Az-Zarnuji's educational concept in the book Ta'limul Muta'allim uses an Islamic education curriculum, Az-Zarnuji provides a simple but meaningful concept, that one must first achieve intellectual intelligence. The results of the study found that Az-Zarnuji's thoughts in the book Ta'limul muta'allim emphasized that in studying, he prioritized morals in learning and respected science, teachers, books, and society. Az-Zarnuji prioritizes morals in education to achieve goals, so as to achieve that goal, namely the success of the world and the hereafter. The type of research used is a qualitative research with a character study approach. The method of data collection is through literature study. Data analysis techniques by means of Descriptive Analysis and Content Analysis. Data analysis seeks to try to provide meaning that explains the form of explanation in the conclusion.

The purpose of this article is to explore the opportunity and challenge of implementing community counseling from Indonesian and American perspective. This article used a literature study approach. The literature study was conducted by reviewing books, journals, and research results publications from 2000 to 2017 and previous publications related to community counseling. Data analysis techniques in this study are quantitative data analysis techniques and qualitative data analysis techniques. This article concluded that the possible opportunity that can be applied to meet the challenge faced in achieving the optimization of the implementation of community counseling in Indonesia and America. Community counseling in the Indonesian perspective has the opportunity to be applied in formal and non-formal setting, but the challenge needs to be the provision of professional human resource and system support. Community counseling in the American perspective has the opportunity for rapid development in non-formal setting, but the challenge lies in the complexity of cultural issue and group identity. Keywords: community counseling, opportunity, challenge

This study aims to determine the effect of Ability (Variable X1) and Work Experience (Variable X2) on employee performance. The method used in this study is using descriptive methods and associative methods. Data collection techniques conducted by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques start from the compilation of data, tabulation of data up to the testing phase. Based on the results of the calculation of the study of multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) can be obtained from the capability variable (X1) and work experience (X2) affects 89.8% (0.898) on employee performance (Y), the remaining 10.2% is influenced by other factors outside the research this. This study aims to reveal the procedures for presenting Persembahan Bungo dance in a guest welcoming event in Bungo Regency, Jambi Province. This is a qualitative research resulting descriptive analysis data. The main instrument in this study was the researcher itself and was assisted by supporting instruments such as writing instruments and cameras. The data used were primary and secondary data. The data were collected through literature study, observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted bycollecting the data, reducing the data, presenting the data, and making conclusion. The results show that Persembahan Bungo dance has parts and sequences in each presentation. They are preparation before performing, initial stage, during the performance, and the end of the performance.Persembahan Bungo dance has 9 movements: Sembah Penghormatan, gerak selamat datang, sembah paduko, lenggang, putri malu, berinai, limbai, zapin bungo, and mambuko pagar ayu. The rules for performing Persembahan Bungo dance are compiled by custom or according to the customary rules in Bungo Regency, are in accordance with the motto of Bungo Regency, and pay attention to the values in a reception. For example, in the rule of washing betel, the betel must be washed first by the queen. This symbolizes cleanliness, purity, and respect for the welcomed guests by people of Bungo regency.Keywords: presentation, bungo dance, guest welcome

This study aims to determine and analyze licensing arrangements that seek to be integrated electronically (Online Single Submission-OSS) in legislation, the application of OSS in Pekalongan City, and to know and analyze the constraints of OSS implementation in Pekalongan City and its solutions. This study uses a sociological juridical approach with descriptive analysis research specifications. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and literature study. Data analysis method used is qualitative analysis. Furthermore, based on the results of the study it can be concluded: that 1) Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 On Electronically Integrated Business Licensing seeks to regulate all licenses in Indonesia, but in practice the implementation can only reach a portion of licensing in Indonesia; 2) The issuance of PP 24/2018 does not regulate the transition period of its enactment, the OSS system is not ready, the NSPK has passed the stipulation 15 (fifteen) days since the issuance of the PP, the OSS system has not used Digital Signature, and the weak aspects of supervision, and inefficiency in obtaining permits.Keywords: OSS; Integrated Business Licensing; PP; NSPK.

This study describes the principles of performance-based budgeting on Dinas Sosial district of Musi Banyuasin, knowing the effectiveness of the use of direct expenditure and indirect spending in Dinas Sosial district of Musi Banyuasin as well as budget performance. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive approach. Data collecting technique is done through field study that is interview, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques starting from quantitative and qualitative with descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the principles of performance – based budgeting on Dinas Sosial district of Musi Banyuasin stated that tranparency and accountability is still no good, but the budget discripline and  budget justice are good enough. The effectiveness of the use of direct expenditure in the implementation of performance–based budgets. Based on the ratio of effectiveness of the use of the budget Dinas Sosial district of Musi Banyuasin years 2014 up to the year 2016 has effective criteria and from year to year the level of effectiveness has increased. The effectiveness of the use indirect budget from 2014 to 2016 has a fairly effective criteria and from year to year always fluctuate.

