To promote the preparation of technical standards for the quality of detection and evaluation work of the Yangtze River Dike reinforcement project completion and acceptance, this paper summarizes the quality check method of reinforcement works of the main dyke of Yangtze River. In the combination of the standard, design document and practical working condition, the quality check and evaluation index system for different construction contents are put forward. To promote the quality assessment of Yangtze River Dike project completion, comprehensive evaluation index system of quality inspection is established.

It is the focus of the automobile industry to guarantee the quality of automobiles and meet the requirements of green development. Based on the principle of sustainable development, according to the characteristics of green supply chain and the concept of the whole life cycle of the automobile, the evaluation index system of the green supply chain of the automobile is constructed from five links of design, purchase, production, sale, and recycling. Traffic impact evaluation is quantitatively analysis aimed at new traffic demand after the construction project completed and put into use or the using change of urban land [1]. Traffic impact evaluation was first implemented locally in large cities of China, and then the relevant departments issued formal technical standards [2]. After 20 years of accumulation and development, almost all cities have formulated technical standards and management, implementation methods, lots of academic achievements and innovative experience were achieved. It has become an important basis of urban construction project planning, management and decision-making, also an important joint between technology and management [1]. Since 2010, the number of traffic impact evaluation projects has increased substantially. The implementation of projects and the standardization of projects report are the key factors for the sustainable development of the traffic impact evaluation market, and also affect the strategic deployment of urban transportation. In this paper, the triangular fuzzy number hierarchical method is used [3]. Based on the questionnaire data of specialist, the first level and second level index and respective weight distribution of evaluation index system for traffic impact evaluation report were obtained. The weight of index was adjusted through consistency judgment for assuring the rationality of index weigh. Evaluation index system was established based on the above mentioned studies, and the reference basis was provided for the evaluation of traffic impact evaluation report in the future.

The evaluation system about comprehensive quality of music graduated students was introduced in the paper. The methods of AHP were proposed to optimize evaluation system model. Meanwhile, the evaluation index system of the comprehensive quality of music graduate students is established. Then, the model was established and the solving was given according to the construction of evaluation index system principles. AHP is proposed to establish the weight of evaluation based on the receipt questionnaire survey from related experts. In the end, a example provided demonstrates the application in choice of the best student and it was proved that methods proposed is efficient to solve the optimization problems about the more complex, more fuzzy the decision management.

Abstract Objective To construct the evaluation index system of general medical graduates' competence,provide the basis for improving the comprehensive quality of general medical graduates and promoting the further reform and optimization of the training program of general medical talents in colleges.Methods Two rounds of expert consultation by Delphi method were used to determine the evaluation index system of general practice graduates' competence. AHP was used to calculate the weights of all levels of indicators.Result The evaluation index system of general practice graduates' competence is constructed with 3 primary factors, 9 secondary factors and 32 tertiary factors. Delphi results showed that the positive coefficient of experts was 1 and the authority coefficient was 0.858. Index system weight results showed that the weights of knowledge, skill and quality were 0.1532、0.4207 and 0. 4261 respectively. Among the second-level factors, the top three weight coefficients were professional ethics (0.2614), community practice(0.1526) and communication skills (0.1308).Conclusion This study constructed the evaluation index system of general practice graduates' competence, which can be used as the basis to evaluate the ability of general practice graduates and provide guidance for the cultivation and evaluation of general practice talents.

Over recent decades, the application of artificial intelligence methods in manufacturing has led to new spheres of research such as the Internet of Things, Cyber–Physical Systems, and Cloud Computing and Big Data, leading to the so-called Industry 4.0. However, to date, little research has been geared towards assessing the factors that influence intelligent manufacturing on a regional scale. Addressing this problem, this paper constructs an evaluation index system for the Yangtze River Economic Belt (YREB) intelligent manufacturing sector using eleven years (2008–2018) of provincial panel data. The entropy method is applied to three evaluation criteria, namely intelligent innovation, equipment, and profit, to construct an evaluation index system. An analysis of the results revealed that the level intelligentization of the manufacturing industry of the YREB increases yearly, and that intelligent innovations are notably occurring at a faster rate than profits. Disproportional enterprise returns on investment have occurred, which decreases enterprise motivation to be innovative in the first place. Additionally, it was also observed that FDI, financial development, government intervention, and the level of opening-up were the primary factors modulating regional intelligent manufacturing levels.
