The rapid development in information and communication technology confronts designers of real-time systems with new challenges that have arisen due to the increasing amount of data and an intensified interconnection of functions. This is e.g. driven by recent trends such as automated driving in the automotive field and digitization in factory automation. For distributed safety-critical systems, this progression has the impact that the complexity of scheduling tasks with precedence constraints organized in so-called task chains increases the more data has to be exchanged between tasks and the more functions are involved. Especially when data has to be transmitted over an Ethernet-based communication network, the coordination between the processing tasks running on different end-devices and the communication network has to be ensured to meet strict end-to-end deadlines of task chains. In this work, we present a heuristic approach that computes schedules for distributed and data-dependent task chains consisting of preemptive and periodic tasks, taking into account the network communication delays of time-sensitive networks. Our algorithm is able to solve large problems for synthetic network topologies with randomized data dependencies in a few seconds. A high success rate was achieved, which can also be further enhanced by relaxing the deadline conditions.

Abstract With the rapid development of mobile technology, mobile applications have increasing requirements for computational resources, and mobile devices can no longer meet these requirements. Mobile edge computing (MEC) has emerged in this context and has brought innovation into the working mode of traditional cloud computing. By provisioning edge server placement, the computing power of the cloud centre is distributed to the edge of the network. The abundant computational resources of edge servers compensate for the lack of mobile devices and shorten the communication delay between servers and users. Constituting a specific forms of edge servers, cloudlets have been widely studied within academia and industry in recent years. However, existing studies have mainly focused on computation offloading for general computing tasks under fixed cloudlet placement positions. They ignored the impact on computation offloading results from cloudlet placement positions and data dependencies among mobile application components. In this paper, we study the cloudlet placement problem based on Workflow Applications (WAs) in Wireless Metropolitan Area Networks (WMANs). We devise a cloudlet placement strategy based on a Particle swarm optimization algorithm using Genetic algorithm operators with the Encoding Library updating mode (PGEL), which enables the cloudlet to be placed in appropriate positions. The simulation results show that the proposed strategy can obtain a near-optimal cloudlets placement scheme, and compared with other classic algorithms, this algorithm can reduce the execution time of WAs by 15.04%-44.99%.

The development of communication tools is part of the rapid development of information and communication technology. This change clearly influences communication patterns and relationships, for example in the field of work or business communication or organizational communication, education or learning communication, health communication, marketing communication primarily in marketing communication strategies, international communication, and others. Green accounting is a type of accounting that describes efforts to incorporate technology and environmental benefits and environmental costs into economic decision making or a financial outcome of a business. The aim is to find out whether green accounting technology can support the green movement of the business entity and the business continuity of the entity. This research is a descriptive study, using the library method where research is conducted by studying and collecting data from libraries related to tools, both in the form of journals and scientific studies of research that has been published in public journals. The results of the study concluded that the application of green technology and the impact of company activities need to be reported as a manifestation of corporate responsibility to stakeholders. The low awareness of reporting on environmental impacts is caused by several reporting constraints. The importance of environmental accounting needs to be done to improve green accounting technology that affects the positive value of environmental performance.

The rapid development of information and communication technology has caused the emergence of a new economy, indicated by the phenomenon of internet-based businesses or e-commerce. This research uses the Auto-Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) approach to analyzes the impact of e-commerce on Indonesia’s economic growth in 1996-2015. The results show that the development of e-commerce as represented by the increase of the number of e-commerce transaction value, the increase of the number of business websites, and the number of internet users is proven to bring positive impact on Indonesia’s economic growth. This validates the hypothesis which states the increasing number of e-commerce transaction value, which is formed by the interaction between business websites as the supply indicator and the internet users as the demand indicator, shall bring enhancement to the intensity of macroeconomic activities. However, the effect is only significant for the long-run relationship but is not significant in the short-run relationship. Keywords: e-commerce; economic growth; ARDL

The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the concept of understanding of hadith in one day one hadith in whatsap which includes the understanding of hadith material. The emergence of One Day One Hadith (ODOH) itself only exists in contemporary times now, because it is the effect of the rapid development of technology and information and communication that is increasingly sophisticated. Especially in the media of Whatsaap there is a textualist (closed), hermeneutic, and contextualist understanding of the Prophet's hadith, so that the message or message conveyed can be disseminated and practiced. Whatsaap is one of the many social media that can communicate anything to humans in various regions, especially information about the hadith. This study is based on the assumption that the dynamics of hadith studies in the global era and social media dias are at least the impact of the emergence of traditions contained in whatsaap. The birth of one day one hadith effort itself is at least not departing from an empty space. Socially the system adopted in one day one hadith (ODOH) has given its own color for Indonesia, especially Muslims. With the step of spreading the hadith one day one hadith, the point is to make it easier to find and understand the hadith. Therefore, further analysis and study of the concept of understanding in one day one hadith in whatsap in the current era. This research uses a type of library research (lebrary research) that is research by collecting data and studying books or library literature related to this discussion. Then in data management using descriptive and analysis methods (content analysis). Whereas in drawing conclusions using the deductive method in which the collected data is processed systematically and selectively, then conclusions are drawn which are the results of the study. The results of this study indicate that the hadith lives up to the end of time, in understanding it it is necessary to use various concepts of understanding including textual, hermeneutic, and contextual, so that in understanding the hadith is not confusing when dealing with problems in contemporary times now.
