The aim of this paper was to, on the basis of everyday clinical practice analize the effect of a homeopathic remedy, as a complementary remedy in endodontic therapy of endoperiodontal lesions and chronic apical periodontitis and to radiologically check its effect on the flow and speed of reparation of damaged periodontal tissues. Endodontic therapy was done according to the usual protocol for the therapy of infectious canals with root canal preparation, medication with calcium hydroxide points and hermetic obturation with AH-26 paste. During endodontic treatment patients were taking homeophatic remedy Hepar sulfuris per os three times daily. The remedy stimulates the natural defences mechanism of the organism. Radiological follow up after three months period showed obvious reductiont of radiologic radiolucency in periapical region.

The need to develop and improve methods of diagnos is and treatment of patients with deformities of the jaws is determined primarily by the frequency of it prevalence. Dental anomalies occur in 33.7 - 49% of those examined. To improve the effectiveness of orthodontic treatment of patients with skeletal forms of sagittal anomalies of occlusion of the dentition, it is necessary to conduct additional methods of examination, computer modeling of treatment results, drawing up a comprehensive treatment plan. Clinical case. Patient 33 years old. Skeletal III class, Mesial occlusion of dental arches, Narrow upper jaw, Tooth crowding, periodontal problems, gingival loss. After additional diagnostic methods, computer simulation of treatment was performed, various treatment options were considered.

The patient in different age periods underwent a complete clinical examination with the use of additional research methods, as well as a step-by-step treatment plan. Within eighteen months, a comprehensive treatment was carried out on a fixed technique with a surgical stage-alveoloplasty. The step-by-step dynamics of complex treatment is presented. Results. As a result of treatment, the patient received a complex rehabilitation specialists MCMC "Bonum" of the city of Yekaterinburg, namely the closure of the defect on the upper lip, alveolar ridge and the palate, the normalization of the position of the teeth, the dentition in the sagittal, vertical and transversal plane, the restoration of the functions of respiration and speech. External inflammatory root resorption (EIRR) is one of the consequences of pulp necroses caused by intrusive dislocation (ID). The objective of the study was to report a clinical case of ID associated with EIRR, which was submitted to late endodontic treatment. Patient came to the dental office five months after a trauma with a clinical picture of intrusive dislocation of tooth 21 associated with pulp necrosis, but without symptoms. Radiographic examination showed an image compatible with EIRR along root surface. The treatment plan was to undergo endodontic treatment with calcium hydroxide changes which occurred monthly for 8 months. When EIRR stopped, the root canal was filled. After clinical and radiographic follow up for 5 years, there was an involution of the damage caused by the clastic activity resulting from the resorptive process, characterizing the success of the instituted therapy.

In recent years, our country has seen positive trends in improving the effectiveness of endodontic dental treatment due to the introduction of modern technologies that allow predicting the results of dental treatment. However, in clinical practice, the number of unsuccessful treatment outcomes for caries complications has not decreased. It is known that the key to the effectiveness of endodontic treatment is the "three whales": cleaning, sterilization and obturation of the root canal system. However, at each stage of endodontic treatment, a significant number of errors are obtained. Thus, according to x-ray examination, it was found that only in 13.4% of cases the root canals were filled satisfactorily. But even with high-quality obturation, in 5-8% of cases, there is inflammation in the periodontium.
