Human resources as production support must be considered. Problems related to HR that often occur can hinder the performance of an organization. This study aims to see the effect of spirituality at work and spiritual leadership on performance through job satisfaction. Quantitative research method with cross sectional design with 62 respondents. The data was conducted by means of interviews. Bivariate analysis using the person Chi Square test, and Multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that spirituality in the workplace has an effect on job satisfaction (p = 0,000), spirituality at work has an effect on performance (p = 0.022), spirituality has an effect on performance (p = 0.003), and spiritual leadership has no effect on job satisfaction. (p = 0.264), job satisfaction has no effect on performance (p = 0.606), job satisfaction does not mediate between spirituality and performance (t count = 0.431), and job satisfaction does not mediate between spiritual leadership and performance (t count = 0.009). Spirituality at work has an effect on job satisfaction, spirituality in the workplace has an effect on work performance, spiritual leadership has an effect on performance, spiritual leadership has no effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction does not affect performance, job satisfaction does not radiate between spirituality at work and performance and satisfaction. work does not mediate between spiritual leadership and performance of workers in the production section of PT. Makassar Tene.

Indicator of posyandu work performance in West Aceh was still far below the target determined and there was a decrease during 2011-2012. The results of the preliminary study showed that the motivation of village midwives were still low in posyandu cadre coaching. The aim of this research was to identify the factors associated village midwives motivation in posyandu cadre coaching. The study was conducted quantitavely and qualitatively. The quantitative research used survey method with a cross sectional design. The subjects were 146 village midwives selected by clustered random sampling at public healthcare center level. Data colection was conducted by interviews using structured questionnaire. The bivariate analysis used Chi Square tests, and the multivariate analysis used logistic regression. The qualitative data was collected by in-depth interviews to the village midwives and analyzed by content analysis. The results showed that 64.4% of the respondents had low performance, 54.8% had less responsibility, 62.3% had insufficient potential development, 57.5% felt inadequate compensation, and 52.7% had less supervision. There were associations between responsibility (C= 0.237, p=0.006), potential development (C= 0.268, p=0.001), compensation (C=0.518, p=0.0001), working condition (C=0.237, p=0.006), supervision (C=0.261, p=0.002,) and the village midwife performance in posyandu cadres’s coaching. Compensation had the most significant effect on the village midwive motivation in posyandu cadres coaching (Exp-B=17.383, p=0.0001). The obstacles experienced by the village midwives in posyandu cadres coaching were insufficient fund, unavailable special training for the posyandu cadre coaching and unavailable health facilities. Compensation has the most significant effect on village midwive motivation in posyandu cadres coaching. It is suggested to public healthcare centers and Health office to implement refreshing cadre coaching and improving village midwives performance in by giving appreciation to village midwives who conducted posyandu cadre.

<p><em>The number of medical personnel in the Padang City is still a shortage of the amount required is 83 people, but this time medical personnel numbered 53 people. This research was carried out by combining two types of research are mixed method, preceded by a quantitative research with cross sectional approach, followed by qualitative research. The study was conducted in Primary Health Care Padang City. The population in this study are all medical personnel in the Padang City with a sample of 38 people, with a sampling technique is simple random sampling. The bivariate analysis known there are significant relationship between work (p = 0,023), compensation (p = 0,001), supervision (p = 0,001) and the relationship between employees (p = 0,000) with job satisfaction. But there is no relationship promotion with job satisfaction (p = 0,208). The conclusion of the study there are significant relationship between work, compensation, supervision and the relationship between employees with job satisfaction.</em></p>

The performance of nurses can be seen from several cases that occur in hospitals. The incidence of falls in patients, nosocomial infections, inadequate documentation is the result of nurses' low performance. Factors that affect the performance of nurses in hospitals are job satisfaction. So this study aims to describe the relationship between job satisfaction and nurse performance. This study used a cross-sectional study design with a sample of 85 nurses at Arosuka Hospital using proportional sampling technique. The research instrument used a job satisfaction survey questionnaire and the Individual Work Performance quasi (IWPQ) and statistical tests used frequency distribution and chi-square tests. The results showed that the majority of nurses' job satisfaction was in the satisfied category as much as 56.5% and the majority of nurses' performance in the high category was 51.8%. Then obtained a significant relationship between job satisfaction and nurse performance with a p-value of 0.000. So it is expected that hospitals can pay attention to aspects of nurse job satisfaction in making policies

