Performance is critical for the current and future organizational environment, and performance appraisal methods that have focused exclusively on financial performance have limitations; therefore, effective performance measurement should be capable of translating an organization's mission, vision, and strategy into operational objectives and performance measures. financial as well as non-financial success indicators. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of job insecurity and organizational commitment on the performance of nurses at Makassar City Hospital's inpatient unit. This is a quantitative study that combines an observational design with a cross sectional study design. The sample for this research consisted of 84 nurses working in the inpatient unit of Makassar City Hospital. The findings indicated that job insecurity characteristics and organizational commitment had an influence on the performance of nurses at the Makassar City Hospital's Inpatient Installation. The bivariate analysis results indicate that the job insecurity variable has an effect on the performance of nurses in Makassar City Hospital with a value of p = 0.000 0.05, that the job insecurity variable has an effect on the organizational commitment of nurses in Makassar City Hospital with a value of p = 0.000 0.05, and that the variable organizational commitment has an effect on the performance of nurses in Makassar City Hospital with a value of p = 0.000 0.05. It is recommended that the hospital management pay attention to employees, better facilities and benefits, adequate working hours and rest.

Placenta previa is a one of the risks in pregnancy. The research objectives are the factors that influence the incidence of placenta previa in the City Hospital of Prabumulih in 2019. The research method is analytic, using the Cross Sectional approach. The population of this research was all of the maternity mothers in the midwifery room of the Prabumulih City which were 1712 people. The research sample is part of the population of 324 people. The research instrument was a checklist. The results of the study based on univariate analysis revealed that from 324 respondents there were 53 respondents (16.4%) who had placenta previa and 271 respondents (83.6%) who did not have placenta previa, there were 22 respondents (6.8%) who were diagnosed with multiple pregnancy and 302 respondents (93.2%) who were not diagnosed with multiple pregnancy, there were 51 respondents (15.7%) who had a history of curettage and 273 people (84.3%) who had no history of curettage, there were 21 respondents ( 6.5%) who had a tumor and 303 people (93.5%) who did not have a tumor. From the bivariate analysis it is Conclusion there is a significant relationship between multiple pregnancy with the incidence of placenta previa with a P value of 0.000 <α 0.05, there is a significant relationship between the history of curettage with the incidence of placenta previa with a value of P value 0,000 <0.05 and there is a significant relationship between the tumor and the incidence placenta previa with a P value of 0,000 <0.05

Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under five due to chronic malnutrition. One cause of stunting is poor parenting patterns such as feeding in the first 2 years after birth. Exclusive breastfeeding is the best nutrition a baby receives in the first 6 months of life. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of exclusive breastfeeding with the decrease of stunting in children aged 6-23 months in Sosor Lontung Village, Siempat Nempu District, Dairi Regency.  This study used a cross-sectional study design. The sample of this research was children aged 6-23 months as many as 39 people. Data collection was carried out by interview and measurement of children's length / height. Univariate and bivariate data analysis used Chi Square test with ƿ-value <0.05. Based on the bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting with ƿ-value 0.037. The results showed the percentage of stunting in children aged 6-23 months was greater in children who were not given exclusive breastfeeding (50%) than those who received exclusive breastfeeding (17.65%). The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting with a value-value of 0.037. That is, exclusive breastfeeding can reduce the risk of stunting is getting smaller. It is hoped that all babies will receive exclusive breastfeeding so that the baby can grow optimally.

ABSTRACT In this study, we develop a conceptual model of the relationship between job insecurity and job performance, which is mediated by affective organizational commitment and moderated via perceived organizational support in a Chilean company that has undergone downsizing. In this cross-sectional study, we focused on 400 Chilean employees from the retail sector. Our findings indicate that job insecurity negatively influences job performance, which is a relationship that is partially mediated by effective organizational commitment. Moreover, a high level of perceived organizational support helped intensify the effects of the relationship between job insecurity and affective organizational commitment. To minimize the negative effects of job insecurity on the active employees of a downsizing strategy, an effective intervention is required by developing a more realistic communication in terms of a worker's expectations toward the organization.

