Science literacy is an ability to understand, communicate science through oral or written, apply and analyze the current scientific issues in society.  This study aims to produce a valid, practical, and effective learning tool, and has been carried out using the 4D (Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate) method; however, the Disseminate one wasn’t carried out. The examination was limited in using one group pretest-post test design. The study was conducted within two meetings with 16 who were doing online learning. The data retrieval used a validated instrument. RPP tools with very decent results, LKPD tools (Student Worksheets) with very decent results, and test kits (Pre-test and post-test) with very decent results. As the result, the learning method shows to be very decent, effective, and practical, while the items of the method used are included in the sensitive category ≥0.30.

Changes in the paradigm of the learning process, where the learning process must be oriented towards active learning learners. Learners must provide opportunities for students. This requires effective learning, namely using digital learning. Where in this learning can be done anywhere and students are required to be more active, while the teacher only as a facilitator. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of digital learning integrated with local wisdom on the scientific literacy skills of students at SMAN 7 Semarang on the subject of straight motion. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental design using the one-group pretest posttest method. The population in this study were all students of class X MIPA SMAN 7 Semarang, with a sample of class X MIPA 1 as the experimental class. The results obtained that there are differences in the results of the pre-test and post-test, where there is an increase in student learning outcomes after being given experimental class treatment using digital learning integrated with local wisdom on students' scientific literacy.Keywords: digital learning, local wisdom, scientific literacyAbstrakPerubahan paradigma proses pembelajaran, dimana proses pembelajaran harus berorientasi pada peserta didik belajar aktif. Pembelajar harus memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik. Hal ini diperlukan pembelajaran yang efektif yaitu menggunakan digital learning. Dimana dalam pembelajaran ini dapat dilakukan dimana saja serta peserta didik dituntut lebih aktif, sedangkan guru hanya sebagai fasilitator. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektifitas digital learning terintegrasi kearifan lokal terhadap keterampilan literasi sains peserta didik di SMAN 7 Semarang pada pokok bahasan gerak lurus. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi experimental design dengan menggunakan metode one-group pretest posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X MIPA SMAN 7 Semarang, dengan sampel kelas X MIPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil uji pre-test dan post-tes, dimana adanya peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik setelah diberikan treatment kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan digital learning terintegrasi kearifan local terhadap literasi sains peserta didik.Kata kunci: digital learning, kearifan lokal, literasi sains

This research discussed the issue of the development of learning module based computer technology especially a powerpoint. This module is intended to help students receive the material that was delivered by lecturer especially design structured matter which currently learning module media shaped print and the contents of the text are form module so the university students ca not see the material . Based on these problems was built a module learning computer technology with a powerpoint . The reason the manufacture of the module was structured design material with a picture and a symbol of in designing a system so it needs to ease student visualiasi received mater learning. Method of development this module use the model ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation). Results in this research validated by 2 ( two ) experts namely the people of material said 80% module very reasonable used without revision and media experts said 84% module very reasonable used without revision while results trial by college students by means of pre-test and post-test. The results obtained module very well be used.

Reminiscence therapy is a type of cognitive therapy, which uses memory to maintain mental health and improve the quality of life of the elderly. Nurses are expected to be able to provide reminiscence therapy according to Standard Operating Procedures. The drilling method is a learning method to form a habit so that it can increase the ability of nurses to provide reminiscence therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the drill method through pre and post-conference on the ability of nurses to apply reminiscence therapy. This type of pre-experimental research, using a One-group pre-post test design. The number of samples is 10 people with purposive sampling. Data collection using the observation sheet. The results showed that the average pre-test nurse's ability was 70.769, including in the sufficient category, increasing to 95.899 when the post-test was in a good category. The results of the Paired t-test statistical test showed that the value of p = 0.000 <0.05 and count = 7.503> t table df 9 = 2.262. This shows that there is an effect of the drill method through pre and post-conference on the ability of nurses to apply reminiscence therapy. The drilling method can improve nurses' ability to apply SOP, especially reminiscence therapy through regular exercises with frequent frequency and sequentially according to the steps in SOP.

