Telehealth is effective in preventing, treating, and taking precautions to avoid spreading of coronavirus. Telehealth allows people with symptoms to stay at home by helping them to communicate with doctors through the internet. This decreases the spreading of corona virus to large number of people and hospital staff. But when it comes to treatment of patients, telemedicine does have some limitations. Medicines given through telemedicine may not be consistent to patients who have chronic disorders and makes the patients' conditions serious, which leads them to hospitalization. The most significant limitation of telemedicine is that some hospitals do not have equipment to deliver care in this manner. In the present situation of COVID-19, the existing telemedicine has to be modified for helping quick testing and to diagnose the infection to take care of the patients. Hence, some of the benefits and limitations of telemedicine have been summarized.

Government appeals to stay at home and restrictions on the delivery of public services do make people less comfortable in receiving public services, but this is a policy currently taken by the government is an effort to limit or stop the spread of Corona Virus. based on the instructions given, DJP (Direktorat Jenderal Pajak) then stop reporting directly and lead to the use of e-filing and extend the tax reporting period that should end on 31 March 2020 to 30 April 2020. Termination is what later became a problem experienced by taxpayers, especially the grocery traders in Gerung Market, Gerung District, West Lombok Regency, where the average trader was very unfamiliar with the use of electronics, especially the use of computers and the internet. By coordinating with an account representative, the servant provides assistance to traders who wish to report their annual tax return online while still paying attention to social distancing or maintaining a safe distance from participants. because of the adaptations made so that not all registered participants can be accompanied, namely only 50% of participants who successfully report online, 20% of participants are reported manually and the rest are still waiting for further policies.

Asphalt aging is inevitable to the asphalt pavement performance, which will lead asphalt to hardening gradually and becoming brittle. Therefore, aging progress shortens the life of asphalt, but the study on polymer asphalt improves the phenomenon. The present situation on aging of polymer modified asphalt is summarized and the aging mechanism of modified asphalts is analyzed in the paper. Otherwise, the research progress at home and abroad on the aging properties of modified asphalt is introduced by a series of characterization techniques, which include mechanics technique, rheology technique, FTIR, GPC and so on

Ophthalmic surgeons are no exceptions. The new corona virus is a respiratory virus of the Coronoviridae family containing a single strand of RNA which spreads primarily through droplets generated when an infected person coughs or sneezes or through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose. A person can get infected by the virus if the person is within 1 meter of a person with COVID 19 or by touching contaminated surface and then touching eyes, nose or mouth. Methods: Standard recommendations to prevent the spread of COVID-19 include frequent cleaning of hands using alcohol based hand rubs or soap and water. Covering the nose and mouth with a proper mask, covering skin, eyes, hair, hands and legs with proper apparel is important. Just like elderly members of the society, the healthcare workers who have some co-morbidity are susceptible to COVID-19 invasion. Asymptomatic carriers who may present with senile or pre-senile cataract can be a potential source of infection to other patients, hospital staff, surgeons and others. Conclusion: It is important that all the microsurgical instruments which will be used for phacoemulsification be properly sterilized. The surfaces of these instruments should remain free of contaminants as these instruments will be used multiple times in other patients as well.

At the beginning of 2020 the whole world was in an uproar with the emergence of a virus that can attack the respiratory tract and can even make its victims die. Covid-19 or Corona Virus is the cause. When entering the end of 2019 in December the first Covid-19 cases appeared in the city of Wuhan, China (People's Republic of China). This virus spreads very quickly through droplets or fluids. At the beginning of March 2020, Covid-19 cases had started to enter Indonesia, precisely in Depok City. It is reported that there are 2 people who have contracted Covid-19.. People began to self-quarantine at home, and always maintain cleanliness by washing hands and using hand sanitizer. Some people even spray disinfectant in their homes to kill the Covid-19 virus. The government has also stepped in to tackle this problem. The government asks residents to always comply with health protocols and use masks and reduce activities outside the home if it is not too urgent. The Indonesian Directorate General of Immigration issues policies related to making passports during the pandemic, such as limiting the number of passport applicants in the immigration office. Applicants are also required to follow the health protocol rules set by the immigration authorities.
