This study aimed to shed lights on the obstacles to the application of online learning during COVID-19 pandemic in the Palestinian kindergartens in Israel and to determine the effect of the scientific qualification, the type of kindergarten, the practical experience, and training in using computer applications during academic studies. The researcher used the descriptive method. The study sample consisted of (3138) kindergarten teachers chosen randomly. The researcher developed a 17-item electronic questionnaire. The appropriate statistical analyses were used. The results showed that the degree of obstacles to the application of online learning ranged from low to moderate. Furthermore, there were significant statistical differences at the obstacles to the application of online learning related to practical experience and, and training in using computer applications during academic studies. In the light of these study results, a number of recommendations were made

Di Indonesia, dalam upaya untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan, Dinas Sosial mengelompokkan penduduk yang menjadi target, yaitu kelompok penduduk Penyandang Masalah Kesejahteraan Sosial (PMKS). Menurut Dinas Sosial, setidaknya terdapat 22 definisi operasional dan karakteristik dari masing-masing jenis PMKS, salah satunya adalah Wanita Rawan Sosial Ekonomi (WRSE).  Metode deskriptif baik kuantitatif maupun kualitatif digunakan dalam studi ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah  deskriptif baik dengan pendekatan  kualitatif maupuan pendekatan kuantitatif.  Lokasi penelitian adalah di Kabupaten Temanggung.  Survei lapangan dilaksanakan di Desa Tepusen, Kecamatan Kaloran.  Metode sensus digunakan dalam studi ini, yaitu dengan mewawancarai seluruh WRSE yang ada di Desa Tepusen.  Hasil studi menunujukkan: 1) jumlah WRSE terbesar di Kabupaten Temanggung menurut data statistik adalah di Kecamatan Temanggung yaitu sebanyak 691 WRSE dan terkecil di Kecamatan Bulu yaitu sebayak 22 WRSE; 2) faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan wanita menjadi WRSE di desa ini adalah perceraian/kematian suami, tingkat pendidikan rendah, pekerjaan dengan gaji rendah; 3) upaya-upaya yang telah dilakukan Dinsos untuk mengatasi WRSE yaitu dana ternak, pelatihan pembuatan kue dan pelatihan sulam pita; 4) faktor-faktor penghambat dalam upaya pengentasan WRSE adalah terbatasnya waktu senggang, tingkat pendidikan rendah, usia, jumlah tanggungan, terbatasnya akses finansial; dan 5) strategi yang dapat direkomendasikan untuk mengentaskan WRSE dari kemiskinan: akses ke pendidikan formal, pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas, bantuan dana untuk penghidupan dan anak-anak WRSE, membuka akses pada keuangan mikro, pendampingan spiritual/psikologis, memperkuat jaringan pendukung WRSE dan pelibatan WRSE dalam perencanaan maupun program pengentasan kemiskinan. In Indonesia, as an effort to a poverty alleviation, Department of Social Welfare in Indonesia has a program with the target groups such as ‘Penyandang Masalah Kesejahteraan Sosial (PMKS)- The Social Welfare Problems People’.  There are at least 22 operational definitions and characteristic from each category of PMKS.  One of group of women who included in this group is ‘Wanita Rawan Sosial Ekonomi (WRSE)- Economic Social Prone Women-group.  This study uses descriptive method, both with quantitative and  qualitative approach. The research location is in the District of Temanggung. The field survey was conducted in Tepusen Village, Kaloran District. Census method used in this study, which by interviewing the entire WRSE in the Tepusen Village. The study results show: 1) factors that cause women to be WRSE in this village is divorcement or the husband’s death, low education level, low-salary occuption; 2) the efforts that have been made to overcome WRSE’s poverty by Dinsos namely livestock funds, cullinary training and training of stitching ribbon; 3) the factors inhibiting reduction WRSE is limited leisure time, low education level, age, number of dependents, limited access to finance; and 4) strategies can be recommended to alleviate WRSE of poverty are opening access to formal education, holding trainings to improve capability, funding for WRSE’s livelihood and WRSE’s children, opening access to microfinance, mentoring WRSE’s spiritual / psychological, strengthening the WRSE’s supporters network and involving WRSE in WRSE’s poverty alleviation planning or program.

