The Quantum Teaching learning model is a modification of the various interactions that exist in and around the moment in learning. This study aims to find out more about how to apply Quantum Teaching in measuring students' abilities including cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. This research method uses qualitative research methods with the type of research field research. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis is a qualitative analysis model of Miles and Huberman and Saldana which consists of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: (1) Implementation of Quantum Teaching in Class V Thematic Learning at MI Mambaul Ulum Kandangrejo cognitive aspects, namely students are able to think more critically and broadly, students are able to do assignments or exercises and can understand learning well, students able to provide questions and answers properly and appropriately. (2) Implementation of Quantum Teaching in Class V Thematic Learning at MI Mambaul Ulum Kandangrejo aspects in the affective aspect, namely: the curiosity of students increases, students become more focused, students' attitudes become more confident and courageous. (3) Implementation of Quantum Teaching in Class V Thematic Learning at MI Mambaul Ulum Kandangrejo psychomotor aspects, namely: students are able to practice well the learning media is provided, students are able to name the names and parts of the circulatory organs, students are able to show the circulatory organs blood using the medium. Keywords: Quantum Teaching; Learning; Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching merupakan pengubahan bermacam-macam interaksi yang ada di dalam dan di sekitar momen dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam bagaimana penerapan Quantum Teaching dalam mengukur kemampuan peserta didik meliputi aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Field Research. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data analisis kualitatif model Miles dan Huberman dan Saldana yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Implementasi Quantum Teaching Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Kelas V di MI Mambaul Ulum Kandangrejo aspek kognitif yaitu peserta didik mampu berfikir secara lebih kritis dan luas, peserta didik mampu mengerjakan tugas atau latihan dan dapat memahami pembelajaran dengan baik, peserta didik mampu memberikan pertanyaan dan jawaban dengan baik dan sesuai. (2) Implementasi Quantum Teaching Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Kelas V di MI Mambaul Ulum Kandangrejo aspek dalam aspek afektif yaitu: rasa ingin tahu peserta didik meningkat, peserta didik menjadi lebih fokus, sikap peserta didik semakin percaya diri dan berani. (3) Implementasi Quantum Teaching Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Kelas V di MI Mambaul Ulum Kandangrejo aspek dalam aspek psikomotorik yaitu: peserta didik mampu mempraktikkan dengan baik media pembelajaran disediakan, peserta didik mampu menyebutkan nama dan bagian organ peredaran darah, peserta didik mampu menunjukkan bagian organ peredaran darah dengan menggunakan media. Abstract: The purposes of this study are to find out: (1) the implementation of Radin Inten II’s resistance nationalism values in the learning process; (2) the obstacles experienced by teachers when implementing Radin Inten II’s resistance nationalism values in the learning process; (3) the efforts made by teachers in overcoming obstacles during the implementation of Radin Inten II’s nationalism values in the learning process. This study used qualitative approach with the type of case study conducted at SMAN 1 Kalianda. Data collection techniques consisted of observation, interviews, and documentary studies. Data analysis techniques used the model of Miles & Huberman consisting of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results show: (1) the implementation of Radin Inten II’s nationalism resistance values in the process of learning local history was carried out by compiling a syllabus and implementing learning plan (RPP) by incorporating local history into Indonesian historical material which was consisted of planning, implementation, and evaluation, (2) the obstacles experienced by teachers included: the ability of teachers during learning process, students’ attitudes, and time constraints, (3) the efforts made by the teacher were taking the initiative to instill the values of nationalism in the resistance of Radin Inten II’s, applying various models, strategies, methods and singing a national song before learning. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) implementasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme perlawanan Radin Inten II dalam proses pembelajaran, (2) kendala yang dialami oleh guru saat implementasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme perlawanan Radin Inten II dalam proses pembelajaran, (3) upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi saat implementasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme perlawanan Radin Inten II dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus di SMAN 1 Kalianda. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles & Huberman yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) implementasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme perlawanan Radin Inten II dalam proses pembelajaran sejarah lokal dilakukan dengan menyusun silabus dan rencana pelaksana pembelajaran (RPP) dengan memasukkan sejarah lokal kedalam materi sejarah Indonesia yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, (2) kendala yang dialami oleh guru diantaranya: kemampuan guru dalam proses pembelajaran, sikap siswa, dan adanya keterbatasan waktu, (3) upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru yaitu berinisiatif menanamkan nilai-nilai nasionalisme dalam perlawanan Radin Inten II, menerapkan berbagai model, strategi, metode dan menyanyikan lagu nasional sebelum pembelajaran.

