PEMANFAATAN APLIKASI AZ SCREEN RECORDER UNTUK MENDUKUNG PEMBELAJARAN DARING

Abstrak: Media pembelajaran berperan penting dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran. Terlebih, adanya pandemi Covid-19 yang menyebabkan bentuk pembelajaran berubah menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh (daring). Untuk itu, guru perlu memiliki keterampilan dalam membuat media pembelajaran untuk menunjang hal tersebut. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam membuat media pembelajarn dengan menggunakan aplikasi AZ screen recorder. Melalui kegiatan PkM dalam bentuk pelatihan ini guru-guru diharapkan, 1) memiliki motivasi dalam menggunakan media pembelajran; dan 2) memiliki keterampilan dalam membuat media pembelajaran. Peserta pelatihan yakni sebanyak 22 orang guru-guru Yayasan Al-Ansor Kota Ambon yang terdiri dari guru MI. MTs, dan MA. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan melalui metode ceramah, diskusi interaktif dan demonstrasi. Pelatihan ini menunjukan hasil yakni, 1) meningkatnya motivasi gugu-guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran, 2) guru-guru memiliki keterampilan dalam membuat media pembelajaran (video) menggunakan aplikasi AZ screen recorder. Kegitan pelatihan yang dilakukan berjalan dengan lancar dan sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan. Dari 22 peserta, tercatat 20 peserta telah berhasil membuat video pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi AZ screen recorder.Kata Kunci: pelatihan guru; video pembelajaran; AZ screen recorder; pembelajaran daring; pandemi covid-19Abstract: Learning media plays an important role in supporting the learning process. Moreover, the Covid-19 pandemic has caused the form of learning to change to online learning. For this reason, teachers need to have skills in making learning media to support this. The implementation of this Community Service (PkM) activity aims to improve teacher skills in making learning media using the AZ screen recorder application. Through PkM activities in the form of this training, teachers are expected to 1) have motivation in using learning media; and 2) have skills in making learning media. The training participants were 22 teachers from the Yayasan Al-Ansor in Ambon City, consisting of MI, MTs, and MA teachers. This training activity is carried out through lecture methods, interactive discussions, and demonstrations. This training shows the results, namely, 1) increased motivation of teachers in using learning media, 2) teachers have skills in making learning media (video) using the AZ screen recorder application. The training activities carried out ran smoothly and in accordance with the expected goals. Abstract:COVID-19 outbreak had changed the order of social life in Indonesia. As school isshutting down, many teachers face the hardship to observe the students’ activity. Many studentsseen active by online but they didn’t give their best effort to join the learning process. One waycould be used to overcome this problem is by conducting the interactive learning process thatenabled the realtime interaction between teacher and students. This community service activitywas held in SMP Al Furqan MQ located in Tebuireng that involving 33 participants. The usedmethod was lecturing dan direct implementation. This training enhanced the participants’information and insight so it could be used in online learning process.Keywords: Online learning process, interactive learning processAbstrak: Wabah COVID-19 banyak mengubah tatanan kehidupan bermasyarakat di Indonesia.Dengan ditiadakannya cara tatap muka dalam sistem pembelajaran di sekolah, guru memilikikesulitan untuk memantau aktivitas siswa. Sering terjadi siswa aktif secara maya namun padakenyataannya siswa tidak mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Online Learning is not yet familiar to most students and educators in Indonesia. So, trainingprogram on online learning needs to be done. However, activities carried out by gathering a lot oftime must be stopped because of the Covid-19 epidemic, including training activities. New normalis a new chapter for the world of education even though the conditions due to the Covid-19pandemic have not fully recovered. This is because the aspiration to educate the nation's life mustbe pursued through education. More than 4 (four) months, the learning process is carried out onlineso that there is a need for evaluation to improve the learning process which raises a lot of criticismfrom the community at the beginning of its application. Academics have also shown their concernby holding webinars as a forum for online discussion and sharing. For this reason, online training isheld as a substitute for offline training specifically for English lecturers. This training and mentoringprogram is held for 2 (two) months with various presenters who are also filled by lecturers /practitioners who are experts in their fields. Participants in the activity are lecturers from StateUniversities (PTN) and Private Universities (PTS) and are also open to the public. Apart fromimproving the skills of the participants, this training program can also be used as a means ofexpanding the network throughout Indonesia. The forums created can also be used to discuss thelearning process at each campus.

The advent of the COVID-19 pandemic witnessed a significant consumption of digital contents. Teaching and learning activities, including at the State Elementary School, Pamulang, Barat, shifted to online domains. Whatsapp was consequently the initial means of engaging the students, but eventually appeared relatively monotonous and boring. This community service intends to provide a quality learning resource on the creation of video contents, using Filmora and Youtube applications. Ultimately, the overall goal is to produce highly creative and innovative teachers. These materials were delivered using sound or captivating animations. Consequently, teachers were sufficiently equipped to generate interesting videos that potentially increase students’ interest and interaction during the online learning process.

