Research on gender roles in relation to government bureaucratic structures is still minimal. This study aims to find answers to the main problem, namely how the role of women in the local government bureaucracy seen from human resource development aspect in Central Sulawesi Province. This research is a qualitative descriptive study which aims to create a picture of the gender presentation in the bureaucratic staffing and the role of women. The subjects of this study were women who hold echelons. The data collection technique used in this study was literature review. For the validity of the data, the cross check technique was used. The data analysis technique used is the inductive analysis technique. The results showed that the role of women in the local government bureaucracy in Central Sulawesi was still not fully implemented. The echelon holder ratio is still dominated by men. However, it is possible that this ratio will change over time.

Penelitian ini mengkaji revitalisasi peran strategis Sekretaris Daerah dalam akselerasi reformasi birokrasi, dengan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dan desain penelitian evaluatif, analitik, eksploratif, eksplanatif dan komparative, serta teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasilnya, secara umum dan keseluruhan, ada 8 (delapan) dimensi pokok dan utama satu kesatuan kelompok peran strategis seorang Sekretaris Daerah dalam birokrasi pemerintahan yaitu: (1) Pemimpin (Leader) birokrasi dan ASN. (2) Manajer (Manager) birokrasi dan ASN, (3) Konseptor, konsultan, desainer, formulator kebijakan daerah, organisasi birokrasi dan ASN, (4) Administrator birokrasi, ASN dan pelayanan public, (5) Koordinator, komunikator, fasilitator, mediator, motivator, dinamisator, energisator organisasi birokrasi, ASN dan pelayanan public, (6) Supervisor, educator, trainer, learner, advocator, promotor dan empower organisasi birokrasi, ASN dan pelayanan public, (7) Implementor dan eksekutor kebijakan organisasi birokrasi, ASN dan pelayanan public, (8) Controller, monitor dan evaluator organisasi birokrasi, ASN dan pelayanan publik. Model revitalisasi peran strategis Sekretaris Daerah dalam akselerasi reformasi birokrasi adalah revitalisasi peran Sekda sebagai aktor Reinventer Government, Leader Manager birokrasi, Entrepreuner birokrasi, aktor New Public Management (NPM), aktor Strategi Banishing Bureucracy reformasi birokrasi, dan aktor reformasi birokrasi berbasis kearifan budaya lokal. Disarankan untuk mempertimbangkan penerapan model revitalisasi peran strategis Sekretaris Daerah dalam akselerasi reformasi birokrasi tersebut. This research explore revitalization a strategic role of Local Secretary owned Local Government to accelerate bureaucracy reformation, by use a qualitative descriptive as method, and an evaluative, analytic, explorative, explanative and comparative as investigation design, and a qualitative as analyses. Results, by all dan generally, there are eight main dimensions as unity at strategic role played by Local Government Secretary within government bureaucracy include: (1) Leader, (2) Manager, (3) Conseptor, consultant, designer and formulator for local policy and officer or employment, (4) Administrator for public service and employment, (5) Coordinator, communikator, facilitator, mediator, motivator, dynamisator, energizer, (6) Supervisor, educator, trainer, learner, advocator, promotor and empower for bureaucracy, public service and employment, (7) Implementor and executor, (8) Controller, monitor and evaluator. Revitalization model of strategic role of Local Government Secretrary to accelerate bureaucracy reformation are revitalization as Reinventer Government actor, Leader Manager, Entrepreuner, New Public Management (NPM) actor, Banishing Bureucracy Strategy actor, and actor bureaucracy reformation based local wisdom. Recommended to actualize those revitalization model as mentioned above in order to accelerate any strategic role of Local Government Secretary into bureaucracy reformation it.

