We studied the effect of the growth regulator Regoplant on the mass of seedlings, the quality of seedlings and the productivity of tobacco. Soaking tobacco seeds before sowing in a 0.0001 % solution of the preparation at an exposure of 6 hours, and then spraying the plants at the stage of “auricles” and “seedling ready for planting” with a working solution of an agrochemical with a 0.00001 % concentration significantly improved the quality of seedlings. This technique increases the length of tobacco seedlings to the apical point by 66 %, to the end of elongated leaves by 29 %, the mass of stems by 53 %, the mass of roots by 32 %, the diameter of the stem by 38 %. After planting the plants in the field, developed under the influence of the Regoplant stimulator, we noted an increase in productivity by 16 % and an improvement in the quality of raw materials due to an increase in carbohydrates and a decrease in proteins. The economic effect against the background of the application of Regoplant preparation amounted to 106 thousand rubles.

The economic basis of market relations between business entities and objects is the planning of activities, which provides the necessary balance between production and consumption of products, demand for goods and supply volumes by the enterprise at the macroeconomic level. At the enterprise, playing acts as an optimizer for the production of high-quality products based on efficient and rational use of resources. In management practice, a special place is occupied by internal planning, which is considered as a system of interconnected long-term, medium-term and short-term plans that determine the strategy of the company as a whole, as well as the goals of functioning, the forecast of the development of internal and external factors and resources of the enterprise. One of the main types of planning in the organization is production planning, which is widely used at petrochemical and oil refining enterprises and, in particular, at Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat LLC. The technological features of oil refining and petrochemical enterprises have a great influence on the process of production planning: the multivariance and complexity of technological processes, a wide range of products; large production capacities and technological installations; high material and energy intensity; a significant share of raw materials in the cost of production. Therefore, the processes of modeling and optimization in internal planning are impossible without the effective use of software and information support. This justifies the relevance and need to optimize production planning and increase the effectiveness of its management. The article discusses the practice of production planning at LLC Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat. At the enterprise, the planning process for the processing of raw materials and production is carried out using the Aspen PIMS software product, which allows us to calculate the optimal version of the production plan and ensures the maximum marginal profit of the enterprise. The principles of operation of the Aspen PIMS module are considered; production tasks solved with the help of this software. The basic structure of the construction of the planning process at LLC Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat is given. The apple, the pumpkin and the cinnamon are raw materials that could be innovatively combined to produce a new sugar-preserved product following an original recipe. It can be considered in accordance with the European quality of jam-type varieties. It is a hybrid product, a component of “the European gastronomy” with old Bavarian roots and Romanian raw material. An adapted technological scheme and a recipe based on the TSS of the raw material and of the finished product were used. The quality indicators were determined using analytical methods. The PCA with the results provided by the panelists were used for the study of the aromatic profile. An identification of flavors, such as apple and cinnamon, is reported, which contributes to the specificity of the sensory profile of the jam. The new product has: TSS = 63.6 oBrix, TA = 0.2%, VA = 0.105 %. These values fall within the range of values for other jam and experimental jam assortments. The proportion of solids is 34%, which is far too low compared to the 45% minimum accepted limit. Taking into account that there is no “surface lifting” flaw, it is recommended to accept the value for the new assortment.

The aim of the work is to establish the stages of formation, development and application of bitumen. The article shows that bitumen production in its present form began to form only in the XIX century and its formation and development is directly related to the development of oil refining processes. The authors show that the early period of bitumen use, which is discussed in detail in this article, had a temporary length of several millennia and was characterized mainly by the use of natural bitumen. Areas of application of bitumen already in those days were very diverse: it was used mainly as a lighting material for heating purposes, for treatment, for mummification, in the construction of roads, canals, reservoirs, water pipes, hydro and thermal insulation, etc. the article shows that bitumen is the main component used in the construction of modern roads. The process of obtaining iron ore at ore-dressing plant is a continuous process, so equipment failure at any stage leads to equipment downtime at all other stages. In this case, temporary shipment to the warehouse and from the warehouse of semi-finished raw materials leads to an increase in cost and a decrease in the quality of raw materials. These problems determined the purpose and objectives of the study of the possibilities of using a geographic information system to control moving objects in the main mine of the ore-dressing plant based on the system of automatic positioning using GPS or GPS/AVL (Automatic Vehicle Location). Based on satellite data, it is possible to generate various types of reports that allow to better control the situation - to analyze the qualitative and quantitative side of the ore mining process in quarries, to simulate the situation in order to avoid loss of working time. The basis of the study determined the economic effect of the introduction of GPS navigation in the main mine of the plant.

Currently, domestic industry uses imported raw materials. At the same time, supplies of rapeseed oil for export as raw materials account for about 80% of the production volumes. Therefore, import substitution of rapeseed oil due to an increase in its own production and a significant increase in the efficiency of processing technology with improved quality characteristics, the development of innovative technology and technical means to improve the quality of peeling of rapeseed is relevant. Depending on the grain structure, one of three methods of peeling is used: compression and shear, multiple or single blow, by abrasion of the shells. The rapeseed kernel has a fragile structure, so peeling with a multiple blow is irrational. Two requirements are imposed on the rape seed peeling process: high-quality separation of husk from the kernel and preservation of the integrity of the kernel. The article describes the developed design of the installation for peeling rape in an electromagnetic field, which allows the peeling process to be carried out at low operating costs. The process of peeling rape is possible by hydromechanical destruction and abrasion of husks on rotating abrasive disks and mutual friction of grains in the EMF microwave, followed by removal of the shells by blowing air through a hollow dielectric shaft with holes and a perforated cylindrical resonator. The article also describes the technological process of rape peeling and conducted a feasibility study on the implementation of the proposed installation. The economic effect of the use of a microwave installation for rape peeling is 124 thousand rubles/month with the volume of output 38.5 tons/month, profitability will increase by 3.7%.
