Women in male domination and at the same time defends men with the dominance they have. This shows that there is an ambiguous attitude of a woman in responding to the discourse of male domination, injustice in the role of women and affirming women's resistance to male domination. From this, the main problem is the subject's response in dealing with the discourse of male domination through women's resistance strategies through participation in society. The concept or theory and research method used is hegemony. The results obtained are the idea of equality in education being used as a resistance strategy in the discourse of male domination and at the same time strengthening women's resistance to male domination. In addition, the strategy also developed the idea of women's strength based on educational equality, namely through access to higher education

AbstractPurpose of this study was to describe the meaning of ezer kenegdo and to know position and role of women in the family. The research method used is qualitative research methods (library research). The term of “ ezer kenegdo” refer to a helper but her position withoutsuperiority and inferiority. “The patner model” between men and women is uderstood in relation to one another as the same function, where differences are complementary and mutually beneficial in all walks of life and human endeavors.Keywords: Ezer Kenegdo; Women; Family.AbstrakTujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengertian ezer kenegdo dan mengetahui kedudukan dan peran perempuan dalam keluarga. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif library research. Ungkapan “ezer kenegdo” menunjuk pada seorang penolong namun kedudukannya adalah setara tanpa ada superioritas dan inferioritas. “Model kepatneran” antara laki-laki dan perempuan dipahami dengan hubungan satu dengan yang lain sebagai fungsi yang sama, yang mana perbedaan adalah saling melengkapi dan saling menguntungkan dalam semua lapisan kehidupan dan usaha manusia.Kata Kunci: Ezer Kenegdo, Prerempuan, Keluarga.

Labelling perempuan dalam majalah remaja merupakan salah satu tindakan media yang merugikan perempuan. Dalam tulisan ini, penulis mengkaji label-label perempuan, bentuk labelling, analisis teori feminisme psikoanalisis terhadap labelling untuk perempuan dalam majalah remaja. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode semiotik dan penelitian dilakukan terhadap majalah Olga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktek pelabelan terhadap perempuan yang dilakukan oleh majalah remaja ditujukan untuk remaja perempuan dilakukan dengan empat kode yaitu tubuh seksi dan wajah cantik, pentingnya penampilan bagi perempuan, kondisi psikologis perempuan yang labil, dan peran domestik perempuan. Label-label ini dapat membentuk persepsi masyarakat tentang perempuan dan mengandung konsekuensi pengharapan kepada perempuan. Penelitian ini menguatkan lagi tesis bahwa perempuan sering menjadi objek pelabelan. Label-label ini berasal dari kehidupan sosial perempuan dan diinternalisasi oleh perempuan.Labelling in woman in teenagers magazine is one of the mass media strategy that can harm woman. Even though women normally do not recognize it. The purpose of this research is to describe the labelling practices in media analysed with the psychoanalysis feminism theory. The research method used is semiotics and the research is conducted on Olga! maganize. Result from the research shows that  the labelling targets teenagers through four labelling codes: sexy body and beautiful face; the importance physical performance for women; unconsistent psycological condition; and domestic role of women. This label constructs society perception on  woman. The study strengthen a thesis that woman tends to be a labelling object. These labels are developped from women’s social life and are internalized by women

This chapter refers to an empirical research that aims to analyze how the knowledge and skills acquired during undergraduate studies have been perceived by the graduate students and also how the higher education contributes to the development of entrepreneurship in rural areas. The research method identified as being more appropriate was a quantitative research based on an online survey established in accordance with the objectives set up. The participants in the research were the graduate students of the Faculty of Agri-food and Environmental Economy within The Bucharest University of Economic Studies. The findings are based on participants' open statements that could be important arguments to be taken into consideration for improving the decision making in higher education which would lead to the professional development of the graduates.

In the Islamic point of view, there is no prohibition for women to play a role in the publik scene. Even since the time of Rasulullah SAW, the role of women in the publik scene has occurred. Women at the time of the Prophet were present in the study attended by men, actively participating in spreading the religion of Islam, even women also participated in wars, treated and took care of sick, injured soldiers and provide for their eating and drinking needs. This shows the association of men and women in publik spaces is allowed. However, this does not mean eliminating barriers between men and women, and forgetting the restrictions of sharia prevailing in meetings that men and women participate in. Therefore, it is necessary to know the ethics for women when in the publik scenes, according to the guidance of the Qur'an and Sunnah. This research uses library research method by reviewing the verses and hadis that discuss the issue of women ethics while in publik scenes.

Islam is a gender-just religion so that in the dissemination of its values, gender-fair spaces and opportunities are also needed. The purpose of this study is to provide understanding and understanding to the reader that in realizing a gender-just environment, religion is an important slice that needs to be considered. Islam has agreed to create a gender-just order, and it has been stated in the verses of the Koran. This research method uses qualitative research, sourced from reading material and supported by implementation pictures as supporting data. The results showed that the presence of female clerics was very important. Islam has conveyed Islamic teachings by realizing gender justice so that resistance to patriarchal culture in Indonesia can be carried out with the presence of female ulama to understand that women also have human potential so that they can be said to be worthy as scholars. The limitation of this research is that the author is a little complicated in compiling the historical sequence of the presence of women ulama until their existence today. The lack of data sources that the author must obtain is still rare especially in research about Women Ulama as part of the struggle for gender equality.

For years, there has been a perceived inaccessibility of the field of Information Technology, centering on an organizational culture of “men and their machines” (Clark, 2012). This paper examines the role of women who lead technology initiatives in higher education and presents the experiences of these women leaders and their collision of organizational cultures as part of a comparative case study of two public institutions. Findings suggest elements of culture within the IT field that contribute to the experiences of women leaders in IT, and illuminate that leading a technology project may add a layer of gender expectations and gender roles that are more entrenched in the IT world than in other areas of higher education.
