In the agency administration, the letter is an important means. Important information related to the agency and the secret is embodied in it . The timeliness of receipt of both outgoing and incoming mail should also be considered, therefore the management of incoming and outgoing mail must be implemented correctly. At this time, the procedure is applied to the management of incoming and outgoing mail to the Division of Administration of the STMIK Komputama Majenang from receipt, manufacture, storage, documentation, to verify the letter, all done conventionally. Documentation of incoming and outgoing mail only in the form of writing in the ledger. While on the stage of filing a letter only a hardcopy document storage. The Administration of STMIK Komputama Majenang felt the need to change the mail management method they are currently using, into a computerized and automated mail management method. With the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Management Information System, it is expected to be able to manage incoming and outgoing mail according to the specified flow, and can solve current problems. The filing of letters is done electronically, namely the storage of softcopy documents, and is equipped with reports of incoming and outgoing letters both daily and per period. In addition, this application also helps monitor the disposition of letters at the verification stage. The research methods used to solve various problems that occur are literature, observation, interviews, data and system analysis, system design, program development, program testing, program implementation. The result of this research is to produce an application that can manage incoming and outgoing mail according to the specified flow, and can solve current problems.

Abstract Computer needs at this time experience a significant increase this is because the computer becomes a very important item to facilitate a job. Computers are a need that cannot be abandoned and ignored by humans, almost in every field that humans do today requires computers. Until now UD Sastro Jaya is in Sekar Village, Donorojo District, Pacitan Regency in terms of recording, processing data, quantities and price of goods, data of customers and sales transaction data are still carried out using conventional methods, resulting in difficulties and inaccuracies in recording and calculating the number of types of goods, quantity of goods, price of goods and sales transaction data. To process the data processing, it is necessary to develop a computerized goods sales information system. The author uses the VB.NET software and Ms.Access in making the program. The method used in building a sales information system is the method of observation, interviews, literature, data and system analysis, system design, program making, program testing, program implementation. With this sales application, it can help and facilitate the processing of sales data and can accelerate in making reports. Keywords: Sales Information System, Vb. Net Abstrak Kebutuhan komputer pada saat ini mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan hal ini dikarenakan komputer menjadi barang yang sangat penting untuk memudahkan suatu pekerjaan. Komputer merupakan kebutuhan yang tidak bisa ditinggalkan dan diabaikan oleh manusia, hampir pada setiap bidang yang manusia kerjakan saat ini membutuhkan komputer. Sampai saat ini UD Sastro Jaya yang berada di Desa Sekar, Kecamatan Donorojo Kabupaten Pacitan dalam hal pencatatan, pengolahan data barang, jumlah dan harga barang, data para customer serta data transaksi penjualan masih dilakukan dengan metode konvensional, sehingga terjadi kesulitan dan ketidakakuratan dalam mencatat dan menghitung banyaknya jenis barang, jumlah barang, harga barang dan data transaksi penjualan. Untuk memproses pengolahan data tersebut, diperlukan pembangunan sistem informasi penjualan barang yang terkomputerisasi. Penulis menggunakan software VB.NET dan Ms.Access dalam pembuatan program. Metode yang digunakan dalam membangun sistem informasi penjualan adalah metode observasi, wawancara, pustaka, analisis data dan sistem, perancangan sistem, pembuatan program, pengujian program, implementasi program. Dengan adanya aplikasi penjualan ini, maka dapat membantu dan mempermudah dalam pengolahan data penjualan serta dapat mempercepat dalam pembuatan laporan.   Kata kunci: Vb. <p>ABSTRACT<br />In an organization, the use of information technology including the filing system of incoming and letters outgoing is very important to support the development of the organization in terms of operational activities. This is because with the existence of an archiving system in an organization, it can accelerate a work process and can facilitate the management of letters and make the letters more orderly and neat. Physical archive storage creates obstacles in the search process and requires a very large processing and storage space. This study will create a system of managing incoming mail letters that can store letters digitally and facilitate each division to look for letters and assist staff in managing letters. Administrative officers can access this filing application by entering the correct user login, can add, edit, delete and save incoming and outgoing mail, can search by letter number, subject, sender, destination and date, and download digital letters based on search results . The research method used to solve various problems that occur is literature, observation, interviews, data analysis and systems, system design, program making, program testing, and program implementation. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the filing system of incoming and outgoing mail can help staff manage mail records so that constraints on finding letters and constraints on storage can be overcome.<br />Keywords: Incoming letters, Outgoing letters, Digital letters, Archiving system<br />ABSTRAK<br />Dalam sebuah organisasi, penggunaan teknologi informasi diantaranya sistem pengarsipan surat masuk surat keluar sangat penting untuk menunjang perkembangan organisasi dari sisi kegiatan operasional. Hal ini dikarenakan dengan adanya suatu sistem pengarsipan pada suatu organisasi, maka dapat mempercepat suatu proses kerja dan dapat memudahkan dalam mengelola surat serta menjadikan surat menjadi lebih teratur dan rapih. Penyimpanan arsip secara fisik menimbulkan kendala dalam proses pencarian dan memerlukan ruangan pengolah dan penyimpan yang sangat besar. Penelitian ini akan membuat sistem pengelolaan arsip surat masuk surat keluar yang dapat menyimpan surat secara digital dan memudahkan setiap divisi untuk mencari surat serta membantu staff dalam mengelola surat. Petugas administrasi dapat mengakses aplikasi kearsipan ini dengan memasukkan login user yang benar, dapat melakukan menambah, mengedit, menghapus dan menyimpan surat masuk dan keluar, dapat melakukan pencarian berdasarkan no surat, perihal, pengirim, tujuan dan tanggal, serta mengunduh surat digital berdasarkan hasil pencarian. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi adalah pustaka, observasi, wawancara, analisis data dan sistem, perancangan sistem, pembuatan program, pengujian program, dan implementsi program. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem pengarsipan surat masuk surat keluar dapat membantu staff dalam mengelola arsip surat sehingga kendala mencari surat dan kendala penyimpanan dapat diatasi.<br />Kata kunci : Surat Masuk, Surat Keluar, Surat Digital, Sistem Pengarsipan</p>

