The goal of this study was to ascertain the critical nature of public transportation under the supervision of a health protocol. During the COVID-19 pandemic's New Normal phase, the government issued an appeal addressing health procedures for individuals who are active in public spaces or who use public facilities. This protocol also applies to the public transportation industry, specifically the bus industry. Health rules for bus use must be strictly adhered to and monitored in order to prevent the virus from spreading. The health protocol is implemented to offer a sense of security for public bus riders without jeopardizing the quality of service. A series of laws limiting capacity and enforcing strict adherence to health protocols for all modes of public transportation

One of the bad services in Indonesia is the building permit or IMB and other related permits. In general, the One Stop Integrated Service Investment Service serves various permits, such as: IMB, Advertising Permit, Disturbance Permit, Construction Service Business Permit, and Trade Permit. In reality, there are still various criticisms and complaints from the public regarding public services provided by the One Stop Integrated Licensing Service Agency, which of course will greatly affect the image of the government in the eyes of the community. People always want to get fast, easy and cheap service. The reality is that in Bogor Regency, building permit services are still a public complaint. The fact that is happening at this time, there are still weaknesses which in general, in this case in the form of government apparatus services that have not been effective. The analysis knife used is the service theory according to Denhardt and Denhardt. This research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results showed that the quality of the One Stop Building Permit (IMB) Integrated Service in Bogor Regency has been running quite well, starting from adequate facilities and infrastructure starting from the strategic location of the building and can be reached by public transportation, providing satisfactory services from employees, there is an online permit arrangement and a special room for breastfeeding mothers, as a whole, the infrastructure is sufficient for the convenience of the community, but there are still shortcomings especially in the time the permit processing process is too long,

In 2013, the Gezi Park protests created a wave of optimism in Istanbul – until it was brutally suppressed by the government. Although the ephemeral movement ended without having achieved its immediate goals, it continues to have ripple effects on the public culture of Istanbul. The ruling party, for example, has emulated the forms and formats of performance that emerged during the protests in order to mobilize its own support base. In a post-Gezi Istanbul, however, the occupation of public spaces in protest of the government has become nearly impossible, rendering alternative artistic and activist practices all the more important.

The past decade has seen the growth of a considerable literature on the link between government popularity, as reflected by the proportion of the public indicating their intention to vote for the government in opinion polls, and the state of the economy, as represented by certain key variables. The work began in the early 1970s with articles by Goodhart and Bhansali, Mueller, and Kramer. It continued through the decade; some of the more recent contributions can be found in a set of readings edited by Hibbs and Fassbender. However, despite the amount and quality of this work, problems remain. Principal amongst these, as Chrystal and Alt have pointed out, is the inability to estimate a relationship which exhibits any degree of stability either over time or between researchers. Nearly all the studies have been successful in finding a significant relationship for specific time periods, but when these are extended, or when the function is used to forecast outside the original estimation period, the relationship appears to break down.

