Composite soil nailing technology is a new technology which developed on the basis of the soil nailing supporting technology. This new technology has a very important practical significance to the construction, for which the scale is larger and larger, the condition is more and more complex and the excavation of foundation is more and more deep. Composite soil nailing technique is mainly introduced in this paper by its main form of structure and the main principle, which draw a conclusion that different forms of the combination of support types have different effects on the stability of structure, by analyzing the support stability. This thesis shows that we should adjust measures to local conditions, choose the right organic combination. At the same time it also provides the basis for the practical application of engineering support.

Under the condition of plane strain, a 2D elastoplastic FEM is used to analyze the behavior of composite soil nailing bracing of deep excavation, then finite element method of stability analysis is applied to evaluate the stability of the soil-nail wall. The authors analyzed the difference between composite soil nailing and normal soil nailing. Through analyzing the effect of bracing parameters on the deformation behavior and stability of the excavation, some useful conclusions are obtained to provide certain references for the design and construction of composite soil nailing.

With the background of China’s new energy vehicles (NEVs) subsidies declining, there is an important practical significance to effectively play the role of the nonsubsidized consumption promotion mechanisms. The nonsubsidized mechanisms for NEVs are classified into two types—concept induction and policy incentives, and differences in the sensitivity of the two types of mechanisms on potential consumer purchase intentions due to differences in urban traffic patterns and consumer education levels are analyzed. The results show that consumers in cities with medium to high traffic pressure are more sensitive to the right-of-way privileges component of the policy incentives, and consumers in cities with low traffic pressure are more sensitive to the charging guarantee component of the policy incentives. Consumers with medium to high education are more sensitive to the pro-environmental component in concept induction, and consumers with low education are more sensitive to the charging guarantee policy component of the policy incentives. Therefore, the implementation of the nonsubsidized mechanisms for NEVs in China should adopt differentiated strategies based on local conditions and vary with each individual.

In special geology conditions such as silt-soil, foundation pits are prone to instability and severe deformation. In this paper, a composite soil nailing structure was studied and its effect on a silt-soil symmetrical foundation pit investigated. The factors affecting the stability of the pit as well as its deformation characteristics were also explored. The results show that excavation depth of the foundation pit has a significant impact on its stability. The soil outside the foundation pit is in the form of a parabola, and the uplift of the soil mainly occurs at the bottom. The horizontal displacement of soil on the side wall of the foundation pit presents a “bulk belly” form. In addition, the axial force of soil nails is larger in the middle part, and smaller at both ends in the shape of a spindle. Moreover, the horizontal displacement is positively correlated with the inclination and spacing of the soil nails, but negatively correlated with the diameter and depth of the mixing pile inlay. Furthermore, the inclination and spacing of the soil nails, the diameter, and embedded depth of the mixing pile have their own critical values for stability of the foundation pit. Specifically, in this paper, with respect to soil nails, inclination should be below 30° and prestress value should not exceed 20 kN. With respect to the mixing pile, the diameter should be less than 1.5 m; when the embedded depth of the mixing pile exceeds the critical depth, the limiting effect of the mixing pile on horizontal displacement is not significant. This research provides important takeaways for the design of a composite soil nailing structure for symmetrical foundation pits.

For studying the mechanism of the composite soil nailing, this paper applies FLAC-3D to simulate pure soil nailing, soil nailing-soil anchor, soil nailing-micro pile-soil anchor. The analytical results as follows: (1)Because of the anchoring of the anchor, the axial tension of soil nailing in each row is much smaller than the one in the pure soil nailing supporting, and the tension of soil nailing which are closed to soil anchor decreases obviously. (2)The extrusion action of prestressed anchor makes the potential slip surface backward shifts and the sliding radius increases, which is better for the stability of foundation pit side (3)Micro-pile increases the strength of the soil in a certain range and improves the initial stress field before the excavation. (4)The inner force of the whole soil nailing and the prestress anchor declines but the drop is not large after the establishment of the micro-pile support in advance. (5)Prestressed anchor and micropile play a very important role in controlling the deformation of foundation pit.

The top-down bored excavation with cast-in-situ arch method has many advantages, such as forming a complete and stable mechanical structure, reducing construction procedures and the frequency of structure transformation, improving the stability of structure during the construction and so on. According to the specific project of single span top-down bored excavation duct in Changchun Liberation Road station, numerical simulation method is used and finite difference software FLAC 3D is adopted in this paper to analyze and research the applicability of the top-down bored excavation with cast-in-situ arch method to this project. Then optimization analysis for excavation sequence of pilot tunnel is done and the optimum construction scheme is raised to guide the practical project. This research has certain practical significance and also provides references for similar projects.

