The corona virus which causes a highly infectious of Corona virus disease (COVID-19) that has affected more than 4 lakh people in around the world. Since it has been increased during the pandemic period online shopping usage, rural, urban and globally. In the current scenario many youngster’s changing the attitude has purchased to online shopping because social distancing and self-quarantine efforts. Hence the online shopping promoters like Amazon, flip kart, Reliance digital and other agencies are for the time being too given the importance its available fulfilment and logistics facility to serve the basic needs such as household products, packaged food, health care, hygiene, personal safety and other high priority products. It is for the time being going to taking orders for lower-priority to high priority products. In this study to analyze the impact of online buying behaviour increased in after pandemic period.

The emergence of a new virus in the global world at the end of 2019, namely Corona Virus Disease 2019, brought tremendous excitement to all inhabitants of the earth. The emergence of this virus brings tremendous concern and fear to the world because the spread of this virus is quite fast, even the most frightening is that the risk of death of people exposed to this virus is very large. Indonesia itself, cannot avoid the impact of this Covid-19 case. As a form of efforts to prevent and minimize transmission of the virus, the Indonesian government has issued a social distancing / physical distancing recommendation. This situation also causes the interaction between communities to be very limited. This situation seems to be able to eliminate hospitality among the community. This paper aims to emphasize the importance of maintaining the value of Christian hospitality in society amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

The teaching and learning process is the core of education. Everything that has been programmed will be carried out in the teaching and learning process where interaction and involvement is needed between educators and students with materials as the medium. Teaching activities at the strata 1 level involve educators called lecturers and students called students. In general, teaching activities are carried out offline, which involves direct interaction between lecturers and students. At the beginning of 2021, rumors began to appear that there was a global disaster of the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic, which initially Indonesia considered that the Corona virus was impossible to enter Indonesia. However, the development of the virus is so fast. Indonesia finally announced in early March 2021 as a country experiencing the impact of the global disaster due to the COVID -19 pandemic. This study wants to find out how effective it is to use blended learning by using google classroom and zoom to improve the understanding of FEB students at Muhammadiyah University of Gresik. This research is a quantitative research using causal clause relationship, using SPSS version 23.0 analysis tool. The results obtained from this study are that the Google Classroom and Zoom applications partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on student understanding.

Purpose Online shopping has become a commonplace thing nowadays as people can buy products from the comfort of their home. But such environments do not offer a complete sensory interaction as consumers are unable to touch products which is quite important for certain categories of products such as apparels. Therefore, in order to find whether every individual seeks touch equally, the purpose of this paper is to deal with the differences in an individual’s preferences for touch. The study also evaluates customer responses towards the introduction of touch-enabling technology which can, to some extent, compensate for the lack of touch. Lastly, the study includes customers’ views regarding showrooming and webrooming. Design/methodology/approach A total of 203 responses were received through online and offline questionnaires. The data were analysed using ANOVA, correlation and regression analysis through SPSS version 23. Findings The results revealed that gender influenced the Need for Touch (NFT) with women having higher NFT. The people who were high in NFT preferred to buy in-store, whereas their low NFT counterparts were comfortable with both online and in-store options. Lastly, it was found that there was a significant impact of NFT on online buying behaviour. The new technology when used by online retailers would break the barriers that exist between real touch and virtual touch. Originality/value Although previous authors have given several options like mental representations, verbal details and brand image as alternatives to touch but the use of touch-enabling technology can revolutionise the way online products are perceived. The study adds value by relating NFT with online preferences, showrooming and webrooming.

With Internet invading geographic boundaries and diverse demographic strata, online shopping is growing at exponential rate. Expected to grow by 45 per cent to $7.69 billion by the end of 2015, India's ecommerce market has emerged as one of the most anticipated destinations for both multinational and domestic retailers. Since their success will depend on their ability to attract shoppers to buy online, it becomes relevant for them to decipher Indian consumers' attitude and behaviour towards online shopping and to predict online buying potential in India. The effectiveness of marketing and promotional strategies and action plans also will have to be pivoted around the potential available in the market. This empirical study explores the accuracy, precision and recall of four different classifying techniques used in predicting online buying. The forecasting ability of logistic regression (LR), artificial neural network (ANN), support vector machines (SVM) and random forest (RF) in the context of willingness of shoppers' to buy online has been compared. Analysis of the data supported most of the predictions albeit with varying level of accuracy. The outcome of the study reflects the superiority of artificial neural network over the other three models in terms of the predicting power. This paper adds to the knowledge body for online retailers in reducing their vulnerability with respect to market demand and improves their preparedness to handle the market response. Managerial implications of the findings and scope for future research have been deliberated.

Online shopping is one of the latest emerging and revolutionary trends influencing the lives of common people. This research paper examines the relationship between demographic variables and internet exposure which are independent variables with the dependent variables i.e. psychological factors and consumer online buying behaviour. People are now moving from conventional shopping towards web based/online shopping because of which they can buy everything from home. The research paper explains the influence of five psychological variables such as security issues, privacy issues, overcharged, fraud/ hackers and lack of trust over the retailer derived from literature. Data from a sample of 298 female students of public and private sector universities of Dera Ismail Khan were collected through the self-developed and standardized questionnaire. Data were analysed by using descriptive statistics and Pearson’s correlation. The statistical analysis of the data reflects a lack of trust over the retailer and privacy concerns are considered as the most relevant factors affecting female consumers’ online buying behaviour.

