The Banyumasan Begalan traditional ceremony is a form of ritual as well as a performing arts entertainment media in the form of drama because there is an element of dialogue in it. From the time sequence of the performances, the utterances, and the tools carried in Begalan have a moral meaning and Islamic religious values in relation to the formation of a Muslim family, namely the realization of the sakinah family, mawadah wa rahmah. Therefore, the Banyumas Begalan traditional ceremony is very suitable as a source of character education in schools and the meaning contained in it can be used as a reference for prospective brides in pre-marriage courses or what we have been managing with Suscatin (Candidate Bride Course).This study aims to describe: (1) the procession of the Begalan tradition, (2) the public's perception of the symbolic meaning, (3) a review of Islamic law and, (4) the function of Begalan. This research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique in this research is observation through secondary data, namely in the form of youtube videos, and document review. The object of this research is religious values and moral values in the Begalan traditional ceremony in the former Banyumasan Residency.

This study aims to reveal the values of local wisdom of Ronggeng Sakabek Arek Art in the Simpang Timbo Abu Preparatory Kenagarian, Talamau District, West Pasaman Regency, by using the theory of local wisdom values and the theory of performing arts. This research employed qualitative research using descriptive analytical methods. The main instrument is the researcher himself with primary and secondary data types. Data collection techniques are library reviews, observation, interviews and documentation. The object of research is the Ronggeng Sakabek Arek Art in the Kenagarian Preparation of “Simpang Timbo Abu”, Talamau District, West Pasaman. It found that the Ronggeng Sakabek Arek Art was performed at three events, namely (a) the values of local wisdom contained in the Ronggeng Arts Youth Event, (1) the religious values in which the time of Ronggeng art was held after Isya Prayers, ( 2) the moral value of love for Ronggeng art by teaching Ronggeng art to the community even though it is not part of the Ronggeng Sakabek Arek art group, (3) ethical and moral values, before the implementation of Ronggeng art first ask permission from Niniak Mamak and other traditional leaders. (b) The values of local wisdom found in the Ronggeng Art Show at the mamasak night, (1) the religious values at which the Ronggeng art is held after the Isya prayer, (2) the social values to entertain and accompany tired working mothers in the kitchen preparing food for the wedding the next day and feeling love for Ronggeng art by means of the Ronggeng players giving opportunities to children and people who are not members of the Ronggeng Sakabek Arek art group to appear on stage. (c) The values of local wisdom contained in the Ronggeng performance at Aghak-aghak or marapulai processions in the Baralek event are social values, namely the number of families participating in delivering marapulai to the house of the dagho child or bride, as well as for the Ronggeng players. The current phenomenon shows that the noble character values ​​among children are experiencing a quite concerning crisis. One of the factors causing the deterioration of children's character is a crisis or deterioration of national cultural values ​​or local wisdom values. Therefore, exploring cultural values ​​or local wisdom values ​​is a strategic step in an effort to build the nation's character. The purpose of this study was to describe (1) character education through traditional games in MIN 3 Jember, (2) character education through traditional songs in MIN 3 Jember, and (3) character education through folklore in MIN 3 Jember. To achieve this goal, this study uses a phenomenological type of qualitative approach. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, and documentary study techniques. The data collected are primary data and secondary data which include: character education strategy data through traditional games, character education through traditional songs, and character education through folk stories. After the data is collected, it is analyzed using themodel spiral analysis  proposed by Cresswel (2007). The results showed that (1) The teachers at MIN 3 Jember have used traditional games as a medium to instill character values ​​in students. The traditional games played by students are quite varied. The steps taken by the teacher in using traditional games as a medium in instilling the character of students are: choosing traditional games that are in accordance with the learning theme, playing games together with students, followed by explaining the character values ​​contained in the games that have been played the. (2) Teachers at MIN 3 Jember have used traditional songs as a medium to instill character values ​​in students. The steps taken by the teacher in using traditional songs as a medium to instill the character of students, namely: choosing traditional songs that are in accordance with the learning theme, singing songs together with students, followed by explaining the character values ​​contained in traditional songs that have been sung. (3) teachers at MIN 3 Jember have used folklore as a medium to instill character values ​​in students. The steps taken by the teacher in using folklore to instill character values ​​are: (a) the children read the folklore in groups or independently, (b) to find out whether the children understand the story, the teacher make inquiries via 5W + H. (c) the teacher retells the folklore to the children, and (d) the teacher conveys the messages (character values) that exist in the story.

The purpose of this researchment is to ascertain how wide the farming of species Saccharun Edule Hasskarl (terubuk) in sub district Tosa, district of East Tidore of Tidore Island through the indicator of the value revenue, production and selling prices so that the farmers will achieve The Break Event Point (BEP). The research method was used a quantitative method with the number of samples of 30 people. The determination of the sample method is using the census method or involving all members of the population into a sample of researchment. The secondary data collection was done by using library literature in the form of document review and relevant references to research object while primary data collection was done by using questionnaire. The data is using equation R /C Ratio, BEP Revenue, BEP Price, and BEP Production. Therefore from the results of the researchment it can be explained that the two of the thirty farmers come through the break event point, while the other twenty-eight farmers declared having a business that worth to be develop or experiencing profit, because the R/C ratio is above 1.0 with average profit reach Rp. 989.000, - per production / farmer.