The objective of this study was to test the developed models with empirical evidence regarding job satisfaction (JS) and organizational commitment (OC) as mediators and influential variables concerning problems with performance appraisal and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The sample consisted of 450 employees who worked at the operational level in automobile parts manufacturing companies in the Navanakorn Industrial Estate, Thailand. The study’s instrument was applied from previous research and verified for content validity and reliability before collecting the data. Structural equation analysis of 5000 rounds of bootstrapping was used to examine the model developed from the empirical data and the influence of problem variables in appraising work performance. The developed model fitted well with the empirical evidence. JS and OC were identified as mediators among problem variables in appraising performance and OCB, while problem variables in appraising work performance influenced OCB through JS and OC. Findings from this study expand our knowledge of this field and are useful for effective human resource management and performance appraisal. The developed model explains the phenomena of problems with performance appraisal concerning fairness, JS, OC, and OCB. JS and OC are useful mediators to explain and expand knowledge in human resource management and performance appraisal.

Berdasarkan data hasil pencapaian Badan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup (BPLH) Kabupaten Majalengka pada bulan Desember tahun 2013, pencapaian di beberapa program masih di bawah target, program pelayanan administrasi perkantoran baru tercapai 89,35% dari target 100%, program pengendalian pencemaran dan kerusakan lingkungan baru tercapai 91,37%  dari target 100%, serta dan program pengembangan kinerja pengolahan persampahan baru tercapai 82,28%  dari target 100%, hal ini merupakan salah satu indikasi belum optimalnya kinerja pegawai. Kinerja pegawai berhubungan dengan berbagai hal, diantaranya faktor kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai BPLH Kabupaten Majalengka Tahun 2014.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analisis deskriptif analitik. Rancangan dalam penelitian ini adalah Cross sectional . Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil BPLH Kabupaten Majalengka dengan sampel sebanyak 93 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tehnik angket menggunakan alat kuesioner, data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan program  SPSS, data dianalisis dengan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat yaitu untuk melihat hubungan antara dua variabel yaitu variabel dependen dan variabel independen. Analisis univariat didapatkan hasil bahwa kepemimpinan dinyatakan baik (51,6%), motivasi dinyatakan baik (57,0), dan lingkungan kerja dinyatakan baik (55,9%). Analisis bivariat dilakukan dengan uji statistik Chi-square dengan batas kemaknaan (α) = 0,05. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan bahwa variabel motivasi (p = 0,007) dan lingkungan kerja (p = 0,005) mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja pegawai sedangkan variabel kepemimpinan (p = 0,116) tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja.Kata kunci           : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja ABSTRACTBased on the achievement data from Badan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup ( BPLH ) Kabupaten Majalengka in December of 2013 , the achievement in some programs still below the target, program office administrative services only reached 89.35 % of the target of 100 % , pollution control and environmental damage programs reached 91.37 % of the target of 100 % , as well as program development and performance of waste processing reached 82.28 % of the target of 100 % , this is one indication of the employee's performance is not optimal. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research analysis.The design  of  this  study  was  cross-sectional .  The  study  population  was  all Civil Servants in BPLH Kabupaten Majalengka with a sample of 93 people . The data was collected using a questionnaire technique, the collected data were processed using SPSS version 17 and analyzed with univariate and bivariate analysis to look at the relationship between two variables: the dependent variable and the independent variables . Univariate analysis showed that leadership is expressed well (51.6 %), the motivation expressed either (57.0 %) , and otherwise good working environment (55.9 %). Bivariate analysis performed by Chi-square statistical test with a significance limit ( α ) = 0.05. Statistical test results showed that motivational variables (p = 0.007) and work environment (p = 0.005) had a significant relationship with employee performance while the leadership variable (p = 0.116) had no significant relationship with employee performance. Abstract: Mother's knowledge about breastfeeding techniques will bring a deep understanding of the good or bad impacts of giving breast milk. The method in this study uses a cross sectional research design with the population of all post-partum mothers in the work area of the Wori Health Center in Manado. Sampling is done by non-probability sampling with pruposive sampling technique. The number of samples is 51 respondents. Data is presented in the form of Frequency Tables. Data analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi-square analysis method. The results of the study, the majority of respondents have good knowledge and attitude. Respondents who use the wrong breastfeeding technique for respondents who have poor attitudes and knowledge. From the chi-square obtained results from the level of knowledge with breastfeeding techniques with a value of p = 0.00 smaller than α = 0.05. Whereas the attitude for breastfeeding technique has a value of p = 0.01 smaller than α = 0.05. In conclusion, the results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes with breastfeeding techniques in postpartum mothers.Keywords: Knowledge Level, Attitude, and Breastfeeding Techniques Abstrak: Pengetahuan ibu tentang teknik menyusui akan membawa pemehaman yang mendalam pada dampak baik ataupun buruknya pemberian ASI. Metode ini menggunakan desain penelitian cros sectional dengan populasi seluruh ibu pasca melahirkan di wilaya kerja Puskesmas Wori Manado. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara non probability sampling dengan teknik pruposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 51 responden. Data disajikan dalam bentuk Frequency Table, Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan metode analisis chi-square. Hasil penelitian, Mayoritas responden memiliki pengetahuan dan sikap yang baik. Responden yang melakukan teknik menyusui yang salah pada responden yang memiliki sikap dan pengetahuan yang kurang baik. Dari hasil uji chi-square didapatkan hasil dari tingkat pengetahuan dengan teknik menyusui dengan nilai p = 0,00 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05. Sedangan untuk sikap dengan teknik menyusui memiliki nilai p= 0,01 ebih kecil dari α = 0,05. Kesimpulan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara Tingkat Pengetahuan dan Sikap dengan Teknik Menyusui Pada Ibu Pasca Melahirkan.Kata Kunci: Tingkat Pengetahuan, Sikap, Dan Teknik Menyusui

