Now a days there are many interpersonal conflict with colleagues in the work environment there may arises a negative sentimental reaction may arises in the team to achieve the goal or to move to the higher position. If the head of the team may want to give some sentimental treatment to the team members he or she want to face the interpersonal conflicts it is also one of the part in their work experience. However the manger can handle the issues and inter personal conflicts may decide the worth of the manager. Rao on the studies he can able to find the working capacity and their performance of the managers the interpersonal conflicts can plays a major role in the bank sector. The managers can be well concentrated in their work and can find out minimum of 15% of interpersonal conflicts which can determines the capacity of the managers. The sentimental prediction can play a major role in the work place how the manger can react to the other workers and how they handing the issues that are arises in the working environment. The face reaction which may shows the how the person can react to others in the any part of situation. The current paper shows how the manger can react to the issue depending on their mode for the arise of interpersonal conflicts

Leaders in the global arena are the one who face the challenges never seen before, while coordinating work and managing relationship between team members coming from varied ethnic groups. Globalization has undoubtedly opened up endless growth opportunities for both, businesses and individuals, by collaborating with each other, but with certain inherent challenges. These challenges are the difference in the cultural background of the team members, which gets predominantly reflected in their behavior at workplace too. The cultural differences exist primarily due to differences in shared values, which form the basis for difference in perception and practices of decision making by an individual (Hofstede, 1980). Juana Bordas has rightly described that any business that fails to adapt their leadership style aligning with multi-cultural approach will find it difficult to thrive in a more colorful world. Leadership style has witnessed various facets of changing work environment that has demanded from leaders to modify their approach to adapt along and be effective and survive in the ever-changing environment of business (Bordas,2007).A cross-culture leader plays a significant role in knitting the diverse workforce into an efficient team; which requires a leader to very well understand the various dimensions of culture. This understanding of the leader enables him to learn about blending of leadership styles to address the challenges of such work environment. This paper is an extended work on 'Leadership in Cross-Cultural Environment – A Comparison of Asian and Non-Asian Managers' (Rahul and Ganesan, 2015). The extended research study has identified that enhanced work experience of cross-culture leaders enables them in effective team management, than the rise in designation, as it results in creation of hierarchical distance between the leaders and subordinates.

Through face-to-face interviews with seven immigrant women living in the Flemingdon Park area, this paper explores the barriers that immigrant women encounter in accessing the labour market, and the challenges they face in the labour market. The findings suggest that lack of work experience, language barriers, absence of networks, lack of education, and family responsibilities and gender roles are major barriers that immigrant women have to cope with while accessing the Canadian labour market. Working environment and underemployment appeared to be the challenges that immigrant women who are, or have been in the labour force, had to deal with in the work place.

With the sun losing its glare and now appearing as a beautiful orange orb just above the distant horizon where the sky meets the sea, Barry O’Connor thought to himself, “This is as close to paradise as you can get.” Yet, the vast empty sea of white sand surrounding him told a very different story. It was July 17, 2020, and this beautiful area should have been overrun with college students and young families as they enjoyed their summer vacation. Instead, the executive order that came as a result of the COVID-19 epidemic four months earlier forced him to immediately close his four bars and six Caddy’s Waterfront Dining restaurants, laying off 600 employees and dashing his dreams of another lucrative season. Barry gazed at the beautiful sunset one more time before turning his thoughts to the monumental problem that faced him. While he agreed that the health and safety of his employees and loyal customers was paramount, he couldn’t help but feel the pang that losing a few million dollars a month brings. Now, as businesses began to reopen their doors in the face of new restrictions brought about by COVID, Barry was left to figure out how to navigate the uncharted landscape of new in-house capacity restrictions, everyone’s fear of contracting the virus, and the unknown of when this pandemic would end. All the while, Barry’s bar business was in shambles due to a second government shutdown of bars, which only added pressure on the Caddy’s brand to drive revenue and keep the other half of the business afloat. A potential solution loomed on the horizon, however. This Caddy’s location in Treasure Island had an extensive beach immediately outside its doors, which could expand its footprint, allowing an additional 450-500 customers to enjoy the Caddy’s experience in the safety of an outdoor arena. However, due to local government zoning restrictions, Caddy’s was not legally allowed to treat this area as a traditional restaurant setting. But Barry had become a self-made man because he understood that the nature of business was never static. He knew that the best way forward was to disregard the inconvenience of circumstances beyond his control, and instead pour his efforts into a search for the opportunities that always accompanied such impacts. But just what opportunities did the pandemic create? How could he best leverage technology to exploit them? How would he manage the impact of the changes on his customers and employees?

Innovation is a process, where the interpersonal relationships of employees are key to the creation of ideas that will contribute to the generation of value for organizations in the face of disruptive environments. This chapter analyzes the relationship between the work environment as a key factor and its impact on the development of innovation processes and business sustainability, taking as a sample 182 SMEs, from commercial, footwear, and textile sectors from the city of Cúcuta. The results showed an interrelation between the organizational climate and the culture of innovation as an agent that generates change that contributes to business sustainability.