Perkembangan teknologi informasi di bidang industri pada saat ini telah berkembang sangat pesat. Salah satu manfaat dari penerapannya adalah untuk membantu proses kerja agar berjalan efektif dan efisien. Setiap perusahaan tidak terkecuali PT. PLN Sektor Pembangkit Tarahan, harus mampu berusaha menekan atau mereduksi waktu dan tenaga dalam beberapa proses kerja terutama melalui optimasi monitoring aliran material dalam proses pendistribusian. Sistem Informasi Manajemen Material merupakan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web sebagai sistem pendukung Manajemen Rantai Suplai pada PT. PLN Sektor Pembangkit Tarahan yang dibangun untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam memantau basis data dari material secara terpusat. Aplikasi ini dibangun dari bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan metode pengembangan berbasis waterfall termodifikasi. Proses tahapan pengembangan ini terbagi menjadi 4 tahapan, yaitu: analisa kebutuhan sistem, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian.. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Manajemen Material, PT. One of the benefits of the application is to help the work process that can make it effectively and efficiently. Every company including PT. PLN Power Plant Sector Tarahan, should be able to try to hold down or reduce the time and effort in the work process, especially through optimization of flow material monitoring in the process of distribution. Material Management Information System is a web-based application that can be a support system of Supply Chain Management at PT. PLN Power Plant Sector Tarahan which built to allow user be able to monitor database of material centrally. This application was built with PHP programming language and used a modified waterfall-based development method. With the development of manufacturing automation and intelligent increasing speed, the construction in plant management information has been important tasks to promote business innovation ability, improve competitiveness and manufacturing execution. In this paper, UML (Unified Modeling Language) and object-oriented modeling technology were applied to model the static structure and dynamic behavior of the plant management information from requirement analysis to system implementation, including functional requirement model, static structural model, asset management time sequence chart, system physical model and so on. The visualized system analysis method and technology better planned the system design and improved the efficiency of the system development. It will play a guiding role in the object-oriented software development.