This study aims to determine: (1) The productive role of fishermen housewives in increasing family income in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung District, Tanjungbalai City, (2) The reproductive role of fishermen housewives in increasing family income in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung Kota District Tanjungbalai, and (3) The social role of fisherman housewives in increasing family income in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung District, Tanjungbalai City. This research was conducted in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung District, Tanjungbalai City in 2020. The population of this study were all fishermen housewives in Sei Merbau Village, amounting to 592 people, while the sample in this study was 10% of the total population (59 people. ) and taken using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data collection technique is done by direct communication (interview). While the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) The highest productive role (48.78%) was performed by housewives who worked as factory workers, while the lowest role (21%) was performed by housewives who worked as coconut peeler. Overall, the role played by housewives of fishermen is 33.35% and is in the low category. (2) The reproductive role played by the housewives of fishermen in Kelurahan Sei Merbau, namely having dependents of 1 to 6 children. Most (57.63%) fishermen housewives had 1-2 children and a small proportion (8.47%) had 5-6 children with an average of 2-3 children. (3) In general (81.36%) fishermen housewives participated in the social activities of the unfortunate union and a small proportion (25.42%) participated in arisan activities. In addition, the recitation activity is useful for moral contributions to housewives so that they can motivate husbands to work to increase income and also motivate children to improve education. The highest role of arisan activities was 76.92% while the lowest role was 22.73%. With an average of 43.47%.

This research describes the role of Muhammadiyah organizations in fostering Islamic communities in Enrekang Regency. The problems examined in this paper are focused on the development of Muhammadiyah in Enrekang Regency and the role of Muhammadiyah organizations through the charity of its efforts in fostering the Islamic community in Enrekang Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using historical, sociological, cultural, religious and educational approaches. The instruments used in this study were researchers doing with aids in the form of interview guidelines, cameras and voice recorders. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive data analysis. The results showed that Muhammadiyah association quickly developed branches and branches to all corners of the village, several educational business charities established ranging from paud/kindergarten level to higher education, and the growing number of Muhammadiyah members and sympathizers. The construction of the Muhammadiyah Alliance through branches and branches and charitable efforts in fostering Islamic society slowly shifted the religious attitude of the community coloured by the traditions of Hinduism, animism and dynamism (shirk) to the Tauhid faith.

Budget is the most important tool in planning and controlling the company to achieve its goals. In implementing the project cost budget compiled by CV. Anugerah Jaya for the project did not carry out analysis of variance, so it is not known what caused the adverse variance to occur. The project cost budget prepared by the company is not used as a basis for evaluating or measuring company performance and besides that the absence of rewards given to job executors and other employees is one of the reasons for the lack of budget control. So it is necessary to analyze the role of the budget as a planning and controlling tool project costs at CV. Anugerah Jaya Surabaya. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method on CV. Anugerah Jaya Surabaya. The data used are obtained from observations, interviews and documentation of internal company data. Using triangulation techniques that combine various data collection techniques and existing data sources to check the validity of the data. The analysis technique used is to analyze the data and compare with the theory in accordance with the existing problems. From the results of this research it can be concluded that the application of the budget as a tool for planning and controlling project costs at CV. Anugerah Jaya is still not running optimally. This is due to no price updates on materials, no rewards and punishments applied to the company, no work implementation reports, no proper variance analysis reports and no follow-up on deviations that occur.Keywords             : Budget; Planning; Controlling; Project Cost; Analysis of Variance. Anggaran merupakan alat yang paling penting dalam perencanaan dan pengendalian perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuannya.Dalam pelakasanaan anggaran biaya proyek yang disusun oleh CV. Anugerah Jaya untuk proyek tidak dilakukan analisis varians sehingga tidak diketahui apa yang menyebabkan varians yang merugikan itu terjadi. Anggaran biaya proyek yang disusun oleh perusahaan tidak digunakan sebagai dasar evaluasi atau pengukur kinerja perusahaan dan selain itu tidak adanya reward yang diberikan kepada pelaksana pekerjaan dan karyawan lain menjadi salah satu sebab kurangnya pengendalian anggaran.Maka perlu dilakukan analisa mengenai peranan anggaran sebagai alat perencanaan dan pengendalian biaya proyek pada CV. Anugerah Jaya Surabaya.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus pada CV. Anugerah Jaya Surabaya.Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi data intern perusahaan.Menggunakan teknik triangulasi yang bersifat menggabungkan dari berbagai teknik pengumpulan data dan sumber data yang telah ada untuk memeriksa keabsahan data.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menganalisis data dan membandingkan dengan teori yang sesuai dengan permasalahan yang ada.Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan anggaran sebagai alat perencanaan dan pengendalian biaya proyek pada CV. Anugerah Jaya masih belum berjalan secara optimal.Hal ini dikarenakan tidak dilakukan update harga pada material, belum adanya reward dan punishment yang diterapkan pada perusahaan, tidak adanya laporan pelaksanaan pekerjaan, tidak membuat laporan analisis variance dengan tepat dan belum adanya tindak lanjut terhadap penyimpangan yang terjadi. Social Networking Sites (SNS) or commonly called social media is an online service that aims to build social relationships with users who share their interests and activities. Percentage of Facebook users decreased during 2018 from January 2018 which was initially 75.5% to 66.3% in December 2018. Users complain about the excessive influence of SNS on their lives and react in various forms of behavior to stop using services. Non-continuous use as a user behavior towards stress due to SNS fatigue and social overload. The sample used is 60 respondents which are determined using the purposive sampling method. The data collection technique utilized is by questionnaires with the Likert scale measurement method, while the data are analyzed using the path analysis technique. The research results show that the social overload on SNS exhaustion and SNS exhaustion variable on discontinuous usage intention have a positive and significant influence but social overload on discontinuous usage intention have a positive but non significant effect. Likewise, SNS exhaustion is able to mediate the influence of social overload on discontinuous usage intention. Users can actively control their behavior to avoid potential negative results caused by social overload. Social media providers must effectively prevent the emergence of negative emotions from users by providing a system that gives users to manage whatever information they can receive and share only with a few people so that users do not receive information about their friends on Facebook excessively.

