In the Indonesian education world system, education financing is a strategic element that will determine the attainment of the stated educational goals for registration. In other words, the quality of education practice in Indonesia is strongly influenced by the share of education financing. Because education cannot be separated from the use of funds or expenditures in the provision of education, educational institutions must prioritize the management of these costs so that they can be allocated according to their registration. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, using observation and interview methods, the data obtained to describe the process of allocating, monitoring, and evaluating education funds provided by the School Operational Assistance for the Ministry of Religion Surabaya Office to be distributed to madrasas in Surabaya. The results of this study indicate that the management of school operational assistance funding in the Ministry of Religion Office environment starting from the distribution of funding for school operational assistance funds at madrasah has been implemented as technical guidelines have been made, which in distribution must go through several stages such as making madrasah activity plans, making letters. a cooperation agreement, each distribution is carried out in two stages. Supervision of the financing of school operational assistance funds is carried out in direct and indirect ways, direct supervision is carried out to observe, inspect, check directly on work and receive reports of realization or supervision. Indirect supervision is carried out by looking at and checking again from the accountability report that has been made by the madrasah.

A qualidade de vida dentro do ambiente organizacional não tem refletido de forma positiva para as pessoas com deficiência, pois além de suas características comuns, portam outras que as limitam a executar tarefas que são simples para as demais. Nesse sentido, o estudo tem como objetivo geral analisar a qualidade de vida no trabalho das pessoas com deficiência em instituição de ensino privado. A pesquisa tem caráter qualitativo, descritiva e comparativa. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevista semiestruturada, participaram da pesquisa três instituições públicas de ensino e uma instituição privada de ensino. Os principais achados foram que nas instituições públicas de ensino não haviam pessoas com deficiência, não podendo assim analisar a qualidade de vida dos mesmos nessas instituições. Já na instituição privadas existem pessoas com deficiência, ter esse tipo de colaborador é de iniciativa da organização e não somente pelo fato de existirem leis que as obrigam ter uma percentagem desse tipo de colaborador. Esse tipo de colaborador é tratado como os demais colaboradores, desde a etapa de recrutamento e seleção até a avaliação de desempenho. Porém, os mesmos sofrem preconceitos de alunos e colaboradores da própria instituições de ensino. Para que isso diminuía, são propostas ações internas de conscientização.  The quality of life within the organizational environment has not reflected positively on people with disabilities, because in addition to their common characteristics, they carry others that limit them to perform tasks that are simple for others. In this sense, the study aims to analyze the quality of life at work of people with disabilities in private school. The research has qualitative, descriptive and comparative character. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. Three public educational institutions and one private educational institution participated in the research. The main findings were that in public educational institutions there were no people with disabilities, so they could not analyze their quality of life in these institutions. In the private institution there are people with disabilities, having this type of employee is the initiative of the organization and not only because there are laws that require them to have a percentage of this type of employee. This type of employee is treated like other employees, from the recruitment and selection stage to the performance evaluation. However, they suffer prejudice from students and employees of the educational institutions themselves. To reduce this, internal awareness actions are proposed.

The principal is a leader in educational institutions that regulates and manages educational activities in schools. Therefore, school principals play an important role in improving the quality of education, especially improving teacher performance to be more enthusiastic and professional in teaching and developing themselves who are in charge of delivering lessons to students. This study aims to identify the role of principal supervision as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching at SMA Negeri 10 OKU.This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 10 OKU. The research was carried out for 3 (three) months, starting from September 2020 to November 2020. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used include: (1) Interview or Interview; (2) Observation; (3) Documentation. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the principal had a role in the supervision carried out as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching. It is known: (1) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher in planning lesson plans which are made reported and approved by the principal and according to the curriculum; (2) The role of principal supervision is proven by the teacher in carrying out the learning process in accordance with the learning device guidelines and using teaching aids; (3) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher evaluating the learning outcomes and reporting to the principal; (4) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher following up on the learning outcomes in accordance with the direction of the principal; (5) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher providing guidance to students.