This community service activity was held in SMA Hang Tuah 3 Mataram, NTB Province. This school is located approximately 6 km from the location of the team. Located in the center of Mataram city. The purpose of this activity is to make the teachers in SMA Hang Tuah 3 Mataram know the ways of writing and the forms of a paper and ultimately be able to automatically express their ideas, ideas and experiences during the teaching and learning process into a scientific writing eligible to be published in an ISSN journal. The training activities were held because to the collaboration of both parties namely SMA Hang Tuah 3 Mataram and the dedication team from IKIP Mataram.

This community service activity aims to increase the teacher's knowledge of herbarirum learning media, and in the end the teacher can make a herbarium that can be used in the biology learning process. The main target of this dedication is biology teachers at MTs Dharut Tayyibin Batu Jai. The activity method in the form of training was then followed by making a herbarium from plants and samples brought by students from their homes or their neighborhoods. Based on the results of the evaluation and the responses of the teacher and students, they showed great enthusiasm for the activity and it was proven by the participation of students and teachers until this activity was completed. The teacher as the main target shows that their ability to make herbarium increases, the herbarium made with students can be used as biology learning that supports the learning process. The MTs students who participated in this process were very enthusiastic and active because it was such a fun new thing. It is hoped that in the future this training activity should be carried out not only in making herbariums but in making other creative learning media. The goal is to help students understand biology material and make biology lessons more fun.

Abstract Based on the analysis of the situation and conditions of the community in Sukamakmur Sub-District, Bogor District of West Java, especially in the field of education, it is necessary to have an Android-based learning media development training activity to support the improvement of Tutor and Manager Competencies so that the learning process in Community Learning Center is of higher quality. The specific objectives of community service activities integrated with real work lectures are as follows: (1) Improving the ability of tutors and managers in planning learning using Android-based learning media, (2) Improving the ability of tutors and managers in using Android-based learning media and (3) Guide tutors and managers in implementing learning using Android-based learning media. The results show learning in Community Learning Center by using Andoid-based learning media as an effort to strengthen students' understanding of the material presented, and students can access it wherever they are to overcome the problems of students whose homes are far from Community Learning Center. Teaching using Android-based media is also able to emphasize the practice of digital literacy directly which still refers to the concept of learning media theory for equality education. Learning using Android-based media can be used wherever students are located, and therefore the independence of students will increase because without the presence of educators, students are able to operate it. The presentation provided is able to attract students 'interest, because it contains a material that is presented via video, so that students do not feel bored and fed up, because the media can stimulate students' ability to see and hear. Abstrak Berdasarkan hasil analisis siatuasi dan kondisi masyarakat di Kecamatan Sukamakmur Kecamatan Kabupaten Bogor Jawa Barat khususnya dalam bidang pendidikan, maka diperlukan adanya kegiatan pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis Android untuk mendukung peningkatan Kompetensi Tutor dan Pengelola agar proses pembelajaran di PKBM lebih berkualitas. Adapun tujuan secara khusus kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang terintegrasi kuliah kerja nyata adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Meningkatan kemampuan tutor dan pengelola dalam merencanakan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis Android, (2) Meningkatkan kemampuan tutor dan pengelola dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis Android dan (3) Memandu tutor dan pengelola dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis Android. Hasil menunjukkan pembelajaran di PKBM dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis Andoid sebagai upaya menguatkan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap materi yang disajikan, dan peserta didikpun dapat mengaksesnya dimanapun ia berada untuk mengatasi persoalan peserta didik yang tempat tinggalnya jauh dari PKBM. Pengajaran menggunakan media berbasis android ini juga mampu menekankan pada praktik literasi digital secara langsung yang tetap mengacu pada konsep teori media pembelajaran untuk pendidikan kesetaraan. Pembelajaran menggunakan media berbasis Android mampu digunakan dimana saja peserta didik itu berada, maka dari itu kemandirian peserta didik akan meningkat karena tanpa kehadiran pendidikpun, peserta didik mampu mengoperasikannya. Penyajian yang disediakanpun mampu menarik minat peserta didik, karena berisi sebuah materi yang disajikan melalui video, sehingga peserta didik tidak merasa bosan dan jenuh, karena media tersebut dapat merangsang kemampuan melihat dan mendengar peserta didik.

