Voice of Indonesia is part of institution broadcast public that owned by Radio of Republic Indonesia. Diplomatic Forum is one of Voice of Indonesia's program. The concept of this program is talk show who talking about politic, economic and culture issues. The participant of this program are the ambbassador, part of the ministry or academics who expert in discussion topic. This research is to describe, analysis role of Voice of Indonesia through Diplomatic Forum Programme. This research is use by qualitative methods with constructivist paradigm. The result of this research taken by semi-structure interview and use literature study. The result of this research found that Diplomatic Forum Programme is one of Voice of Indonesia's implementation from vision and mission Voice of Indonesia to become one of Instution owned by nation that can to build character nation and make positive image into foreign. Through diplomatic forum, foreigner listeners more understand about policies that apply in Indonesia thru the result of expert's discussion in that programme and also help promote Indonesia into foreigners.

The Church

This study specifically outlines the role of pastoral counseling in the church for the restoration of the spiritual health of the church. This paper uses qualitative methods with a literature study approach. The description in this article describes that the interpersonal relationships between counselors and their consensual. Counseling comes from the Latin "Concilium" which means with or with and taking or holding. Pastoral counseling serves to heal the whole human being therefore pastoral counseling helps the "wounded", to survive and go through a state in which they recovered to their original condition. In applying pastoral counseling to the congregation a counselor must understand how he or she should deal with the consequences. This is so that the counselor does not rush to blame or confront a person sharply and directly in the early stages of counseling. A good Christian pastor or counselor should put his or her function first rather than his office, for without real realization of the duty of responsibility one cannot be said to be a good shepherd or counselor. AbstrakKajian ini secara spesifik menguraikan mengenai peran konseling pastoral dalam gereja bagi pemulihan kesehatan rohani jemaat. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Uraian pada artikel ini menjelaskan bahwa hubungan timbal balik (interpersonal relationship) antara konselor dengan konselenya.  Konseling berasal dari bahasa Latin “Consillium” yang berarti dengan atau bersama dan mengambil atau memegang. Pastoral konseling berfungsi untuk menyembuhkan manusia seutuhnya karena fungsi konseling pastoral untuk menolong orang yang “terluka”, agar bertahan dan melewati suatu keadaan yang di dalamnya pemulihan kepada kondisi semula. Di dalam menerapkan konseling pastoral kepada jemaat seorang konselor harus memahami bagaimana seharusnya ia menghadapi konselinya. Ini bertujuan agar konselor tidak terburu-buru mempersalahkan atau mengkonfrontasi dengan tajam seseorang pada tahap permulaan konseling. Seorang gembala atau konselor Kristen yang baik harusnya lebih mengutamakan fungsinya daripada jabatannya, karena tanpa realisasi nyata dari tugas tanggung jawab yang diembannya seseorang tidak dapat dikatakan sebagai gembala atau konselor yang baik.

Empowering of women has become the major aspect of growth of the financial system of a country. It is basically the manner of enhancement of social, economic, cultural and political standing of women, the conventionally disadvantaged, neglected ones, in the society. This study has been carried out in Itahari sub-metropolitan, Sunsari district. The central theme of this study is to assess the role of Aama Samuha for empowerment of women and social development. This study entertains both primary as well as secondary data. The primary data have been collected from the field through survey Questionnaire, semi-structure interview, and observation. The interview was focused mainly on empowerment of women through mothers group, problems faced by the members of MG, while working in the group, attitude of males toward mothers group and role of mothers group in social development. Mothers Group of Hanshposha has contributed much in social development like cleaning trails, making road, plantation on public area, financial support to local school, and construction of building for temples, financial support to helpless people and poor people and maintaining peace and harmony in the community.

