The article presents the results of a cadastral fisheries survey of a group of riverbed ponds located within the boundaries of certain municipal districts of the Kursk region in the summer of 2019. The comparative fishery characteristics of water bodies based on a complex of morphometric, hydrochemical, hydrobiological and ichthyological indicators are presented. The question of the potential use of this group of water bodies for pasture aquaculture is considered based on the results of their bonitirovochnoy assessment for a number of fish-breeding indicators.

The removal of biogenic substances (mineral nitrogen and phosphorus) from river catchments and its modern aspects of formation are considered. A rough estimate of the annual water-biogenic balance for the Linda and Kudma river catchments, which are the tributaries of the Cheboksary reservoir, and the river catchments of the Kursk region is presented. It is shown that the diffuse removal of biogens from river catchments exceeds their removal into water bodies with wastewater. Not only anthropogenic, but also natural factors play an important role in the biogens export to the rivers and waterbodies. Resent changes in biogens removal from catchments are assessed.

Intensive economic use of small rivers and channel water bodies leads to their pollution and siltation. The anthropogenic impact on aquatic ecosystems negatively affects the state of the fish industry, which leads to a reduction in the spawning fund, deterioration of the conditions for reproduction and survival of juveniles. Violation of the existing conditions for the habitat and reproduction of aquatic organisms leads to a decrease in the productivity of water bodies and the loss of their fishery value. The inflow from the catchment area of solid and liquid runoff containing organic matter, oil products and other impurities of anthropogenic and technogenic origin leads to irreversible entry, siltation and shallowing of small rivers and channel water bodies. The restoration of the disturbed hydrological regime of water bodies by means of reclamation works contributes to the restoration of natural spawning grounds for commercial fish species, an increase in yield and productivity.

he distribution of sparganosis in the biosystems of the Central Chernozem region of the Russian Federation has been studied, material on the ecology, biology and distribution of sparganum has been collected in various territorial units of the CCR, infection of wild animals with both mature and larval forms Spirometra erinaceieuropaei (Rudolphi, 1819) has been determined. For the first time procercoids, spirometers were found in the intermediate host Ciclops strenuus(Fischer, 1851).The strongest water semination of surface water bodies was observed in the Rylsky district (Kursk region). 15 out of 133 (12.7%) studied water samples contained eggs of sparganum. We suggest that the appearance of sparganum eggs in surface water bodies is caused by washing off of sparganum eggs by rain. The largest numbers of infected Cyclops are found in Kursk, Voronezh and Tambov regions – 38 (9,84%), 21 (10,99%) и 23 (7,74%) respectively. We examined 275 animals within the study of sparganum (second larval stages) infestation of additional hosts: infected specimens were discovered in Kursk, Voronezh, Lipetsk and Tambov regions. Sparganosis was detected in two wild boars and eight grass snakes in Karachanskiy district of the Belgorod region, two grass snakes in the Usmansky district of Lipetsk region and five grass snakes in Morshansky district of the Tambov region.

The article is focused on the problems of protection of biological resources and their habitats, the construction of new and improvement of existing fish breeding enterprises, the introduction of modern automation and mechanization of the most labor-intensive stages in the production of fish is a set of priority measures for the development of fish farming aimed at increasing fish production in inland freshwater bodies. Harvesting the fish ponds, regardless of their category, is a difficult and energy-intensive process. Choosing the type of fishing gear and fishing methods used to catch fish ponds primarily depends on the type of reservoir, the state of its hydraulic char-acteristics, as well as the type of fish caught and the time of year. The main categories of water bodies by the method of fish fishing and their features are considered. The used fishing gears are divided into 3 groups according to the principle of fish retention: entangling nets, strainers and sta-tionary gears (traps). It is noted that when fishing in the ponds, it is necessary to take into account the behavior and distribution of the fish. The effective methods for catching pond fish with different fishing gear are presented. The choice of the optimal fishing gear or device for fishing ponds will allow you to clearly plan and coordinate the work of the enterprise, since pond fishing is carried out in the shortest possible time, depending on the timing and needs of the market.

The purpose of the study is to substantiate the creation and use of drivedriven fish-breeding and reclamation complexes that provide fish-breeding development and biological reclamation of eutrophic water bodies (reservoirs and lakes). The need to create drive-storage fish-breeding and reclamation complexes is determined by the need to involve eutrophied inland water bodies in the fisheries turnover and conduct environmental improvement. One of the typical arid natural-climatic zones is the Veselovsky reservoir on the Western Manych River, the survey of which established the need to clean it from excess vegetation. The measures carried out on the reservoir for the introduction of herbivorous fish do not give results and do not lead to the expected reclamation effect. The main disadvantages of the applied technologies of fish-breeding activities at the reservoir are the use of fish-planting material that is not adapted to the conditions of the stocked water body, as well as a number of technological disadvantages of various processes. To eliminate them, it is proposed to organize the Veselovsky fish-breeding and reclamation complex, which includes a fish hatchery located directly next to it, providing the cultivation of fish-planting material adapted to the conditions of the stocked reservoir using non-contact technology of cultivation and stocking with technical means, and carrying out acclimatization measures. The structure of the fish hatchery provides for the construction of a cascade of outgrowth pools with regulated conditions of the aquatic environment and food regime. The different-height arrangement of fish-breeding pools on the slope section allows for non-contact intra-complex movement of fish and the release of fish-planting material into the acclimatization bay of the stocked reservoir. The maintenance system provides for the gradual rearing of young fish in fish-breeding pools with the most close to the conditions of the stocked reservoir physical and chemical conditions of the habitat and a different ratio in the diet of hydrobionts of artificial and natural food.

Purpose: development of a layout-structural solution and technology for fish-breeding and reclamation complex operation for ecological improvement of phyto-contaminated reservoirs and fish farming in them. One of the urgent environmental problems typical for river and lake reservoirs is the overgrowth of their shallow waters with higher aquatic vegetation. Phyto-contamination of water bodies leads to a depletion of their ecological biodiversity, displacement of valuable species of aquatic flora and fauna, the decrease in their biological productivity and deterioration of conditions for various environmental management (water supply, fish farming, recreation, etc.). Rational and efficient use of natural resources cannot be ensured without ecological improvement of such objects. One of the directions of phyto-contaminated water bodies treatment is to carry out their biological reclamation by the introduction of herbivorous fish species into them. To increase the efficiency of such reclamation, it is proposed to create and use reservoir fish-breeding and reclamation complexes. Materials and Methods. The experimental and theoretical basis for the development of layout-structural solutions and technologies for the operation of such complexes was provided by known information and author's observations of the stocking of reservoirs. Results. The established shortcomings of the applied technologies led to the need to create the complexes that ensure the cultivation of fish stocking material adapted to the conditions of the stocking reservoir and the implementation of acclimatization measures for introducing herbivorous fish into the water body. Conclusions. The layout-constructive scheme and technology of fish-breeding and reclamation complex operation are proposed, which makes it possible to carry out the ecological improvement of phyto-contaminated reservoirs and, in general, to improve conditions, to increase the complexity, efficiency of using their resource potential and fulfillment of nature management.
