2020 posed a series of unforeseen challenges for economic actors. Digitalization, one of the most critical drivers of innovation, provided a lifeline for organizations who anticipated the opportunity and ramifications of a global pandemic. Digitalization offered alternative solutions for contacting partners, serving customer needs, retaining customers, and creating the possibility of online administration. The present study seeks to answer the question – using a database of ongoing research – to what extent are Hungarian and Romanian businesses able to discover the characteristics of the digital transformation, where and to what extent digital technology plays a role in the supply chain, and whether they have started digitization. The developed quantitative database was analyzed and processed utilizing SPSS 25 statistical software. Descriptive statistics and frequency analysis were run, followed by an analysis of variance to explore the existing relationships. For the multiple mean comparison test, the Tamhane test was used to analyze for differences in groups. As a result of the evaluation, the authors found statistical support that managers opinions on Internet Platforms creating more accessible business agreements is dependent on firm size with larger firms placing more emphasis on the benefits of Internet Platforms than smaller firms. The organizations recognize the potential of digital developments, but these developments are accompanied by a high degree of mistrust. Digital technology is typically used only to conduct processes during production or service activities and not as commonly conducted for increasing market share or expansion. Based on the authors’ proposal, the broadest possible application of digital technology within a company can provide its user a long-term survival, competitive advantage, and further development opportunities.

Cell transplantation is now being explored as a new therapeutic strategy to restore function in the diseased human central nervous system. Neural grafts show long-term survival and function in patients with Parkinson's disease but the symptomatic relief needs to be increased. Cell transplantation seems justified in patients with Huntington's disease and, at a later stage, possibly also in demyelinating disorders. The further development in this research field will require systematic studies in animal experiments but also well-designed clinical trials in small groups of patients.

The paper suggests a systemic analysis of the perspectives of development of situation in Post-Soviet Central Asia. Interconnection between the tendencies in different spheres (political, economic, military, social and demographic) is analyzed. The author ascertain the fact of complex and multilateral crisis and also states high degree of uncertainty of further development of regional situation, which is indicated by a great variability of scenarios of further development. The analysis is fulfilled both in short- and long-term perspectives. The study is carried out in two steps: for each of temporal perspectives respective drivers that presently exist are selected. Also, potential qualitative discontinuities that can lead to principal changes of situation are defined within scenario analysis.

ABSTRAK   Era revolusi industri 4.0 atau revolusi industri dunia ke-empat telah berjalan seiring berjalannya waktu, dimana teknologi telah menjadi basis dalam kehidupan manusia. Setiap hal menjadi tanpa batas dan tidak terbatas akibat perkembangan teknologi digital. Era ini mempengaruhi banyak aspek kehidupan baik di bidang ekonomi, politik, kebudayaan, pendidikan dan industri. Industri merupakan salah satu tempat teknologi yang berguna untuk membantu berjalannya industri di perusahaan. PT Indonesia Epson Industry yang berlokasi di Kawasan East Jakarta Industrial Park (EJIP) Cikarang Bekasi merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang memproduksi berbagai macam barang elektronik. Produksi merupakan hal yang terpenting dalam proses pembuatan produk dari proses awal hingga akhir proses produk, perhitungan hasil produksi sangatlah penting untuk mengetahui hasil produktifitas dari proses hingga ke finish good. PT Indonesia Epson Industry dalam perhitungan hasil produksi masih menerapkan sistem manual dalam perhitungan dengan menambah pekerjaan karyawan yaitu dengan operator produksi melakukan packing produk sekaligus menghitung barang dan mencatat hasil jumlah produksi barang dan memerlukan waktu untuk admin produksi mengetahui hasil produksi yang real time. penulis dalam hal ini membuat suatu sistem yang bertujuan untuk menampilkan jumlah produk yang di produksi langsung ke bagian admin dengan menggunakan alat arduino, sensor ultrasonic, Ethernet Shield dan program menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php kemudian menggunakan database mysql yang terhubung dengan XAMPP agar dapat menjadikan aplikasi sistem yang berguna untuk menampilkan jumlah barang secara langsung tanpa harus menunggu lama.  Penulis juga menggunakan  metode prototyping untuk menjadikan sistem yang dibuat sesuai apa yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan dan yang direncanakan. diharapkan dengan adanya sistem ini tidak ada lagi kekeliruan dalam perhitungan dan pekerjaan menjadi lebih efisien dan mudah serta sistem ini diharapkan  dapat di pergunakan dalam jangka panjang.   Kata kunci : Arduino Uno R3, Metode Prototyping, Perhitungan Hasil Produksi   ABSTRACTS   The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 or the fourth world industrial revolution has gone by over time, where technology has become the basis of human life. Everything becomes limitless and unlimited due to the development of digital technology. This era affects many aspects of life in the fields of economy, politics, culture, education and industry. Industry is one of the places where technology is useful to help run the industry in the company. PT Indonesia Epson Industry, which is located in the East Jakarta Industrial Park (EJIP) Cikarang Bekasi area, is a company that produces various kinds of electronic goods. Production is the most important thing in the process of making products from the beginning to the end of the product process, the calculation of production results is very important to know the productivity results from the process to the finish good. PT Indonesia Epson Industry in calculating production results still applies a manual system in calculations by adding employee work, namely with production operators doing product packing while counting goods and recording the results of the production of goods and it takes time for the production admin to know real time production results. the author in this case makes a system that aims to display the number of products produced directly to the admin section using Arduino, ultrasonic sensors, Ethernet Shield and programmed using the PHP programming language then using a MySQL database connected to XAMPP in order to make system applications which is useful for displaying the number of items directly without having to wait long. The author also uses the prototyping method to make the system that is made according to what is needed by the company and what is planned. it is hoped that with this system there will be no more errors in calculations and work will be more efficient and easy and this system is expected to be used in the long term.   Keywords: Arduino Uno R3, Prototyping Method, Calculation of Production Results

