In the conditions of another epoch of society - the era of the 4th industrial revolution, which is different from the previous one, in which a successful person is needed more than ever, in which a new school is born - arises as a necessity, as a need for another teacher, a teacher with a different professional literacy, including - technological. In modern conditions of the development of education when the aim of improving the quality of education is set for teachers it is important to direct work of methodical association of teachers - subjects correctly. In these conditions, the most important task of the system of post-secondary, higher and postgraduate, additional professional education is to master the methodology and theory of new didactics, based on the natural science (scientific) approach to learning, and the technology of collective learning method (TCL), i.e. The technology of mass and quality learning and education by ability. It is the teacher's life in this process that determines his technological literacy. In this regard, the purpose of our article is to reveal the main way of formation of technological literacy of practitioners, mastering the technology of CSR, the technology of "teaching" of a schoolboy, its application in teaching practice that will "include each student in the communication and cognitive activities.

In the process of teaching, technical teaching facilities are both a content and a means of conveying information, they help the lecturer organize and control the students' cognitive activities, in addition, they also help students be interested in learning, practice practical skills from which to form active and creative learning methods. Teaching technology is one of the necessary conditions to help teachers carry out their related work of educating, teaching and bringing up, and intellectual development, arouse the inherent intelligence qualities of students. Currently, the management of technical teaching facilities at the Central Kindergartens College has been carried out on a regular basis and achieved certain results, but in fact, there are still many inadequacies. Finding a number of limitations in the management of teaching technical facilities, thereby proposing solutions to overcome those limitations, improve the efficiency of investment, preservation and use of teaching technical facilities in the trend of Industry Revolution 4.0, improving the quality of teaching at Central Kindergarten Pedagogy colleges in the current period is a very important and urgent task.

The article discusses and describes in detail the specifics of equipping the system of higher professional education with tools of modern pedagogical technologies – game technologies that have a significant impact on the quality of professional training of future specialists and their motivation to obtain general and special competencies. The most relevant game technologies are considered separately. and their effectiveness (or inefficiency) is confirmed by means of a survey of leading teachers of the Crimea who actively use game technologies in their teaching practice. In addition. a significant segment of the study is devoted to reviewing and comparing the experience of predecessors in this matter. The role of various pedagogical approaches in the system of higher professional education is identified and updated. and their separate elements. especially significant for research. are highlighted. The author compares the opinions of various scientists (both practitioners and theoretical researchers) who address the study of the system of modern pedagogical technologies in general and game technologies in particular. on the basis of which a comprehensive conclusion is made. which is reflected in the final part of the article. A special place in the structure of the study is occupied by the selected key method – a questionnaire based on data provided by more than 100 teachers of higher and secondary professional education. This method is one of the most effective and promising methods of scientific-analytical and reflexive research. which is especially important in the framework of pedagogical science.

