This study aims to prove the effect of capital structure, liquidity, profitability and firm age on earnings quality. The type of research used is quantitative research and secondary data. The sample of this research is mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2020 using purposive sampling. This study shows that capital structure has no significant effect on earnings quality, liquidity has no significant effect on earnings quality, profitability has no significant effect on earnings quality and firm age has no significant effect on earnings quality. The implications of this research are related to earnings quality. Investors and other users of financial statement information, need to consider the liquidity factor because this factor has a significant impact on the quality of earnings in the company. This shows that users of financial statements, especially investors, need to consider the liquidity factor when making investment decisions in affiliated companies. The objective of this research is to examine the effect of profitability, firm age, firm size, audit quality, and leverage both partially and simultaneously towards earnings quality. The testing method used in this research is multiple regressions. The objects of this study are property, real estate and construction companies which were listed at Kompas 100 for the period 2010-2012. The samples are 15 companies determined based on purposive sampling. The data used in this study are secondary data such as financial statements and historical stock prices. The results of this study are (1) firm age has a negative significant effect on earnings quality, meanwhile firm size has a positive significant effect on earnings quality (2) profitability, audit quality, and leverage partially have an insignificant effect towards earnings quality (3) profitability, firm age, firm size, audit quality, and leverage simultaneously have a significant effect towards voluntary auditor switching. Audit delay and timeliness are important factors that influence the quality of accounting information in term of relevance. This study provides empirical evidence to answer the question of how bankruptcy possibility impacts on audit delay and timeliness.  This research studies manufacturing firms listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period of 2012-2016. Data are taken from official website of IDX. This study is a quantitative research that seek to find out relationship between independent variable and dependent variable. External secondary data used are annual reports accessed from IDX website. Measurement used is Z-Score Altman model prediction, while simple linear regression is employed as technical analysis. This study finds that bankruptcy possibility which is measured by ZScore is negatively influence audit delay and timeliness. Any decrease of Z-Score shows the possibility of a company experience bankruptcy and therefore causes audit delay and timeliness.

In this study, the author proposes to evaluate the effect of sales growth, Receivable Turnover and operating cash flow on the liquidity of PT. Unilever Indonesia Plc. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. In this statement, the population used in this study is the financial statement data from PT. Unilever Indonesia Plc. from 2010 to 2018, the technique of determining the sampling uses Purposive Sampling. This research data uses secondary data from PT. Unilever Indonesia Plc financial statements from 2010 to 2018. All data sources were obtained from the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange at https://www.idx.co.id, the company's website and Google search. Our analysis reveals that sales growth and accounts receivable turnover from PT. Unilever Indonesia Plc. has no influence on the liquidity of PT. Unilever Indonesia Plc, while operating cash flow has an influence on the Liquidity of PT Unilever Indonesia Plc. This means the ups and downs of the value of sales and accounts receivable turnover of a company has no influence on the liquidity of PT. Unilever Indonesia Plc, while operating cash flow has increased or decreased has an influence on the liquidity of PT Unilever Indonesia Plc. The value of sales growth, accounts receivable turnover and operating cash flow can explain the liquidity of PT Unilever Indonesia Plc. by 78%, while 22% is explained by other factors which are not included in this study.

"> This study aims to examine empirically the effect of firm size, solvency, profitability, and thequality of public accounting firms (KAP) to the audit delay on manufacturing companieslisted in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study focuses on companies listed on the IndonesiaStock Exchange. The data used are secondary data, the audited financial statements of 47companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2012. To test the hypothesis,performed multiple regression analysis that begins classic assumption test includingnormality, linearity, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. The data usedhas met all the classical assumptions. Partial test results show that the variable size andvariable quality of the public accounting firm (KAP) that affect audit delay, while variablesolvency and profitability variable does not affect the audit delay.Keywords: audit delay, KAP, company’s size, profitability, solvency