This article discusses the implementation of wages in agriculture in Nagari Bukit Kandung Subdistrict X Koto Atas, Solok Regency in a review of muamalah fiqh. The type of research is field research (field research). The data sources consist of primary data sources, namely from farmers and farm laborers who were carried out to 8 people and 4 farm workers, while the secondary data were obtained from documents in the form of the Bukit Kandung Nagari Profile that were related to this research, which could provide information or data. Addition to strengthen the primary data. Data collection techniques that the author uses are observation, interviews and documentation. The data processing that the author uses is qualitative. Based on the results of this study, the implementation of wages in agriculture carried out in Nagari Bukit Kandung District X Koto Diatas Solok Regency is farm laborers who ask for their wages to be given in advance before they carry out their work without an agreement to give their wages at the beginning. Because farm laborers ask for their wages to be given at the beginning, many farm workers work not as expected by farmers and there are also farm workers who are not on time to do the work that should be done. According to the muamalah fiqh review, the implementation of wages in agriculture in Nagari Bukit Kandung is not allowed because there is an element of gharar in the contract and there are parties who are disadvantaged in the contract, namely the owner of the fields.

The 2013 curriculum-based integrative thematic learning model is a learning strategy that involves several subjects into a learning theme that uses an interdisciplinary approach to provide meaningful experiences to students in the learning process. The application of this learning model requires adequate infrastructure and mature teacher understanding concepts. Integration and success in this learning model can be seen from the aspect of understanding of the learning model, aspects of the learning strategy, and aspects of the use of media in learning. Because every teacher has their own characteristics in conveying learning to students, in order to achieve learning objectives. Therefore the writer wants to examine more deeply how the application of the 2013 curriculum-based integrative thematic learning model in MIN Yogyakarta II and MI Ma'had Islamy Kotagede Yogyakarta?. This study aims to determine the mastery of integrative thematic learning models, the strategies applied and the media used by teachers in the application of integrative thematic learning models. This research is categorized in the type of field research (Field Research) which is descriptive with qualitative research methods using theories about integrative thematic learning models then proceed to drawing conclusions. The results showed that in general these two institutions had applied the integrative thematic learning model well. The teacher's mastery of the learning model and the methods used by the teacher in linking learning material are already good so that learning becomes a unified and meaningful whole for students. Then the strategies used by the teacher in planning learning activities, preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities are quite diverse and adjusted to the needs and interests of students. The media used have their respective characteristics and are always adapted to the learning material to be taught. Although they have differences in learning strategies and the media used in teaching, however, they have the same goal of achieving success in teaching so that the expected goals can be achieved and provide meaningful experiences to students.

This article discusses the implementation of the reading of Surah al-Mulk at the Raudhotul Ilmi Palembang Ta'lim Assembly and the views of the Raudhotul Ilmi Palembang Ta'lim congregation on the reading of Surah al-Mulk as well as an analysis of Max Weber on the recitation of surah al-Mulk at the Raudhotul Ilmi Palembang Ta'lim Assembly. This type of research is a field research (Field Research), the type of data used is qualitative with the study of living hadith. This study uses Max Weber's theory of social action related to four actions, namely, traditional action, affective action, value rationality action and instrumental rationality action. The subjects of this research are caregivers, administrators, ustaz and Jama'ah Majelis Ta'lim Raudhotul Ilmi Palembang. The data collection technique used observation by observing and paying attention to the implementation of the tradition of reading surah al-Mulk at the Raudhotul Ilmi Palembang Ta'lim Assembly. While the interview data, the researchers interviewed twelve Jama'ah as respondents, while the documentation was equipped with books, photos and books related to the research. Meanwhile, data analysis uses descriptions and explanations. This study found that the Jama'ah of the Raudhotul Ilmi Palembang Ta'lim Assembly was enthusiastic about the tradition of reciting surah al-Mulk in the Assembly. The congregation of the assembly is of the view that having the reading of Surah al-Mulk before starting the assembly is a good and good thing as a form of imitating the Prophet Muhammad. The congregation of the assembly supported this activity because of the benefits of reading it as a barrier from the torment of the grave and there were some congregations who routinely read Surah al-Mulk. It can be said that the response of the congregation of the assembly tends to know the values ​​contained in the hadith of reading surah al-Mulk. This shows that the living hadith in the congregation of the assembly was carried out and the Raudhotul Ilmi Palembang Ta'lim Assembly fulfilled Max Weber's theory of social action.

