This study aims to analyze the effect of quality of work life and intrinsic motivation on affective commitment with job satisfaction as a mediating variable on the employees of Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bantul. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample size of this study was 92 employees. The sampling technique used the accidental sampling method. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and Sobel test. The results showed that the quality of work life had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Intrinsic motivation has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Quality of work life has a significant effect on affective commitment. Intrinsic motivation and job satisfaction have no significant effect on affective commitment. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of quality of work life and intrinsic motivation on affective commitment. <p><em>This study titled influence the quality of work life and job satisfaction on employee performance of PT Pertamina Persero RU Cilacap. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on the quality of work life by partial performance, determine the effect of job satisfaction on performance partially, and determine the influence of the quality of work life and job satisfaction simultaneously on employee performance. The independent variable in this study is the quality of work life and job satisfaction, the dependent variable in this study is the performance. The population of this study were 600 permanent employees shift part of PT. Pertamina Persero RU Cilacap. Sampling technique using census sampling methods and techniques Probability Proportionate Random Sampling Strarified totaling 221 employees. Data collection method used was a questionnaire and the data mengalisis using the multiple linear regression analysis.</em></p><em>These results indicate that the quality of work life has significant influence but not the performance, job satisfaction has a significant impact on performance, while the quality of work life and job satisfaction has a significant impact on employee performance remains part of PT Pertamina Persero shift RU Cilacap.</em>

The present study attempts to establish the association between Quality of Work Life (QWL) and job satisfaction among the veterinary doctors of Punjab. Multiple linear regression analysis has been employed to examine how far the factors of QWL identified with the help of factor analysis affect the job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is a dependent variable and factors, Monetary Consideration, Social Relations at Work, Constitutionalism at Work, Pride in Job, Facilitation for Current Performance and Future Growth, Nature of Job, Security and Safety, Innovative and Challenging Job, Fair and Unbiased Attitude of Top Officials, Less Educated and Ignorant Clients, Space and Infrastructure, Insufficient Diagnostic Facilities and Staff, and Reporting are independent variables. The results of the present study reveal strong association of Monetary Consideration, Facilitation for Current Performance and Future Growth, Security and Safety, Nature of Job, and Space and Infrastructure with job satisfaction. The eight variables which were not found significant include, Social Relations at Work, Constitutionalism at Work , Pride in Job, Innovative and Challenging Job, Fair and Unbiased Attitude of Top Officials, Less Educated and Ignorant Clients, Insufficient Diagnostic Facilities and Staff, and Reporting. The present study conducted on veterinarians working under department of animal husbandry, Punjab can make a niche in this area. Commitment on the part of government and department itself to work on the activities and initiatives which promote QWL and job satisfaction of the respondents can create a sound and harmonious working environment to get the desired results.

This study aimed to (1) determine the effect of the quality of work life (QWL) and job satisfaction to organizational commitment ; (2) finding out the effect of the QWL, job satisfaction, organization commitment to employee performance ; (3) finding out the effect of the QWL and job satisfaction to employee performance with organization commitment  as intervening variable. The sample in this research was employees of PT. Madubaru PG-PS Madukismo in Yogyakarta using 100 respondents; the sampling technique was using simple random sampling technique. The types of data used were primary and secondary data with data collecting techniques of survey approach (questionnaire). The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS 21 program and SPSS 23. The result of the research is that QWL does not affect the organizational commitment while job satisfaction affects the organizational commitment. The QWL and job satisfaction do not affect employees’ performance, while organizational commitment affects the employees’ performance. The QWL does not affect the employees’ performance indirectly. Job satisfaction affects employees’ performance indirectly with organizational commitment as intervening variable. The company should further enhance the employees’ organizational commitment in order to higher the employees’ performance.

