Companies need funds to finance their operational activities, therefore a company must be able to attract investors to be interested in investing their capital. The high and low value of the company can be an attraction for investors. In addition to reflecting current conditions, company value can also describe the company's prospects in the future. Because it is important to do a research on what factors can have an influence on the value of the company. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, firm size and investment decisions on firm value. The study was conducted on banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020, the sampling method used a purposive sampling technique. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the variables of profitability, liquidity and investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on firm value. While the firm size variable has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. Keywords: firm value, profitability, liquidity, firm size, investment decisions

This study aims to determine managerial ownership, institutional ownership, liquidity, leverage, and profitability on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2018. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling so that the selected sample is 16 companies. This study uses descriptive statistical data analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1). Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, and Liquidity do no effect on Company Value. 2). Leverage has a negative and significant impact on Company Value. 3). Profitability has a positive and significant impact on Company Value. 4). Dividend Policy cannot moderate the effect of the Managerial Ownership relationship on Company Value. 5). Dividend policy can partially influence the relationship of Institutional Ownership, Liquidity, Leverage, and Profitability to Company Value.

The purpose of this research is to find empirical evidence about the effect of financial performance and capital structure on firm value and whether company size can moderate the influence of financial performance and capital structure on firm value. The sample in this research is the trading, service and investment companies which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in period 2016-2018. The research sample are 33 companies using purposive sampling technique. The analysis methods of this research used multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test the moderating variables. The results showed that financial performance and firm size had a positive effect on firm value. Capital structure has a negative effect on firm value. And the firm size can not moderate the financial performance and capital structure of the firm's value

Signal theory emphasizes that company information can be responded differently by investors. One method used to analyze company value is using the Price to Book Value (PBV) approach. This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, dividend policy, profitability, and firm size on firm value. This research was conducted on companies listed in the LQ 45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. The number of samples taken as many as 10 companies used the nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, so that the number of samples during the 4 years of observation became 40 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that liquidity and profitability have a positive effect on firm value, while dividend policy and company size have no effect on firm value. This study aims to examine the effect of profitability on firm value and stock returns, liquidity on firm value and stock returns, and firm size on firm value and stock returns. This research uses data from 4 automotive companies. and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2009 to 2018 using multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling method. The results showed that profitability using ROA and firm size has an effect on firm value. Profitability with ROA and ROE proxies has an effect on stock returns. ROE and liquidity have no effect on firm value. Liquidity and firm size have no effect on stock returns.

Competition between companies is getting tougher and more competitive because the cor-porate world is growing rapidly. Every company wants high company value, a company with high company value can increase shareholder prosperity. If the shareholders feel pros-perous, then the shareholders may be able to add value to their investment in the company. Good corporate governance (GCG) is one of the many factors that can affect corporate value. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect managerial ownership, institu-tional ownership, independent commissioners, and audit committees on firm value. The population used as the object of this research is the banking sub-sector listed on the Indone-sia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018. The population of this study is 43 companies, this study was obtained by purposive sampling technique which then produced a sample of 25 companies the financial sector banking sub sector to be studied. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on data analysis and discussion it can be concluded that Managerial Ownership and Independent Commissioners do not affect the company's value. A pharmaceutical company is a healthcare company that focuses on researching, developing, and distributing drugs and/or medical devices. Firm value is the stock market value that reflects the wealth of the owner of a company. The purpose of this research is to examine whether capital structure, sales growth, and dividend policy have an influence on company value in the pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2019 period. The research population used is the pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2019 period, totaling 12 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 6 companies based on the criteria. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS application system. The results showed that simultaneously capital structure, sales growth, and dividend policy have an influence on firm value. Partially the capital structure has a significant negative effect on company value. Sales growth partially has a positive and insignificant effect on company value. This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, profitability, firm size and intellectual capital towards firm value. Capital structure is proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), profitability is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), company size is proxied by Ln from total assets, intellectual capital is proxied by Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC) and company value is proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV). The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the company's financial statements on the LQ 45 index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2010-2017. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 15 companies. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20. The results showed that the capital structure had no effect on the value of the company, profitability had an effect on the value of the company, the size of the company did not affect the value of the company and intellectual capital did not affect the value of the company.

The population used in this study were 31 companies. While the sample used as many as 16 companies selected by using purposive sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis technique is the analysis technique used in this study. Based on the result of the analysis, firm size, institutional ownership, profitability, and earnings changes have a positive effect on firm value.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Firm Size on Firm Value with Profitability as Intervening Variables. (Case Study on Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 Period). This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. Sample 27 companies using Purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses path analysis with SPSS software version 21.Based on the test result min this study that the variable capital structure and company size have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has no effect on firm value, firm size and profitability affect company value, and profitability is able to mediate the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value. <p>This research was aimed to analyze the significant influence of profitability, investment opportunity set (ios), leverage and dividend policy partially or simultaneously on firm value. The sample used in this research was Industrial Services in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013 to 2015 as many as 28 companies taken by using purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing of research using multiple linear regression analysis by SPSS 21 for windows programs. This research found that: (1) profitability has significant influence partially  on firm value; (2) investment opportunity set (ios) has significant influence partially  on firm value; (3) leverage has no significant influence partially  on firm value; (3) the dividend policy has no significant influence partially  on firm value; (5) profitability, investment opportunity set (ios), leverage and dividend policy have significant influence simultaneously on firm value with influence value of 46.7%.</p>