The COVID-19 pandemic has paralyzed all activities and economies in almost all land areas of the world. The paralysis of community activities in various places disturbs creative ideas emerging through visual communication media, one of which is the animation of Larva from South Korea. The problem to be raised in this paper is about how the form of visual messages conveyed through Larva animation. The purpose of this article is for the audience to understand the message that is hidden behind the Larva animation. The method used in this paper is qualitative with observation data collection techniques or direct observation of Larva animation videos and literature study. Data analysis techniques, namely, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions based on the semiotic theory of Raland Barthes. The results presented in this paper lead to a visual message that displays the shape at the denotative level of the covid-19 virus in red to purple plus the effect of a dirty brown color that attacks larvae that are eating without implementing health protocols so that the Larva cough and spread the virus a group of larvae. which is enjoying food and immediately dies, then attacks the two red and yellow Larva. However, they apply health protocols such as washing hands using hand sanitizer and wearing masks. Connotatively, this visual message illustrates the importance of implementing health protocols during this COVID-19 period.

Introduction. The purpose of this study is to examine the organizational communication patterns between librarians and teachers in providing quality library services.  Data Collection Method. This is a qualitative research with a case study approach with librarians and teachers as samples. Data collection techniques were interviews, observations, and literature study. Data Analysis. Data analysis techniques were conducted by reducing data, presenting data, and then making conclusions or data verification. Results and Discussion. The results of this study indicate that a well-established organizational communication pattern between librarians and teachers consists of task coordination, problem-solving, information sharing, conflict resolution, and building togetherness or relationships. All of them supported excellent services. Conclusion. Librarian who implement a good horizontal organizational communication model can provide high-quality services to teachers who need information, which is beneficial to the library and the school as an organization. The recommendation of this study is that schools should be able to treat librarians as key people in organizing ideas and information resources, rather than as only as academic supporters.

Human resources are a very important part for every company to achieve the goals to be achieved. Company goals can be achieved through high employee performance. The management of the company must be able to increase employee performance by paying attention to factors such as discipline and compensation. Results of research on company performance, PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu in the 2013-2018 period experienced a decline in performance. This study aims to determine the effect of: work discipline on employee performance; compensation for employee performance; and the influence of work discipline and compensation together on employee performance in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu. The method used in this study is associative, which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. Data collection techniques by means of field research, literature study, data analysis and a population of 30 people and the determination of the sample using total sampling. The data analysis follows descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05; compensation has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.006 <0.05. Work discipline and compensation together have a significant influence on employee performance in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 while the influence of work discipline and compensation on employee performance is 91.9%. The remaining 8.1% is influenced by other factors. Employee performance can be increased if discipline and compensation are considered by the company management. The enactment of regulations that are accompanied by appropriate sanctions will encourage high work discipline and the management of the company to try to meet the needs of employees through appropriate compensation

The aims of this study were to find social interaction of autism in Life, Animated film. The autistic child in this film is the second son of Suskind Family. This study the writer uses descriptive analysis techniques. The data of this study are the conversation of Life, Animated film. Data analysis techniques used in this study is transcription, classification and analysis. Data source was Life, Animated Film. This study only focused on social interaction. The result of the research shows that  Owen was confused and did not understand what people said, he was often smiling by himself, he also often gritting his teeth, he imitated word or sentence that had said by other people, not only sentence but he also imitates several scenes in Disney movie, closed with his mother, he prefers to have relation with older or adult than in age-mates, he shows his disappointment if he left by his friend and he expressed his feeling and what he wanted using different Disney movies. This study shows that autistic children want to be around people, but they are sometimes do not know how to connect with others. The conclusion from this study is supported by family, therapist and people around autism people, becomes important thing to realize their potential of autism.    Keywords: social interaction, uutism, life, animated film

Terorism in Indonesian is regulated constitution number 15th 2003 about stipulation of government regulations in lieu of laws number 1st 2002 about eradication of terrorist. Although, constitution  eradication of terrorist has been formed, terrorism in Indonesian always happened, like as terrorist act at J.W. Marriot Hotels on 2003 whom responsible was Noordin M.Top dan Dr. Azahari Husin. They were join in Jamaah Islamiyah organization. Based on the above rationale , the issues discussed , namely , first, what is factor cause incidence terorism by members of Jamaah Islamiyah and Majelis Mujahidin Indonesia? second, How is effort Indonesian Republic of Police to prevent incident terorism? Spesification research is analytical descriptive. Method used is as a normative juridical approach and empirical as the main supporter of the main approache. Data source  use of primary data and secondary data. Engineering is a field study data collection through interviews and literature study. Data were presented in the form of descriptive analysis, which describes factor cause incidence terorism and effort to prevent incident terorism by of Jamaah Islamiyah and Majelis Mujahidin Indonesia, while after analysis data will presented with qualitative method. Based on the results of research and discussion can be deduced, first, factor cause incidence terorism by members of Jamaah Islamiyah and Majelis Mujahidin Indonesia because mindset about Islam religion which wrong, social public relation, social politic factor, economic factor and then Solidarity religion. Second, effort Indonesian Republic of Police to prevent incident terorism,  from Regional police West Sumatera which is conducted by Intelijen Directory as implement the program Intelijen Directory to prevent incident terorism, to do coordination with others side, data collection and protection for Electronic media, Deradicalization and Mapin, Fublic Founding Directory as improve quality person of Indonesian Republic Police and arrangement person, external coordination, judge communication with society, counseling and founding for society and Public Relation Section as submit information to society and be relation between Police with society.