ABSTRAK Saat pademi in,i pembelajaran harus tetap dilakukan walaupun tidak di langsungkan di kelas, tetapi dengan pembelajaran yang bersifat online. Pengabdian masyarakat kali ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada para Remaja mengenai Aplikasi media E-Learning yang sering digunakan di sekolah dan bisa memilih Aplikasi media pembelajaan yang efektif digunakan dalam E-Learning. Penggunaan Aplikasi (whastapp, zoom, google meet) sebagai media E-Learning ini sudah tidak asing lagi dikalangan remaja di dalam proses belajar mengajar. Tim pelaksana yang berperan sebagai tutor memberikan pengetahuan dan sekaligus melakukan pendampingan pada peserta pelatihan untuk menguasai materi pelatihan. Hal ini memungkinkan para remaja untuk menguasai materi dengan sekaligus melakukan praktik dengan pendampingan instruktur. 8 dari 10 remaja yang mengikuti pelatihan memilih menggunakan whatsapp dengan mempertimbangkan masalah kuota yang dimiliki sehingga pembelajaran bisa tetap berjalan dengan segala keterbatasan terutama masalah biaya pembelian kuota. ABSTRACTDuring this period, learning must still be carried out even though it is not carried out directly in class, but through online learning. This time, community service aims to provide knowledge to teenagers about E-Learning media applications that are often used in schools and can choose learning media applications that are effectively used in E-Learning. The use of applications (whastapp, zoom, google meet) as an E-Learning medium is no stranger to teenagers in the teaching and learning process. The implementation team, which acts as a tutor, provides knowledge and at the same time provides assistance to training participants to master the training material. This allows the youth to master the material while practicing with the instructor's assistance. 8 out of 10 teenagers who participated in the training chose to use WhatsApp by considering the quota problem they had so that learning could continue with all limitations, especially the problem of purchasing a quota.

Two Stages

Salah satu upaya meningkatkan profesionalisme guru adalah dengan meningkatkan intensitas guru dalam melalukan penelitian. Tujuan dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru ekonomi dalam bidang penelitian yang berkaitan dengan proses pembelajaran di SMKN 1 Kota Batu. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan melalui dua tahapan kegiatan, yakni tahap penyampaian materi prinsip riset dan tahapanya termasuk aplikasi SPSS, Stata, dan Eviews dan tahap pendampingan penyusunan proposal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diikuti 25 orang guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi, penugasan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan adalah terdapat peningkatan wawasan dan semangat guru dalam melakukan penelitian bagi kepentingan pembelajaran, keterampilan guru dalam penggunaan aplikasi pengolahan data serta terdapat proposal yang telah layak untuk ditindaklanjuti dalam bentuk penelitian.Kata kunci—Profesionalisme Guru, Pendampingan Pelatihan Metode Penelitian, SMKN 1 Kota BatuAbstractOne effort to improve teacher professionalism is to increase the intensity of teachers in conducting research. [Bahasa]: Program PKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan: (1) keterampilan guru merancang dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif; (2) keterampilan guru dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan dan respon guru SMP N 8 Sungai Kakap Kabupaten Kubu Raya melalui kegiatan ini yang meliputi penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif. Metode yang digunakan adalah adalah metode deskrptif. Langkah-langkah yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi, ceramah, latihan dan pendampingan, evaluasi. Pelaksanaan dilakukan sebanyak 5 kali pertemuan, dimana pertemuan pertama berupa penyajian materi, dan dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan pembuatan media hingga selesai, dan terakhir dilakukan evaluasi berupa peserta mempresentasikan media yang telah dibuat dan respon peserta terhadap pelatihan melalui pengisian angket. Hasil yang diperoleh peserta dapat membuat media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif menggunakan software sothink swf easy. Hasil respon peserta melalui wawancara diperoleh hasil 100% peserta memberikan respon positif terhadap pernyataan positif yang dimintai tanggapan. Selain itu, 75% peserta memberikan saran untuk terus melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan ini secara berkala. Kata Kunci: media, multimedia, interaktif [English]: The purposes of this community service program are to improve: (1) teacher skills in designing and developing interactive multimedia-based learning media; (2) the skills of teachers in the implementation of training and response of teachers in Sungai Nap Middle School 8 N Kubu Raya District through this activity which includes the use of interactive multimedia-based learning media. The method used is descriptive method. The steps used are socialization, lecture, training and mentoring, evaluation. The implementation was carried out in the five meetings. The first meeting was in the form of material presentation, and continued with assistance in making the media to completion, and finally an evaluation in the form of participants presenting the media that had been made and participants' responses to the training through filling out questionnaires. The results obtained by participants can make interactive multimedia-based learning media using Sothink Swf easy software. The results of the participants' responses through interviews showed that 100% of participants responded positively to the positive statements asked for responses. In addition, 75% of participants gave suggestions to continue to carry out these training activities regularly. Keywords: media, multimedia, interactive

This service aims to provide online learning guidance during the COVID-19 pandemic which was carried out at the Permata Harapan Vocational School in Batam. This training was carried out for 4 meetings using the zoom application. Community service activities in the form of educational development for Permata Harapan Vocational High School students can provide benefits by applying the methods of implementing training activities, discussions and questions and answers. This service was attended by Mr. Miftahul Ilmi and Mrs. Lolita as teachers at Permata Harapan school and also attended by 20 students. The results obtained from this activity are: the ability of students to the digital world increases, especially for the applications used and the available tools. Students also feel they have a high curiosity to understand the applications used and are interested in the menus offered. The ability to adapt to the online learning system is very necessary for current conditions, where the presenter also conveys motivation to students to continue to be able to follow the lesson well.
