NBFIs play an important role in economic development through ensuring proper mobilization of funds in Bangladesh. This study represents a comparison of nine NBFIs operating their business in Bangladesh within the period from 2016 to 2019 through using financial ratios and other measures. To analyze the financial performance this study has used ratio analysis, such as ROA, ROE, ROCE, Institutional size/ Total assets and total equity etc. The outcome of this study says that for generating return the NBFIs performance based on efficiency ratio is different from the performance based on liquidity ratio, capital ratio and other financial measures. This study suggests to NBFIs to be more conscious about loan selection and establish a brand image through providing more efficient services. It also suggests the NBFIs to finds more income generating areas to be more competitive. In the coming years NBFIs will have more prospects that will ensure the economic development of our country.

Investment banks are the most important contributors in the economic development of a country. And they offer huge impact on capital and credit markets of the country. This study compared the financial performance of top ten investment banks on the basis of credit rating in 2014 for the period of 2009 to 2013. Financial ratios and financial measures were taken for the said purpose. Financial measures were based upon two indicators total asset and total equity. Financial ratios included return on assets ratio (ROA), return on Equity ratio (ROE), Admin Expenses to Profit before Tax Ratio, Cash and Cash Equivalent to Total Assets Ratio, and capital ratio. This study concluded that ranking of banks differs as the financial ratios change.

The measurement of financial performance based solely on balance sheet financial statements and profit and loss is able to provide information on the feasibility of a company on the obligations of external parties and also assets owned by the company. From the results of financial statement analysis using financial ratio analysis of PT. PLN (Persero)Region  Sulutttenggo can evaluate the financial performance of companies that show unfavorable conditions where the value of the liquidity ratio is less stable and even decreases. Whereas the results of the calculation of leverage ratio and profitability ratio show fairly good conditions. Thus, the writer suggest that the management always evaluate in improving the company's financial performance.Keywords : financial statement, financial performance, financial ratios

Banks play an important role in the economic development of every nation. They have control over a large part of the supply of money in circulation. A bank is a financial intermediary that accepts deposits and channels those deposits into lending activities. Banks are a fundamental component of the financial system, and are also active players in financial markets. Financial performance refers to the achievement of the bank in terms of profitability. The profitability of a bank denotes the efficiency with which a bank deploys its total resources to optimize its net profits and thus serve as an index to the degree of asset utilization and managerial effectiveness. In this article an attempt is made to see the financial performance of the selected nationalised banks with the different norms. They are grouped as follows, ratio analysis. For this study ten year nationalised Banks are selected. The Indian banking system faces several difficult challenges.

Information generated from financial statements will be useful if the information is understood and used by users in analyzing a report and management of local finances. For that we need to measure the financial performance of the government, how far the progress achieved by the government of Tomohon. The research was conducted in the financial management, revenue and assets of Tomohon. The data used is quantitative in the form of Budget Realization Report (LRA), the method used is quantitative to measure financial performance with Financial ratios. The results show that the financial performance of Tomohon is not good, where the financial performance in 2013-2016, for the effectiveness ratio is above 90% -100%. While the efficiency ratio and the independence ratio per year are not running well. Keywords: Influence of  financial performance measurement

PT Bank SulutGo is one of the BUMD (Regional-Owned Enterprises) companies that also have a goal to earn profits and aim to maintain a healthy bank predicate. By analyzing financial statements, it can be seen how the condition or financial performance of the bank, in accordance with regulations circulated by Bank Indonesia on April 12, 2004, namely indicators used to measure the soundness of a bank or not by using CAMEL analysis or ratio analysis. To analyze bank financial ratios, divided into three ratios, namely: bank liquidity ratio, bank solvency ratio, and bank profitability ratio. The results of the financial statement banking ratio analysis from 2014 - 2017 PT Bank SulutGo showed good conditions, although the Asset to loan ratio and Assets Utilization were in an unfavorable condition.Keywords: Ratio analysis, financial performance, financial statement

Commercial banks play an important role for the purpose of sustainable economic development in a country. This paper main theme to presents the comparison of financial performance between private commercial banks in Pakistan during the period of 2015–2019 by using the method of ratio analysis and some other financial indicators. Fourteen Commercial banks out of fifteen banks are selected for comparison of financial analysis. Due to the unavailability of data, the remaining one bank is not chosen for study because, yet they did not publish their final report in 2019. The data of ratio analysis was captured by using the final report of commercial banks, which are available on the bank's official websites. This study provides information about the different ratios which directly impact on bank performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze and assess the financial performance of telecommunication companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017 based on financial ratio analysis consisting of: liquidity ratios, solvability ratios, activity ratios and profitability ratios. This type of research is descriptive. Data analysis techniques used are financial ratios with time series calculations and cross sections. The research results based on overall financial ratios show that PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia has the best financial performance compared to other similar companies. Saving and loan cooperative Syariah BMT UGT Sidogiri is one of financial institutions in which its activity is to collect fund from the members and distribute it through the mechanism of the islamic financial services business. It is from and for cooperative members, or even the candidate ones. With more and more competitors and the uncertain of the economic condition of indonesia affects unstable condition in its financial sector. To know that financial condition, needed appraisal  toward  Saving  and  loan  cooperative  Syariah  BMT  UGT  Sidogiri financial performance by applying analysis against financial performance through the financial ratios.This observation using calculation concern with the data in the form of financial report. Meanwhile, the analysis tool which is used in this observation is financial ratios which covers liquidity ratio,  solvency ratio, and profitability ratio.Overall from 2014-2017 analysis which is done produces good enough ratio except cash ratio analysis. That gains the smallest ratios, because in analyzing it conceptually does not invoive credit accounts, where in this Saving and loan cooperative Syariah BMT UGT Sidogiri the greatest wealth is got from credit accounts in accordance with the type of cooperative business namely Saving and loan cooperative.
