Adolescence is a transition period recognized from physical, emotional, and psychological changes happening between 10-19 years of age. Teenagers’ health problems certainly need comprehensive and integrated treatment given through IEC, counseling, peer counseling, clinical/medical services, and referrals, including the Integrated Service Post program as a form of community participation in health services. Therefore, the integrated-service-post program should be able to expand its service range; not only for toddlers, pregnant and breast-feeding women, but also other strategic targets such as teenagers and the elderly. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between family support and adolescent compliance in joining the family posyandu around the working area of the Public Health Center of Aikmel.This research was a descriptive correlation study using an observational approach. The population of this study was 399 teenagers and the samples were 134 drawn using systematic cluster sampling. A questionnaire was used to measure family support and observation sheets were used to find out adolescent compliance in joining the program. The data were then analyzed using the chi-square test.The results showed that the highest participation was shown by teenagers between 12-16 years of aged (70.1%) and the lowest participation was performed by adolescents aged 17-25 years (29.0%). Additionally, based on gender, girls participated more than boys (the participation of girls was 53%). Moreover, the result showed that the higher the education, the higher the family support. Finally, the levels of compliance were 53.7% (compliant) and 56.3% (non-compliant). The statistical test showed that ρ value = 0.009 (ρ < 0.05).Therefore, it can be concluded that there was a significant correlation between family support and adolescent compliance in joining the Integrated Service Post program for families around the working area of the Public Health Center of Aikmel. Hopefully, paramedics/cadres can provide counseling about the importance of family support to increase teenagers’ compliance in joining the program.

Management of medical records and health information is one of the elements in the assessment of Public Health Center accreditation. Medical records play an important role in collecting accurate and comprehensive data for targeted health policies. The most appropriate management of medical records at the Public Health Center is the regional storage system or often referred to as the family folder system. Community service activities at the Cibeureum Health Center are carried out using consultation, training, and mentoring methods. Compiled 10 quality documents and the implementation of the e-family folder in stages. Furthermore, continuous data migration was carried out assisted by RMIK students. Activities carried out well.

Family support is very important for stroke patients or those who experience a stroke. Family support is given to health care. Broadly speaking, health efforts are divided into three prevention, curative prevention and rehabilitation efforts (Maulana, 2014: 38). Successfully preventing stroke in patients with hypertension, the family must provide support for patients with hypertension so that lifestyle changes.The purpose of this study was to study the relationship between family support for efforts to prevent stroke in hypertensive patients in the Bontonyeleng Public Health Center Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency.This study uses quantitative research design using descriptive design. The sample of this study amounted to 50 people taken by the total sampling method that is all participants who were used as the study sample. Data analysis in this study used the Chi Square test statistic test.Based on the results of the research obtained by the respondents, there were mostly in the good category as many as 29 respondents (58%), while the family efforts in minimizing stroke in hypertensive patients were mostly found in the non-done category as many as 33 respondents (66%). The results of the analysis using the Chi Square statistical test obtained a p value of 0,000, thus p <α (0,000 <0,05).The conclusion of this study is about the relationship between families with efforts to minimize stroke in hypertensive patients in the work area of ​​Bontonyeleng Public Health Center, Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency.Suggestions from this study are to be able to add information and input for health workers to be able to increase assistance for hypertensive patients regarding family needs with family prevention in minimizing stroke in patients with hypertension.

Health problems often experienced by the elderly are one of the psychological problems of self-esteem. Self-esteem in the elderly that is not treated will cause low self-esteem problems, factors that affect self-esteem are impaired physical function and low family support. Problems that are often experienced by the elderly are impaired physical function and lack of family support. This study aimed to determine the correlation of physical function impairment and family support with elderly self-esteem at the public health center Putri Ayu Jambi city year 2019. This is a quantitative research by using cross sectional design. Populations were all elderly aged 60-70 who visited at the public health center Putri Ayu Jambi city year 2018 as many as 5655 people. Samples were 95 respondents, it used accidental sampling technique. This study was conducted from May 16th – 29th 2019. The collecting of data used questionnaire. It analyzed as univariate and bivariate by using chi-square test.  The findings indicated that as many as 65.3% have good family support for the elderly, as many as 67.4% elderly experience mild physical impairment and as many as 38.9% the elderly have low self-esteem. On the statistical test indicated that there is significant correlation between physical function impairment (p-value 0.000) and family support (p-value 0.007) with elderly self-esteem at the public health center Putri Ayu Jambi city year 2019. It is expected to health personnel at the public health center to increase counseling about elderly health and self-esteem and also increase counseling to elderly families about family support needed by the elderly, especially about physical changes for the elderly, praise for the elderly, elderly needs and health conditions of the elderly.