In the elderly, environmental stress and decreased cognitive function often cause depression. Depression that is not treated properly can cause an increase in the use of health facilities, a negative influence on the quality of life elderly, and can even cause death. Purpose of this research to know the relationship of cognitive function disorders with depression in the elderly at Posyandu Lansia Ikur Koto working area of the Puskesmas Ikur Koto, Padang. This type of research is correlative analytic with cross-sectional approach. Research has been conducted at posyandu lansia Ikur Koto in February 2019. The samples in this research was elderly who were recorded at the posyandu lansia Ikur Koto there were 51 elderly. Data analysis univariate presented in the form of a frequency distribution table and bivariate analysis using the spearman test using the SPSS program. Result of the 51 respondents, the majority of age was 60-74 years old (70,6%), the highest sex were women (94,1%), the highest education was elementary school (56,9%) ), the most marital status was married (52,9%), the highest health status (58,8%) did not suffer chronic diseases and most medical history does not use drugs (98%),most (72,5%) did not experiencing depression, most (37,3%) had mild cognitive function disorders and there were relationship between cognitive function disorders and depression in the elderly with a value p=0,007<0,05 and r=-0,373. Conclusion is there were significant relationship between cognitive function disorders and depression in the elderly at Posyandu Lansia Ikur Koto working area of the Puskesmas Ikur Koto, Padang.

