Aim. The presented study aims to develop an organizational and economic mechanism for managing the competitive sustainable development of an industrial enterprise that would increase the enterprise’s performance and the sustainability of its development in a competitive environment and in the context of the digital transformation of the industry.Tasks. The authors analyze and formulate the concept of the organizational and economic mechanism for managing the competitive sustainable development of an industrial enterprise; develop the organizational and economic mechanism for managing the competitive sustainable development of an industrial enterprise; identify stages in the process of managing the sustainable development of an industrial enterprise; evaluate the economic potential of an enterprise.Methods. This article is based on the analysis and formalization of the main provisions of the study, which uses economic-mathematical and economic-statistical methods to assess the performance and development of an enterprise.Results. The urgency of improving the efficiency of managing the competitive sustainable development of an industrial enterprise is justified. The concept of an organizational and economic mechanism for managing the competitive sustainable development of an industrial enterprise is formulated and the stages of this management process are identified. An organizational and economic mechanism for managing the competitive sustainable development of an industrial enterprise is developed, ensuring an increase in the enterprise’s performance.Conclusions. Application of the organizational and economic mechanism for managing the competitive sustainable development of an industrial enterprise will make it possible to keep track of unfavorable market trends and adequately respond to them, thus increasing the performance of the enterprise.

Implementation of SDGs is the unified goal of 193 UN Member States. FinTech plays a crucial role in achieving it. Therefore, the development of FinTech must be facilitated through proper policy-making and public finance, creating beneficial PEST conditions. However, the interaction of the FinTech PEST environment and achievement of SDGs is a topic that has not yet been addressed. The purpose of this study is to assess the link between these two indicators using statistical methods, indicate SDGs having the strongest link to FinTech PEST environment, and explain the interface to facilitate its useful application within government and financial regulations, as well as administration of the state and municipal financial entities. The results show that the economic and investment potential of Northern Europe is caused by the most favorable PEST environment for FinTech sector development, and demonstrate the existence of a statistical link between FinTech PEST environment and SDG4, SDG8, SDG9, SDG16. There is a clear trend – the more favorable the FinTech PEST environment, the better the achievement of SDGs, the better results of Sustainable Finance indicators, and the higher the Sustainable Finance typology assigned to the country. These results suggest that the goals, targets, and indicators of SDG4, SDG8, SDG9, and SDG16 contribute to the formation of a favorable environment and are conductive to the sustainable development of the FinTech industry in a country. Therefore, sustainability in the development of FinTech industry and finance, and the achievement of SDGs, is a circular process of three interacting factors.

In a competitive environment shaped by continuous change, the understanding of the different forces that support or hinder the development of an industry, enables more informed, and assertive decision making. As such, following a sectoral system of innovation perspective that takes into account the temporal evolution of its most important events, the main objective of this chapter is to define a set of strategic lines for the sustainable development of the Portuguese molds industry. The study supports set of strategic priorities so that the Portuguese molds industry can embrace both an international favorable position and an entrepreneurial outward looking governance perspective. This chapter proposes that the future outlook will support the diversification to and the penetration of new sectoral markets, associated with a strong international product engineering and development cluster capable of supplying integrated solutions to several international markets.

The study examined the organizational and economic opportunities for recreational land-use in Odessa region towards ecologization of economic relations. Organizational and economic bases in the process of ecologization of recreational land use are intended to provide a mechanism for use of the respective territories, regulation of the system of forms and methods of social organization in the respective lands. Public relations on the territory of urban agglomerations represent a complex system, because they relate to organization of both material and non-material production, exchange, distribution and consumption of material goods and services, etc. In order to ensure sustainable development of the respective territories, organizational system of recreational land use should ensure existence, functioning and development of appropriate regulations, standards and guidelines for use of recreational lands of the regions. It is proved that in today's environmental and economic situation of land recreational use, there are obstacles to the sustainable development of the territory. In the situation of absence of a single organizational and economic basis and policy of system regulation in development of the entire agglomeration�s territory, functional and spatial integrity of the city and the suburban area is destroyed. The structure and definition of the organizational and economic mechanism of ecologization of recreational land use as an interconnected set of relations, principles, methods and forms of ensuring the interaction of organizational, production, financial and economic processes in the system of recreational land use, which promotes increase of competitive advantages and efficiency of development of the corresponding territories is given. The study determined that organizational and economic mechanism consists of the following components: financing, stimulation, planning, regulation, institutional and managerial support.

Digital globalization and Ukrainian integration into the global economic space have speeded up digitalization and determined it as a driver of increased competitiveness, economic activity and sustainable development of economic entities. Steady modernization of existing and creation of new digital and information technologies necessitates changes in the format of business models of business entities, approaches to their management. Radical changes in the strategy of business development and enterprise management processes under the influence of digitalization in the near future will become necessary prerequisite of viability and development in the digital ecosystem «state – business – society». In view of this, the purpose of this work is determined as study of the world experience and prerequisites for the transition of enterprises to digital management and development of the reference model of the economic activity and enterprise development digitization management. The approach to the digitization of economic activity management and sustainable development of domestic enterprises is proposed in the work with taking into account the world experience of business administration digitalization. It is substantiated that the enterprise management digitalization requires the definition and rethinking of forms, trends, methods, technologies and digital engineering tools, innovation policy and corresponding corporate culture, communication mechanisms between all management units for quick implementation of changes. The results of the work prove that the implementation effectiveness of management actions and measures for enterprise management digitalization, its activity and development depends on the selected digital transformation technologies, the possibility of relevant data information arrays forming, their analytical processing and presentation for certain decisions making in real time. The reference digitalization model of economic activity management and enterprise development is elaborated; its distinctive feature is the integration of three platforms (information, analytical and management) in one management loop, which allows obtaining the synergistic effect of the management process digital transformation at all its levels. The practical implementation of the proposed digitalization model of economic activity management and sustainable development of the enterprise allows gaining strategic benefits from business processes conversion and managing them into digital format, providing the management process optimization and the possibility of decisions making in real time.