This research is motivated by the learning process carried out in class V of SD Negeri 8 Metro Timur, SD Negeri 1 Metro Barat, SD Negeri 1 Metro Utara dan SD Negeri 5 Metro Pusat. The implementation of the learning process carried out by teachers who generally still use conventional learning methods and models that are only fixated on books and more teacher-centered, students listen to explanations from the teacher, take notes, memorize information and work on problems. practice questions rather than doing practical activities through experiments or experiments. As a result, the learning process becomes less attractive and seems monotonous because students tend to be passive and less participatory in learning activities. Teachers lack innovation in the use of active and innovative methods or learning models that are more student centered. That is, learning that provides more opportunities for students to construct independently the process of understanding material through a more active learning process through search activities and problem solving. In response to this, researchers conduct learning using a project based learning learning model with the aim of improving students' science process skills and scientific literacy skills. The purpose of this study was to describe the influence of the PjBL model on process skills and scientific literacy skills. The type of this study is quasi-experimental research using the design of nonequivalent groups pre test-post test from Fraenkel and Wallen. The design of nonequivalent groups pre test - post test was started by setting the experimental group and the control group, then doing the pre test, followed by giving treatment to the two classes and ending with a post test. The subjects in this study were fifth grade elementary school students in Metro City. Data collection techniques in the form of tests. The research instrument is a spatial literacy test sheet. Data were analyzed using normality test and Mann Whitney test. The results of this study indicate that the PjBL model can improve science process skills and higher scientific literacy skills compared to groups of students who get conventional learning. Scientific literacy is very important for students. The purpose of this study is to analyze the student's scientific literacy and conceptual mastery after learning the excretion system using scientific literacy-based practical guidelines. In this study, there was one class consisting of 34 students. Before learning, students do pre-test questions regarding scientific literacy, after completing learning, students work on a post-test questions with the same question and add concept mastery questions. This research used a pre-experiment method with one group pre-test post-test design. The instrument used was a matter of scientific literacy and conceptual mastery questions. The results of this study indicate that the student's scientific literacy after learning the excretion system using science literacy–based practicum guidelines is in the high category with an average value of 70,06. Scientific literacy abilities are based on aspects of competence and aspects of scientific literacy knowledge. Then overall the students have mastered the conceptual mastery of the material that has been studied well.

This research was aimed to determine the implementation of cooperative learning through two stay two stray type toward the students achievement and behavior on biodiversity material on tenth grade students in MAN 1 Pontianak. Quasi experiment by control group pre-test post-test design was used as the form of research. The tools of data collecting were students test result in essay and questionnaires. The students average score of post-test by using two stay two stray learning method is 28,27 meanwhile the students behaviour average is 73,74 %. It showed that the implementation of two stay two stray can increase students learning achievement and behaviour.Keywords: two stay two stray, biodiversity.

Scientific literacy skill is a key factor for overcoming real-life problems, but scientific literacy learning in schools has not been well trained. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of Problem Based Learning (PBL) in improving students scientific literacy skills and scientific attitudes. This research was part of research and development, with the Dick & Carey model. The research trial used one group pre-test and post-test design on 29 students of  XI IPA 1 class in SMAN 5 Banjarmasin. The instruments of data collection were a scientific literacy test and scientific attitude questionnaires. Data were analyzed by the n-gain equation. The results showed that the n-gain score of students scientific literacy and scientific attitudes were 0.55 and 0.57; it means the increase was in moderate criteria. Therefore, PBL is effective to improve students scientific literacy skills and scientific attitudes.

The limitations of print media such as student books in the effectiveness of their use open opportunities for the integration of supplementary teaching material with the latest information technology to support the achievement of 21st-century skills, one of which is scientific literacy through an E-module. This study aims to develop PBL based science e-modules to improve students science literacy skills. Emodule can be used as an alternative source of practical and contextual learning because it can be used anywhere and the material presented is relevant to real life. This research is research and development, adapting the ADDIE (analyze, design, development, implement and  evaluate). Based on experts judgments and limited testing, of PBL based science e-module and instrument scientific literacy are feasible to apply in science learning to improve scientific literacy. AbstrakKeterbatasan media cetak seperti buku teks pelajaran siswa dalam keefektifan penggunaannya membuka peluang bagi pengintegrasian sebuah suplemen bahan ajar dengan teknologi informasi terkini guna mendukung ketercapaian keterampilan abad 21. Salah satunya adalah literasi sains dengan melalui sebuah E-modul berbasis PBL. E-modul tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif sumber belajar yang praktis dan kontekstual karena dapat digunakan dimana saja dan materi yang disajikan relevan dengan kehidupan nyata.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul IPA berbasis PBL untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian pengembangan, mengadaptasi model ADDIE (analyze, design, development, implement dan  evaluate). Penelitian ini dilakukan sampai tahap development. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli dan uji coba terbatas, e-modul IPA berbasis problem-based learning dan soal literasi sains layak untuk digunakan diterapkan dalam pembelajaran IPA untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains.

