scholarly journals APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT FOR ACADEMIC QUEUE MANAGEMENT (FIFO)

This article describes a quantitative research carried out with students from an academic institution in the city of Manaus-AM. Starting from the hypothesis of the time that students are waiting in a queue at a secretariat. Bearing in mind that in the present times the Information Technology is in an increasing evolution, where the mobile means of communication such as smartphones and the internet connection are extremely accessible by the population, thinking about this scope and the solution of this problem that is common to society in general. We intend to analyze the following question: the need to be in person in electronic queues and through this analysis to develop an application for the management of academic queues. To make this possible, we conducted a research through a tool called Justin mind, taking into account its easy handling for creating prototypes of web applications and mobile devices. The research is based on answering the following questions: regarding the application's proposal; what is the main problem faced by the participants when they arrive at an establishment, in relation to the time that the participants usually spend in line, regarding the use of the application in the academic environment, in relation to the desire to perform other activities while waiting in line. To check the feasibility of the application, the Google Forms platform was used, with the objective of knowing the public's opinion regarding the application's proposal and asking some questions directed to the needs that the application intends to solve. Taking into account all the data analyzed during the research. The application to be developed aims to allow the monitoring of the queue by the user through his mobile device. That way he does not necessarily need to be in the queue so he can carry out other activities, but always following the progress of the queue.

Madura Island besides producing salt, it turns out that it is also the producer of the craft written batik. One of the regions that have batik-producing SMEs is in Tanjung Bumi Bangkalan Madura District. In Tanjung Bumi Subdistrict there are very many batik craftsmen with a distinctive bird motif. However, although there are many batik SMEs, there are also many craftsmen who close their businesses due to having several problems in their business. One of the problems is not having a good marketing concept and not being able to utilize information technology through the internet in marketing activities. This can be seen from the sales activities that still rely on shops and also just waiting for suppliers or buyers from outside the city such as from Surabaya. With the competition of batik sales outside the city, such as Surabaya, causing the number of buyers from Surabaya is currently decreasing. The decline finally drastically impacted the decline in sales of Tanjung Bumi written batik. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and insight into designing 4P marketing mix concepts (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) and determining STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) and making SME partners begin to take advantage of internet technology for online advertising. The method used in this activity is to train to create marketing concepts and train the use of online media and social media to advertise. The result of this activity is that partners have the knowledge of designing marketing concepts and are able to innovate in marketing activities using information technology with the internet on social media

Abstrak Teknologi Informasi bisa di lakukan dengan berbagai cara, salah satunya yaitu melalui internet yang bisa digunakan dimanapun dan kapanpun menggunakan jaringan internet. Pemerintah Kota Kediri melalui Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil mengeluarkan pelayanan administrasi kependudukan yang dikembangkan dengan berbasis Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK), mengeluarkan program melalui media aplikasi online yaitu Sistem Administrasi Kependudukan Berbasis Teknologi Informasi (SAKTI). Kota Kediri memiliki fungsi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang berperan penting dalam masyarakat dan lebih strategis. Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2013 tentang Pengelolaan Kependudukan. Pelayanan harus dilaksanakan dengan benar dan cepat agar masyarakat puas dengan pelayanan. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui Pelayanan Publik melalui Aplikasi Sistem Administrasi Kependudukan Berbasis Teknologi Informasi (SAKTI) di Kelurahan Semampir. Kata Kunci: Teknologi Informasi; Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan; Kepuasan Masyarakat. Abstract Information technology can be done in various ways, one of which is through the internet which can be used anywhere and anytime using the internet network. The Kediri City Government through the Department of Population and Civil Registration issued population administration services which were developed based on the Population Administration Information System (SIAK), issued programs through online application media, namely the Information Technology-Based Population Administration System (SAKTI). The city of Kediri has the function of information and communication technology which plays an important role in society and is more strategic. Based on Law Number 24 of 2013 concerning Population Management. Services must be carried out correctly and quickly so that people are satisfied with the service. High economic growth makes the demand for comfortable and safe houses increase and the application of technology that is most clearly seen is technology with automatic systems. With this technology, the use of electricity in the house can be minimized and offer convenience in controlling the house. Sometimes homeowners forget to turn off the lights when they are outside the house so they have to go back and do checks that are very inefficient both in terms of time and financially such as the cost of gasoline to return to the house. Based on this, the Smart Home Prototype was created with the concept of the Internet of Things (IoT) using Raspberry Pi Web-Based, which is a system that can remotely control electronic home appliances using Raspberry Pi as a base system, which is connected to Web Applications through the internet network. The electronic equipment used in this study is in the form of 5 lamps, 1 stepper motor to control the garage, 1 servo motor to control the door lock, and 1 brushless motor that functions as a fan. Blocking and overall test results on Bedroom Lights, Living Room Lights, Kitchen Lights, Bathroom Lights, Porch Lights, Garages, Door Locks, and Fans, all work well. The testing of the distance between cities against the Prototype Smart Home was successfully carried out, where the Prototype Smart Home in the City of Demak was successfully controlled by the User who at the time of testing was in the City of Semarang, Kudus, Japan, Surabaya, and Jakarta.