<p> </p><p class="06IsiAbstrak">Indonesian Muslims are faced with the realities of life that are multi-ethnic, religious, cultural and linguistic. It must be responded critically as early as possible. The understanding of diversity (multiculturalism) should truly be the foundation of all components of the Muslim community without exception for the students. Therefore this paper intends to answer 1) material content of Quran Hadith with a multicultural perspective at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Pontianak, and 2) Development and contextualization of Qur'an Hadith material in daily life. This research was categorized as field research and literature study. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews and document analysis. Data analysis was through two models, namely content analysis and Miles and Huberman's model which involved analysis steps, namely: data collection, data reduction, data display, and verification. The authors’ findings on this study are that the content of the Quran Hadith with a multicultural perspective in Madrasah Aliyah is carried out by expanding the reading, the meaning of the implementation of tolerance, social ethics, justice, deliberation / democracy concepts which are constructed from the Islamic universal values and moderation (washathiyah) so they can foster a tolerant and empathy (alturism) attitutes to human beings as a manifestation of an obedient servant.</p>

The research objective was to describe the improvement of student learning discipline through habituation of Dhuha prayer at SD Negeri Kadingding, Kibin District. The data type of this research is descriptive qualitative using three data analyzes, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach which includes field research (Field Research) with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were students of SD Negeri Kadingding, Kibin District. Data were collected from 33 grade V students, 17 male students and 16 female students. Class V was taken as the sample because grade V children are in the high grade level between grades IV, V, VI. This research was conducted for 40 days starting from 23 July to 8 October 2019. The results of this study indicate 1) thatwith the implementation of the practice of the Dhuha prayer at SD Negeri Kadingding, Kibin District, which is held every Tuesday to Friday at 06.30 - 07.00, the Duha prayer is carried out in congregation starting from grade I to grade VI, the number of cycles of dhuha prayer from the school recommends a minimum of 2 cycles of prayer in advance to improve time discipline and get used to performing Duha prayers. 2) the percentage of the implementation of this Dhuha prayer habit has an effect on increasing student discipline in learning; 3) The condition of the place used for the Dhuha prayer is inadequate, because it uses the school yard field by laying out a mat, so it takes time to prepare for the Dhuha prayer.

This study aims to determine the prohibition of inter-caste marriage in Ngafan Village, Southeast Maluku, and Islamic legal views on caste marriage in the customs of the Kei tribe, especially in Ngafan Village, Southeast Maluku Regency. This research is descriptive qualitative research with the type of field research (Field Research). The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that: 1) The prohibition of inter-caste marriage (not equal) carried out by some people in Ngafan Village is the prohibition of marriage between women from the Mel-Mel caste (highest caste) and men from Riy-Riy (lowest caste). If there is a marriage between these castes, it depends on their family, if they agree then the marriage is still safe, but if they refuse the marriage can be canceled. 2) In Islamic law the scholars differ on the issue of caste (equality) in marriage. Jumhur ulama said that the caste referred to in marriage is religion, independence, social strata and, descent. Imam Malik said that the caste in question was the religion and was free from diseases that were deemed incurable. Meanwhile, the al-Ẓahiriyyah mazhab said that only Muslims were the conditions for marriage. The scholars do not require that caste be part of the legal requirements of marriage, but caste is included in the category of luzu> m requirements, a condition that allows a female guardian to request an annulment of marriage if the male partner is not in the same caste. So the prohibition of marriage is not equal in Ngafan Village can be justified based on the opinion of some scholars. The implementation of this research is expected to contribute theoretically and practically to religious leaders, parties with special interests, and society in general.

