This research was conducted to determine the price and product quality towards consumer loyalty in the city of Bandung. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze how the price and quality of products provided by Xiaomi to its consumers, as well as the magnitude of the effect of product quality and price simultaneously and partially on consumer loyalty in Bandung. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and causal research types. Sampling was done by using non-probability sampling method, purposive sampling type, with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis with SmartPLS software, it was found that the price and product quality factors together had a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty in Bandung..

This study aims to prove simultaneously and partially customer loyalty in terms of store atmosphere, convenience and trust in J&T Express Surakarta. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population is all J&T Express Surakarta service users. The number of samples used according to Sugiyono's guidelines, amounting to 100 respondents, the sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that store atmosphere, convenience and trust have a significant effect on consumer loyalty of J&T Express Surakarta. Keywords : Store Atmosphere, Convenience, Trust.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and advertising on the repurchase interest of shampoo rejoice. This type of research is descriptive research. The study population was students of Padang State University who had used Sampo Rejoice with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inductive analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) There was a significant influence of product quality on repurchase intention, seen from sig 0,000 <0.05, (2) There was a significant effect of advertising on repurchase intention, seen from sig 0.018 <0.05, (3 ) there is a significant influence on product quality and advertising on repurchase intention, as seen from sig 0,000 <0.05. The contribution of product quality and advertising to repurchase interest amounted to 37.7%, while the remaining 62.3% was contributed by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: product quality, advertising, repurchase interests

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of brand image, product qualityand product innovation toavanza car consumer loyalty in west pasaman regency. Population is the users of avanza cars in west pasaman regency with a sample of 100 peoples. Withconvinience sampling method. The research instrument is questionnaire, the data obtained then processed using multiple linear regression analysis technique using SPSS, from the results of this reserach found the brand image variable (X1), product quality (X2) and product innovation (X3) have a significant effect on loyalty (Y) with a significant level of 0.000. The magnitude of the influence of brand image (X1), product quality (X2) and product innovation (X3) have significant effect on loyalty (Y) is 0,729 (R2 = 72,9%). This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on consumer loyalty at Mitana Cafe in Langsa City. The number of samples in this study were 96 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and proof of the hypothesis using the coefficient of determination analysis, t test and F test. price affects consumer loyalty of Mitana Cafe in Langsa City by 24.3% and the remaining 75.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the results of the t test it is known that product quality and price have a significant effect on consumer loyalty at Mitana Cafe in Langsa City. From the results of the F test, it is known that the product quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on the consumer loyalty of Mitana Cafe in Langsa City.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on customer loyalty on Smartfren prepaid card users in Denpasar City. This research was conducted in Denpasar City by using a sample size of 100 people with a probability sampling method. Data collection was obtained by the results of questionnaires using a scale as measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study proposed that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Smartfren prepaid card users, prices have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty on Smartfren prepaid card users in Denpasar City. One of the basic laws that the zakat seems to be ordered is the word of Allah SWT QS. At-Taubah verse 103, The study aims to analyze the effect of  productive Zakat, Infak, Sedekah (ZIS) to the micro-business growth of mustahik of Muhammadiyah Society in Medan City, micro-business growth towards mustahik welfare of Muhammadiyah Society in Medan City, and simultaneously effect of Productive Zakat, Infak, Sedekah (ZIS) and micro-business growth to the mustahik welfare of Muhammadiyah society in Medan City. This research used quantitative descriptive analysis, the sample was selected by using quota sampling, and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between productive Zakat and mustahik welfare, there is a relationship between micro-business growth and mustahik welfare and also simultaneously there is a relationship between productive Zakat and the micro-business growth towards mustahik welfare of Muhammadiyah society in Medan city. The implication of this study is emphasizing the distribution of Zakat that more prioritizing on Productive Zakat.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on teacher performance, the effect of discipline on teacher performance, the effect of motivation and discipline on teacher performance. The population in this study amounted to 44 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique and multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of data processing, the following research results were obtained. The motivation variable partially has a positive effect on teacher performance with tcount> ttable (2.533> 1.684). Discipline variable partially has a positive effect on teacher performance with tcount> ttable (5.931> 1.684). Motivation and discipline variables simultaneously have a positive effect on teacher performance with the value of Fcount> Ftable, namely 5.669> 3,230 ,. The influence of motivation and discipline variables on teacher performance is 72.20% and the remaining 28.80% is influenced by other factors not examined.

The tourism sector is one of the potential contributors to GDP in Indonesia. So the number of foreign tourists visiting Indonesia is considered to have a major influence on Indonesia's economic growth. The acceleration of the tourism sector has made the tourism sector attractive to study. .In addition, inflation is also considered to have an influence on the number of foreign tourists and economic growth. This research was conducted to determine whether or not there was an effect of inflation on the number of foreign tourists visiting Indonesia and Indonesia’s economic growth in 2010-2018. The two variables were analyzed because they were considered to have the greatest contribution to Indonesia's economic growth. The analysis technique used is explanatory research with Quantitative Data Analysis. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the GRETL program.

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence through data analysis of the influence of work culture, organizational commitment, and strandar operational procedures on employee work productivity at PT Kimia Farma Apotek Tbk (Persero) East Bandung Region. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif method with quantitative approach and using multiple linear regression analysis. Technique of collecting data that is used is by observation at 6 pharmacy chemical pharmacy of East Bandung area through questionnaires completed by interview. the esult of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously between work culture, organizational commitment and standart operational process have a positive effect on employee work productivity. It means that the more work culture organizational commitment, and ordinary operational procedures, will make the work productivity of employees more and more tense. As well as the most dominant most affecting work productivity is comitment organization, meaning with high organizational commitment, automatically employees will work hard for the company, proud of the company and have good emission ties the company.