This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is influence of, quality of work life and workload to against employee job satisfaciton at Office X. This research is categorized as quantitative research with questionnaire instrument. Population in this research is all employees of Office X counted 41 people. Sampling technique by means of saturated sampling technique or census. The sample in this study is to take the population or as many as 41 samples. The data used in this study is the primary data obtained through Questionnaire. Instrument validity test using Correclation Bivariate formula, while reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. Measurers proved to be valid and reliable for research instruments. Multiple regression analysis is used to test the hypothesis of this research.Based on the results of this study it is known that the results of multiple linear regression test is Y = 2,826 + 0,16 X1 + 1,082 X2 where, quality of work life (X1), workload (X2 and job satisfaction (Y). Then T test results of variable quality of work life does not significantly affect employee job satisfaction (1,488 < 1,68288). Workload has a significant effect that is (22,009 > 1,6828. Test F together there is a significant influence on employee job satisfaction ( 247,626 > 2,85. R square test results give a value of 0,925 which mean 92,5% employee satisfaction variable can be explained through two independent variables, while the rest of 7,5% influenced or explained by other factors not included in this study.

This study aims to analyze of work life quality, work facilities and organizational commitment on job satisfaction. The population for this study is the employees of Karma Royal Jimbaran, there are 30 people as a sample. The data collection techniques used are documents, interviews, observations and questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis is used as a data analysis technique. From this research, it is found that there are several important aspects: 1) The quality of work life has a positive and significant impact on the employee job satisfaction, 2) Work facilities have a positive and significant impact on the employee job satisfaction, 3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. 4) Quality of work life, work facilities and organizational commitment jointly affect satisfaction work. Work facilities have the most dominant influence on employee job satisfaction at Hotel Karma Royal Jimbaran. Judging from the beta coefficient value of 0.302, it is greater than the beta coefficient value of quality of work life and organizational commitment.

This study aims to analyze the effect of zakat mal expenditure on� the performance of human resources for lecturers at Sultan Agung Semarang� Islamic� University with Altruism�� �and Quality of Work Life as an intervening variable. The population in this study were lecturers at Sultan Agung Islamic University Semarang. The sampling technique using convenience sampling method and purposive sampling. Samples taken were 223 respondents.The research method used was explanatory research with a quantitative approach because it explained the relationship between variables using questionnaires as a tool in data collection to reveal data on zakat mal expenditures, human� resource� performance with Altruism and Quality of Work Life as intervening. The analysis technique used in this study is linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23.0 for Windows software tools.The results of this study indicate that the expenditure of zakat mal, Altruism and Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on the performance of human resources.keywords: Effect of Spending on Zakat, Altruism , Quality of Work Life , Human Resource Performance

This empirical research is aimed to develop knowledge especially human resource management and resolve problem through a research about employee performance measurement through quality of work life, commitment and job satisfaction as the intervening variable with employees of PDAM TIRTAWENING as a sample as 102 questionnaires distributed to the chosen respondent and used as stastistic analysis. A measurement of quality of work life consists of four dimensions : growth and development, salary (reward system), participation, and work environment. Three model components and measurement of organization commitment such as affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. Job satisfaction consists of five factors that are the work itself, salary, promotion, relationship between the superior and the subordinates. Whereas employee performances consists of six factors : quality, quantity, proficiency, knowledge, punctuality, and communication. The result of the reseach using Path Analysis to show that to optimalize employee performance, need to notice another variables that not shown in this research.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis menginterprestasi kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, Quality of Work Life Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Perilaku Pada Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftip analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pendekatan kualitatif. dan metode analisis yang digunakan Analisis Path/ Path Analysis. Data diperoleh dari Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar dan Responden adalah karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menemukan bebe-rapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar, antara lain Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Quality of Work Life dan Perilaku. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan ter-hadap perilaku karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karya-wan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan.  This study aims to examine, analyze leadership interpretation, job satisfaction, Quality of Work Life Against Employee Performance Through Behavior at the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City. This research is a descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach and a qualitative approach. And the analytical method used is Path Analysis. Data obtained from the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City and respondents were employees. The results of this study can find several factors that affect employee performance in the Makassar City Dynasty Hotel. These include leadership, job satisfaction, quality of work life and behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior.
