Abstrak – Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi dan pemanfaatan media sosial usaha kecil dan menegah untuk bertahan di tengah pandemi covid-19. Dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini metode jenis pendekatan yang digunakan dengan penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa resto meatandmeet di tengah pandemi covid-19 ini berusaha dengan berbagai cara meatandmeet sangat kreatif dan inovatif teknologi yang digunakan sangat menarik  dengan memanfaatkan teknologi media sosial melalui Instagram di mana akun Instagram meatandmeet memiliki banyak pengikut dan banyak hasil- hasil dari konsumen sebelumnya yaitu testimoni dari tiga menu yang ditawarkan pada resto meatandmeet. Upaya lain yang dilakukan resto meatandmeet adalah memberikan home service delivery dimana konsumen diberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan pemesanan, konsumen tidak harus memikirkan peralatan untuk bisa berkumpul menikmati makanan yang sedang tren saat ini yaitu resto meatandmeet menawarkan berbagai pilihan menu terutama yang paling diminati adalah menu paket BBQ dan Shabu  yang komplit. Di dalam paket menu paket BBQ dan Shabu tersebut di keterangan hanya untuk empat orang saja namun setelah melakukan pemesanan menu tersebut bisa dinikmati untuk lebih dari sepuluh orang maka harga yang ditawarkan pada resto meatandmeet sangat relatif murah dan tetap dapat  menikmati masakan menu BBQ dan shabu tanpa harus datang ke resto jadi bisa menghindari kumpulan banyak orang dan mengikuti peraturan pemerintah untuk berdiam diri dirumah namun tetap bisa menikmati masakan BBQ dan shabu dirumah. Abstract - The purpose of this study was to determine the strategies and use of social and medium media to survive the covid-19 pandemic. In carrying out this research, the type of approach used is descriptive qualitative research. The results obtained from this study are that the meatandmeet restaurant in the midst of the Covid-19 epidemic is trying in various ways. Meatandmeet is very creative and innovative. The technology used is very attractive by utilizing social media technology through instgrams where the meatandmeet instgram account has many followers and many results. - The results of previous consumers are testimonials from the three menus offered at the Meatandmeet Restaurant. Another effort made by the meatandmeet restaurant is to provide home service delivery where consumers are given an order, consumers do not have to judge the equipment to gather to enjoy the food that is currently trending, namely the meatandmeet restaurant offers a variety of menu options, especially the most popular ones are the BBQ and Shabu package menus which Complete. In the menu package, the BBQ and Shabu package is mentioned only for four people but after ordering the menu it can be enjoyed by more than ten people, the price offered at the meatandmeet restaurant is very relatively cheap and you can still enjoy BBQ and shabu menu dishes without having to. come to the restaurant so you can avoid crowds of people and follow government regulations to stay at home but still enjoy BBQ and shabu dishes at home.

In this chapter, the author takes a look at how organizations can integrate Social Media technology into their current electronic commerce environment. While electronic commerce technology has been around for many years, social media technology is emerging as the dominating force in commerce itself. Organizations must evolve their online environments in order to progress to the next level of service delivery. Social Media provides the basic technology for creating a network of customers who are passionate about the company’s product offering. The key here is the commitment of the customers throughout the business lifecycle. Social Media includes a variety of technologies and concepts such as social networking, weblogs, wikis, Really Simple Syndication (RSS), social tagging, mashups, information markets, and user defined content. This chapter will review several different examples where organizations have added Social Media to their environment and impact that integration is having to the entire business model.

<p>Social media such as Facebook has become an essential strategic tool for organisations. Facebook is a platform where a large pool of consumers would use to make purchase decisions. Organisations are designing and maintaining their Facebook account to expand their social networks and build relationships with the public. This research explains current situations regarding the influence of online social media technology with reference to Facebook on employees' work performance in Malaysia. The problem statement focuses on both the public and private sectors in Malaysia. Additionally, various literature was reviewed, indicating the relationship between social media (usage at work, sociability, and trust) and work performance. The mediating role of the organisational framework on the relationship between online social media technology (Facebook) and work performance was also scrutinised to formulate the research hypothesis. The findings of this research established a significant relationship between online social media (Facebook) and organisational framework and work performance. Conclusively, the hypothesis depicted that the organisational framework fully mediates the relationship between online social media technology (Facebook) and employees' work performance in public and private sectors in Malaysia. This study also verifies that both the public and private sector organisations that incorporate Facebook can enhance networking and information sharing, influencing employees' work performance, creating a stable organisational framework, generating value for customers, and improving employee relationships with all stakeholders. In conclusion, work performance can be heightened by a well planned and structured organisational framework. This study seeks to examine the exponential growth of social media technology as a key component in recent American political campaigning, as well as its use and impact on the larger disciplines of marketing and branding. Adopting the approach of a case study with the focus firmly on the current American president, Barack Obama, the study identifies the key media and technologies used in the build-up to the 2008 American presidential elections in order to unpack and understand how such media channels, technological platforms and patterns were successfully utilised. References are also made to the concepts of ‘branding’ and ‘super branding’ in the discussion, and to the myriad ways in which social media has helped create and roll-out what has since become commonly known as ‘brand Obama’. To provide a framework for the discussion and in order to further understand the rapid growth and proliferation of social media on the political campaigning landscape, a comparison is made with the 2004 American presidential election campaign. This, it is posited, will assist us understand the drivers of new media technologies especially as they are used to create and impact positively on the growth of political super brands.

