This research aims to provide empirical evidence in the effect of operating cash flow, leverage, and firm size on earnings persistence. The data used on this research is historical secondary data. The data used in this research were taken from website www.idx.co.id. A population in this research were companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) sector food & beverage for the period 2015-2019. Sampling method used is purposive sampling method with a sample of 33 companies. The outcome of this research indicate that operating cash flow & firm size have a positive effect on earning persistence. Meanwhile, leverage  does not affect earning persistence.

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability on stock returns with operating cash flow and firm size as a moderating variable of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2006-2008. The population in this study is all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sample is taken by using purposive sampling method. The hypothesis is tested using regression with variable moderation. Results of this study show that profitability has a positive effect on stock returns, operating cash flow does not significantly moderate the relationship between profitability and stock returns, firm size does not moderate the relationship between profitability and stock returns. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh laba bersih, arus kas operasi, investment opportunity set, dan firm size terhadap dividen kas. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan sub perdagangan eceran yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015–2019. Sampel terdiri dari lima perusahaan yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa laba bersih berpengaruh positif terhadap dividen kas, sedangkan arus kas operasi, investment opportunity set, dan firm size tidak berpengaruh. Hal ini dapat menjadi perhatian bagi perusahaan untuk terus meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba bersih. Dengan laba yang tinggi, para investor akan lebih tertarik untuk menginvestasikan dananya. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of net income, operating cash flow, investment opportunity set, and firm size on cash dividends. This research was conducted on sub-retail trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015–2019 period. The sample consists of five companies, selected using the purposive sampling method. It uses multiple linear regression to test the hypotheses. Results show that net income affects positively cash dividends. While cash flow, investment opportunity set, and firm size does not affect cash dividends. This can be a concern for the company to continue to improve the company's performance in generating net income. With high profits, investors will be more interested in investing their funds.

The study aims to determine the effect of operating cash flow, leverage, and audit opinions on earnings persistence. The population of this study is mining companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. The sample selected by purposive sampling method. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of financial statement companies. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression statistical analysis. The results of this research show that operating cash flow, leverage, and audit opinions simultaneously influence earnings persistence. Partially operating cash flow and leverage significantly influence earnings persistence, whereas, audit opinions do not influence earning persistence.

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of book tax differences and cash flow on earnings persistence. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2015. Sampling technique in this research is done by purposive sampling method. Pursuant to purposive sampling method, sample obtained counted 24 company. The type of this research is associative research using quantitative method. The analytical method used to test the influence of book tax differences and cash flow to earnings persistence is multiple regression method with the help of software SPSS version 22. The results showed that partially, permanent differences significantly negatively affect earnings persistence, temporary differences negatively significant effect on persistence Profit, and cash flow have a significant positive effect on earnings persistence. The purpose of this research is to provide empirical evidence about the effect of operating cash flow, sales volatility, cash flow volatility, operating cycle, and book tax difference on earnings persistence. The company used in this research is manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016 until 2020. Samples of this research were selected based on the purposive sampling method and resulted in 43 companies, therefore the data used for this research amounting to 215 data. The data obtained from these samples were analyzed using multiple regression method. The result of this research show that operating cycle have influence on earnings persistence. While operating cash flow, sales volatility, cash flow volatility, and book tax difference have no influence on earnings persistence.

AbstractThis research aims to examine wether liquidity, profitability, leverage, and operating cash flow can be used as financial distress predictor. Manufacturing companies which were listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2014-2015, were used as samples. This research used purposive sampling method and 96 companies can be used as samples according to the criteria. Data was analyzed using logistic regression. The result showed that only profitability can be used as financial distress predictor, while liquidity, leverage, and operating cash flow cannot.Keywords: Financial Distress, Liquidity, Leverage, Operating Cash Flow, and Profitability

This research aims to analyze the effects of profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth, and firm size towards capital structure (DER) and the impact on firm value (PBV).This research uses secondary data from yearly financial statement of food and baverages companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2013-2017. The research design uses descriptive quantitative research and causality. Sampling method uses purposive sampling method, with some predetermined criteria, the number of sample is 17 manufacturing companies. The analysis technique used is panel data regression. The research results shows that the profitability (ROA) and firm size partially have negative effect and not significant on capital structure (DER). The liquidity (CR) and assets growth partially have negative effect and significantly on capital structure (DER). Then the capital structure (DER) partially have positive effect but not significantly influences the firm value (PBV). The profitability (ROA) partially have positive effect and significant on firm value (PBV). The liquidity (CR) and assets growth partially have negative and significant effect on firm value (PBV), and firm size partially have negative and not significant effect on firm value (PBV). Simultaneously profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth and firm size effect on capital structure (DER). On the other side, simultaneously profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth and firm size have effect on firm value (PBV).

This study aims to examine whether profitability has an effect on firm value, profitability has an effect on capital structure, capital structure has an effect onfirm value and profitability on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable.The study took a sample of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of a company’s annual financial report. During the 2014-2018 period, there were 142 manufacturing companies. The method of determining the sample used in this study is purposive sampling, which is a sampling method determined or determined by researchers in accordance with certain criteria. Manufacturing companies are 42 sample companies. Data is also analyzed using path analysis.The results of the study include (1) profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, (2) profitability has a significant positive effect on capital structure, (3) capital structure has a significant positive effect on firm value, (4) Profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable.

This study aims to determine the effect firm size, rotation audit, and audit fee for audit quality.The population in this study are manufactur companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2015-2018. Using the purposive sampling method, there were 31 companies complying criteria as samples. This study used secondary data from Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Firm size has a significant positive effect on audit quality. (2) rotation audit a significant negative effect on audit quality. (3) audit fee has a significant positive effect on audit quality.