The study objective is the to investigate the dynamics of technical preparedness of basketball players at different stages of their training and the systems of time distribution for its preparation in young basketball players in the process of a long-term training. Materials and methods.The analysis of the literature and the summarizing of the practical experience of basketball coaches and skills generalization. The existing programs and the system of training basketball players of all ages have been analyzed. Young basketball players aged 11-17 years have been tested. Results.The study results have revealed that the effectiveness of the system of the long-term training of basketball players will improve significantly, if it is conducted taking into account a scientifically based strategy of age peculiarities of sportsmen and taking into consideration model characteristics at all stages of sport improvement. Conclusions.The existing programs and training systems do not sufficiently take into account the importance of technical skills in basketball. The age peculiarities of the development of young basketball players are not taken into account.The identified level of technical preparedness of basketball players of all ages confirms the need to revise the training system in terms of increasing the role of mastering skills of the game technique at stages from 11 to 17 years old.

Effectiveness of Education and Training in Increasing Auditor Performance at the Lamongan Regency Inspectorate of East Java Province. This study aims to find out and analyze education and training to be the driving factors for improving the performance of auditors at the Inspectorate of Lamongan Regency, East Java Province. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach. The conclusion of this study is the effectiveness of education and training carried out through technical training programs held by the Lamongan District Inspectorate and the implementation of functional training and technical training outside which aims to improve the performance of the Lamongan District Inspectorate auditors, including being effective. This can be understood from the results of the overall study through interviewing the author with sources and direct observations. The indicators of effectiveness of auditor participation to carry out technical training carried out by the Inspectorate and functional training and technical training held outside of stating that, every implementation. Education and training can have a positive impact on the auditor of the Lamongan District Inspectorate in improving performance to carry out their duties and functions as internal government supervisors.

Purpose Human capital is the most important determinant of the Hospitality industry’s success. Executive chefs should be skilled in both management and culinary arts, in addition to ensuring the success of the entire hospitality division. The study aims to understand the competencies of executive chefs in international tourist hotels in Taiwan. Design/methodology/approach Literature review and behavioral event interviews were conducted with ten executive chefs and executive sous chefs. The modified Delphi method verified the results using 15 experts. Findings A competency framework was created, with four quadrants – managerial, operational, behaviors and skills – to classify executive chefs’ competencies. Each competency was further divided into sub-competencies – culinary research, emotional control, negotiation skills, job guidance and proactive thinking ability – for 25 items. Quadrants I and II are hard competencies that can be improved through education and training, whereas the third and fourth are soft competencies that require more time for development in workers. Practical implications The two-step study developed a competency framework with a practical reference value. The study results could be utilized by human resources managers during their companies’ training, recruitment, selection and promotion. Originality/value Besides the Delphi method, a deep behavioral event interview that enabled determining critical competencies was also used to collect data. The results obtained could be used to structure schools’ curricula. Collaborations between the hospitality industry and schools could help develop better curricula and training plans to maximize the availability of educational resources.

This research was conducted with the aim to be achieved, namely to find out how much influence online learning has on the learning motivation of 8th and 9th grade students in Islamic religious education subjects at SMP Plus Al-Ijtihad 2 Kutabaru, Pasar Kemis Subdistrict, Tangerang Regency. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. A method that describes a phenomenon in the field with a data analysis approach. The instrument in this study is to use a questionnaire (questionnaire) and interviews as a source of data. And the sample used in the study used systematic random sampling. Respondents of this study amounted to 54 students. Based on the results of data processing and discussion that the effect of online learning on the motivation of students in Islamic religious education subjects can be proven by calculating the Product Moment correlation, the result is 0.557. In variable X online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic and variable Y student learning motivation in the PAI folder, there is an influence between variables X and Y, the correlation is moderate/sufficient in the coefficient interval 0.40-0.599. So it can be concluded that the effect of online learning on students' learning motivation in PAI subjects is 31.0% and the remaining 69.0% is influenced by other factors which may be family environment factors, the environment between friends and so on.

