          This study aims to determine how much influence the work environment and motivation have on the performance of employees in the production department at the manufacturing company PT. Polyplex Films Indonesia. This research uses descriptive quantitative method with correlational analysis. The size of the population and the sample are 58 employees of the production division, using a saturated sample, namely all existing employees. The results of testing the T hypothesis, the work environment has no effect on employee performance, obtained a T value (Tcount 1.657 < Ttable 2.00404), hypothesis 2 that motivation has a positive effect on employee performance obtained the t-value (t count 2.787 > t table 2.00404). Simultaneously the work environment and motivation on employee performance is shown by the value of Fcount of 14.511 > Ftable 3.16. Partially the work environment has no effect on employee performance, but simultaneously the work environment and motivation affect employee performance with a contribution of 34.5%

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the work environment, coordination, and work culture on the effectiveness of employees' work in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic at the Yogyakarta Special Region of Youth and Sports Education. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sample of 95 respondents. Based on the multiple linear analysis method, it was found that the work environment has no significant effect on work effectiveness because the t-count value is 1.577 < 1.986, the decision shows that the work environment is not always importantto improve the quality of employee performance. Coordination has a positive effect on work effectiveness with a t value of 2.807 > 1.986. Work culture has a positive effect on the effectiveness of employees' work as evidenced by the t value of 5.988 > 1.986. Simultaneously work environment, coordination, and work culture have a significant positive effect on employee work effectiveness with Fcount of 81.861 > 0.020.

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment and self-efficacy on employee performance. The object of this research is a historical and tourism site in the Semarang City, namely the Sam Poo Kong Temple and Lawang Sewu. The research was conducted in quantitative method by distributing questionnaire to the employee in the both locations. The sampling method that purposive sampling technique with the criteria of respondents are employee has been working for at least one year. Based on the data collection, a sample of 107 employees was obtained to be analyzed. The data were analyzed using regression analysis method. The results of the study strengthen the findings of previous studies that work environment and self-efficacy have a positive effect on employee performance.

An employee who has a high performance and better able to support the achievement of the goals and objectives set by the company. Employees can work well if you have a high performance that can produce good work anyway. With the high- performance that employees, is expected to achieve organizational goals. This study examines the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction to be intervening variable. Data on compensation, work environment, job satisfaction, and employee performance obtained through observation, record keeping and questioner with respondents. The data obtained are then analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). Statistical tests results showed  (1) the compensation proved significant positive effect on job satisfaction the path coefficient of 0.434 and T-Stats for 4.880, (2) work environment proved to be a significant positive effect on job satisfaction the path coefficient of 0.434 and T-Stats for 4.074, (3) job satisfaction proved to be a significant positive effect on employee performance the path coefficient of 0.264 and T-Stats for 2.458, (4) compensation proved positive and significant effect employee performance the path coefficient of 0.242 and T-Stats for 2.912, (5) work environment proved positive and significant effect employee performance the path coefficient of 0.378 and T-Stats for 3.343. Based on test results obtained statistical results of all variables positive and signicant impact.

This study aims to determine the effect of job training, work environment, and compensation on employee job satisfaction at Roy Sentoso Collection Yogyakarta. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this study were employees of the Roy Sentoso Collection Yogyakarta with a total of 50 employees. The sampling technique is saturated sample by taking all samples, namely 50 employees. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis using SPSS 23 which consists of data quality test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, and determination coefficient. The results showed that job training and compensation had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. While the work environment partially does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: job training, work environment, compensation, and job satisfaction ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Roy Sentoso Collection Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan Roy Sentoso Collection Yogyakarta dengan jumlah 50 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampel jenuh dengan mengambil semua sampel yaitu 50 karyawan. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 23 yang terdiri dari uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan lingkungan kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci : pelatihan kerja, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja

This study aimed to determine the effect of work environment, training, and competence on work satisfaction in improving employee performance. The object in this study is PT. Asaputex Jaya, located in Tegal City, engaged in woven sarong’s trading business with the Korma Tree brand. The sample used in this study was determined by a simple random sampling method, obtaining 105 respondents. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out independently. The analysis used in this study uses the analysis method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study proves and concludes that: work environment and work training have a significant positive effect on work satisfaction. However, competence does not affect work satisfaction. Besides, the work environment negatively affects employee performance, and work training does not affect employee performance. Also, competence and work satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Further research must develop more varied models to provide different research findings, such as adding work stress variables, work motivation, work discipline, and others.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of compensation, work environment and organizational culture on employee loyalty and performance Result of t test that is Organizational Culture have positive and significant influence to Employee Loyalty, Compensation have positive effect and not Significant to Employee Loyalty And Work Environment negatively and Not Significant to Employee Loyalty. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant impact on Performance, And While Compensation and Work Environment is Positive and Not Significant to Employee Performance and Loyalty is negative and not Significant to Performance.Value of R2 square total equal to 0,5141 which mean employee performance variable explained by compensation, work environment, and organizational culture with job loyalty as interverning variable equal to 51,41% and the rest equal to 48,59% explained other factor outside research model. Employees are an essential asset for the organization to advance and develop the organization to be more productive. This situation may achieve when employees in the organization have optimal performance. Many factors positively affect the performance of employees in the organization. This study aims to determine how much influence organizational commitment, work motivation and work discipline have on employee performance in PT. PLN (Persero) P3b Sumatera UPT Padang. Respondents who were involved in the study were 60 people who were selected using the saturated sample technique. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously, organizational commitment, work motivation, and work discipline had a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination of the tested variables is .636. It shows that the percentage contribution of the variable organizational commitment, work motivation and work discipline to employee performance is 64.6%. In comparison, the remaining 35.4%  determined by other variables not analyzed in this study's model. Thus, this study shows that the three tested variables must be an essential consideration for the organization to obtain optimal employee performance.

Employee Performance plays an important role in the success of an organization. An organization expects employees to complete tasks in a timely, accurate, and reliable manner. One form of government in improving the performance of its employees is the application of SIPKD. This research was conducted at the Bali Provincial Tourism Office. The purpose of this research is to find out how much effectiveness SIPKD, leadership style, and work environment have on employee performance. The sample selection method in this study uses the saturated sample (census) technique. The number of samples in this study were 40 people. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of SIPKD has no significant effect on employee performance. While the leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of the Bali Provincial Tourism Office. Organizational goals can be achieved with the company's HR performance. Poor performance will have an impact on the company's image and certainly slow down the process in achieving organizational goals. This study was conducted to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance and the role of work stress as mediating variables. This study took 42 employees as respondents using a questionnaire, with a saturated sampling method. Path analysis was used. The results of the study indicate that workload has a negative effect on employee performance. Work environment has a positive effect on employee performance. Job stress has a negative influence on employee performance. This study also found that work stress mediates the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that further research is able to examine the performance of employees with respondents and more complex research locations. The results of this study are also expected to be used as a reference and consideration for companies in decision making related to employee performance. Performance as the results of work functions or activities of a person or group in an organization within a certain period of time at KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita. This study aims to partially determine the effect of work motivation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. The subjects of this study were employees of KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita, with a total of 70 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques and uses the SPSS for windows 25 computer program. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive effect. and significant on employee performance and simultaneously work motivation, work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
