The spread of drugs in Indonesia, which is increasing every year, is increasing by the large population of Indonesia's population. Indonesia is one of the extraordinary markets for drug mafia to bring these illegal goods into the archipelago. The largest number of drug users in Indonesia from year to year are still dominated by students, in this case students and school children, especially high school and junior high school levels. In the medical world, drugs can be medicinal properties for healing. Drug use in the medical world is legal. So what becomes a policeman is when someone consumes drugs without the supervision of a health professional or doctor. If someone uses drugs without the supervision of a doctor, they think it will be very dangerous because drug users are because drugs are poisonous substances that can cause drug users to always depend or be addicted to these drugs, damage organs, affect a person's decline or make thoughts do not become irrational and damage the brain permanently. The result is even more terrible, which leads to death. The abuse of narcotics and illicit drugs among the younger generation is increasing. The proliferation of deviant behavior of the young generation can endanger the survival of this nation in the future. Because youth, as the generation expected to become the nation's successor, are increasingly vulnerable to being eaten away by nerve-destroying addictive substances. So that the young man could not think clearly. As a result, the generation of hope for a nation that is strong and intelligent will only be a memory. The target for the spread of these drugs is young people or teenagers.

There is need for better teaching; need for teaching children so that the mathematics they study will be understood and will function in their lives. The teaching and the understanding must not pose hurdles in later years. Teaching and understanding must be so clear that they can be recalled to help the child when he forgets. We know that teaching is done by teachers. Today, because of the increased birth rate, of low salaries and high living costs, the shortage of teachers is appalling. A large per cent of teachers in our elementary and junior high schools hold substandard licenses. With a doubled birth rate, the outlook for the next eight or ten years is far from bright unless more young people are attracted to the teaching profession. Unless such steps are speedily taken, the young generation will fare much worse than any present survey might show.

Young people create differentiated models of belonging. Their strategies reflect contexualized competences — the capacity to understand and negotiate the influence of national frameworks in specific situations. Theories that understand belonging as processual and intersectional offer useful frameworks with which to analyse this. This article uses data from empirical research with young people in a German secondary school and a Canadian junior high school to highlight young people’s situated competences and their critique of the respective frameworks of belonging.

A survey of attitudes towards drugs, knowledge about them and the use of alcohol, tobacco, illicit and psychoactive drugs was conducted among 4,693 high school students in Metropolitan Toronto. Males knew slightly more about drugs than females and had more permissive attitudes towards them. Knowledge level and permissive attitudes tended to increase with grade level. Knowledge scores also increased, but attitudes became less permissive with increasing academic standing. However, differences between drug users and nonusers in knowledge and attitude were larger than differences related to social and demographic characteristics. Users, especially of illicit drugs, had higher knowledge scores and more permissive attitudes than nonusers. Knowledge and attitude scores were closely related. Students with high knowledge scores had more permissive attitudes than those with low knowledge scores. Questions were raised concerning the value of providing factual information as a method of deterring drug use.
