This study aims to show the positive effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes, the positive influence of classroom management on learning outcomes, the positive influence of project based learning (PBL) implementation on learning outcomes in Civic Education lessons in class VIII SMPS Harvest Christian School Tangerang. The research method used is descriptive analysis method that involved the entire population, namely 26 respondents in class VIII SMPS Harvest Christian School Tangerang. Data was collected using a survey method in the form of a closed questionnaire and a test in the form of a rubric. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, with inferential statistics, and hypothesis testing using SmartPLS version 3.0. This study shows that (a) learning motivation has a positive effect on student learning outcomes; (b) classroom management has a positive effect on student learning outcomes; c) PBL implementation has a positive effect on student learning outcomes in Civic Education learning.

Purpose of the study: Knowing the comparison of student learning outcomes in grade 8 at SMP Negeri 2 Muaro Jambi based on the level of work character of the students. Methodology: This study is a quantitative study, the study was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Muaro Jambi Regency, the sample of the study was students of class VIII, data collection used a hard work questionnaire while the learning outcomes used question instruments. Main Findings: Character education has a positive influence on student learning outcomes. One of the important characters is the character of hard work. Hard work character is a character to use all abilities to achieve maximum results. Based on research conducted on 58 students at State Middle School 2 Muaro Jambi, to determine the relationship between the character of hard work and student learning outcomes. Obtained character hard work has a positive impact on student learning outcomes. So the teacher can help students to be able to foster the character of hard work in each student. Moreover, the current curriculum puts forward character education. The teacher can give the character growth of hard work by providing examples of successful people who have a great will and work hard even though they do not have more ability to realize their dreams. Likewise in Islam, good character education can have an impact on all aspects of activities not only in the academic field but also in the non-academic field. Novelty / Originality of this study: This study is the first to be conducted at a public junior high school in Muaro Jambi district to determine the comparison of student learning outcomes based on student learning outcomes.

The low learning motivation and learning outcomes of students occur because there are several problems such as the attitude of students who are indifferent to the learning process, students do not pay attention when the teacher explains the material and do not do the assignments given by the teacher, the lack of interest of students in Pancasila Education subjects and Citizenship. This study aims to find a quantum learning model through arisan cards to increase student motivation and learning outcomes. The research method used Research and Development This research was conducted in three product trials. The subjects of this study were class VIII students with 36 students in the 2019-2020 school year. Data collection techniques include expert verification sheet learning models, verification of material experts, observation of learning motivation and student learning outcomes, interview sheets and documentation. The results showed; The percentage of observation results of learning motivation and learning outcomes of students in the first trial, namely motivation by 58%, pretest by 50%, and postest by 56%. In the second trial, the motivation was 61%, the pretest was 61%, and the postest was 68%. And in the third trial, namely motivation by 80%, pretest by 77%, and postest by 85%. This study concludes that the design of the Quantum Learning learning model through the Arisan Card can improve learning motivation and student learning outcomes in the material order of the order of laws in the national legal system in Indonesia.

Motivation is one of several things that determine the success of student learning. Without motivation, the learning process is difficult to achieve optimal success. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes in class XI. This type of research is quantitative research. The instruments used to collect data in this study were a learning interest questionnaire and multiple choice questions. The prerequisite test data analysis techniques were carried out including the correlation test with the help of SPSS 21 software. The data collection technique in this study used questions with 30 questions with momentum and impulse material changing regularly. The population of this study were students of class XI. The method used in this research is descriptive statistics. The data analysis requirements test used was a correlation test. The correlation test is used to determine how strong the relationship between the two data is whether the independent variable has a strong relationship to the dependent variable with the decision-making criteria, namely Sig. (2-tailed) < 𝛼 of 0.01. Based on the results of this study, it shows that there is a significant positive influence between students' motivation to learn physics in class XI students on learning outcomes on momentum and impulse materials.

