how digital conversation and participatory culture processes take place in Indonesian communities in #GerakBersama campaign. This research used a qualitative approach with case study methods. The results show that digital conversations in the #GerakBersama campaign are mostly triggered by content shared by the initiators. However, most accounts who share the content or hashtags in social media are organizations. In short, the digital conversation of this campaign is still a one-way conversation from the initiators to the public. In #GerakBersama campaign, the process of forming participatory culture begins with the existence of a society that has the same concern and a feeling of disgust about violence against women. The existence of this similarity is also reinforced by the characteristics of new media which allows users to share and create participatory culture.

Abstract Rumah Bermain (RBP) in Bandung City reconstructed the Montessori Curriculum to Islamic. This uniqueness is worth researching. The objective research was to compare Education in Islam and the Montessori Method and to overview the reconstruction of the Islamic Montessori Curriculum in RBP. The research was using a qualitative approach with case study methods and literature studies. The results show that Islam and the Montessori Method can be implemented in harmony. In the reconstruction of the curriculum in RBP, Islam became the main foundation and the Montessori Method as supporting foundation. The foundations become a reference in the formulation of educational objectives. Based on the objectives, curriculum development was conducted. Starting from curriculum objective conducted by the team. Furthermore, the teacher implements the curriculum as instructional plan, learning, and assessment. The final stage is an evaluation using SWOT analysis, the results of which are used to improve the curriculum. In all stages of curriculum development, students' uniqueness and nature are respected.