Soft soil is commonly become the main problem in various types of construction. This type of soil has a low carrying capacity that could affect the stability of structure on it. As time goes by, there’s a various way to improving the stability of soil, such as using geotextile as the reinforcement. This material works by using membrane effect which only relies on its own tensile strength which can helps the subgrade by bearing the loads of embankment. In one project, embankment will be made with a very soft soil subgrade. To make sure the stability of the embankment, geotextile reinforcement is used. To save costs, the length of geotextile anchoring must be planned. The lower that embankment, the shorter geotextile anchoring is used. Meanwhile if the tensile capacity is getting higher, the shorter geotextile anchoring that will be used. And in this study, the ratio between the length of geotextile anchoring and the tensile strength is 0,9. Tanah lunak seringkali menjadi sumber berbagai masalah terhadap proses pada berbagai jenis konstruksi. Tanah lunak memiliki daya dukung yang kecil sehingga sangat berpengaruh terhadap proses konstruksi yang akan berlangsung dan terhadap stabilitas struktur yang berada di atasnya. Seiring berkembangnya zaman, salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan stabilitas tanah yaitu dengan menggunakan perkuatan berupa geotekstil. Geotekstil merupakan suatu geosintetik yang berbentuk seperti karpet atau kain yang bersifat permeable (tidak kedap air). Cara kerja geotekstil yaitu dengan menggunakan metode membrance effect dimana hanya menggunakan kuat tariknya sendiri yang dapat membantu tanah dasar untuk memikul beban agar struktur yang berada di atasnya menjadi lebih stabil. Pada suatu proyek akan dibuat timbunan dengan ketinggian yang beragam di atas tanah dasar yang lunak. Material geotekstil terbukti dapat menstabilkan timbunan yang berada di atas tanah lunak. Untuk menghemat biaya yang dikeluarkan maka panjang penjangkaran yang digunakan harus direncanakan. Untuk timbunan yang rendah, panjang penjangkaran geotekstil yang digunakan lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan timbunan yang lebih tinggi dan apabila kekuatan tarik geotekstil ingin ditingkatkan maka panjang penjangkaran yang dibutuhkan akan semakin kecil, begitupun juga sebaliknya dan pada penelitian kali ini rasio panjang penjangkaran terhadap kuat tarik yang didapatkan adalah sebesar 0,9.

Soil nailing is one of the soil reinforcement techniques that has been used worldwide in geotechnical engineering. In Viet Nam, soil nailing technology applied in a number of transportation investments such as Ha Long - Van Don, Bac Giang - Lang Son highways, and some of the hydropower plants in the central provinces of Viet Nam. Soil nailing is a system consisting of reinforced concrete piles and rebars or composite rods installed in an inclined direction into the slope. The research and applications of soil nailing technology to reinforceslopes in Viet Nam have not been widespread. The authors only considered construction technologies, processes, requirements for the materials, equipment, quality - check of soil nails, etc. The optimal geometries of soil nails for the stability of slope are inadequate and analyzed thoroughly. These lead to inaccurate prediction of the construction stabilization effect and the safety of designed structures. In the present study, numerical simulations were conducted to investigate the effects of the inclined angle and the length of soil nail Patterns and subjected to surcharge loads on stability improvement of soil - nailed slopes and facing deformation in a staged - excavation. The research results show that the soil nail reinforcement efficiency could be affected by inclinations and length Pattern s of soil nails. The general conclusion is that the more soil is nailing inclinations, the more the reinforcing forces in the soil nails. The soil nail length Patterns have also influenced displacement characteristics of slopes.

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to analyze and systematize the views of social and political thinkers of Galicia in the 19th - beginning of the 20th centuries. on the right and manner of organizing a nation-state as a cathedral. Method. The methodology includes a set of general scientific, special legal, special historical and philosophical methods of scientific knowledge, as well as the principles of objectivity, historicism, systematic and comprehensive. The problem-chronological approach made it possible to identify the main stages of the evolution of the content of the idea of catholicity in Galicia's legal thought of the 19th century. Results. It is established that the idea of catholicity, which was borrowed from church terminology, during the nineteenth century. acquired clear legal and philosophical features that turned it into an effective principle of achieving state unity and integrity. For the Ukrainian statesmen of the 19th century. the idea of catholicity became fundamental in view of the separation of Ukrainians between the Russian and Austro-Hungarian empires. The idea of unity of Ukrainians of Galicia and the Dnieper region, formulated for the first time by the members of the Russian Trinity, underwent a long evolution and received theoretical reflection in the work of Bachynsky's «Ukraine irredenta». It is established that catholicity should be understood as a legal principle, according to which decisions are made in dialogue, by consensus, and thus able to satisfy the absolute majority of citizens of the state. For Galician Ukrainians, the principle of unity in the nineteenth century. implemented through the prism of «state» and «international» approaches. Scientific novelty. The main stages of formation and development of the idea of catholicity in the views of social and political figures of Halychyna of the XIX – beginning of the XX centuries are highlighted in the work. and highlighting the distinctive features of «national statehood» that they promoted and understood as possible in the process of unification of Ukrainian lands into one state. Practical significance. The results of the study can be used in further historical and legal studies, preparation of special courses.

AbstractA review of the stability theory of symmetrizable time-dependent difference schemes is represented. The notion of the operator-difference scheme is introduced and general ideas about stability in the sense of the initial data and in the sense of the right hand side are formulated. Further, the so-called symmetrizable difference schemes are considered in detail for which we manage to formulate the unimprovable necessary and su±cient conditions of stability in the sense of the initial data. The schemes with variable weight multipliers are a typical representative of symmetrizable difference schemes. For such schemes a numerical algorithm is proposed and realized for constructing stability boundaries.

In the manufacture of detergents still using surfactants (which serves as an emulsifier) of crude oil in the form of the AS. (alcohol sulfate) and LAS (linear alkylbenzene sulfonate), where this type of surfactant cannot be degraded by microorganisms when discharged into the environment, causing environmental pollution. Methyl ester sulfonate surfactant is an anionic surfactant which has a composition of C16 - C18 fatty acids are capable of acting against nature deterjensinya, while the C12 - C14 fatty acids contribute to the foaming effect. The purpose of this study was to look for the formulation of methyl ester sulfonate (MES) the right to produce a good detergent by using materials such as methyl ester sulfonate surfactant self-made, methyl ester sulfonate and sodium lauryl market Ester Sulfate (SLS) with a concentration of 15 %, 20 % and 25 %. Detergent results of the study have high detergency ( net ) compared with the detergency of detergent commercial, have a stable emulsion stability, the stability of the foam/foam detergent power made from methyl ester sulfonate surfactant produces less foam, compared with a detergent made from SLS and surfactant SNI 06-4075-1996 standards.
