This paper aims to analyze the financial performance of industries of Bangladesh, which are performing a crucial role in the current economic development trend of the country. Heidelberg Cement Bangladesh Ltd, Crown Cement, Lafarge Holcim and Meghna Cements are selected for analysis for their 70% of market share coverage of the cement industry. Competency of selected leading four cement companies are looked over here with some financial parameters like Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Earnings Per Share (EPS), Total Debt Ratio (TDR), Current Ratio (CR), Net Working Capital Ratio (NWCR), Assets Turnover Ratio (ATR) and mean value analysis technique. In preferred financial parameters and mean value analysis technique Heidelberg Cement Bangladesh Ltd has a good position, and in most cases, Meghna Cements obtained the lowest score. To attain desired efficacy in the cement industry of Bangladesh shortly, some prime recommendations such as reduction of production cost, prioritization on economies of scale, and business augmentation have come up here.

The purpose of study is to rank the venture capital companies operating in Pakistan during the period of 2006-2009 on the base of their financial performance. Ratio analysis technique was used to rank the venture capital companies using profitability / efficiency ratios and total assets as proxies of financial performance. This study concludes that TRG Pakistan Limited is at first in ranking on the bases of return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and total assets, and at second on the base of earnings per share (EPS). AMZ Ventures Limited is at first on the base of earnings per share (EPS), at second in ranking on the bases of return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and total assets. TMT Ventures Limited is third on the bases of all ratios, and total assets. This is the first attempt that was made with an objective to facilitate the students, investors and management of company with useful information regarding financial performance of all venture capital companies operating in Pakistan.

This study aims to examine and analyse the effect of intellectual capital on firm financial performance (ROA, ROE, EPS). The company studied is the manufacturing High IC Intensive companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. sample obtained with as many as 76 companies with research period is 2010-2013. Independent variables used are the intellectual capital measured using VAICTM, while the dependent variable is Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Earnings per Share (EPS). The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression. The results showed that the Intellectual Capital (VAIC) effect the company's financial performance Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Earnings per Share (EPS).

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence of the effects of the Loan to Value (LTV) policy on the financial performance of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample selection uses a purposive sampling method of 42 property and real estate companies that meet the criteria. The research period is divided into 2 namely before the Loan to Value policy (2013-2014) and after the Loan to Value policy (2016-2017) with the Paired Sample t Test analysis technique. The test results show if the current ratio, Return on Asset, Return on Equity and Debt to Asset have significant differences between before and after the LTV policy is applied. While the fast ratio, cash ratio, net profit margin and Debt to Equity did not show a significant difference.
