The median filter is used to reduce the effect of noise, but it treats all pixels, whether they are noise points or not, which negatively affects many non-noise values in the digital image, and the negative effect increases as the noise ratio increases. In order to get rid of some of the disadvantages of the median filter, we will present in this research paper a detailed study that works on treating the unaffected and infected pixels so that this treatment leads to improving the performance of the filter by raising the values of the quality factors of the filter. The improvements added to the median filter will raise the efficiency of the noise reduction process, especially for high noise ratios.

Digital image enhancement is efforts to improve the quality of a declining image and one of the causes of the decline in the quality of digital images is the emergence of spots called noise. Median filter is one method that is widely used and developed to digital images noise reduction. In this paper, we conducted an experiment study to reduce noise using a standard multilevel median filter and a modified multilevel median filter. Further, we measured the images filtered quality using MSE and PNSR to find out the advantages of both methods.

Previous research has shown that cutbacks in public spending often impact the range and quality of the public services delivered, leading to negative behaviors on the part of public servants. This article examines how sudden cutbacks caused by a major state financial crisis have an impact on interpersonal trust within a special police unit. We present the results of a longitudinal case study using a combination of qualitative methods. The lack of foreseeability and reliability caused by drastic changes resulting from cutbacks has a negative effect on members’ trust in their capacity to perform.

Quality of digital image can decrease becouse some noises. Noise can come from lower quality of image recorder, disturb when transmission data process and weather. Noise filtering can make image better becouse will filtering that noise from the image and can improve quality of digital image. This research have aim to improve color image quality with filtering noise. Noise (Gaussian, Speckle, Salt&Pepper) will apply to original image, noise from image will filtering use Bilateral Filter method, Median Filter method and Average Filter method so can improve color image quality. To know how well this research do, we use PSNR (Peak Signal to Noise Ratio) criteria with compared original image and filtering image (image after using noise and filtering noise). This research result with noise filtering Gaussian (variance = 0.5), highest PSNR value found in the Bilateral Filter method is 27.69. Noise filtering Speckle (variance = 0.5), highest PSNR value found in the Average Filter method is 34.12. Noise filtering Salt&Pepper (variance = 0.5), highest PSNR value found in the Median Filter method is 31.27. Keywords— Bilateral Filter, image restoration, derau Gaussian, Speckle dan Salt&Pepper

The quality of a Software Requirements Specification (SRS) is measured in terms of quality properties such as completeness, conciseness, consistency and understandability. In general, evaluation of the SRS quality is done manually during review sessions. The evaluation process, however, is hugely dependent on the expertise of human experts i.e. the reviewers. In fact, the judgment of the human experts could also be inconsistent due to various factors including experience, knowledge and domain. The objectives of this study are to (1) identify feasible rules to measure SRS quality; and (2) help requirements engineer to improve their SRS quality. In this study, we analyzed SRS quality properties from the literature and identified quality factors that are feasible to be automated. From here, we identified two types of properties that are (1) requirements sentence quality (RSQ) and (2) requirements document quality (RDQ). For each of the type, its relevant quality indicators were identified. From here, rules on how to identify the quality indicators were further investigated and documented. As a case study, we implemented SRS Quality-Checker tool concept for demonstrating how the rules were implemented to measure the SRS quality

Planning for tourism destinations in order to develop collect useful policies with the aim of qualitative improvement of them has a lot of importance.Tourism destinations should have qualities to provide the conditions for attracting the tourists and accommodating them. Different aspects were considered for improving the quality of tourism destinations that one of the most important ones is the quality of tourism environment. This study evaluated the qualitative indicators of the coastal environment of Ramsar city in a field study through questionnaire tool. To this end, 304 questionnaires were distributed among coastal tourists of Ramsar city, and they were analysed after collecting data. The results of the analysis indicated that the qualitative indicators of coastal environment of Ramsar can be recognized in a specified factors. These factors are; 1. Cleanness, the quality of environment sight and social security 2.Tourism facilities 3. Recreational space and activities for families 4.Access and traffic 5.Welfare services and hospitality. There was also significant relationship between quality factors and satisfaction with tourism environment and probability of returning to the tourism destination.

Machine tool vibrations cause uncomfortable noise, may damage the edges of cutting tools or certain parts of machine tools, but most importantly, they always have negative effect on the quality of the machined surface of workpieces. These vibrations are especially intricate in case of milling processes where complex tool geometries are used, like helical, serrated, non-uniform pitch angles, and so on. During the milling process, the arising vibrations include free, forced, self-excited, and even parametrically forced vibrations together with their different combinations. Regarding surface quality, the most harmful is the self-excited one called chatter, which is related to the regenerative effect of the cutting process. Its relation to machined surface quality is demonstrated in an industrial case study. The modelling and the corresponding cutting stability are presented in case of a helical tool applied for milling with large axial immersions. The extremely rich spectrum of the measured vibration signals are analyzed by means of model-based predictions, and the results are compared with the spectral properties of the corresponding machined surfaces. The conclusions open the way for new kinds of chatter identification.

Improved image quality needs to be done to improve data processing on the image. This quality improvement can be made by doing masking technique. Median Filter is one technique to enhance the quality of an image in a particular space. Median filtering improves the image by specifying a specific pixel from its neighboring pixels. The median filtering calculation uses a matrix block with an odd number. Each matrix block will have a middle value after the pixel values have regularly been sorted. This method is included in the category of nonlinear filtering. With the median filtering, the output pixel value is determined by the median of the specified mask environment. Median Filter has different results when using different matrix sizes as well. The results of this process can determine how gentle the result of noise reduction. In general, the larger the size of the matrix, the higher the blurriness of an image.

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of savings and loan cooperatives in Gowa Regency and the magnitude of the influence of the quality factors of productive assets, capital, profitability, and liquidity both partially and simultaneously on the performance of KSP/USP in Gowa Regency. This research uses quantitative research because the data used in this study are quantitative data. Research data which is secondary data concerning the quality of productive assets, capital, profitability and liquidity from 41 KSP/USP financial statements in Gowa Regency that have carried out consecutive RATs during 2008 through documentation data collection techniques. The data is analyzed using multiple linear regression and financial ratios. The results of the KSP/USP financial ratio analysis in Gowa Regency were quite healthy. While the results of multiple linear analysis of the factors of quality of productive assets, capital, profitability, and liquidity by simultaneous or partial test have a significant effect on cooperative performance. The effect of the four factors analyzed is very strong, which is in the range of coefficient values of 0.80 - 1.00, and the magnitude of the influence of these four factors on the performance of KSP / KSU in Gowa Regency is 99.80 percent.

Men’s tendency and requirement have been increased for being represented in natural areas in the city through industrialization and cities development. On the one hand, the necessity of surviving of urban damaged and dense areas and protecting and improvement of natural resources in cities and on the other hand, the townscape has been considered because of increasing the quality of urban spaces of environment in nature. Based on these views, surviving sea coasts, wharfs, green spaces, making connection among them and urban residential areas require coordination between environmental approaches and urban issues and solutions should be chosen to provide a balance among urban, aesthetic and ecology approaches. The present essay attempts to study the concept of townscape quality through descriptive-analysis method by considering Joffre coastal neighborhood center in western south of Boushehr as a part of coastal townscape and effective indicators on its quality and present solutions for promoting and improving the quality of coastal townscape in the studied part.