Mobile phone is a recent technology in teaching English. Mobile phone provides simple and easy way in developing teaching and learning activities, therefore, the researcher was interested in finding the data information about the role of mobile phone for English language teaching. The utilization of mobile phone offers valuable opportunities for creating an effective teaching strategy. The students' perspectives are crucial for getting their views of role of mobile phone in language teaching. This case study was to find out the students' perspectives of mobile phone role in English language teaching. A qualitative design was employed for the purpose of getting the data. Mainly semi structure interview was used as the research instruments. The result of her research finding showed that most students were having good response towards the usage of mobile phones in language learning but some findings shown that the problems were also occurred at the same moment of using it. These research findings were contributed the next research for more deeply dig for language learning.

Malaria in Nigeria and Africa remains most important health problem. It remains a vital public health fear of our time. This paper seeks to focus on the role of poverty and economic factor to the treatment of malaria among peoples of Zamfara state in North West Nigeria. Poverty and economic factors are obviously connected to health threat, as well as the threat for malaria. It is now well recognized all over the world that malaria cases of morbidity and death rates are honestly linked with poverty and economic status of the society. Qualitative research was used for this to interview participant of the research in order to seek their perception and experiences about malaria and economic problems. Semi-structure interview was used as instrument for this study. Interview was conducted with 10 respondents that participated in the study. Finding of this study shows that poverty and economic situation and the people’s background not only play a critical role to the contribution of malaria but as sole reasons dictating the prevalence of the disease within the community

Timorese culture is patriarchal in that men are more dominant than women. As if women were not considered in traditional rituals so that an understanding was built that valued women lower than men. However, in contrast to the article to be studied, this would like to see the priority of women’s roles in traditional marriages in Belle village, South Central Timor. The role of women wiil be seen from giving awards to their parents called puah mnasi manu mnasi. This paper aims to look at the meaning of the rituals of puah mnasi maun mnasi and the role and strengths that women have in traditional marriage rituals in the village of Belle, South Central Timor. The method used for this research is a qualitative research method using interview techniques with a number of people in the Belle Villa community and literature study to strengthen this writing. Based on the data obtained this paper shows that the adat rituals of puah mnasi manu mnasi provide a value that can be learned, namely respect for women, togetherness between the two families, and brotherhood that is intertwined due to customary marital affrairs.

Ali Bin Abi Talib once said that children should be educated in accordance with the  development of the times. The Ali bin Abi Talib’s statement could be considered as his attention more to the development of human civilization. For that reason, there should be studies focused on the role of educational institutions in facing the challenges of the times. On this stand, the writer raises the existence of pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) for being considered to have been able to survive amid the onslaught of civilization increasingly obscuring cultural identity. In addition, this study also aims to identify and discuss the role of pesantren in the modern era. This is a literature study using a descriptive and exploratory approach. It can be concluded that pesantren are non-formal Islamic educational institutions. Pesantren have permanent and distictive methods and learning models. The purpose of pesantren education is the same as Islamic education in general, instilling a sense of virtue, familiarizing themselves with courtesy, preparing for a holy, sincere and honest life entirely. Pesantren could be seen from three aspects: (a) pesantren that are seen from facilities and infrastructures, (b) pesantren that are seen from disciplines taught, and (c) pesantren that are seen from the fields of knowledge.

Abstrak- In general, this study aims to determine and analyze the role of supervision in an education. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration. Supervision comes from the word super and vision, which means to see and review from above or view and assess from above, which is carried out by superiors on the activities, creativity and performance of subordinates. In terms of terms, in Carter's Good Dictionary Education, supervision is all the efforts of school officials in leading teachers and other education personnel to improve teaching. These include stimulating, selecting the growth and development of teachers' positions, selecting and revising educational goals, teaching materials and teaching methods, and evaluating teaching. This paper aims to determine the policies implemented by the Papua National Narcotics Agency against drug trafficking. This article is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection methods through interviews and literature study. Data analysis using descriptive analysis model. The results showed that the role of BNN Papua is very central in the eastern region and the Indonesian border. The policies that have been planned by BNN with multi-stakeholder have been implemented, but the new modes adopted by the international network vary. The drug subscription policy cannot be carried out by one institution only, it needs to be supported by other government agencies and the community. The need for a serious role for the regional and central government in both preventive efforts and subscription programs in synergy with the Papua Provincial BNN.