O desenvolvimento de aplicações computacionais deve ser guiado pelas necessidades do cliente, considerando todas as etapas do projeto de um software. Quando estas aplicações são voltadas para educação em saúde, observa-se a necessidade de abordar aspectos relacionados a pelo menos quatro áreas: educação, saúde, estatística e computação, evidenciando a necessidade de uma abordagem multidisciplinar para a produção de ferramentas efetivas e eficientes para os problemas a que se destinam. Este artigo apresenta e discute etapas consideradas fundamentais no processo de desenvolvimento de serious games e simuladores de treinamento para a saúde baseados em realidade virtual.   PALAVRAS-CHAVE: realidade virtual; jogos em saúde; serious games.     ABSTRACT The development of computer applications must be guided by clients’ needs and must consider all step of software project. It is necessary to integrate knowledge of four areas: education, health, statistics and computer science when those applications are for education in health what makes evident the need of a multidisciplinar approach for the production of effective and efficient tools for the purpose expected. This paper presents and discusses fundamental steps for the development of serious games and training simulators for health based on virtual reality   KEYWORDS: virtual reality; games for health; serious games.     RESUMEN El desarrollo de las aplicaciones informáticas debe guiarse por las necesidades de los clientes y debe considerar todos los pasos del proyecto de software. Es necesario integrar el conocimiento de cuatro áreas: educación, salud, estadística e informática cuando esas aplicaciones son para la educación en salud, lo que hace evidente la necesidad de un enfoque multidisciplinario para la producción de herramientas eficaces y efectivas para el propósito esperado. Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is a pedagogical design theory that accounts for variability across and within learners, both in physical classrooms and with online learning materials. Librarians at Washington State University implemented elements reflective of specific UDL checkpoints in a heavily-used LibGuide for a required undergraduate course. Online learning objects create opportunities for meeting UDL’s goals of not only multiple means of representation, but also engagement and action and expression extending beyond the baseline obligation to meet standard accessibility guidelines. We discuss our implementation of UDL elements, changes in LibGuide use before and after the introduction of UDL features, and usability study results, focusing on how students who face learning barriers view UDL. We explain considerations for successfully implementing UDL in online materials and the potential benefits.

The study aimed to:  - Identifying with the degree of The practice of heads educational management for type of transference leadership from the views of supervisors. - Acquaintance with the level of job satisfaction of educational supervisors in Afif Educational management. - Recognizing the statistical significance relation between the practice of heads educational management degrees' in Afif Educational management for the style of transference leadership and job satisfaction of educational Study Methodology: The researcher used the descriptive method (survey ) & descriptive method (Correlative) Study Population and Sample: The study population consists of all heads educational department and educational supervisor whether they are mails or females in Educational Management of AFIF. Study Tool: The researcher built tow questionnaires, the first questionnaire to measure using of the transference leadership and it consist of two parts one is personal information anther is phrases for measuring the practice of heads educational management degrees' in Afif Educational management from the points of view of educational supervisors , also it contain forth transference leadership diminutions( typical effective, mental- excitation, personal considerations, accusatory motivation) in (39) sentences. The second questionnaire to measure the level of educational supervisors' job satisfaction in (28) sentences. Moreover, the researcher used the fifth Grading scale to measure the responses of study sample. Study Results: the results of the study can firmed the following: - The overall average of total to the degree of transference leadership applying for Heads Department (4,10) , so this is the mean between fourth category which indicated to high degree. - The general average of the responses of the study sample at the axis of educational supervisors job satisfaction for in Educational management in AFIF that is mean (3,85 over 5) indicated to (high) degree of study tool. The results proved that there is connective, direct, strong relation & statistical function at (0,01) between the practice of heads educational management degrees' in Afif Educational management for the style of transference leadership and job satisfaction of educational. Also, the result show that connective the relation between general degree of the measure of transference leadership and general degree of the measure of job satisfaction is (0,56) , so it is positive direct relation. Study Recommendations: - Encouraging and training the Heads of educational management to be attention in knowing the weakness points about their work which is hinder the transference leadership practice. - Caring of training and qualifying staff who have primitive readiness for having transference leadership properties and characters. - Necessity of hold periodical specialist courses to create leaders and trine them about modern administrative styles that make job satisfaction for personnel.

The study aimed to identify the practice of kindergarten teachers in providing، nutritional knowledge of the kindergarten child during the ، meal time. To achieve this، a descriptive method was used. The questionnaire was used as data collection tool. The sample consisted of (148) In the analysis of the data، the results of the study showed that the tool obtained an average of (2. 96 from 4. 00) and at the field level Axis (concept of nutritional knowledge (2. 89 of 4. 00)، followed by the difficulty of kindergarten teachers during the meal time، at an average (3. 49 of 4. 00)، both of which are rated (high)، while very high on (kindergarten teacher practices during the meal time at an average of (2. 50 of 4. 00) The teachers also showed that the meals attended by the children are healthy and that there is awareness among the families about the type of food provided to the children. .

This study aimed to describe teachers’ readiness, teachers’ obstacles, and teachers’ efforts to overcome the obstacles in online learning in pandemic period of SMP Negeri 1 Sorkam.  The research was conducted by applying qualitative descriptive method. Interview, questionnaire, and documentation were used in collecting the data. The data was analysis by applying data reduction, data presentation, and taking conclusion. The result of Sthe research showed (1) the average of teachers’ readiness in online learning in pandemic period was 3.00 (good category), 2) teachers’ obstacles in online learning in pandemic period were included the internet network was not good and the electricity network often went out, and 3) teachers’ efforts to overcome the obstacles in online learning in pandemic period was conducted offline.