Penggunaan teknologi saat ini dibutuhkan dalam bidang pelayanan publik. Seiring dengan bertambahnya kebutuhan masyarakat maka pemerintah sebagai penyedia layanan publik terus melakukan pembaruan terhadap perubahan pelayanan yang diberikan agar memudahkan masyarakat dalam mendapatkan layanan informasi. Salah satu penerapan e-government oleh Dinas Perhubungan Kota Surabaya adalah inovasi aplikasi TransportasiKu yang bertujuan untuk memberikan layanan informasi terkait lalu lintas dan transportasi umum yang ada di Surabaya secara terkini, praktis, lebih cepat dengan satu aplikasi yang memuat semua informasi melalui genggaman smartphone. Penelitian ini menganalisa menggunakan indikator measuring the quality of e-government from the user prespective (Kozák, 2018) dengan enam indikator yaitu ease of use, content and appearance of the information, reliability, citizen support, trust/security, support in completing forms. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan teknik analisa data yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini mendapat respon yang cukup baik dari masyarakat sebagai pengguna karena dapat memberikan layanan informasi yang dibutuhkan namun masih ada juga gangguan dalam penggunaannya. Indikator pertama, kemudahan penggunaan dirasa para pengguna sangat mudah digunakan untuk setiap saat. Indikator kedua, isi dan tampilan informasi yang dihadirkan sederhana dan lengkap. Indikator ketiga keandalan, pada aplikasi ini server yang digunakan masih kurang cukup. Indikator keempat dukungan masyarakat untuk halaman bantuan tidak tersedia hanya ada kolom komentar. Indikator kelima kepercayaan/keamanan, tidak menyertakan informasi pribadi sehingga aman. Indikator keenam dukungan dalam pengisian, formulir aplikasi ini berbasis informasi tanpa perlu pengisian formulir data para penggunanya. Kata Kunci : Pelayanan Publik, Inovasi, E-Government, TransportasiKu   The use of technology is currently needed in the field of public services. Along with the increasing needs of the community, the government as a public service provider continues to make updates to changes in the services provided to make it easier for the public to get information services. One of the applications of e-government by the Surabaya City Department of Transportation is the TransportationKu application innovation which aims to provide information services related to traffic and public transportation in Surabaya in an up-to-date, practical, faster way with one application that contains all information through the grip of a smartphone. This study analyzes using indicators measuring the quality of e-government from the user perspective (Kozák, 2018) with six indicators, namely ease of use, content and appearance of the information, reliability, citizen support, trust/security, support in completing forms. This research uses descriptive research with qualitative methods, interview data collection techniques, observation, documentation and data analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion / verification. The results of this study indicate that this application has received a fairly good response from the public as a user because it can provide the information services needed, but there are still disturbances in its use. The first indicator, ease of use, is felt by users to be very easy to use at any time. The second indicator, the content and display of the information presented is simple and complete. The third indicator is reliability, in this application the server used is still insufficient. The fourth indicator of community support for the help page is not available, only a comment column. The fifth indicator is trust / security, does not include personal information so it is safe. The sixth indicator of support in filling in this application form is information-based without the need to fill out user data forms. With the new round of global nuclear issues, the populace’s emotion has been tensed and discomposure has been trigged off. To accurately understand the sense of nuclear safety & security for the Chinese public and ensure that the government makes reasonable decisions regarding nuclear issues, a special questionnaire and evaluation has been carried out. With the use of the principles for sociology of security, the methods of questionnaires and SPSS, a three-dimension assessment system, which consists of knowledge and experience, internal, and external trust, and the way of perception, was constructed. This research shows that the state of Chinese populace’s sense of nuclear safety & security is generally as follows: their knowledge of nuclear safety & security and personal experience are still on a low to intermediate level; In terms of trust, it shows that the populace has lack of adequate trust in nuclear safety & security of neighboring countries or regions, as well as Chinese government’s countermeasures; in the way of perception of nuclear safety & security, the populace has few options of related information sources and though the sources are less reliable. Also, the size of the audience of nuclear safety & security is far short of what is desired. Finally, the comprehensive assessment holds that the current overall sense of security for the Chinese populace is on a low to intermediate level (40.71%). This paper points out that China should strengthen the popularization of the security of nuclear science to enhance public security confidence, also, further, more detailed and specific safeguarding measures regarding nuclear safety & security should be made to promote the development of nuclear safety & security affairs.

The rapid technology development and information made public (community) being so critical to the policies was taken by the government. This requires police institution to maintain of security guards, public order, enforce the law, provides protection, aegis and service to the community. Public Relations (PR) is an agency which have a duty to understand and evaluate a variety of public opinion in order to help to create harmony between particular agencies with the public. In order to increase quality of human resources in Police Department are required personnel with the ability in resolving problems the happens in society. In resolving these problems, that needed cooperation between police department, college and the community. The contribution of college to police department and the community with conducting the devotion to the community in cooperation Polresta Tangerang. The method in use in devotion community is by providing training of the role of public relations to Polresta Tangerang members through zoom cloud meeting. The role of public relations training aimed at giving public knowledge include similarity in communication, public relations function, basic principles of public relations, the management of the community and management of media relations may be good quality police. The evaluation of the training be concluded that the training that performed capable of increase understanding participants on the role of public relations.