This research was conducted to find out how a space formed by the government (state sphere) has the potential to turn into a public sphere which is deliberative because of the involvement of information technology. This research was carried out on the use of information technology in the implementation of electronic development planning meetings (E-musrenbang) in the City of Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. This research was conducted qualitatively using a critical approach. The data processed and analyzed were obtained from community leaders in four villages in Surabaya. As a result, this study shows that the internet has provided opportunities for people to make the state sphere as a public sphere where people can act further and more freely as citizens to voice their aspirations, opinions, and ideas. As such, indirectly the participation of the community to be involved in regional development can be pushed to a higher level.

Cyber ​​Crimeis a form of virtual crime by utilizing computer which connected to the internet network, and exploiting other devices or computers that is connected to the internet. Cybercrime was previously regulated in the regulation Number 36 Year 1999 concerning Telecommunications, however this regulation has not been able to accommodate virtual and computer crimes. To anticipate the development of information technology, regulation Number 19 Year 2016 concerning Amendments to regulation Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions was issued. In Sawahlunto City in 2019, several cyber-crime incidents were found, such as online extortion, fraud through online , and theft of Wi-Fi wireless streams, therefore a research was conducted on how the cyber-crime events that occurred in Sawahlunto City in 2019 , regulations governing cyber, the causes and obstacles in handling the cyber-crime. The data used are secondary supporting data collected through library research and primary data as supporting data which is carried out through field studies with interview techniques. The results showed that: the discovery of cyber-crimes that occurred in Sawahlunto City in 2019 such as online extortion, online fraud and theft of Wi-Fi wireless streams, knowing the regulations on cyber-crime, namely the ITE Regulation and knowing the factors and obstacles in handling cyber-crimes that occurred in the City Sawahlunto in 2019.

The Internet has had a significant impact on the process of developing information systems. However, there has been little research that has examined specifically the role of development methodologies in this new era. Although there are many new forces driving systems development many other issues are extensions of problems that have been there for some years. This study identifies the main requirements of methodologies for developing e-commerce applications. A number of e-commerce application development approaches are examined and a methodology is proposed which attempts to address a number of issues identified within the literature. The Internet Commerce Development Methodology (ICDM) considers evolutionary development of systems, provides a business and strategic focus and includes a management structure in addition to covering the engineering aspects of e-commerce application development. The methodology is evaluated by three focus groups. The results of the evaluations are used to highlight the factors that practitioners identify as important attributes of systems development methodologies for developing Web applications. These include emphasising a business focus, the consideration of organisational culture and management structures, and the importance of an external focus. Practitioners would ideally like methodologies to be relevant to their industry and provide detailed approaches for changing organisational culture. Many traditional systems development methodologies are perceived as being inadequate for dealing with the development of e-commerce systems. The research work proposes that there is a need for an overarching development framework where other more sub-system specific approaches can be integrated. However, any such framework should consider the strategic business drivers of the system, the evolutionary nature of systems, effective management structures, and the development of a conducive organisational culture.

In this regard, the issue of site resistance to various attacks becomes particularly relevant, that is, it leads to the emergence of a large number of projects that help web application developers to improve the reliability of their products. In fact, actions such as testing and polling a website, searching for web applications, allow you to determine as a good warning measure the shortcomings of application development and closed testing show that, in this way, it is possible to determine whether an application is resistant to information security.

Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung (YVCB) was formed on July 7, 2007 in the city of Bandung, as a place of friendship between Yamaha Vixion motorcyclists. In its organizational structure, YVCB has a Human Resource Development (HRD) division. Until now, there are more than 800 Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung members. This software is made to facilitate the work of the Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung HRD Division in processing member data. Created using Microsoft Webmatrix as an editor with the PHP programming language. The database uses MySQL with PHPMyAdmin as the software. The method used in making this software is prototyping so that between developers and customers can understand each other what the customer wants. The purpose of making web-based member data management software is that in terms of managing member data it can be done anytime and anywhere by just accessing the internet. In the use of the program, the author chose to use PHP, because PHP is the best and easiest to use in website programming language. Based on the last paragraph, the author intends to make aplication based computerized attendance so that become effective and efficient in terms of time.