<em>The research objective was to determine the effect of work environment and career development on employee performance of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center). The research method, in this study using primary and secondary data sources, where the data collection is done by field research and library research. Respondents in this study were all employees of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center) as many as 72 respondents using the slovin technique with a tolerance level of 5 percent. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the sampling technique used random sampling. The results of the study have an effect both partially and simultaneously on work environment and career development on employee performance at PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center).</em>

The Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model is one type of cooperative learning model designed to influence the interaction patterns of students. The Numbered Head Together (NHT) cooperative learning model can encourage students to increase cooperation in learning both cooperation between students and between teachers and students will be able to increase tolerance and self-confidence. The purpose of this study was to obtain a description of the effect of using the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model on the biology learning competence of students This type of research is ex post facto research. The data used is secondary data, namely data sourced from scientific journal articles accredited by Sinta which were selected as samples the data collection technique in this study was carried out by taking selected journal articles as samples and related to the effect of implementing the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model. The data analysis technique uses the steps, namely, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification the results showed that there was an increase in the learning competence of students using the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model. The NHT learning model makes students readiness in learning because they have discussed the material to be studied in advance. Students become more active and dominate during the learning process so that the teacher only acts as a facilitator and motivator.

ABSTRACT Character education is one of the focus of educational goals in Indonesia. The importance of character education because of the declining ethics, morale of learners and the increasing popularity of student delinquency, such as brawl and drug addicts. Implementation of character education is very important to evaluate how the process and results. The research was conducted at SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. The purpose of this study describes the implementation of lisa program, libra, patujar applied in SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Knowing the value of characters generated in the program lisa, libra, patujar applied in SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. The research method used is qualitative method with data collection technique, observation, interview and documentation. Suggestion of research result that is importance of socialization about character education to learners, teachers and society to support the embodiment of school program libra libra patujar. Schools should involve parents and community as partners in the coaching and habituation of student characters. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan implementasi program lisa, libra, patujar yang diterapkan di SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Mengetahui nilai karakter yang dihasilkan dalam program lisa, libra, patujar yang diterapkan di SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Saran hasil penelitian yaitu pentingnya sosialisasi mengenai pendidikan karakter kepada peserta didik, guru dan masyarakat untuk menunjang keterwujudan program sekolah lisa libra patujar. In Islamic law, pre-wedding photos have not been regulated in detail. However, pre-wedding photo activities have become commonplace by the community. It becomes a problem when pre-wedding is currently done with an intimate scene, usually the prospective bride uses sexy clothes and is also not accompanied by her mahram when doing pre-wedding photos. Even though there have been many fatwas and studies on the limits of permissibility and prohibition in the pre-wedding procession.The results show that the pre-wedding procession that is carried out by the community in terms of poses, clothes, and also assistance in accordance with Islamic law, the law is permissible. However, it often happens in the community to take photos before the marriage contract with scenes as if they are legally husband and wife and the bride's family knows without prohibiting, directing, and guiding them according to Islamic teachings. In this case the role of the family is very important, we as parents must understand the basis of religious knowledge and how to instill religious values in our children since childhood is the key to this problem dilemma.

This article aims to describe and interpret the Zapin Arab and Zapin Malay dances. Zapin dance comes from Arabic and developed within the scope of the Malay community. At first the Zapin dance culture was brought by merchants from Gujarat to various regions in the archipelago in the XV century. Zapin dance has a heroic background, because the movement was originally a sense of uplifting the spirit of the companions of the prophet for war. The development of Zapin Arabic and Malay dances are both expressed in the form of performing arts. The problem in this research is focused on the structure of the Malay zapin dance. In order to approach this problem, the structuralism theory reference from Levi Strauss' model is used. Structural theory is applied to describe Malay society. The data were collected through statements and experiences of sources, observation, and document review, then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. Data analysis uses textual and contestual interpretations, namely interpreting denotative and connotative structures. This study concludes that, (1) the Arabic Zapin dance has Arabic cultural content, and (2) the Malay Zapin dance is an Islamic expression of Malay culture.

Background: Infection is one of the top ten diseases in Indonesia, so that antibiotic therapy is quite high. The increasing use of antibiotics may lead to an increase in the use of irrational antibiotics. Drug Related Problems (DRPs) are events that are not expected from the patient's experience or are suspected to be due to drug therapy so that they have the potential to interfere with the desired healing success. Objective: This study aims to determine the number of occurrences of DRPs which include dosage inaccuracy, namely under and over dose, indication without drug, drug without indication, potential interactions and inaccuracy of drug selection in inpatient pneumonia treatment for children at the Deli Serdang Regional public hospital. In 2019 Method: This study is retrospective in which data is obtained through secondary data in the form of patient medical records for the period January-December 2019 with a cross-sectional study design. The data collection technique was in the form of total sampling, obtained 50 samples that fit the inclusion criteria. Results: Drung Related Problems (DRPs) research that occurred in the under-dose category of drugs (4.0%), and excessive drug doses (2.0%) and no DRPs (94.0%). This shows that the role of pharmacists is important in monitoring patient drug therapy to minimize the occurrence of DRPs.
