The only special revelation is the Bible which God has breathed as the main source for human learning, so that it can organize his life responsibly in service and life every day. Today some people think that the Bible is outdated and of no longer useful to mankind because this is the age of science, technology, and art. However, some people still believe that the Bible is very useful for mankind, therefore the Bible must be studied carefully so that the contents of the Bible are understood as a whole. This paper aims to encourage and inspire new enthusiasm for believers to be active in studying God's word that has been breathed by God because reading God's words can show that God is speaking to his readers. This paper uses a qualitative research method with a deep exegetical study approach. Therefore, this article provides a viewpoint for believers to be loyal in reading the Bible because the Bible is very useful for believers to imply in today's life.

This study is aimed to analyze John 8:36 regarding the meaning of the phrase "So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed," with a qualitative research method and biblical study approach. The main source of this research is the Bible and some other literatures as support sources and used as a comparison material. After conducting a very careful investigation, it is confirmed that the only person who is worthy of giving freedom to sinners is Jesus Christ the Son of God. Belief in Jesus is the key to freedom and the freedom from the bondage of sin. Abstrak indonesia  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Yohanes 8:36 mengenai makna frasa “apa bila Anak itu memerdekakan kamu, kamupun benar-benar merdeka,” dengan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan study biblika. Sumber utama pada penelitian ini adalah Alkitab dan literarur lainnya sebagai pendukung dan dijadikan sebagai bahan perbandingan. Setelah melakukan penyelidikan yang sangat hati-hati, menyungguhkan bahwa satu-satunya pribadi yang layak member kemerdekakaan bagi orang berdosa adalah hanya sang Anak yaitu Yesus Kristus. Kepercayaan kepada Yesus merupakan kunci kemerdekaan dan terbebaskan dari belenggu dosa.

Research on collection evaluation based on collection-centered methods aims to increase selector knowledge about collection and use so that it can measure success in developing and managing collections effectively. The location of the study was conducted at the IAIN Syekh Nurjati Library Center in Cirebon. The method used is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data obtained through observation, in-depth and unstructured interviews supported by triangulation by college librarians. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the results of the evaluation of the list checking process carried out by the IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon Library Center has been well marked by the process of mapping the strength of collections, using the checklist form, overcoming the existing collection gap to determine collection priorities based on checking by librarians. In planning collection procurement, librarians always involve the opinions of some lecturers as experts ( expert opinion) in determining relevant and up-to-date collections according to the curriculum in IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. Collection at the IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon Library Center has fulfilled three indicators of collection standards and continues to make efforts to perfect the collection in accordance with applicable standards.

This article aims to reveal how peace education is delivered through history lessons at Jakarta Senior High Schools. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The core informants in this study were history subject teachers at SMA Negeri 48 Jakarta and SMA S Cengkareng 1. Based on the results of the study, it was found that peace education in history learning was carried out by including the values ​​of peace or character, and morals related to peace, such as nationalism, tolerance, and peace-loving. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana pendidikan perdamaian disampaikan melalui pembelajaran sejarah di SMA Jakarta. Metode penilitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus.  Informan inti dalam penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran sejarah di SMA Negeri 48  Jakarta dan SMA S Cengkareng 1. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pendidikan perdamaian dalam pembelajaran sejarah dilakukan dengan cara memasukkan nilai-nilai perdamaian atau karakter, dan moral yang berkaitan dengan perdamaian, seperti nasionalisme, toleransi, dan cinta damai.

This study aims to explain and describe the interaction of policy actors in the implementation of online learning. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study are through observation, documentation, and interviews. The instruments in this study were: a) the researcher himself, b) interview guidelines, c) supporting tools in the form of books, pens, and d) related documents. The results showed that actor interaction can occur if there is communication between implementing actors. Communication in the implementation of online learning can be seen in the accuracy or accuracy of communication and consistency of communication regarding online learning information from the principal to the teacher and finally to students and parents. Interaction between actors, namely principals, teachers, students, and parents in the implementation of online learning has not been carried out effectively. This is because the interaction between implementing actors is unresponsive to one party, namely students and parents. Apart from that, giving complicated and difficult assignments by the teacher, which makes it difficult for students and parents to understand, is also a factor in the existence of negligence or delay

