The development of information and network technologies fundamentally changes the life, learning, and mindset of students. Teaching informatization is a key content of modern education, and the main direction of teaching reform. In this context, blended learning becomes the inevitable trend of teaching form development. Currently, the teaching of management courses in China faces several problems: the lack of overall planning of teaching design and organization, the low learning interest among students, and the failure of cultivating students’ comprehensive quality. To improve the teaching effect of management courses, this paper carries out a questionnaire survey on the learning behaviors of college students and their needs for blended learning. The survey results show that: the students are not accustomed to pre-class preview and after-class review; most students have the awareness and ability to solve problems with online information; most students are willing to accept blended learning, and expect teachers to provide teaching resources in the form of videos and electronic documents. On this basis, the authors developed an evaluation index system for blended learning according to the constituent factors of this teaching model, and designed a blended learning model for management courses through learning behavior analysis. The blended learning model was divided into three phases: pre-class, in-class, and after-class, and the online/offline teaching activities of teachers and students were detailed in each phase. To verify its application effect, the blended learning model was verified through comparative analysis from two aspects: learning behavior and learning effect. The results show that blended learning model achieves better learning participation, and teaching/learning effect than traditional teaching model, and helps to enhance the knowledge and comprehensive ability of the students. The research provides a reference for further research and application of blended learning in management courses, and boasts great theoretical and practical values.

In general, over 70% of students can adapt to this blended learning model after experiencing the blended learning model for some time, which can satisfy the individual differences of students in a better way, attain some assistance from it and help to improve learning performance and learning ability. It can be discovered from this research that the blended learning model is superior to the single and traditional teaching mode or the pure network teaching mode in the aspects of inspiring the learning interest of students, exercising self-management capability of students and self-evaluation ability. It can be seen from the specific situation of investigation data that it is feasible to implement the blended learning model in colleges and universities even though the overall level of students’ ability in the blended learning is low. As this is a preliminary investigation into the blended learning model, specific solutions or strategies have not been provided for some problems. However, it is believed to achieve greater effects if the research is continued on the practice.

This study aims to improve social studies learning outcomes in grade V at SD Borong Jambu II Makassar by implementing the quantum teaching-learning model. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK), which is divided into two cycles with four stages, namely: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting repeatedly. The subjects of this study were students of grade V at SD Borong Jambu II Makassar, totaling 30 students. The instruments used to obtain data in this study consisted of tests, observation sheets, and questionnaires. This data analysis technique was carried out by analyzing learning outcome data, analyzing data from interviews, and analyzing field note data. The pre-action results were 33.33% who got a value of ≥75, then after learning using the quantum teaching model increased to 60% in cycle I increased to 30 students or all students earned a score of ≥75 in cycle II. It can be concluded that learning using the quantum teaching model by doing variations shows that the criteria for success in the study are fulfilled. This can be seen from the increase in grade V students in social studies score at SD Borong Jambu II of Makassar.

The still low understanding of the concept of students in vocational schools in learning physics, due to the lack of innovative learning, so it needs innovation such as a reciprocal teaching model that implements four independent understanding strategies, namely summarizing the material, compiling questions, explaining, and predicting. The purpose of this research was to determine the improve in understanding of students' concepts in the class applying the reciprocal teaching model with conventional classes at Vocational High School (SMK) Abdurrab Pekanbaru. The population in this research were 130 students spread over five classes and samples were taken by simple random sampling, so that 2 classes of samples were obtained with 52 students. The research instrument was in the form of concept comprehension test questions consisting of pretest and posttest. The Test  in the form of multiple choice reasoned with 4 choices totaling 15 items. The instruments are arranged according to the category of understanding the concepts of translation, interpretation, and extrapolation. Data collection techniques in the form of scores on the concept understanding results obtained from the pretest and posttest scores. The data is processed by descriptive analysis. The results showed that students of class X SMK Abdurrab Pekanbaru in optical material learning, had a difference in increased understanding of concepts. The average score of concept understanding after the implementation of learning in the experimental class was 82.44 with a high category, while the control class was 59.68 with a low category. To that end, the implementation of the reciprocal teaching learning model, is able to better enhance the understanding of physics concepts in optics learning for students in class X SMK Abdurab Pekanbaru.

The COVID 19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the physical and emotional health of the population. In the case of specific populations, such as students and instructors, the change in the teaching-learning model has required both groups to adapt to online learning platforms and modify all academic activities in the context of implementing the emergency remote education model. The relevance of mental health has been continually neglected; however, due to the COVID-19 epidemiological outbreak, the impact of confinement on populations’ mental health has been incorporated into public discussion. In particular, the health emergency’s impact on health workers in the first line of care has been highlighted. The effect of mental health on the lockdown population and those encouraged to work from home, a group in which university professors and students are located, has been emphasized. To understand the changes faced by higher education instructors and students, derived from the implementation of the emergency remote teaching model in the context of the pandemic, we developed a study to investigate the experiences of this sector, with particular emphasis on the mental health stressors associated with their academic activities. We examined indicators related to anxiety, depression, motivation-demotivation, coping, and contextual and family conditions that could generate stress in the teaching-learning process during the emergency remote teaching model. We recruited a sample of 1,040 participants (380 instructors and 660 students) from more than 97 universities and 118 academic programs across the country. As a result, we have found that teachers have faced less difficulty with the teaching-learning model changes and how they deal with confinement. Similarly, this study has identified that women in general, both instructors and students, have more significant signs and symptoms related to mental health conditions, while men, both instructors, and students, resent the lack of socialization in the work and study centers environments.

Teachers play many roles in the classroom. If we truly want our students to become lifelong learners, then one of these roles should be to encourage them to use strategies to construct new knowledge. The following activity demonstrates a teaching-learning model that the author uses in a second-grade classroom. When used as a teaching model, it serves as a prelude to the learning model that we want our students to adopt. Lt is my hope that by using such models, students will be able to experience more fully the learning process as well as its products.