Human resources as production support must be considered. Problems related to HR that often occur can hinder the performance of an organization. This study aims to see the effect of spirituality at work and spiritual leadership on performance through job satisfaction. Quantitative research method with cross sectional design with 62 respondents. The data was conducted by means of interviews. Bivariate analysis using the person Chi Square test, and Multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that spirituality in the workplace has an effect on job satisfaction (p = 0,000), spirituality at work has an effect on performance (p = 0.022), spirituality has an effect on performance (p = 0.003), and spiritual leadership has no effect on job satisfaction. (p = 0.264), job satisfaction has no effect on performance (p = 0.606), job satisfaction does not mediate between spirituality and performance (t count = 0.431), and job satisfaction does not mediate between spiritual leadership and performance (t count = 0.009). Spirituality at work has an effect on job satisfaction, spirituality in the workplace has an effect on work performance, spiritual leadership has an effect on performance, spiritual leadership has no effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction does not affect performance, job satisfaction does not radiate between spirituality at work and performance and satisfaction. work does not mediate between spiritual leadership and performance of workers in the production section of PT. Makassar Tene.

ABSTRACT The quality of health services is classified as good if the health services provided could cause satisfaction to each patient in accordance with the level of satisfaction of the average population who are the main target of the health service. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of outpatients with the quality of pharmacy services at the Pharmacy Installation at Budi Setia Langowan Hospital. This research is a cross-sectional study with the study sample determined using the accidental sampling method, which is a sampling technique by taking samples randomly. Data were taken by prospective way then analyzed using statistical methods with SPSS analysis program, using bivariate analysis to test the relationship between independent variables, namely the level of outpatient satisfaction with the dependent variable namely Outpatient Service Quality (Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy) given by the hospital to outpatients. The results showed that the value of outpatient patient satisfaction was at a positive index with a value of 0.07 with a CSI value of 87.74, which was in the very satisfied range, thus stating overall of the patients receiving pharmaceutical services at the Budi Setia Langowan Pharmacy Installation, had felt very satisfied. Keywords: Analysis of the level of satisfaction of outpatients, Budi Setia Langowan. ABSTRAK Kualitas pelayanan kesehatan digolongkan baik jika pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan dapat menimbulkan rasa puas pada setiap pasien yang sesuai dengan tingkat kepuasan rata-rata penduduk yang menjadi target utama dari pelayanan kesehatan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan terhadap kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Budi Setia Langowan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross-sectional dengan sampel penelitian ditetapkan menggunakan metode accidental sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dengan mengambil sampel secara bebas. Data yang diambil secara prospektif  kemudian  dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik dengan program analisis SPSS, dengan menggunakan Analisis bivariat untuk melakukan uji hubungan antara variabel bebas yaitu tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan dengan variabel terikat yaitu Mutu Pelayanan Rawat Jalan (Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, dan Emphaty) yang diberikan Rumah Sakit kepada pasien tawat jalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai Ikj kepuasan pasien  rawat jalan berada pada indeks positif dengan nilai 0,07 dengan nilai CSI sebesar 87,74 yang berada pada rentang sangat puas, sehingga menyatakan secara keseluruhan pasien yang menerima pelayanan kefarmasian di Instalasi Farmasi Budi Setia Langowan sudah merasa sanggat puas. Kata kunci : Analisa tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan, Budi Setia Langowan.

Background: Community Health Volunteers (CHVs) are the manifestation of community participation to solve health issues of the community, which is reflected through Integrated Services Post or known as Posyandu activities. Therefore, CHVs selection criteria need to be upgraded to support their performance in delivering community health services. This research aimed at identifying the relationship between the role of leadership and their performance in Posyandu activities. Method: This was a cross-sectional study conducted in Purwomartani village, Sleman, with a total of 68 respondents. Data were collected using validated questionnaires to evaluate the leadership and performance of healthy volunteers. The data were analyzed using Spearman's rank correlation. Results: The respondents comprised 100% females, 71.3% were aged above 41, and 82.4% were housewives, and 83.3% completed their education up to senior high school. The study revealed that 57.4% of respondents showed excellent performance before, during, and after the Posyandu activities. Bivariate analysis revealed that the role of leadership has a significant relationship with the performance of health volunteers (p<0.05). Conclusion: Training on leadership and effective communication is needed to support the role of CHVs to motivate the community to use the facilities for better health status.