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> This study aims to determine the effectiveness of PBL with thinking map on the mastery of the concept and students' scientific literacy in digestive system material, additives and addictive substances, and respiratory system in human. This quantitative study involved 94 students consisting of 3 classes, namely 31 students of class VIII C, 31 students of class VIII E and 32 students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 5 Jombang academic year 2018/2019. The results showed PBL assisted thinking map effective on mastering the concept of content dimensions and against scientific literacy in digestive system material, additives and addictive substances, and the respiratory system. The results of statistical tests showed that there were differences in the mastery of concepts and scientific literacy skills before and after using PBL assisted by thinking map on digestive system material, additives and addictive substances, and the respiratory system. The conclusion of this study is that problem-based learning assisted by thinking map has an effect on both mastery of science concepts and science literacy so that students are effectively used in junior high school on digestive system material, additives and addictive substances, and the respiratory system.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong><em> </em>Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui keefektifan PBM berbantuan <em>thinking map</em> terhadap penguasaan konsep IPA dan literasi sains siswa SMP pada materi sistem pencernaan, zat aditif dan adiktif, dan sistem pernapasan pada manusia. Penelitian kuantitatif ini melibatkan 94 peserta didik terdiri atas tiga kelas, yaitu 31 peserta didik kelas VIII C, 31 peserta didik kelas VIII E dan 32 peserta didik kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 5 Jombang tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan PBM berbantuan <em>thinking map</em> efektif terhadap penguasaan konsep dan literasi sains pada materi sistem pencernaan, zat aditif dan adiktif, dan sistem pernapasan. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan penguasaan konsep dan kemampuan literasi sains sebelum dan setelah menggunakan PBM berbantuan <em>thinking map</em><em>. </em>Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran berbasis masalah berbantuan <em>thinking map</em> berpengaruh baik pada penguasaan konsep IPA dan literasi sains siswa sehingga efektif digunakan di SMP pada materi sistem pencernaan, zat aditif dan adiktif, dan sistem pernapasan.

This research discusses about the effectiveness of the Cooperative Learning Method Reciprocal Teaching techniques in write essays (Sakubun) learning. The purpose of this research was to find out about the write ability from UPI Japanese Education third-year students before and after using the Cooperative Learning method Reciprocal Teaching technique, to find out whether there were significant differences between the use of Cooperative Learning methods Reciprocal Teaching and drill / training methods in write essays write essays (Sakubun) learning at UPI Japanese Education third-year students and to find out the responses and impressions of UPI Japanese Education third-year students towards the use of Cooperative Learning methods in Reciprocal Teaching techniques in write essays (Sakubun) learning. In this research used the experimental method using randomized control group pre-test post-test design. To obtain data, the instruments used were in the form of written tests and questionnaires. While the samples in this research were UPI Japanese Education third-year students with a total of 50 people consisting of 25 people for the experimental class and 25 people for the control class. From the results of data analysis, it can be seen that there is a significant difference between the ability to compose students in the experimental class and the control class. In other words, the Cooperative Learning Method Reciprocal Teaching techniques is effective in increasing the student write ability. In addition, the results of the questionnaire analysis showed that the majority of students had a positive opinion on the Cooperative Learning Method Reciprocal Teaching technique which made it easier for students to write essays (Sakubun   Penelitian ini membahas tentang efektifitas metode Cooperative Learning teknik Reciprocal Teaching dalam pembelajaran Sakubun. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana kemampuan mengarang mahasiswa tingkat III JPBJ FPBS UPI sebelum dan setelah menggunakan metode Cooperative Learning teknik Reciprocal Teaching, untuk mengetahui adakah perbedaan yang signifikan antara penggunaan metode Cooperative Learning teknik Reciprocal Teaching dengan metode drill/latihan dalam pembelajaran Sakubun pada mahasiswa tingkat III JPBJ FPBS UPI dan untuk mengetahui respon dan kesan mahasiswa tingkat III JPBJ FPBS UPI terhadap penggunaan metode Cooperative Learning teknik Reciprocal Teaching dalam pembelajaran Sakubun. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan randomized control group pre-test post-test design. Untuk memperoleh data, instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes tertulis dan angket. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat III JPBJ FPBS UPI dengan jumlah 50 orang yang terdiri dari 25 orang untuk kelas eksperimen dan 25 orang untuk kelas kontrol. Dari hasil analisis data, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kemampuan mengarang mahasiswa pada kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol. Dengan kata lain, metode Cooperative Learning teknik Reciprocal Teaching efektif terhadap meningkatkan kemampuan mengarang mahasiswa pada pembelajaran Sakubun. Selain itu, hasil analisis angket menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa berpendapat positif terhadap metode Cooperative Learning teknik Reciprocal Teaching yaitu mempermudah mahasiswa dalam menulis karangan (Sakubun).     © 2019 Universitas Negeri Semarang