Sharia banking are interested in getting involved channeling financing to the real sector of SMEs, including Bank BNI Syariah Makassar and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of SMEs financing provided by sharia banking. Then to find out the role of sharia banking for the distribution financing for SMEs in the city of Makassar. As well as to find out the form of integration of the development of the department of sharia banking UIN Alauddin Makassar, through the distribution of financing for SMEs in sharia banking institution. This type of research is a field research, by taking data directly. The nature of the research is qualitative. The data source uses primary data and secondary data related to the research theme. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive, which describes the objects in the study. The results of this study indicate the development of the distribution of financing in sharia banking reaching 15.93 percent. Then Bank BNI Syariah and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar channeled financing to SMEs sector, reaching 20 percent. The form of integration in the development of departement sharia banking is by presenting courses on object management of financing sharia banking and courses on SMEs business.

This study aims to determine how much the equity participation of the Local Government in Telago Pancuran Water Supply Company and to determine the impact of the local goverment capital participation on the performance of the Telago Pancuran Water Supply Company. The object of research is the Telago Pancuran Water Supply Company, with a research period of five years, namely 2015 to 2019. The data collection technique uses observation, interview and documentation methods. The data analysis technique in this research uses quantitative methods using financial performance formulas, Return on Equity, operating ratios, cash ratios and billing effectiveness. The results of this study indicate that the amount of equity participation of the local Government to the Telago Pancuran Water Company continues to increase until 2016, for 2017 to 2019 it has decreased. Meanwhile, the impact of equity participation on company performance can be seen in the Return on Equity ratio, operating ratio, cash ratio for collection effectiveness.

This study aims to determine the role of social advisers as a judge's consideration in making decisions on those who are dealing with the law. This research is a normative legal research. Literature study methods such as law. This data analysis technique uses a qualitative descriptive technique. The results showed that the social adviser from the Correctional Center (BAPAS) has an important role for the suspect or defendant, namely children in the trial process, namely accompanying children and then conveying the results of social research to the judge. Community research reports are used for the purposes of investigation, prosecution and trial in cases involving children for judges in making their decisions.

Abstrak This research aims to determine empirical evidence about the effect of the use of financial accounting information systems, human resource competence, and the role of internal audit on the quality of financial reports of the Local Government Majalengka. The research method uses a descriptive verification approach. The population in this study were employees of the Local Government of Majalengka. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample of this study was 135 employees in the finance department (head of department and financial staff). The research is explanotary research which relates to the position of the studied variables and the influence between one variable and the research variable. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis with SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that partially the use of SIAKD has no significant effect on the quality of LKPD, HR competence has a significant effect on the quality of LKPD, the role of Internal Audit has a significant effect on the quality of LKPD. Simultaneously the use of SIAKD, HR competence and the role of Internal Audit have a significant effect on the quality of LKPD.
