to facilitate improvement of education and teaching modernization level in China, and promote maturity and development of multimedia teaching technology, this paper established continuous animation multimedia teaching system based on continuous animation production technology. Meanwhile, this paper took gymnastics teaching of 2015 gymnastics class in Hubei University of Arts and Science in Hubei province of China as the objects of experiment and explored teaching effect of this multimedia teaching system combined with continuous animation production technology. The results show that this multimedia teaching system combined with continuous animation production technology can significantly improve students’ theoretical and practical examination scores. Based on case study of application of continuous animation and multimedia technology in gymnastics teaching, this paper aims to make certain contributions to promotion and development of multimedia teaching technology.

Based on the diversification theory, this paper designed a multimedia technology-based English teaching system framework which is used to assist English teaching in classroom. The whole system framework consists of two parts: the part of learning resource allocation and the part of English teaching activities. Learning resource allocation is mainly to expand English learning materials from the traditional printed resources to audios, videos, animations and other forms of resources; the use of multimedia resources for teaching activities is achieved mainly through the English speech teaching and lecturing device designed with the function of playing multimedia files. In order to test the application effect of multimedia technology in English teaching, this paper chose the public course of “Vocational English” as the experimental content, and compared the effect of respectively using multimedia technology to teach freshmen of Grade 2016 and adopting the traditional teaching method to teach students of Grade 2015. The outcome shows that the use of multimedia technology in English teaching can improve students’ interest in learning, reduce their pressure of learning English, and enhance their sense of accomplishment in learning, indicating that multimedia-assisted teaching can effectively improve English teaching results.

Through the questionnaire survey on the following five aspects: the developing status of multimedia teaching in physical education of Chinese universities, the construction progress of multimedia teaching technology in P.E. courses of universities, P.E. teachers’ self-positioning in making multimedia courseware, multimedia courseware’s distribution in physical education materials of universities, as well as the teaching effect of multimedia courseware in physical education of universities, the following conclusions can be reached: multimedia teaching technology has gradually become more and more important to physical educators in universities. Some universities have already begun to make attempts in multimedia physical education. Considering that, the paper has also constructively made prospective proposals for multimedia teaching technology in P.E. courses of Chinese universities.

Animation demonstration is an important manifestation of multimedia technology. In the past, low flexibility and long research and development cycle are typical problems of animation demonstration system and video conversion technology. Through introducing an advanced teaching method (understanding approach) and multimedia technology (video conversion system based on SOPC) for theoretical construction, this study designed a video conversion system based on SOPC, finally constructed a multifunctional video conversion-based multimedia teaching system from the aspect of module design and functional design, and used a randomized controlled experiment to test students’ learning outcomes in the course of college basketball. The results show that students’ offensive understanding ability and defensive understanding ability improved greatly after the system was used in teaching. It plays an important role in improving the usability and effectiveness of multimedia teaching system.

The development of teaching technology and the application of modern teaching means is one of the important standards of educational modernization. Multimedia technology is an important part and manifestation of the application of modern educational technology. Modern teaching means participate in music teaching, which bring vitality to the reform and development of traditional teaching. With the popularization of multimedia in music teaching, there are many problems in understanding and classroom design. Whether it is reasonable to use multimedia in music teaching is of great significance to perfect the theory of music teaching and standardize the construction of music subject. Nowadays, there are few researches on using multimedia animation technology to assist basketball tactics teaching and training in college physical education. The research of multimedia animation assisting basketball tactics teaching can help promote the current teaching mode, teaching environment, and teaching methods. From the perspective of the development trend of modern education and the benefits of multimedia technology in physical education teaching, this article demonstrates the inevitability of applying multimedia technology in college basketball teaching and demonstrates the feasibility of implementing multimedia physical education in colleges and universities from the three aspects of multimedia teaching environment, teacher teaching ability analyzes the factors that affect the effect of multimedia-assisted teaching. Students’ acceptance characteristics of the multimedia environment are obtained. Relevant research results and suggestions on the use of multimedia animation in basketball tactics teaching will be submitted. Research shows the ability and student’s learning ability. It analyzes the effects of multimedia-assisted teaching in basketball tactics. In this article, at 84% of teachers feel that multimedia-assisted teaching is better. However, some objective factors restrict teachers’ use of multimedia-assisted teaching methods. Among them, poor production technology and inconvenient use are the main factors that teachers think affect the application of multimedia-assisted teaching methods in actual teaching, and these influencing factors are difficult to eliminate in a short time.

Upaya pengembangan kerajinan eceng gondok di Gorontalo sebagai sektor unggulan harus dilandasi oleh karakteristik yang meliputi potensi dan permasalahan. Namun, data tentang karakteristik kerajinan belum tersedia secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali unsur-unsur kerajinan eceng gondok Gorontalo untuk mengungkap potensi dan permasalahan yang ada. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif model studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, tes, dan studi pustaka. Data dianalisis secara interaktif melalui seleksi dan pengkodean, kategorisasi, penyajian data dan diskusi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerajinan eceng gondok Gorontalo memiliki karakteristik aspek: pengrajin, teknologi produksi, produk, dan distribusi yang mencerminkan potensi dan permasalahan yang ada. Karakteristik pengrajin adalah ahli dalam keterampilan produksi tetapi lemah dalam inovasi desain. Ciri khas teknologi produksi adalah potensi ketersediaan bahan baku dan cara kerja yang sistematis. Tetap saja, ini bermasalah dalam modernisasi peralatan produksi dan pembagian kerja. Karakteristik dari segi produk adalah potensinya dalam keragaman produk tetapi masalah dalam standarisasi ukuran dan ergonomis. Ciri-ciri dari aspek distribusi meliputi potensi dalam memasarkan produk dengan berbagai cara tetapi terdapat masalah dalam promosi dan peningkatan citra sosial produk. Temuan ini bisa dijadikan acuan untuk merumuskan konsep pengembangan kerajinan eceng gondok Gorontalo secara tepat atau sejenisnya. Characteristics of Gorontalo Water Hyacinth Craft Art  Abstract: Efforts to develop water hyacinth craft in Gorontalo as a leading sector must be based on characteristics that include potential and problems. However, data on the characteristics of crafts are not yet available comprehensively. This study aims to explore the characteristics of Gorontalo water hyacinth craft to uncover the potential and problems. The study used qualitative methods of case study models. The data were collected through observation, interviews, testing, and literature study. Data were analyzed interactively through selection and coding, categorization, data display and discussion, and conclusions. The results showed that Gorontalo water hyacinth craft has characteristics in aspects: crafters, production technology, products, and distribution that reflect the potential and problems. The characteristics of the crafters are experts in production skills but weak in design innovation. The characteristic of production technology is the potential in the availability of raw materials and systematic work methods. However, it is problematic in the modernization of production equipment and the division of labor. A characteristic in terms of products is its potential in product diversity but problems in standardizing size and ergonomics. The characteristics of the distribution aspect include the potential in marketing products in various ways but problems in the promotion and improvement of the social image of the product. This finding can be used as a reference to formulating the concept of developing Gorontalo water hyacinth craft appropriately or other similar crafts.