AbstractThe objective of this research is to verify the level of relationship between the mechanisms of corporate governance and the performance of the companies of the public subsector, listed on BM&FBovespa. The research was based on the financial statements from 2010 to 2014, obtained on the BM&FBovespa website, resulting in a sample of 63 companies with 315 observations. In order to calculate the performance proxy of the company, the ROA was used, and for the calculation of the proxies of the corporate governance mechanisms were used for the quality of the audit, the concentration of ownership in common shares and preferred shares, participation in the levels of governance of BM&FBovespa, number of shares held by the government and number of directors in the Board, adapted from the Mollah and Zaman (2015) survey. Convergence with national and international research, the findings of the study showed that such variables as quality of profit, concentration of ownership in preferred shares, participation in governance levels and size of the Board are positively related to the performance of the company; already a concentration of ownership in common shares and number of shares held by the government are negatively related to performance. For future reference, it is recommended to expand other sectors of the market as well as to use other mechanisms of corporate governance, presented in the literature.Keywords: Corporate Governance. Public Subsector.Mecanismos de governança corporativa e desempenho: análise das companhias do subsetor de utilidade pública listadas na BM&FBovespa Resumo O objetivo da pesquisa foi o de verificar o nível de relação entre os mecanismos de governança corporativa e o desempenho das empresas do subsetor de utilidade pública, listadas na BM&FBovespa. A pesquisa teve como base os dados das demonstrações financeiras de 2010 a 2014, obtidas no sítio eletrônico da BM&FBovespa, resultando assim, em uma amostra de 63 empresas, com 315 observações. Para o cálculo da proxy de desempenho da empresa foi utilizado o ROA, e para o cálculo das proxies dos mecanismos de governança corporativa foram utilizadas a qualidade da auditoria, concentração de propriedade em ações ordinárias e em ações preferenciais, participação nos níveis de governança da BM&FBovespa, número de ações mantidas pelo governo e número de diretores no Conselho, adaptado da pesquisa de Mollah e Zaman (2015). Convergente com pesquisas nacionais e internacionais, os achados desse estudo evidenciaram que as variáveis qualidade do lucro, concentração de propriedade em ações preferenciais, participação nos níveis de governança e tamanho do Conselho são positivamente relacionados com o desempenho da empresa; já a concentração de propriedade em ações ordinárias e o número de ações mantidas pelo governo são negativamente relacionadas com o desempenho. Para pesquisas futuras, recomenda-se ampliar a outros setores do mercado bem como utilizar outros mecanismos de governança corporativa, presentes na literatura.Palavras-chave: Governança Corporativa. Abstract The present research aims to propose a model for the recovery of residual public spaces to improve the quality of life of the district of San Borja’s inhabitants. San Borja is in the process of densification and requires a more significant number of public spaces that offer, in addition to vegetation, public places for active and passive recreation, such as spaces for sports and games, walking pets, and relaxation. These needs have increased due to the confinement caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Also, it was noted that the median strip, or central reservation of the avenue, can be recovered for people to use. Therefore, a four-phase study was carried out that included reviewing the literature and observing two cases. In conclusion, a model was proposed to recover the public space of the median strips of San Borja Norte Avenue and San Borja Sur Avenue to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of San Borja, which can be replicated in other avenues with residual spaces with similar characteristics.

The transportation is the core functional elements in the logistics activities. If not focusing on implementation of eco-friendly management in the process of logistic transportation, it is impossible to build an eco-friendly logistic system as a whole. Developed countries attach great importance to environmental issues and spare no effort in promoting the reform of logistics transportation. In order to comply with sustainable development in society and economy, China's transportation industry is urgently in need of more scientific management. Based on the relevant issues of current logistic transportation, from the perspectives of multi-subject such as the government, the enterprises and the public, this article analyzes the feasible approach to achieving the eco-friendly transportation management to ensure harmonious development of efficient transportation, social economy, environment and resources.