Berdasarkan data hasil pencapaian Badan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup (BPLH) Kabupaten Majalengka pada bulan Desember tahun 2013, pencapaian di beberapa program masih di bawah target, program pelayanan administrasi perkantoran baru tercapai 89,35% dari target 100%, program pengendalian pencemaran dan kerusakan lingkungan baru tercapai 91,37%  dari target 100%, serta dan program pengembangan kinerja pengolahan persampahan baru tercapai 82,28%  dari target 100%, hal ini merupakan salah satu indikasi belum optimalnya kinerja pegawai. Kinerja pegawai berhubungan dengan berbagai hal, diantaranya faktor kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai BPLH Kabupaten Majalengka Tahun 2014.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analisis deskriptif analitik. Rancangan dalam penelitian ini adalah Cross sectional . Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil BPLH Kabupaten Majalengka dengan sampel sebanyak 93 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tehnik angket menggunakan alat kuesioner, data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan program  SPSS, data dianalisis dengan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat yaitu untuk melihat hubungan antara dua variabel yaitu variabel dependen dan variabel independen. Analisis univariat didapatkan hasil bahwa kepemimpinan dinyatakan baik (51,6%), motivasi dinyatakan baik (57,0), dan lingkungan kerja dinyatakan baik (55,9%). Analisis bivariat dilakukan dengan uji statistik Chi-square dengan batas kemaknaan (α) = 0,05. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan bahwa variabel motivasi (p = 0,007) dan lingkungan kerja (p = 0,005) mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja pegawai sedangkan variabel kepemimpinan (p = 0,116) tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja.Kata kunci           : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja ABSTRACTBased on the achievement data from Badan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup ( BPLH ) Kabupaten Majalengka in December of 2013 , the achievement in some programs still below the target, program office administrative services only reached 89.35 % of the target of 100 % , pollution control and environmental damage programs reached 91.37 % of the target of 100 % , as well as program development and performance of waste processing reached 82.28 % of the target of 100 % , this is one indication of the employee's performance is not optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of leadership, motivation and work environment with Employee performance in BPLH Kabupaten Majalengka Tahun 2014. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research analysis.The design  of  this  study  was  cross-sectional .  The  study  population  was  all Civil Servants in BPLH Kabupaten Majalengka with a sample of 93 people . The data was collected using a questionnaire technique, the collected data were processed using SPSS version 17 and analyzed with univariate and bivariate analysis to look at the relationship between two variables: the dependent variable and the independent variables . Univariate analysis showed that leadership is expressed well (51.6 %), the motivation expressed either (57.0 %) , and otherwise good working environment (55.9 %). Bivariate analysis performed by Chi-square statistical test with a significance limit ( α ) = 0.05. Statistical test results showed that motivational variables (p = 0.007) and work environment (p = 0.005) had a significant relationship with employee performance while the leadership variable (p = 0.116) had no significant relationship with employee performance. Beban kerja perawat adalah seluruh kegiatan atau aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh perawat selama tugas disuatu unit pelayanan keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dengan kepuasan kerja perawat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasi yang bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan beban kerja dengan kepuasan kerja perawat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perawat pelaksana yang berjumlah 60 orang, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa kuesioner untuk beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja perawat. Analisa hubungan variabel yang digunakan menggunakan  Chi Square. Hasil Penelitian tentang hubungan beban kerja dengan kepuasan kerja perawat menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja perawat dengan frekuensi terbanyak adalah kategori beban berat (96,7%). Kepuasan kerja perawat dengan frekuensi terbanyak adalah kategori puas (81,7%). Analisa Bivariat menunjukkan ada hubungan beban kerja dengan kepuasan kerja perawat (p=0,031).Kata Kunci: Beban  kerja, kepuasan kerja, perawat   ABSTRACTNurses work load is all activities or activities undertaken by the nurse during the duty of a unit of nursing service. This study aims to identify the relationship between workload and nurse job satisfaction This research is quantitative research with descriptive correlation design which aims to test the relation of work load with job satisfaction of nurse. The population of this study is nurse implementer which amounts to 60 people, by using total sampling technique. Data collection using interview techniques.  The instruments used in this study are questionnaires for work load and nurse job satisfaction. Analysis of variable relationships used using Chi Square. Results of research on the relationship between workload and nurse job satisfaction showed that the workload of the nurses with the highest frequency was weight category (96.7%). Job satisfaction of nurses  with the highest frequency is satisfied category (81,7%). Bivariate analysis showed that there was a relation between work load and nurse job satisfaction (p = 0,031). Key word: work load, work satisfaction, nurses

<em>Background: DHF is still an endemic problem for people. Prevention and eradication of DHF until now has not been able to free the community from DHF. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge and implementation of DHF prevention with the incidence of DHF in South Pringsewu in the working area of Pringsewu Public Health Center in 2015. Methods: The subjects of this study are the South Pringsewu community of 80 respondents. This research type is analytic survey, using quantitative research methods with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique in this research uses systematic sampling technique. Bivariate analysis using chi-square test with a confidence level of 95%. Results: The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between the level of knowledge and the incidence of DHF with p value 0.012 (p value &lt;0.05) and there was a correlation between the implementation of prevention with DHF incidence with p value 0.002 (p value &lt;0.05). Conclusion: The incidence of DHF is related to the factor of lack of knowledge and the implementation of prevention of DHF endemic emergence</em>

Hospitals must continue to develop in order to improve the quality of hospital services. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the work environment and job satisfaction of nurses at Bahteramas Hospital, Kendari City. Quantitative research method with cross sectional study approach with relative random sampling technique. Data analysis using Chi-Square test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a relationship between transformational leadership and nurse job satisfaction (p=0.001), structural empowerment and nurse job satisfaction (p=0.001); ideal professional practice with nurse job satisfaction (p = 0.001); innovation with nurse job satisfaction (p=0.013); and empirical quality with nurse job satisfaction (p = 0.017). The conclusion is that the determinant analysis states that there is a relationship between the work environment and job satisfaction of nurses.