Introduction. The age of life expectancy of Indonesian women is 74 years old, male 69 year, average life expectancy of 71.2 years (BPS, 2019). United Nations Data shows the number of elderly 2017 is 7.511 billion. Data World Bank, (2019) The number of elderly 5 ASEAN countries in the order as follows Thailand 11.9%, Singapore 11.5%, Vietnam 7.3%, Malaysia 6.7%, and Indonesia 5.7% while in the world 8.9%. Year 2019, the number of Indonesian elderly is prediction to be 27.5 million or 10.3%, year 2020 reached 28.8 million or 11.34% of the total population and 57 million (17.9%) Year 2045 (BPS, 2018). The UN predition that the percentage of Indonesian seniors reached 25 percent in 2050, about 74 million elderly. This figure is a challenge in creating a healthy and productive elderly or independent. Increasing age will add to the family burden. This condition requires the family to support the elderly to remain healthy, so that the self-reliant in conducting ADL. Healthy, active and independent elderly will add to the welfare and happiness of the family. The purpose of research is to know the family support relationship with elderly independence conducting ADL in Tuntungan village II work area Pancur Batu Puskesmas Regency Deli SerdangMethod. This research uses cross sectional methods. Population is all the elderly village of Tuntungan II work area Pancur Batu Public Health Center as much as 299 people. Large samples in research as much as 73 people. Data collection using interview techniques with questionnaires. Research is analyzed by univariate and Bivariat.Result. Background: Anemia is an indirect cause of death for pregnant women and women in labor due to bleeding. One of the inabilities of the uterine muscles to contract is caused by anemia. The use of integrated service posts or Posyandu, especially in the fourth and fifth steps as a stage of individual health promotion, should prevent anemia in mothers.Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the experiences of midwives in the implementation of the fifth stage of function in integrated service posts in relation to preventing anemia in mothers.Methods: This was a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach conducted from January to November 2020. The participants consisted of eight midwives, two nutritionists, one laboratory analyst, six cadres, and two pregnant women. The participants were selected using accidental sampling in the Poasia Public Health Center working area, Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi of Indonesia.Results: The results showed two themes related to the implementation of the fifth stage of the integrated service post activities: pregnancy examination and treatment of anemia.Conclusion: The implementation of the fifth stage in the integrated service postal service has been carried out maximally utilizing the resources owned by the public health center and the community. However, midwives receive additional burdens for its implementation because cadres are less able to provide health education for pregnant women, especially regarding anemia. The study was supported by the Research and Community Engagement Directory (DRPM) of the Republic of Indonesia.

Indonesia is the nation with the third largest population in the world. One way to control the population is with the family planning program. The strategy of the implementation of KB program is increase the use of long-term contraceptive methods (MKJP) sterilization (MOW and MOP), IUD and implant. The research used descriptive research; it aimed to determine perception of acceptor KB about use of long-term contraceptive methods at the public health center Koni Jambi city year 2017. Populations were 1.686 people. It used accidental sampling technique i.e. acceptor KB who visit the public health center. Sample for this research was 42 womens. Analyzed univariate was used for statistical analysis. The collecting data used by questionnaire. The result showed 9 acceptors (21%) used MKJP and 33 acceptors (79%) choose to use contraceptive non MKJP. 29 acceptors (69%) have positive perception and 13 acceptors (31%) have negative perception about use of long-term contraceptive methods. It concluded that there are many acceptor more choose and use contraception non MKJP, it suggested to increase promotion in conducting counseling about contraception to increase awareness of acceptor for themselves especially MKJP contraceptives.

Family support covered informational support, instrumental support, emotional support, and appraisal support needed tuberculosis patients, including support of nutrition fulfillment.  The study aimed to know the correlation of information obtained and the family support to the fulfillment of nutrition of tuberculosis patients. The study used correlation design. The sample was the family of tuberculosis patient of first category who was registered to Public Health Center of Blitar city. The sample was 44 respondents selected by simple random sampling. The data collection used the close-ended questionnaire that was developed based on the theory of social support. The result showed that families who had ever received information about nutrition fulfillment was 11.4% (5 families) and had not ever received information was 88.6% (39 families); and the family support to the fulfillment of nutrition of tuberculosis patients of first category was in the category of supportive (59.1%) and non-supportive family was 40.9% (18 families). The correlation value of the Kendall Tau-b was 0.298 (p = 0.014). The family support for the fulfillment of nutrition of tuberculosis patients of first category who support was caused by the information obtained, while who did not support was caused by lack of information about the importance of nutrition fulfillment of tuberculosis patient. A weak correlation was caused by families who had received information about nutrition fulfillment for tuberculosis patients was very little, consequently the support given by the patient as a reward as a family member who was sick was also little. It is recommended that health workers at the Public Health Center give of health education regularly to the family in every drug taking.

This study aims to determine the index of public satisfaction in public health center services in Sumenep Regency and the relationship between the services to the public satisfaction. The analysis measured the index of public satisfaction and logistic regression methods to determine the effect of the relationship on total satisfaction in the health services of Public Health Center. The results of the study are the alignment between interests and patient satisfaction is still not aligned, there are still differences between interests and satisfaction, the pattern of the result is the relationship between the assurance dimension to the service satisfaction of the public health center, and the results of the index of public satisfaction  values show that the results of the community assess the public health center performance is very good by getting an A grade.