This study aims to analyze: 1) the influence of student perceptions about the ability to teach PPLK students on student learning outcomes on economic subjects. 2) the effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes on economic subjects 3) the influence of student perceptions about the teaching ability of PPLK students an d learning motivation to wards student learning outcomes on economic subjects. The population of this study was all students of class X in 10 N SMA in 2017/2018. A sample of 158 people with a sampling technique in the form of a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) students' perceptions of the teaching ability of PPLK students had a significant positive effect on student learning outcomes on economic subjects. (2) learning motivation has a significant positive effect on student learning outcomes on economic subjects. (3) the perception of the teaching ability of PPLK students and the motivation to learn together together have a significant effect on the variables of student learning outcomes on economic subjects .Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Student Perception Regarding the Teaching Ability of PPLK Students and Learning Motivation

Research on physics learning management has not been done much, especially regarding PCK and learning outcomes. Many studies that investigate the relationship between variables use the regression method. However, this study using path analysis. The purpose of this study was to measure the direct effect, indirect effect, and total effect of PCK, learning motivation, and student physics learning outcomes using path analysis. The research method used in this research is a survey with a quantitative approach and data analysis techniques, namely path analysis. The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire. This study's sample was 43 teachers who gathered from 64 high school physics teachers in Indramayu Regency. The PCK learning management research results had no significant effect on student learning outcomes. Learning motivation had a positive effect, and learning motivation had a positive effect on student learning outcomes. The implication of this study that the principal and the education office should continue to strive to improve the quality and smoothness of the teaching and learning process by providing provision to teachers to improve pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) learning management by participating in workshops and continuously improving techniques to motivate students for results student learning better.

Masalah dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai berikut: “bagaimana hubungan kedisiplinan siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran PKn di SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Kabupaten Muna”? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah “untuk mengetahui hubungan kedisiplinan siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran PKn di SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Kabupaten Muna”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Kedisiplinan siswa memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat yakni sebesar 0,89 dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran PKn di SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Kabupaten Muna; (2) Sumbangan atau kontribusi variabel X (kedisiplinan siswa) terhadap variabel Y (hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran PKn di SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Kabupaten Muna) adalah sebesar 79,21% dan sisanya 20,79% ditentukan oleh variabel lain di luar masalah penelitian; (3) Hasil analisis regresi menggambarkan bahwa persamaan regresi antara variabel X (kedisiplinan siswa) dan variabel Y (hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran PKn di SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Kabupaten Muna) sebagai berikut: = a + bX = 11,86 + 1,10 X; (4) Hasil analisis regresi antara variabel kedisiplinan siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Kabupaten Muna diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 102,2181, dengan taraf kepercayaan α = 0.05 dengan dk pembilang 1 dan dk penyebut 28, sehingga diperoleh Ftabel senilai 4,20. Jadi F hitung > F tabel atau F hitung = 102,2181 > F tabel = 4,20. Sesuai dengan kriteria pengujian jika F hitung > F tabel maka H0 ditolak yang berarti terima HA; dan (5) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan kedisiplinan siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran PKn di SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Kabupaten Muna.Kata kunci: Kedisiplinan Siswa, Hasil Belajar, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan The relationship between student discipline and student learning outcomes in class VIII in Civics subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Muna Regency. The problem in this study is formulated as follows: "how is the relationship between student discipline and learning outcomes of class VIII students in Civics subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Muna Regency"? The purpose of this study was "to determine the relationship between student discipline and learning outcomes of class VIII students in Civics subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Muna Regency". The research method used is quantitative research methods with regression analysis techniques. The conclusions of the research results are as follows: (1) Student discipline has a very strong relationship, namely 0.89 with the learning outcomes of class VIII students in Civics subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Muna Regency; (2) The contribution or contribution of variable X (student discipline) to variable Y (class VIII student learning outcomes in Civics subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Muna Regency) is 79.21% and the remaining 20.79% is determined by other variables in outside the research problem; (3) The results of the regression analysis illustrate that the regression equation between variable X (student discipline) and variable Y (student learning outcomes of class VIII on Civics at SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Muna Regency) is as follows: (Y) ̂ = a + bX = 11.86 + 1.10 X; (4) The results of the regression analysis between student discipline variables and student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Muna Regency obtained a value of Fcount of 102.2181, with a confidence level of α = 0.05 with dk numerator 1 and dk denominator 28, in order to obtain Ftable worth 4, 20. So F count> F table or F count = 102.2181> F table = 4.20. In accordance with the test criteria, if F count> F table then H0 is rejected, which means HA accepted; and (5) There is a significant relationship between student discipline and learning outcomes of class VIII students in Civics subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Muna Regency. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan metode demonstrasi dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar belajar IPA dan  perannya terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas sebanyak tiga putaran. Setiap putaran terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu rancangan, kegiatan dan pengamatan, refleksi, dan revisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sampai siklus III yaitu, siklus I (38%), siklus II (74%), siklus III (95%). Penggunaan metode demonstrasi dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa Kelas VII SMPN 1 Pandaan. Metode pembelajaran ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam. This study aims to describe the application of demonstration methods in improving science learning outcomes and its role in student learning motivation. This type of research uses three rounds of classroom action research. Each round consists of four stages, namely design, activity and observation, reflection, and revision. The results showed that student learning outcomes increased from cycle I to cycle III, namely, cycle I (38%), cycle II (74%), cycle III (95%). The use of the demonstration method can have a positive effect on learning outcomes and learning motivation of Grade VII students of SMPN 1 Pandaan. This learning method can be used as an alternative to natural science learning.