Many factors that affect a person's interest in doing something, in this case the author intended is the selection of interest in choosing the community of Islamic banking services. A person's interest in choosing a product is influenced by his perception and knowledge of the product. This study aims to know and analyze the perceptions of the scholars, the leaders of  Islamic organizations and academics of sharia banking and its influence on the growth of Islamic banking in Banten. Teknik data collection used in this research is convenient sampling method. Convenient technique is used because the number of scholars in Banten is very much and the researchers chose the board of MUI of Banten Province as the representative of the ulama in Banten. The type of data used in this study is primary data collected directly by researchers from the field. The data source used in this research is field research (field data) and library research (library data) .The data collection techniques used in this study survey through questionnaires and interviews with the respondents. Based on the results of questionnaires research on 3 groups of Respondents: MUI (30 respondents), Academics (30 respondents), and Islamic Organizations (30 respondents) can be concluded that respondents from academic groups agree on the suitability of the practice and marketing mix of sharia banking with average value 3.77, while respondents from the MUI group and Islamic organizations strongly agree on the suitability of the practice and marketing mix of sharia banking with an average value of 4.11 and 4.35.

<p><em>The purpose of this research is to find out and to analyze the implementation of murabahah financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Padang Panjang its conformity with the DSN MUI Fatwa Number four of two thousand. This type of research is field research field research and library research research. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in the general provisions of Islamic banks that the bank buys the goods needed only on behalf of the bank itself and the purchase must be separate and have personal limitations. However, in practice, it is found that the bank provides money to customers to buy one of the items needed on behalf of the bank using an installment system based on the amount and time determined by the bank. in is allowed by the clerics on the condition that the bank authorizes the customer to buy goods under the murabahah bil wakalah contract. However, according to the author's opinion, there is no conformity of the DSN-MUI fatwa regarding murabahah with its</em><em> practice at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Padang Panjang.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p>Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelaksanaan pembiayaan murabahah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Padang Panjang kesesuaiannya dengan Fatwa DSN MUI No. 4 Tahun 2000. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian lapangan <em>field research</em>. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya dalam ketentuan umum fatwa murabahah di bank syariah yaitu bank membeli barang yang dibutuhkan nasabah atas nama bank sendiri dan pembelian harus sah dan bebas riba. Akan tetapi pada prakteknya dilapangan adalah bank memberikan uang kepada nasabah untuk membeli salah satu barang yang dibutuhkan atas nama bank dengan sistem angsuran berdasarkan jumlah dan waktu yang telah ditetapkan oleh bank. Hal ini dibolehkan oleh ulama dengan ketentuan pihak bank menguasakan kepada nasabah untuk membeli barang dengan akad <em>murabahah bil wakalah</em>.</p>

The purposes of this study is to describe (1) the analysis of teacher's difficulties in developing and designing the fourth grade thematic design of SD N Jarakan Bantul Yogyakarta in academic year 2017/2018 and (2) the solution to overcome the difficulties faced by teachers in throwing thematic learning of fourth grade students SD N Jarakan Bantul Yogyakarta in academic year 2017/2018. This research is a qualitative research. This research is a qualitative research that is conducted in SD N Jarakan Bantul Yogyakarta. The subject of the research are principal, teachers, and students. Data collection technique use interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that (1) the teacher's difficulties in developing the fourth grade thematic design of SD N Jarakan Bantul Yogyakarta to determine the time allocation, assessment, learning of students, developing lesson plan. When designing the learning process the teacher also faces difficulties because while the teacher's learning still beheads one of the subjects. Teachers also have difficulties when made the syllabus. (2) The solution that can be used to face the difficulties of the teacher is by conducting regular meetings through KKG activities, conducting the training, and learning activities are not glued by teacher book, but in learning teacher should pay attention to basic competence and the implementation requirements of thematic learning.