AbstractIn Indonesia, currently the number of victims infected with Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is increasing, causing death. The impact of Covid-19 on the labor sector, namely company closures, delays in mobilization and decreased productivity. The research was conducted using a statutory and conceptual approach. The results showed that the Covid-19 virus was a disease caused by biological exposure factors. What employers can give workers / laborers in the work environment during the Covid-19 pandemic is the right to Occupational Safety and Health (K3). K3 is a protection that must be received by workers in order to prevent accidents in the work environment. In accordance with the mandate of the Work Safety Law and the Labor Law, workers infected with the Covid-19 virus can recover to their original state if they are given adequate health insurance by the state. However, until now there has been no latest legal regulation regarding the protection of workers who work amid Covid-19. Dampak Covid-19 pada sektor ketenagakerjaan yakni penutupan perusahaan, keterlambatan mobilisasi dan menurunnya produktivitas. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa virus Covid-19 termasuk ke dalam penyakit akibat faktor pajanan biologi. Hal yang dapat diberikan pengusaha kepada pekerja/buruh di lingkungan kerja selama pandemi Covid-19 adalah hak atas Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). K3 merupakan perlindungan yang wajib diterima oleh pekerja guna mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan di lingkungan kerja. Sesuai dengan amanat UU Keselamatan Kerja dan UU Ketenagakerjaan, pekerja yang terinfeksi virus Covid-19, dapat pulih seperti keadaan semula apabila diberikan jaminan kesehatan yang memadai oleh negara. Namun, sampai saat ini belum ada peraturan hukum terbaru terkait perlindungan pekerja yang bekerja ditengah Covid-19. Kata Kunci: Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja; COVID-19; Penyakit Akibat Kerja; Jaminan Kesehatan.

A promising investment in the property sector is due to appreciation in property value. As an economic instrument, the stock market, inseparable from different environmental factors, was triggered by incident in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China, an outbreak of acute respiratory tract infection 2 (SARS-CoV-2) in December 2019 and then spread across China. This study is a comparative study on the stock index of the property sector on the stock exchange of countries affected by the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) case, with a purposive sampling technique according to certain criteria for sample selection. The event analysis was performed by analyzing market reaction; with COVID-19 incident effect as one of the event tests, the stock price index. The findings of the study indicate that there is an index response to the incident of COVID-19. The reflected reaction shows in the abnormal return and trade volume activity before and after the incident. Thus, this study is expected to be taken into consideration for stock investors regarding the impact of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic on stock prices, by providing an overview of changes in stock prices during the monitoring period, so that they can make investment decisions in the period before and after incident.

To avoid risks, consumers tend to be failry thoughtful decision makers. Research has shown that consumers perceive risks associated with purchasing online and as a result online purchasing has not yet reached the numbers that were projected. In order for e-commerce to live up to its full potential, online retailers should gain an understanding of which perceived risks online purchasing consumers are most concerned with. This study aimed to assess the impact of perceived risk on online buying behaviour. Personal interview surveys were conducted in an emerging market whereby 200 respondents that have access to the internet were interviewed in selected malls with regards to their perceived risks when buying online. The results showed that perceived risk does have an impact on online buying behaviour, and that consumers that have not bought online in the past are likely not to do so in the future. The results show that characteristics of emerging markets are sufficiently distinct from developed markets in that consumers in developed markets seem to be more conservative when buying online. Marketers should therefore developed alternative marketing programs when communicating to these markets in an attempt to persuade consumers to buy online.

Introduction: This highly infective new virus, named Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome-Coronavirus-2 (Sars-CoV-2), is a corona virus responsible of an acute respiratory syndrome, often asymptomatic but potentially lethal, named Corona Virus Disease 19 (COVID-19). Airborne and direct contact contamination is a major infection pathway of Sars-CoV-2. SARS-CoV-2 transmission during dental procedures can therefore happen through the inhalation of aerosol/droplets from infected individuals or direct contact with mucous membranes, oral fluids, and contaminated instruments and surfaces .Therefore, dentists have a high risk of getting infected from patients and potentially spreading it to their peers, families, and other patients. Aim: To evaluate fear and assess practice modification among dentist against COVID-19 in India Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study a total of 260 general dental practitioners, postgraduates and graduates across Central India, who were registered under the Dental Council of India, were included in the survey. A questionnaire consisting of 22 Questions with regard to COVID -19 fear and practice modification was designed and the questionnaire was circulated through a web designed program. The responses were collected, and data were analyzed descriptively using SPSS Statistics for Windows version 27.0. Results: There is a description of the fear and anxiety levels of dental care professionals towards COVID-19; 83.85% of participants were afraid of getting infected with COVID-19 from either a patient or a co-worker. While treating a coughing or a patient suspected to be infected with COVID-19, 90% were anxious. In terms of using personal protection, 63.85% believed that a surgical mask is not enough to prevent cross-infection of COVID-19. In comparison, 93.08% favored the use of N-95 masks for routine dental procedures during the current outbreak. Although the majority 91.15% recommended routine universal precautions of infection control. Conclusion: Overall, this study sheds light on the association of COVID-19 factors and fear and anxiety elevated among dentists during working in this pandemic. Covid-19 spread all over world and is worsening day by day. On current scenario several dental practices have either modified their services according to recommended guidelines to emergency treatment only, or closed down practices for an uncertain period.
