North Sumatra Office of education through the Directorate General of Teachers conducting the election of the head of the school is doing, with these activities the North sumatra Office of education hope school principals have success in education, so demanding to renew the social and professional attitude in managing education led. The election of the head of school is done to be able to improve quality and manage in school education so that it could be improved, so that it is able to answer the challenges of the global era-based excellence. The selection process should be free from the interests of religion, tribe or region. So that the final results of the election, do not cause harm to either party. But in pelaksanaanya there are some parties who feel aggrieved because of the lack of transparency of the assessment process and clear terms for the election of the head of school achievers. Resolve the problem then need to built a decision support system (SPK) which is able to provide the ability to solve problems with the condition of semi structured and unstructured. Use the perangkingan method, it is expected that it may facilitate in providing the principal election decision accomplished using VIKOR. The results obtained in this study is an alternative that has been dirangkingkan. Abstract A decision support system with damage stability analysis has been recognized as an important tool for passenger ships. Various software applications have been developed and taken into use over the years, without a direct link to any compelling requirement, set forth in the international regulatory framework. After the Costa Concordia accident, new regulations have been established, setting minimum requirements for a decision support system, as an extension to a loading computer. Yet, more advanced systems have been developed recently, aiming at providing valuable additional information on the predicted development of the stability of the damaged ship. This paper presents these alternative decision support systems with damage stability analysis methods for flooding emergencies on passenger ships. The technical background, usability, and usefulness of the various approaches are compared and discussed, taking into account the important statutory approval point of view. In addition, practical examples, including past accidents, are presented and discussed.

Teacher Research Analysis Using the Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje Method (VIKOR). The process of analysis in teacher assessment can produce good teaching so that students can understand the lesson optimally. With a professional teacher who can create Human Resources (HR) who are experts. Therefore, teacher assessment plays an important role in producing human resources who are experts in their fields. But there are still many teacher assessments that are still manual, thus making the process long and inefficient. The entry of technology into various fields, especially education, can make the teacher assessment process more efficient and systematic. To facilitate the assessment of teachers can use a Decision Support System (SPK). With SPK, making weighting with complex and difficult criteria easier. There are many SPK methods to facilitate teacher assessment, in this case the author uses the SPK method is Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje (VIKOR). This method can facilitate the ranking of alternative professional teachers. So as to produce a decision support system to determine teacher achievement.

ABSTRACT In 1991, the Venezuelan oil industry, through INTEVEP, its research and development subsidiary, started a project to implement an oil spill decision support system (DEPET 4.0) for the Venezuelan national oil spill contingency plan. For this primary tool for taking spill response actions in operational drills and real emergencies, the industry developed a database of possible scenarios in predetermined sites and for natural resource damage assessment. The system covers the entire Venezuelan coastline, with each of five management zones serviced by a separate base map and data.

Every year the Indonesian government presents challenges to the regional and city governments to obtain the adiputra trophy. The Adipura Cup is given to the municipal and regional governments in Indonesia who meet several requirements such as cleanliness, beauty, peace and several other criteria. During this time the criteria assessment process is done manually and this research aims to create a Decision Support System to help provide an assessment of the Indonesian government to determine the winner of The Adipura trophy. The research method uses Analytical Hierarchical Processing (AHP) The results of this research are DSS models for The Adipura trophies. The conclusion of this research is that the resulting model facilitates the process of selecting the The Adipura cup.

INTISARIKompetisi siswa berprestasi merupakan ajang setiap tahun untuk para siswa menengah kejuruan dalam unjuk kemampuan mereka dalam bidangnya. Banyaknya siswa dari berbagai jurusan yang mengikuti seleksi lomba kompetensi, sehingga dalam proses seleksi pelaksanaan menjadi kurang optimal dalam segi proses penilaian dan penentuan keputusan akhir. Sehingga diputuskan untuk menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan calon peserta lomba siswa berprestasi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu sekolah dalam menentukan siswa mana yang layak untuk mengikuti kompetisi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Simple Additive Weighting. Metode ini merupakan metode penjumlahan berbobot. Metode ini membutuhkan proses normalisasi matriks keputusan (x) ke suatu skala yang dapat dibandingkan dengan semua rating alternatif yang ada. Hasil penelitian yaitu berupa perangkingan siswa mana yang cocok sebagai calon peserta lomba. Dalam penelitian ini, siswa yang terpilih yaitu Siswa ketiga dengan nilai akhir perhitungan yaitu 13,5. Sistem yang dibangun pada penelitian ni telah sesuai dengan perhitungan manual sehingga sistem ini dikatakan telah berhasil diterapkan.Kata kunci— kompetisi siswa, Simple Additive Weighting, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan. ABSTRACTOutstanding student competition is an event every year for middle students in demonstrating their abilities in their fields. The number of students from various departments participated in the competency selection process, so that in the implementation selection process it was less than optimal in terms of the assessment process and final decision making. So it was decided to use a decision support system for the selection of outstanding student candidates who could be used to assist schools in determining which students were eligible for the competition. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting. This method is a weighted addition method. This method requires the process of normalizing the decision matrix (x) to a scale that can be compared with all available alternative ratings. The results of the study are in the form of ranking which students are suitable as potential participants. In this study, the selected students were the third student with the final value of the calculation, 13.5. The system built on this research is in accordance with manual calculations so that the system is said to have been successfully implemented.Keywords— student contestants, Simple Additive Weighting, Decision Support System.

In the development of the world of work, a reward is an important factor to improve the quality of human resources as well as an appreciation for those with enhancement. Therefore, a company should be careful in performing its assessment. Thus, a decision support system application is required to assist a company in performing the assessment process. Accordingly, the decision-making process uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Results of the system functionality can run 100% well and as needed, and the result of the system accuracy test are 100%. <p><em>Labuhan Batu District Police Station is a Resort Police office whose job is to serve the community. One of the services is the making of a driver's license. The process of making a driver's license is still done manually, such as filling out the application form and assessing the value of the driving license. The system used in the operational activities of making driving licenses is not optimal, because it is still done manually, therefore a decision support system is needed in determining the passing of the driving license exam so that the assessment process will be more objective and efficient. In that system the applicant must register first, then the applicant can take a theory and practice exam. And testers will judge based on existing criteria. The results of the assessment will be obtained by the applicant as evidence of the results of the exam. For this reason, the author applies the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in the Decision Support System for Graduation of Driving License Tests at the LabuhanBatu District Police Station.</em></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: Manual, System, Objective, Efficient</em></p>
