The application of constructive geometric modeling to pedagogical models of teaching graphic disciplines today is a promising direction for using computer technology in the educational process of educational institutions. The essence of the method of constructive geometric modeling is to represent any operation performed on geometric objects in the form of a transformation, as a result of which some constructive connection is established, and the transformation itself can be considered as a result of the action of an abstract cybernetic device. Constructive geometric modeling is a popular information tool for information processing in various applied areas, however, this tool cannot be appreciated without the presence of appropriate software systems and developed design techniques. Traditionally, constructive geometric modeling is used in the design of mechanical engineering, energy, aircraft and shipbuilding facilities, in architectural and design engineering. The need to study descriptive geometry at the university in recent years has something in common with the issues of mastering graphic packages of computer programs in the framework of the new discipline "Engineering and Computer Graphics". The well-known KOMPAS software product is considered the simplest and most attractive for training. It should be noted the important role of graphic packages in the teaching of geometric disciplines that require a figurative perception of the material by students. Against the background of a reduction in classroom hours, computer graphics packages are practically the only productive teaching methodology, successfully replacing traditional tools - chalk and blackboard.

COVID-19 pandemic has undoubtedly disrupted the well-established, traditional structure of medical education. Τhe new limitations of physical presence have accelerated the development of an online learning environment, comprising both of asynchronous and synchronous distance education, and the introduction of novel ways of student assessment. At the same time, this prolonged crisis had serious implications on the lives of medical students including their psychological well-being and the impact on their academic trajectories. The new reality has, on many occasions, triggered the ‘acting up’ of medical students as frontline healthcare staff, which has been perceived by many of them as a positive learning and contributing experience, and has led to a variety of responses from the educational institutions. All things considered, the urgency for rapid and novel adaptations to the new circumstances has functioned as a springboard for remarkable innovations in medical education, including the promotion of a more “evidence-based” approach.

Palabras clave: Comisión Nacional de Derechos Humanos; Sistema Nacinal de Salud; estudiantes medicina; trato a pacientes; instituciones educativas; derechos humanos AbstractFor 20 years the National Human Rights Commission of Mexico (CNDH as it is a Spanish acronym) has been making recommendations addressed to the authorities of the National Health System on human rights violation against users of health units, which result from the lack of supervision of medical students that, as part of their professional training, treat patients. The Political Constitution of the Mexican United States points out that autonomous universities and higher education institutions are responsible for professional training in the country. Background: Assessing the uncertainty of diagnostic findings is essential for advising patients. Previous research has demonstrated the difficulty of computing the expected correctness of positive or negative results, although clinical decision support (CDS) tools promise to facilitate adequate interpretations. Objectives: To teach the potential utility of CDS tools to medical students, we designed an interactive software module that computes and visualizes relevant probabilities from typical inputs. Methods: We reviewed the literature on recommended graphical approaches and decided to support contingency tables, plain table formats, tree diagrams, and icon arrays. Results: We implemented these functions in a single-page web application, which was configured to complement our local learning management system where students also access interpretation tasks. Conclusion: Our technical choices promoted a rapid implementation. We intend to explore the utility of the tool during some upcoming courses. Future developments could also model a more complex clinical reality where the likelihood of alternative diagnoses is estimated from sets of clinical investigations.

The article considers the conditions for overcoming psychological barriers in the training of medical students. Overcoming the psychological barrier is a complex and multifaceted process that is accompanied by changes in living conditions, the status of yesterday's student, determining their place in the new team, relationships with teachers, changes in the organization of their working hours, awareness of involvement in the future profession of a doctor. The psychological barrier is a certain intrapersonal barrier, the overcoming of which leads to a qualitative transformation of both the activity of the individual and the personality itself. In addition, the article reveals the main reasons for the emergence of psychological barriers in the learning process, where the problem of overcoming psychological barriers to educational activity has been studied both in pedagogical and psychological studies and has a negative impact on the educational activities of students.

Currently, Internet resources are widely used in medical education, becoming one of the key tools of e-learning. We have developed a web application for congenital malformations and anomalies for medical students as an additional tool for self-learning. The web application contains two components: multimedia descriptions of congenital malformations, including images, animations, videos and interactive graphical tests; and the knowledge control module. It is important to evaluate effectiveness of web application and to improve the quality of the resources. We sought to evaluate the effectiveness of a web application by analyzing user knowledge dynamics and use the information to improve content. The anonymous testing involved 260 users – doctors, medical students and teachers. Using the longitudinal method of the study, we analyzed the dynamics of the group-averaged rate of correct responses after repeated testing attempts. The results showed differences in the initial level of knowledge of users, and the results of medical students’ tests in dynamics were improved more than the results of doctors. The initial value of the percentage of correct responses to the control questions and the growth dynamics of this indicator after repeated attempts are important indicators for assessing the usefulness of a particular question. For developers, this information, based on objective indicators, has proved useful for improving the educational resource.