Melayani  masyarakat  ataupun  publik  dengan  menggunakan media teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berbasis  website  hampir  dilakukan  oleh  semua  sektor, termasuk sektor pemerintah seperti halnya pemerintahan ditingkat kabupaten. pemerintah kabupaten yang sudah memiliki website resmi diantaranya kab.subang  (subang.go.id), kab.bandung barat (bandungbaratkab.go.id), dan kab.cianjur (cianjurkab.go.id) yang  menjadi  fokus  penelitian ini. Keberadaan  website  resmi  milik  pemerintah, perlu dilakukan  pengukuran  kinerja  dan serta kualitas dari website tersebut dengan menggunakan alat uji  GTMetrix, WebPageTest, dan WAVE. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan GTMetrix, maka website resmi pemerintah kabupaten  subang termasuk  kategori  lambat  dengan  waktu  tampil  18.9s,  sedangkan  untuk  website resmi pemerintah kabupaten cianjur  dan  kabupaten  bandung barat dengan waktu tampil  33.5s dan  31.0s  termasuk  kategori sangat  lambat. Berdasarkan  hasil  pengujian  dengan WebPagetest,  maka  website  resmi pemerintah kabupaten  Cianjur  memiliki  nilai performa baik dengan waktu tampil 20.015s dibandingkan dengan  kabupaten  subang dengan waktu tampil 65.871s dan  bandung  barat  dengan  waktu tampil  39.574s. Berdasarkan  hasil pengujian dengan WAVE, maka website resmi pemerintah  kabupaten  Bandung Barat memiliki nilai error sedikit  dengan jumlah  9 error dibandingkan dengan  kabupaten  subang dengan jumlah  61  error dan  kabupaten  cianjur  dengan  jumlah  168 error. Penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa dengan  fokus load time dari ketiga website resmi pemerintah kabupaten  tersebut, maka Semakin  kecil  angka  loadtime  yang dihasilkan, maka  kinerja  website  semakin  baik  dan  juga  Kualitas  sebuah  website  sangat  berpengaruh  terhadap minat    pengguna  ataupun  masyarakat  untuk  mengakses  website tersebut. saran  yang  dapat  diberikan berdasarkan hasil pengujian diatas adalah  meningkatkan  kinerja website  resmi pemerintah  terlebih  difokuskan  pada  load time website, dan  dari ketiga website resmi tersebut parameter security score nilainya F  itu  artinya  perlu ditingkatkan keamanan dari website milik pemerintah tersebut, sehingga dapat memberikan  kenyamanan dan  minat  pengguna untuk  mengakses  lnformasi  yang  terdapat  pada website  resmi  pemerintah  daerah  tersebut. Serving the public or the public by using information technology and website-based communication media is practiced by almost all sectors, including the government sector as well as the district level government. District governments that already have official websites include Kab.subang (subang.go.id), Kab.bandung Barat (bandungbaratkab.go.id), and Kab.cianjur (cianjurkab.go.id) which are the focus of this research. The existence of an official government website, it is necessary to measure the performance and quality of the website using the GTMetrix, WebPageTest, and WAVE test tools.  Based on the results of testing with GTMetrix, the official website of the Subang district government is in the slow category with a display time of 18.9s, while the official websites of the Cianjur regency and West Bandung regencies with a display time of 33.5s and 31.0s are in the very slow category. Based on the results of testing with WebPagetest, the official website of the Cianjur regency government has a good performance score with a display time of 20,015s compared to Subang district with a display time of 65,871s and Bandung Barat with a display time of 39,574s. Based on the results of testing with WAVE, the official website of the West Bandung district government has a slight error value with 9 errors compared to Subang district with 61 errors and Cianjur district with 168 errors. This research states that with the focus on the load time of the three official websites of the regency government, the smaller the load time is generated, the better the performance of the website and the quality of a website greatly affects the interest of users or the public to access the website. The suggestion that can be given based on the test results above is to improve the performance of the official government website, especially focused on the load time of the website, and from the three official websites the parameter of the security score is F, which means that the security of the government-owned website needs to be increased, so that it can provide user comfort and interest. to access information contained on the official website of the local governmen