This study aims to: (1) investigate the effect of Jigsaw cooperative learning on students learning outcomes; (2) find the difference in learning outcomes between high and low learning motivation and (3) find the interaction between learning approaches and learning motivation towards learning outcomes. The population of the study is students of grade IVa, IVb, IVc at SD Kasih Ibu Patumbak and the sample in this study is grade IVa with 35 students and grade IVb with 35 students. The results show that: (1) the average student learning outcomes of jigsaw cooperative learning is 28.40 while conventional is 24.14. Thus, students learning outcomes that get cooperative learning of jigsaw type are higher than conventional learning, (2) Students who have high motivation get an average value = 30.74, while low motivation is 22.72. Thus, it can be concluded that there are differences in student learning outcomes having high learning motivation and low learning motivation, and (3) students learning outcomes  taught by jigsaw cooperative learning are high learning motivation groups (32.94), and low learning motivation groups (24.58), while students taught with conventional learning are high learning motivation groups (28.40 ), and low motivation groups (20,95). Thus, there is no interaction between learning approaches and learning motivation towards learning outcomes.

This research was motivated by lack of civics student learning outcomes. Low learningoutcomes are caused by: (a) students do not really follow civics and they talk to each othersawaktu teacher explains the lesson; (B) students are not active in learning; (C) if the teacherasking questions, very few students who answered; and (d) very few students were askedabout the learning that has not been understood, in addition to the learning activities in theclassroom dominated by teachers and children are much more powerful. This study aims toimprove learning outcomes civics through cooperative learning model NHT. This study is aclass action, which was conducted in 018 primary schools Ukui 1 Subdistrict Ukui. This studyfocused on students' learning outcomes data civics. Based on the results of the study revealedthat the civic education learning outcomes of students has increased. This is evidenced by:Improved student learning outcomes at the preliminary data the number of students who passare 15 students (50%), increasing in the first cycle increased to 26 students (87%) and incycle II further increased up to 27 students (90 %).

Abstrak: Kualitas pembelajaran dan minat belajar memungkinkan hasil belajar mahasiswa meningkat. Sehingga diharapkan kualitas pembelajaran dan minat belajar mahasiswa tinggi untuk mencapai hasil belajar yang tinggi pula. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bahwa kualitas pembelajaran dan minat belajar mahasiswa berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa Akuntansi pada mata kuliah Matematika Ekonomi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan meggunakan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis), dimana terdapat dua variabel eksogen dan satu variabel endogen.  Variabel eksogen berupa kualitas pembelajaran dan minat belajar, sedangkan variabel endogen berupa hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Pembelajaran berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Hasil Belajar, Minat Belajar berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Hasil Belajar, dan Kualitas Pembelajaran berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Minat Belajar Mahasiswa. Abstract:  The quality of learning and interest in learning allows student learning outcomes to increase. It is hoped that the quality of learning and student interest in learning will be high to achieve high learning outcomes. This study aims to see that the quality of learning and student interest in learning has an effect on improving student learning outcomes in Accounting Economics Mathematics courses. This research is a survey research using path analysis technique, where there are two exogenous variables and one endogenous variable. Exogenous variables are learning quality and learning interest, while endogenous variables are learning outcomes. The results of this study are Learning Quality has a direct positive effect on Learning Outcomes, Learning Interest has a direct positive effect on Learning Outcomes, and Learning Quality has a direct positive effect on Student Learning Interest.