AbstractPoliticians act strategically. In the face of competition they modify their decisions in order to restrict the latitude of their potential successors. On the other hand, politicians have ideological preferences that also affect their decisions. The literature, however, has neglected to fully explore the interaction between these two considerations. This work offers such an analysis, using an empirical investigation of judicial independence as an example. We show that when the interaction between ideological considerations and strategic ones is accounted for, the impact of political competition on the level of judicial independence that politicians prefer – may in fact be opposite to the traditional wisdom.

The study has explored the rising psychological changes with the media convergence of television and Facebook and significance of a positive approach to deal with hierarchical conduct of employee in any company. The study investigates the brand advertisement showcasing balance of personal and professional life in the relationship of wife and husband at same work place. The study focused on semiotic approach to analyze the advertisement of Airtel India emphasizing on social roles of women in the society and its impact on the users of Facebook. The researcher analyzed the hegemony in the commercial and promotion of advertisement on public platform as face book to know the impact on consumer towards the commercial. Initially television is used as a medium the commercial was also released through Facebook with a strong brand communication strategy. The findings revealed that the observational information shared on Facebook affirms a portion of positive hierarchical conduct, that concentrates on the enticing urge in the consumers / users to aspire, visualize, share the views about the commercial with emotions on the face book page showcasing positive consumer psychology.

The results of the implementation of ergonomics in deco and shop camps were specifically focused onimproving work facilities, workplaces, layouts, work procedures, and work environment, increasing workers'comfort in conducting production activities, and utilizing space so that the production process becomes safe andflexible. Outputs that have been achieved included (1) workstations arranged in an efficient material flow layoutsupported by adequate work tools so it can optimize the achievement of production targets, (2) improvement of theprocess and procedures for completing work, (3) improvement and savings in the use of materials, machinery/tools,and humans, (4) utilization of humans’ efforts, (5) improving workspace arrangements that can provide acomfortable and safe working environment. The implementation of participatory ergonomics production capacitycan reach 456 pieces/year and shop production as many as 24 pieces/year, for example; tiger, bear, eagle, cow headetc. After the ergonomic intervention, the production capacity increased to 52 pieces/year. The impact of thisprogram was an increase in production capacity of Ari deco craftsmen (67.5%) and Kubu shop craftsmen (46.15%),while business partners' turnover was around 69.9%.

The development of hospitals in health industry as economic institutions and the establishment of many new hospitals increase the number of nurses needed while the number of nurses produced cannot keep pace with the increasing demand. In hospital services, nurse is the most frequently interacted person with patients and are fully responsible for patient care, including in terms of patient safety. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of motivation, training and work environment on the performance of nurses in patient safety in the Public Hospital. Expected output from this study can be used as a reference to determine the policy for nurse management at the hospital. This is a correlational analytic study with a cross-sectional approach and descriptive method of verification. The research was conducted in a Public Hospital in Jakarta. The research sample are 90 nurses working in inpatient wards. The hypothesis of this study were analyzed with path analysis methods. The results of this study showed a significant positive effect between motivation and performance (20.7%), training and performance (21.8%), working environment and performance (20.7%), and the simultaneous influence from motivation, training, and working environment on the performance (63.2% ).

However, they are professionals who must be increasingly concerned with ethical issues if they are to survive in the market and succeed in the face of ever-increasing public expectations that all physicians must take care of in a shrinking world of today due to rapidly expanding social and electronic media. The operating room is particularly a place prone to interpersonal conflicts, as a wide range of healthcare professionals perform their tasks here, with overlapping and sometimes poorly defined areas of responsibility. Purpose: FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) sector has a significant role in the economic development of Pakistan. According to Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, the retail sector contributes 18.6% to the GDP of Pakistan. This sector can use effective communication with a learning work environment as a tool to increase their productivity and at the same time can build customer relations. This is because communication is an essential element used to deal with customers and employees. Whereas, at the same time comfortable work environment is helpful to boost the performance of this sector. The present study aims to examine the influence of effective communication and working environment on employee’s performance with the moderating role of organizational learning culture in FMCG sector of South Punjab Region. Design/Methodology/Approach: For the said purpose structured questionnaires were developed by using online google forms for collecting data. The sample population was selected from the FMCG sector of Pakistan. Then the collected data was analyzed by using regression analysis and Pearson Correlation via SPSS whilst Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via Smart PLS. Findings: The results indicates that effective communication and work environment has a significant influence on employee’s performance and organizational learning culture plays a moderating role between effective communication and work environment. Implications/Value: This research has used FMCG sector specifically to examine the impact of effective communication hence, further research can be done by using other sectors i.e., Education, Agriculture, IT etc.  In addition to that this study is based on the impact of effective communication and working environment on the employee’s performance through the moderating role of organizational culture further research can be made on the ways or methods improve working conditions of this sector.