Este artigo é oriundo de uma parte da dissertação denominada “A integração curricular no Centro Estadual de Educação Profissional Calisto Lobo – Floriano/Piauí”, em que foram retratados os desafios encontrados pelos gestores para a efetivação de um currículo integrado. Dessa forma, o presente texto tem como objetivo abordar sobre a formação continuada “Chão da Escola” e sua contribuição para o fortalecimento da identidade do Centro Estadual de Educação Profissional Calisto Lobo. A pesquisa realizada tem abordagem qualitativa, descritiva e aproxima-se do estudo de caso. Para a coleta de dados foi aplicado um questionário semiestruturado para quatro professores, cada um representando uma área do conhecimento; dois professores das áreas específicas e dois coordenadores. Para a análise dos dados foi utilizada a Análise Textual Discursiva. Concluiu-se que, para uma melhoria da qualidade do ensino e da aprendizagem, se faz necessária a participação dos professores com os formadores da formação continuada, pois os docentes conhecem a realidade e o contexto social onde eles próprios e os alunos estão inseridos, podendo contribuir de forma efetiva nas discussões e trocas de experiências, aperfeiçoando ainda mais sua prática docente, como também sua percepção crítica e autonomia de suas ações.Palavras-chave: Formação continuada. Ensino Médio Integrado ao Técnico.Continuing Education: conceptions and practices of the "school floor" programmeABSTRACTThis article comes from a part of the dissertation entitled "The curricular integration in the State Center of Professional Education Calisto Lobo - Floriano / Piauí", in which were portrayed the challenges found by the managers for the realization of an integrated curriculum. Thus, the present text aims to address the ongoing formation "Chão da Escola" and its contribution to the strengthening of the identity of the State Center of Professional Education Calisto Lobo. The research carried out has a qualitative, descriptive approach, and it is close to the case study. For the data collection, a semi-structured questionnaire was applied with four teachers, each representing an area of knowledge; two teachers from specific areas and two coordinators. Discursive Textual Analysis was used to analyze the data. It was concluded that, in order to improve the quality of teaching and learning, it is necessary the participation of the teachers with the trainers of the continuous formation, because the teachers know the reality and the social context where they themselves and the students are inserted, being able to contribute effectively to the discussions and exchanges of experiences, further improving their teaching practice, as well as their critical perception and autonomy of their actions.Keywords: Continuing education. “Chão da escola” Program. The quality of programs in library and information activity offered by various advanced professional training centers are discussed along with the issues and vectors of advanced training of the RNPLS&T staff. The RNPLS&T has to choose between expensive courses when new knowledge and skills are guaranteed, and online express courses (fast, easy, cheaply) where no new competences are guaranteed though employees get standard certificates. This trend facilitates establishing more and more online training centers that are just making money due to the demand for standardized certification. The double standards of education programs evaluation influence the quality of knowledge, though documented and certified. The authors argue that the above mentioned educational organizations have to be controlled, the more so, as the libraries are to accomplish their staff appraisal.

Статтю присвячено проблемам професійного навчання соціальних працівників, зокрема розглянуто психолого-педагогічні аспекти процесу підготовки висококваліфікованих фахівців. Зазначено що в професійній психології та педагогіці набуває поширення компетентнісний підхід до сучасної освіти. Акцентовано увагу на особистісно-орієнтованому та психолого-акмеологічному напрямках професійної освіти та навчання. Особистісні якості фахівця розглядаються як метапрофесійні компетенції, що забезпечують якість праці майбутнього соціального працівника. На основі аналізу специфіки підготовки фахівців соціономічних професій окреслено загальні напрями формування професійних компетенцій соціальних працівників: пріоритет професійно-особистісного розвитку для досягнення високого рівня професіоналізму фахівця; формування психологічної, особистісної та рефлексивної компетентності; практична зорієнтованість процесу навчання. Розглянуто методи та технології активного формування психологічної та особистісної компетентності фахівця в процесі професійного навчання, а саме методика контекстного (знаково-контекстного) навчання та психолого-акмеологічні методи та процедури професійного розвитку. Стверджується, що включення до навчального процесу інноваційних, заснованих на взаємодії педагога та учня, психолого-педагогічних технологій активного навчання має формувати особистісні зони розвитку майбутніх фахівців, удосконалювати способи та засоби професійного становлення, що значно підвищує якість професійного навчання соціальних працівників. The article deals with the problems of vocational training of social workers. They are particularly considered with psychological and pedagogical aspects of training highly qualified specialists. It specifies that competence-based approach to modern education gets spreading in the professional psychology and pedagogy. The article is accented on personality-oriented and psycho-akmeological directions existing in the psychology of professional education and training. Personal qualities of the professional are considered as metaprofessional competences which ensure the future social worker’s quality of work. The general directions of formation professional competence of social workers are identified on the base of the analyses of the specific professional training socionomic professions: priority of vocational and personality development for achievement a high level of professionalism; formation of the psychological, personal and reflective competence; practical orientation of the learning process. The methods and technologies of active formation of psychological and personality’s competence of the specialist during the vocational training are reviewed in the article, specifically the method and technique of signed-contextual learning and psycho-akmeological methods and procedures of professional development. It is alleged that the inclusion in the educational process of preparation innovational, psychological and pedagogical techniques of active learning, based on the interaction between the teacher and the student, should generated personal’s development zones of the future professionals, refine the methods and means of the professional development that significantly improves the quality of social worker’s professional training.