AbstractThis paper describes the ethics of Christian religion teachers and their relevance to the faith of students using  literature approach. The importance of the ethics for a Christian religion teacher is because being a Christian religion teacher is not just transferring knowledge, understanding and skills to students, but also educating students to experience a complete life transformation, especially experiencing a faith that is rooted, growing and fruitful in the Lord Jesus. To produce mature students in faith, Christian religious teachers must live the knowledge, understanding, and values of Christianity. This research is a qualitative research method with a literature study approach. From this research, it was found that the integration between teaching and living examples of a Christian religion teacher is an urgent matter and must be fulfilled because it is relevant to the faith education of the students.Keywords: Ethics; Christian religion teacher; faith education, student. AbstrakTulisan ini mendeskripsikan mengenai etika guru agama Kristen dan relevansinya terhadap pendidikan iman naradidik dengan menggunakan pendekatan literatur­. Pentingnya etika bagi seorang guru agama Kristen adalah karena menjadi guru agama Kristen bukan hanya sekadar mentransfer pengetahuan, pemahaman dan keterampilan terhadap naradidik, melainkan mendidik naradidik agar mengalami transformasi hidup secara utuh, khususnya mengalami iman yang berakar, bertumbuh dan berbuah di dalam Tuhan Yesus. Untuk mewujudkan naradidik yang dewasa dalam iman, maka guru agama Kristen harus menghidupi pengetahuan, pemahaman dan nilai-nilai agama Kristen. Penelitian ini merupakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi liteartur. Dari penelitian ini didapati bahwa integrasi antara pengajaran dan keteladanan hidup dari seorang guru agama Kristen menjadi hal yang mendesak dan sebuah keharusan untuk dipenuhi karena memiliki relevansi terhadap pendidikan iman naradidik.Kata Kunci: Etika; Guru Agama Kristen; Pendidikan Iman; Naradidik.

This research is to find out how to build emotional intelligence through dhikr (remembrance of Allah) from the perspective of the Qur'an. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a literature study approach. Emotional intelligence is one of the most important intelligences that every individual has. Because various events experienced by humans cannot be separated from emotional involvement. This paper describes that dhikr is a spiritual behavior that is effective in building emotional intelligence in terms of various interpretations of the verses of the Al-Qur'an, Islamic spiritual studies (Sufism), and exploration of the potential for human self and psyche. Indicators of emotional intelligence through dhikr in various verses of the Qur'an: (1) the heart becomes calm in Surat ar Ra'du verse 28; (2) the heart is opened by the light of Allah in Surat Al-Zumar verse 22; (3) gratitude for the blessings given by Allah in Surah Al-Maidah verse 11; (4) introsection of one's own potentials and weaknesses in Surah Maryam verse 67; (5) building emotional intelligence in Surat Al-Hijr verses 97-98; and various other verses.

Research on the Implementation of Good Organizational Culture at Budi Luhur Hospital which aims to find out the processes, barriers and organizational culture that ultimately implemented at Budi Luhur General Hospital. The method used is a qualitative research method with a case study approach with key informants (Director of Budi Luhur Hospital and HR Assistant Manager) and 4 executive employees.The results of this study are knowing what is done by management, the organizational culture that is formed and the obstacles in implementing a good Organizational Culture. This is inseparable from the genuine acquisition of the Hospital owned by Budi Luhur Foundation as the ownership of PT. Budi Luhur Bersahaja. Of course the original company did not carry out a good organizational culture with the existence of a new company that made the implementation of positive values at Budi Luhur General Hospital.

Hal tersebut tidak terlepas dari akuisisi yang semulas Rumah Sakit tersebut dimiliki oleh Yayasan Budi Luhur menjadi kepemilikan PT. Budi Luhur Bersahaja. Tentunya yang semula perusahaan tersebut belum menjalankan budaya organisasi yang baik dengan adanya perusahaan yang baru membuat implementasi nilai-nilai positif di Rumah Sakit Umum Budi Luhur. Kata kunci: Implementasi, Budaya Organisasi, dan Rumah Sakit Umum Budi Luhur.

Terrorism is a problem that requires special handling, one of which is by fostering deradicalization. In Indonesia according to data obtained that de-radicalization is considered unsuccessful because there are still many terrorists who dare to commit acts of terrorism even though many other terrorists have been arrested. One of the indications is like the North Sumatra Poltabes office bombing incident in November 2019 where the Police arrested 74 suspected terrorists involved in the suicide bombing. This study aims to determine the various activities carried out for deradicalisation guidance and to see the achievements of deradicalization coaching .The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method with literature study approach. The results show that various activities have been carried out by the government one of them is create BNPT a special institution to manage and implement deradicalization of terorrism prisoners through soft approach to deradicalize terrorist prisoners by reshaping their thinking about the struggle against religion. The conclusion is that the development of deradicalization of terrorist prisoners in Indonesia has been carried out by various parties, but based on the results of this study and previous research is still not optimal so it needs to be reviewed about the type or method of fostering deradicalization that is appropriate.

Natoni is one of the traditions, exactly a traditional speech, to Meto tribe. As a tradition, natoni is often used in ceremonial activities by the Meto tribe in Timor Island. As an expression closely related to the gods, natoni is considered very sacred to the Meto tribe. The ceremony used is, among others, a reception where natoni is the sense of respect and appreciation to others. This study was conducted to describe and to analyze the knowledge the congregation in Timor has about the meaning of metaphors in natoni of the reception of pastors at GMIT. A qualitative research method with a descriptive approach was used in this study and in-depth interview was used as technique of collecting data. The result shows that the congregation in Timor understands, interprets, and uses metaphors or descriptive language in the natoni of acceptance of the priests as respect and hope for the priests in which the metaphor is obtained from the lives of Meto tribe ancestors. In addition, the congregation’s understanding of the metaphor is currently based on the illustration of story in the Bible. Thus, the understanding is manifested into natoni verses with metaphors.