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a chronic interstitial lung disease characterised by a progressive and irreversible decline in lung function, which is associated with poor long-term survival. The pathogenesis of IPF is incompletely understood. An accumulating body of evidence, obtained over the past three decades, suggests that occupational and environmental exposures may play a role in the development of IPF. This narrative literature review aims to summarise current understanding and the areas of ongoing research into the role of occupational and environmental exposures in the pathogenesis of IPF.

AbstractImproved understanding of tumor immunology has enabled the development of therapies that harness the immune system and prevent immune escape. Numerous clinical trials and real-world experience has provided evidence of the potential for long-term survival with immunotherapy in various types of malignancy. Recurring observations with immuno-oncology agents include their potential for clinical application across a broad patient population with different tumor types, conventional and unconventional response patterns, durable responses, and immune-related adverse events. Despite the substantial achievements to date, a significant proportion of patients still fail to benefit from current immunotherapy options, and ongoing research is focused on transforming non-responders to responders through the development of novel treatments, new strategies to combination therapy, adjuvant and neoadjuvant approaches, and the identification of biomarkers of response. These topics were the focus of the virtual Immunotherapy Bridge (December 2nd–3rd, 2020), organized by the Fondazione Melanoma Onlus, Naples, Italy, in collaboration with the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer and are summarised in this report.

In a digital democracy, education should help foster the development of ethically, socially, and ecologically responsible citizens capable of living autonomously and harmoniously within a networked society. Unfortunately, contemporary digital technology, communication media and education tend to give rise to conformity, individual satisfaction, and short-term goal seeking. Overcoming current obstacles requires modifying current values and strategies to better align digital technology use with democratic ideals and the capacity for harmonious long-term survival. This paper presents a technoethical systems perspective to help disentangle core threats to digital democracy and to highlight selected educational and communication tools needed to leverage future citizens within a digital democracy.

In times of recession, survival for most businesses means to do more with fewer resources. It is necessary to encourage policies that will help a company to become more efficient, like staff restructuring. This policy encompasses many decisions, from laying people off to relocating employees to other positions as a consequence of the deployment of a more rational structure, which in turn answers to a change in strategy caused by the turn in the environment. This chapter explains the concept of staff restructuring in detail and offers several methods to carry it out. Afterwards, the potential problems that may arise from implementing this strategy are discussed, and, finally, some clues on how to avoid such problems, or, at least, mitigate their consequences, are presented. It is also made clear that a short-term approach in this regard will lead to a future lack of competitiveness, and therefore, endanger long-term survival.

Endotoxin of Gram-negative bacteria of the digestive tract, which has a high degree of toxicity to humans, is considered today as a factor in inducing allergic development and formation of combinedforms of atopic dermatitis (AD), is capable of a more severe disease. Increasing the level of endotoxin leads to the development of endogenous intoxication syndrome (EIS) that accompanies the disease, providing a damaging effect on the tissue and determining the prognosis of AD. At SEI complex metabolic disorders is forming that leads not only to a decrease in the volume of organs of the immune system, increase the permeability of natural barriers, but also to a defect interaction of its individual effector units. Excretion of endogenous and exogenous stimuli from the body at allergic dermatosis prevents the formation of secondary immune deficiency and the further development of the pathological process of the skin, contributing to its stabilization and sustainable long-term remission. Application of detoxifying drug “Eubikor” and general aerocryotherapy at atopic dermatitis leads to more intense reduction of SCORAD, reduces the frequency of exacerbations and increase duration of remission. Method of aerocryotherapy was used to stimulate the mechanisms of activation of metabolism and regeneration of damaged tissues. Clinical experience of “Eubikor” and aerocryotherapy rate in patients with atopic dermatitis is presented.

The ability of metazoan cells to undergo programmed cell death is vital to both the precise development and long-term survival of the mature adult. Cell deaths that result from engagement of this programme end in apoptosis, the ordered dismantling of the cell that results in its 'silent' demise, in which packaged cell fragments are removed by phagocytosis. This co-ordinated demise is mediated by members of a family of cysteine proteases known as caspases, whose activation follows characteristic apoptotic stimuli, and whose substrates include many proteins, the limited cleavage of which causes the characteristic morphology of apoptosis. In vertebrates, a subset of caspases has evolved to participate in the activation of pro-inflammatory cytokines, and thus members of the caspase family participate in one of two very distinct intracellular signalling pathways.