Background.Question about the quality and format of postgraduate education of doctors raises increasingly in recent years. Development of professional standards and transition to a system of continuing professional education have allowed professional communities to raise issues of the quality of modern education but there is no clear evidence of the dependence of the level of education and the quality of medical care in the accessible literature. Experts of Research and Practical Center of Medical Radiology carried out the identification of dependence of post-graduate education length for radiologists and the quality of their work that can serve as a rationale for amending the system of doctors training.Patients and methods.The data on education and actual work of 85 radiologists of out-patient and in-patient units of medical organizations of the Moscow Healthcare Department have been analyzed. According to the results of the audit of diagnostic studies, carried out in the “Unified Radiological Information Service” system by the specialists of the Research and Practical Center of Medical Radiology, the final assessment of the work of each radiologist was formed, which reflects the presence or absence of diagnostic discrepancies.Results.Parameters of diagnostic errors depending on the age of doctors, the general length of service and the length of service as radiologist, the duration of postgraduate education in the clinical specialty and the specialty “radiology” have been compared.As a result of the analysis, it was found that the increase in the proportion of diagnostic differences is directly related to the increase in the age of the doctor and does not depend on either the length of service or the time of work in the specialty. Differences between the groups of physicians with the largest (professional retraining after clinical residency) and the smallest (clinical education + radiology) percentage of clinically significant discrepancies are statistically significant (p = 0.05, at the normative value of the Student's test score of 2.16).Conclusion.The inverse relationship between the duration of training of the radiologist in the specialty and the proportion of diagnostic errors, which can serve as a significant justification for making proposals for the exclusion of professional retraining within 576 hours for admission to professional activities of radiologists.

Currently, in the context of the widespread use of e-learning technologies and distance educational technologies, it is necessary to train future teachers, taking into account the peculiarities of solving professional problems in an electronic information and educational environment, to develop students' relevant competencies, including network communicative competence. Despite the large number of studies devoted to the communicative aspect of the teacher's activities, the problem of the formation of network communicative competence in the electronic information and educational environment has not been sufficiently studied. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, the results of the questionnaire survey of students, some methods of forming network communicative competence in future teachers in the study of various disciplines, in the course of teaching practice, and scientific research are proposed. The analysis of the conditions and factors that determine the choice of methods for the formation of the specified competence has been carried out. These factors are associated with the teachers' perception of the peculiarities of communication in the electronic information and educational environment, the didactic and communicative potential of resources and tools of the electronic information and educational environment, the choice of methods and technologies for organizing interaction, the selection of educational material that allows the development of components of network communicative competence, the design of tasks and exercises for the development of network communicative competence, the choice of modes, schemes and forms of organization of interaction, the organization of feedback, control of the level of formation of the network communicative competence, the implementation of reflection. The formed network communicative competence will contribute to a more effective solution by the teacher of communicative tasks in the electronic information and educational environment, which will improve the quality of training of future teachers in the electronic information and educational environment.

Subsequently, it presents an international project with participants from the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Slovakia and Poland, which, ultimately, plays a role in the improvement of the quality of higher education.

The learning process in madrasas (Islamic-based elementary schools) is seen as being able to contribute to instilling values and norms in students following Islamic teachings. The issue of organizational culture and teacher performance also becomes a determining factor in creating a quality learning process. In this research, the aim is to determine: 1) the effect of organizational culture on the quality of the learn-ing process; 2) the effect of teacher performance on the quality of the learning process; and 3) the influ-ence of organizational culture on teacher performance. Respondents in this study were all class teachers from three madrasas as a sample representing all public madrasas in the city of Bandar Lampung, Indo-nesia. The results obtained indicate that the variables of organizational culture and the quality of the learning process have an influence, with R squared of 0.67 or 67%, which is classified as moderate. This shows that madrassas have implemented predetermined work culture values, namely: a) integrity, the harmony between correct thoughts, words, and deeds; b) professionalism, working in a disciplined, competent, and timely manner with the best results; c) innovation, perfecting existing and creating new and improved techniques and ideas; d) responsibility, working thoroughly and with thought for the con-sequences; and e) being exemplary, setting a good example for others.