A strong and sustainable regional economic development is an effective collaboration between the use of existing resources, the community and the government. One of the optimal resource utilization efforts is to develop tourism with the concept of Ecotourism. The industrial revolution 4.0 opens wide opportunities for anyone to advance. Information that is very abundant provides great benefits for the development of science and the economy. People in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 have a very large dependence on using information technology. Based on the background that has been explained, the problem can be formulated through the question "How to develop economic-based ecotourism business opportunities in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0? The purpose of this study is to describe the development of ecotourism based on the economy of Patuanan Leuwimunding Village, Majalengka, to be a business opportunity in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Whereas the research method in the preparation of this research is qualitative research by exploring and understanding the meaning that is considered to come from social or humanitarian problems, focusing on individual meanings, and translating the complexity of a problem. This type of research was chosen because qualitative research is able to provide descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the behavior of the people being observed. Forms of economic-based ecotourism development activities are 1. Building local tourism competitiveness based on natural resource conservation, village / local tourism potential, namely plengkung tourism objects that can be used as fishing activities and other community activities at the location of the object. 2. Introduction and utilization of opportunities in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 through social media as a marketing and promotion medium. Patuanan Village, which has tourist destination locations, introduces and promotes it through social media, including YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. The results of ecotourism development activities based on the economy of business opportunities in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are 1. Beautifying the tourism object in Plengkung into an object of economic-based ecotourism. 2. Exposing through social media including YouTube. Abstrak Pembangunan ekonomi daerah yang kuat dan berkelanjutan merupakan sebuah kolaborasi yang efektif antara pemanfaatan sumberdaya yang ada, masyarakat dan pemerintah. Salah satu upaya pemanfaatan sumberdaya yang optimal adalah dengan mengembangkan pariwisata dengan konsep Ekowisata. Revolusi industri 4.0 membuka peluang yang luas bagi siapapun untuk maju. Informasi yang sangat melimpah menyediakan manfaat yang   besar untuk pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun perekonomian. Masyarakat di era revolusi industri 4.0 memiliki ketergantungan yang sangat besar dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi.  Berdasarkan latar belakang yang telah dijelaskan maka dapat dirumuskan masalahnya melalaui pertanyaan ”Bagaimana mengembangkan ekowisata berbasis ekonomi peluang bisnis di era revolusi industri 4.0? Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan pengembangan ekowisata berbasis ekonomi Desa Patuanan Leuwimunding Majalengka menjadi peluang bisnis di era revolusi industri 4.0. Sedangkan metode penelitian dalam penyusunan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan ekplorasi dan memahami makna yang dianggap berasal dari masalah sosial atau kemanusian, berfokus pada makna individual, dan menerjemahkan komplesitas suatu persoalan. Jenis penelitian ini dipilih karena penelitian kualitatif mampu memberikan data deskriptif  berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari perilaku orang yang diamati. Bentuk kegiatan pengembangan ekowisata berbasis ekonomi adalah 1. Membangun daya saing wisata lokal dengan berbasis konservasi sumber daya alam, potensi wisata desa/lokal yaitu objek wisata situ plengkung dapat dijadikan kegiatan pemancingan dan aktifitas masyarakat lainnya yang di lokasi objek tersebut. 2. Pengenalan dan pemanfaatan peluang di era revolusi industri 4.0 melalui sosial media sebagai media pemasaran dan promosi. Desa Patuanan yang memiliki lokasi tujuan wisata memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan melalui media sosial diantarnya berupa youtube, facebook, instragram. Hasil Kegiatan pengembangan ekowisata berbasis ekonomi peluang bisnis di era revolusi industri 4.0 adalah 1. Mempercantik objek wisata situ plengkung menjadi objek ekowisata berbasis ekonomi. 2. Mengekspos melalui media sosial diantaranya youtube.

Social media technology is an innovative way for businesses to collaborate, network, and provide a mechanism for individuals to interact. When social media technology is used effectively, it can be a powerful tool for businesses to market themselves and obtain important data on their customers and competitors. Given the importance and public nature of today's consumer opinions, it is vital for companies to present themselves effectively on social media. Some companies and their employees are not familiar with this form of technology and do not realize the massive amount of data social media sites can generate. Therefore, companies need to develop a social media policy and educate their employees on how to analyze and respond to the data produced from social media. This chapter studies Web 2.0 tools and social media in today's business world and provides guidelines of adopting social media for organizations.

The author provides a robust discussion of an ethnographic case study to facilitate creative thinking about how to use communications and social media technology to build resilience and improve citizen disaster preparedness through a “Be Ready” trivia campaign. This research can inform strategies to achieve several of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as well as the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction's Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction (SFDRR). Future research directions include a new community resilience index that measures citizens' use of communications and social media technology. Implications for social change include raising the level of public awareness and facilitating a means to improve personal responsibility for disaster preparedness through low cost education programs. This could improve efforts by government and non-government organizations to improve disaster risk reduction; increase access to information and communication technology; increase disaster emergency planning and response; and build resilient communities.