<p class="05Abstrak">Abstract</p><p class="06IsiAbstrak">The purpose of this study is to find out about the efforts or strategies for implementing teacher professionalism during the pandemic because learning activities are no longer carried out face-to-face but are completely digital / online. This type of research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach that tries to explore the meaning of teacher professionalism as a step to develop the quality of educational institutions while still adjusting educational goals. The results of this study indicate that the majority of MI Hikmatun Najah teachers can implement their professionalism through online learning properly and right. They still carry out their duties and obligations in a professional manner even though the learning process is online / online. This research also shows that teachers can put their professionalism in accordance with the place and conditions.</p><p class="061AbstrakIndonesia">Abstrak</p><p class="05Abstrak">Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang upaya-upaya atau strategi implementasi profesionalisme guru pada masa pandemi dikarenakan kegiatan pembelajaran tidak lagi dilakukan dengan tatap muka melainkan dengan serba digital/online. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang mencoba mengeksplorasi makna profesionalisme guru sebagai langkah mengembangkan mutu lembaga pendidikan dengan tetap menyesuaikan tujuan pendidikan.. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mayoritas guru MI Hikmatun Najah dapat mengimplementasikan sikap profesionalisme mereka melalui pembelajaran online dengan baik dan tepat. Mereka tetap melaksanakan tugas dan kewajiban mereka secara profesional walaupun proses pembelajaran melalui online/daring. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa para guru dapat menempatkan sikap profesionalisme mereka sesuai dengan tempat dan kondisi.</p>

There are several objectives of this paper including, to find out how leadership in the world of education (headmaster), discusses the leadership style in education, to study the leadership role of the principal and to improve coordination in carrying out tasks related to coordinating existing parties. The research method used is literacy collection in the form of books, articles and other reading papers. This paper complements the discussion about leadership, because the presence of leaders is needed in an organization, in this case the author focuses on education. In addition, leadership is needed in supporting the process of improving the quality of education, because the style or characteristics associated with leadership can improve and move individuals in the organization. The current leadership style in school management is no longer a force of coercion but uses a commitment based on togetherness so that all parties under educational leadership can contribute to achieving the educational goals to be achieved. Whereas the quality of educational outcomes is issued by educational institutions in a certain period of time. A leader from an educational institution will be a support for an educational institution to be able to get a quality educational institution Good leadership will encourage a strong educational institution to become better too.

The socioemotional competencies contribute to the integral formation of the student as it unites the cognitive with the emotional; at the criterion of this study, two stages were considered to be approached in the school: the first one promoted an adequate coexistence of all the actors of the educational community, avoiding the situation of violence: the second stage will have to do with the effects produced during the health emergency by the COVID- 19. The main purpose of this study was to inquire about the academic literature on the subject of socioemotional competence in the context of Peruvian educational institutions. The method employed was a qualitative descriptive literature review. The results allowed exploring the topic from academic and documentary contributions. It was concluded that there is no consensus on a common term for socioemotional competencies; however, there is no doubt that the impulse given in educational institutions contributes to the integral formation of the student.

The quality of educational institutions is supported by several system elements including supervision of education carried out by principals as supervisors as mandated by Minister of National Education Regulation (Permendiknas) Number 13 of 2007 concerning Standard Principals who must supervise education in the form of supervision and assessment of teacher performance and employees who aim to assist teachers and employees in achieving educational goals starting from planning, implementation and evaluation to be optimal in carrying out institutional tasks in an organizational frame that leads to the quality of the institution. Educational supervision serves to coordinate all school efforts including all role holders in the school organization and broaden the experience through giving constructive criticism from the principal to teachers and employees. References to educational supervision include curriculum components, curriculum content and curriculum development strategies, improvement of teaching references in terms of making learning planning, optimizing the educational functions and educational goals embodied in the school's vision and mission. In its management, schools need quality assurance as a benchmark for assessing the success or failure of educational institutions. One of the most important aspects that affect the quality of education is leadership and quality management. The research objectives are: (1) to describe how the principal's strategy in improving the academic quality of students at SMAN 2 Sidoarjo (2) to describe how the principal's strategy is to improve the non-academic quality of students at SMAN 2 Sidoarjo. This study uses a qualitative descriptive. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are: (1) the principal's strategy in improving the academic quality of students at SMAN 2 Sidoarjo is through the PPDB process carried out in 4 stages, supervising the learning process in order to know the achievements in the learning process, taking a good personal approach with all school stakeholders, excellent programs (Academic Skills) that can support students to continue to work and produce achievements. develop school planning as much as possible, analyze the challenges, obstacles and future opportunities that will be faced by SMAN 2 Sidoarjo (2) the principal's strategy in improving the non-academic quality of students at SMAN 2 Sidoarjo is a superior program of life skills in the form of learning to be able to survive in life , more productive and supported by existing programs in schools. Social Skill with the hope of being able to socialize in society. Develop school planning as much as possible, analyze the challenges, obstacles and future opportunities that will be faced by SMAN 2 Sidoarjo.

In improving the quality of this educational institution, the leadership role has a very strategic function. A leader from an educational institution will be a support for other educational institutions, especially communities, where educational institutions can get quality educational institutions.