Abstract This paper reports the findings of a case study in which a curriculum-based positive youth development program (Project P.A.T.H.S.) was implemented by the class teachers in a school. School-related factors which contributed to the success of program implementation were identified in the study. Results showed that factors facilitating the program implementation were closely related to the “5Ps” model (i.e., program, people, process, policy and place). While all the above factors contributed to the success of program implementation, the “people” factor was identified as the most crucial factor. Overall, both the students and program implementers perceived the program to be effective in promoting holistic development in the program participants.

The inventory system is a system that has a very important role in a company. Inventory systems have been widely used or developed in a place with various technologies and systems. Problems at PT. Sanghiang Perkasa is due to the fact that the data has not been stored in a good file and the management and processing of inventory data is still processed in a conventional way, which has a very significant effect on the quality of the data and information produced. The main objective of this research is to produce an inventory system that is powerful and in accordance with the needs of the users associated with the inventory system. The system development method in this inventory system uses the waterfall method which consists of six stages. The stages are System Analysis and Design, software requirements analysis, system design, coding, system testing and maintenance. This system was built using the PHP programming language, DataBase MySQL. It is hoped that with the implementation of this inventory system at PT. Sanghiang Perkasa can make it easier to store and process data and information such as stock-taking data, information on incoming and outgoing goods transactions, purchase and sales return data, managing customer and supplier data to making product stock reports and assembly reports. This study aims to generate key strategies of sector development community empowerment to reduction poverty in Banjar. The analysis uses SWOT presented in three parts: SAP (Strategic Advantages Profile), ETOP (Environmental Threats and Opportunity Profile), and SWOT Matrix. The analysis showed the government’s attention to the program that was launched (district development program and the urban poverty program) where is by provision of Counterpart Funds from APBD has been increasing steadily every year. The mechanism has been implemented according to some regulations. The urban empowerment program should further focus and involve on the interests and needs of urban communities. The obstacles faced on the research to determine the program are, the execution (based onmain interest), the lack of human resources who understand and the plan ownership in preparing programs of community development and the lack of human resources with reliability in manufacturing reporting on the program implementation.

During the five-year period of the Vojvodina Economic Development Program implementation, €350 million has been invested in the target area. The aim of the present research is to review the process and achievements of farmer training and to introduce a model of successful knowledge transfer. The success of online farmer training was analyzed using statistical methods. A general model introducing a concrete practice example was developed using structural analysis and modeling. As a result of the research, we point out that improving the level of knowledge of farmers through training is a key issue in the operation of successful integration systems, in the production of crops of the right quality and quantity. Due to the fact that the design was made to be user-friendly, and requires a low-level technical equipment and IT skills, the knowledge base is equally accessible to farmers regardless of age, education and place of residence. The program expands the level of knowledge and digital competencies of the farmers, and provides useful information for further developments. The flowchart presented in the article is a suitable tool to increase the efficiency of the training today and can serve as a reference for other institutions engaged in similar activities.

This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the boarding Teacher Professional Development Program (PPG SM-3T) in State University of Padang (SUP). This research was an evaluation study using a part of the CIPP model, namely the process evaluation. The research questions for this study were 1) how is the effectiveness of the implementation of PPG SM-3T boarding program? 2) what are the weaknesses in implementing the PPG SM-3T boarding program in SUP? Data in this study were collecting using questionnaires and interview techniques. Informants of this study were the participants of the PPG SM-3T PSU and managers program. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistic techniques. The results of this study revealed that all over management of program implementation was considered less effective by the participants. The weaknesses of the program implementation are as follows. 1) The boarding education programs was less-organized, causing some programs were not function properly and often the schedule were not followed strictly; (2) Lack of coordination between the management and weakness supervision/controlling manager on the boarding activities resulted in less well executed program. (3) Meals service agent were less professional, resulting in the low quality and less variation food being served to the participants.