Background: Cervical cancer is cancer that often happens and that causes of death to women. More than 270,000 deaths of cervical cancer each year in developing countries (WHO, 2014). Objective: To determine the correlation of perception of women in reproductive about cervical cancer with motivation Pap smear in Sapuangin, Srandakan, Bantul, Yogyakarta.Methods: Research methods is used in my research was quantitative research using a descriptive correlation design with cross sectional approach. The population women in reproductive age with the number 46 of sons in Sapuangin, Srandakan, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Sampling technique using saturated purposive sampling. Data collection using the questionnaire. Data analyzed used univariat analysis by fi nding the frequency distribution and bivariate analysis by correlation perception of women in reproductive age about cervical cancer with motivation Pap smear by Chi-Square. Results: Statistical test results obtained using the Chi-Square X 2 result amounted to 13.295> 5.591 X 2 tabel, the value of ρ value of 0,001 (ρ <0.05) and showed that Ha Ho accepted and rejected, meaning there is a perception of women in reproductive age about cervical cancer with motivation Pap smear in sapuangin. 0495 correlation value and signifi cance value of 0.001.Conclusion: There is a relation perception of women in reproductive age about cervical cancer with motivation Pap smear in Sapuangin, Srandakan, Bantul, Yogyakarta

BACKGROUND: People mostly have the perception that tuberculosis is an unexpected disease to occur because it greatly hinders family development. The existence of this disease tends to break social interaction. This perception will affect the attitudes and behavior of those who will prevent this disease from occurring in their families and environment. AIM: This study aimed to determine the correlation between family attitudes and behavior with efforts to prevent infectious tuberculosis disease in the work area of Lembang Public Health, Majene, West Sulawesi. METHODS: This quantitative research was conducted through a cross-sectional approach. Based on total sampling, as many as 31 respondents who were part of families with tuberculosis were involved as samples. RESULTS: The bivariate analysis with the Chi-square test showed that the correlation between attitudes and TB prevention had a p = 0.301 (⍺ = 0.05). Then, the correlation of behavior with TB prevention had a p = 0.413 (⍺ = 0.05). CONCLUSION: Thus, no significant correlation was identified between family attitudes and behavior toward tuberculosis prevention.

Abstract: Job satisfaction is a pleasant or unpleasant emotional state where employees viewwork. Leadership style is a behavior pattern designed to integrate organizational goals withindividual goals, to achieve a goal. Objective: To analyze the relationship between theleadership style of the room's head and the satisfaction of nurses at Bhayangkara Hospital.Samples: taken with a total sampling technique, which amounted to 49 people. Researchdesign: analytic descriptive with cross sectional approach and sampling technique of 49people Univariate analysis aims to explain and describe each researcher variable. In general,this analysis only describes the distribution and percentage of each variable that will beanalyzed by univariate analysis. Bivariate analysis is an analysis carried out on two variablesthat are allegedly related or correlated, namely data analysis to see the independent variable(Head of the room leader style) and the dependent variable (Nurse satisfaction). The test usedis the Chi-square test (x ^ 2). Results: The Chisquare test obtained a value of p = <0.05 =0.008. Conclusion: there is a significant relationship between the leadership style of the headof the room and the job satisfaction of nurses in Bhayangkara Manado Hospital.Keywords: Leader Room Style, Nurse Satisfaction.Abstrak: Kepuasan kerja merupakan keadaan emosional yang menyenangkan atau tidakmenyenangkan dimana para karyawan memandang pekerjaan. Gaya kepemimpinanmerupakan pola tingkah laku yang dirancang untuk mengintegrasikan tujuan organisasidengan tujuan individu, untuk mencapai suatu tujuan. Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan gayapemimpinan kepala ruangan dengan kepuasan perawat di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara. Sampel:diambil dengan teknik pengambilan total sampel, yaitu berjumlah 49 orang. Desainpenelitian: deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan teknik pengambilansampel 49 orang. Analisa Univariat bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan setiapvariabel peneliti. Pada umumnya dalam analisis ini hanya menjelaskan distribusi danpresentase dari setiap variabel. Variabel yang akan di analisa dengan anlisa univariat tingkatkepuasaan kerja perawat. Analisi Bivariat merupakan analisa yang dilakukan terhadap duavariabel yang diduga berhubungan atau berkolerasi yaitu analisa data untuk melihat variabelindependen (Gaya pemimpin Kepala ruangan) dan variabel dependen (Kepuasan perawat). Ujiyang digunakan adalah uji Chi-square (􀝔􀬶). Hasil penelitian: Uji Chisquare didapatkan nilaip= <0.05 =0.008. Kesimpulan: terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinankepala ruang dengan kepuasan kerja perawat di di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Manado.Kata Kunci: Gaya Pemimpin Kepala Ruangan, Kepuasan Perawat.