This study aimed to examine and analyze the effect of liquidity, profitability, company size and ownership structure on capital structure in companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2008-2010. The population of this research is all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2008-2010 and published financial statements on December 31 for the fiscal year 2008-2010. This was a censuses research since all population sampled. Data used in this research is secondary data in the form of financial statements in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2008-2010. Data collection was done by the documentation and classifies data based on the financial statements of the criteria determined. Data  required in this research obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and the Capital Market Reference Center (PRPM) to address the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building Tower 2 1st Floor, Sudirman street Lot 52-53 Jakarta 12190. Based on these criteria, 114 companies obtained to be the target of Population.The results of this study indicate that both simultaneously, liquidity, profitability, company size, and ownership structure affect firm capital structure. Partially, variable profitability and ownership structure has a positive effect, while the variable size of the companiy’s and liquidity negative affect the capital structure of the manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2008-2010.  Keywords: Liquidity, Profitability, Company Size and Ownership Structure, Capital Structure

This study aims to test and analyze environmental performance and sustainability reporting disclosures in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study also aims to determine the effect of environmental performance and sustainability reporting disclosure on firm value. This research uses quantitative research using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. This research was conducted by selecting research data in accordance with the criteria of a sample of 17 manufacturing companies. The data used are secondary data, namely data obtained indirectly from original sources but through internet intermediary media in the form of financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and references in the form of supporting books that relate to research. The research aim is to examine determinant factors of Indonesia's property and real estate firms capital structure listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This is a quantitative research which taken 72 observation data from 12 companies audited financial statement and fulfilled certain criteria. Processing through classical assumption tests and multivariate analysis with the help of the EViews 10 software instrument. The results show that tangibility assets, business risk, and firm size have a significant influence on capital structure partially, but sales growth and liquidity have insignificant. The determination coefficient is 42.83%  and the proportion is included in the strong criteria. Profitability as a moderating variable weakens the effect of business risk but strengthens the effect of firm size on the debt to equity ratio, further determining the company's ability to pay off its debt which is of great concern to investors and creditors. Furthermore, as a consideration for choosing the composition of a good funding decision in Indonesia.

The main attraction for owners of company shareholders lies in the profitability ratio that shows the results of the management of the company's management of the funds invested. This study aims to determine: The Effect of Working Capital, Liquidity and Solvency on the Profitability of PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk, both partially and simultaneously. Descriptive quantitative research methods, the data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements of PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk, for a period of 9 years from 20010 - 2018 obtained through the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange). The analytical method used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis results obtained the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.928 or equal to 92.8%, which means that the contribution made by working capital, liquidity and solvency to profitability reaches 92.8.3% the remaining 7.2% is influenced by other variables which is not researched. Based on the t test partially working capital on profitability there is an effect where tcount -5.847> t table 2.575 and significance value 0.02 <0.05 and partially liquidity on profitability has no effect where tcount 1.846 <t table 2.575 and significance value 0.124> 0.05 and partially solvency to profitability there is the influence of tcount -3.386> ttable 2.575 and significance value 0.02 <0.05 based on the f test simultaneously working capital, liquidity and solvency affect the profitability where Fcount 21.477> Ftable 5.41 with a significant value of 0.003 <0.05

The research aims to analyze the factors that are affecting the tax agreesiveness. The research includes as a quantitative research by using a secondary data that obtained from the financial statement of the company. The population of the research is the entire manufacturing company listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the year of 2016-2019. The collected sample is conducted by using a purposive sampling of company listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019, the financial statement in rupiahs, and manufacturing companies with a CETR of less than one. The sample has met the criteria of 32 companies in four years. The used data analysis techniques by panel data regression using EViews 10. The result shows that the Leverage and Earning Management has a positive impac in the tax agreesiveness, while the variables on capital intensity do not affect the tax agreesiveness.

Financial distress is a complicated phase and multidimensional problem facing by the company. Since it leads the company on the possibility of bankruptcy, this situation needs immediately to be recovered. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the company's financial distress. There are ten variables in this study which are classified into four categories: liquidity, capital structure, profitability and cash flows. This study used financial statement data of manufacturing company which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the threeyear study period from 2011 to 2013. There are some criteria in choosing the representative sample so that the sum of the companies are 90 companies or equal to 270 financial statements data. The empirical findings show that there are only three variables that influence the company’s financial distress. The significant variables are current ratio (liquidity), return on assets (profitability) and cash flow ratio (cash flow).
