Information technology is a technology used to process data, including processing, obtaining, compiling, storing, manipulating data in various ways to produce relevant, accurate and timely information, which is used for personal, business and government purposes and is strategic information for decision making, in recording fixed assets for example, must be managed properly because the need for the data is frequent intensity, the number of items is not small so it is impossible to memorize, the calculation of depreciation of fixed assets of a company needs to be done at the end of every year because it will affect the book value and depreciation expense on the balance sheet and depreciation expense on fixed assets on the income statement. This depreciation calculation can also be used as a reference in the allocation to purchase new assets if the existing fixed assets can no longer be used. Obstacles in preparing depreciation reports if not resolved immediately will have a bad impact on schools, for example being late in submitting annual tax reports due to the long preparation of depreciation reports will result in schools being fined for being late in reporting the annual corporate tax return. With the accounting information system for depreciation of fixed assets, it is expected that it will facilitate officers in managing fixed asset data and depreciation reports. The new system that will be designed is web-based, so that it can be accessed at any time by interested parties and makes coordination time more effective.

Financial ratios are very important in a company, because it is the most effective way to find out financial data on a company by comparing the current financial statements of the company with the previous one. To facilitate this comparison, book closure can be done. Closing the book itself is useful to determine the company's financial position before closing, by looking at the final results of the profit and loss. It is known that the process of closing the book takes a long time with extra precision. However, this has become easier by using WBAOS (Web Based Accounting Online System) 2.0, because companies are more flexible in preparing financial statements, starting from the lane balance sheet, income statement, to the periodic cash flow, where this cash flow provides relevant information regarding cash in and out of the company.   Keywords: WBAOS, Financial Ratios and Book Closure.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the analysis of the termination of fixed asset recognition at PT Central Light Concrete based on SAK-ETAP. The method in the study is descriptive with a qualitative approach, namely by providing an overview of the analysis of the termination of fixed assets at PT Central Light Concrete based on SAK-ETAP. In conducting this research, the author uses data collection methods by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that when a fixed asset usage discontinuation occurs because it is damaged or not in accordance with the new production concept, PT Central Light Concrete has not terminated the recognition of fixed assets. PT Central Light Concrete still charges the depreciation of these fixed assets in the income statement and recognizes those fixed assets in the balance sheet. The conclusion in this study is that PT Central Light Concrete has not implemented the termination of recognition of damaged fixed assets or fixed assets that are no longer used before the useful life is used up and still records the depreciation of the fixed assets. This is not in accordance with SAK-ETAP where the entity must stop recognizing fixed assets when released or when no future economic benefits are expected from their use or disposal. Gains or losses arising from derecognition of property and equipment must be recognized in the income statement at the end of the period. Fixed assets that have been derecognized must also be written off from the company's fixed assets list and balance sheet at the end of the period. It is intended that the financial statements presented can help the Management of PT Central Light Concrete in making decisions or policies. This study aims to explore the role of actors in presenting financial statements and those who manage assets in performing the presentation of fixed assets figures in the balance sheet. These actors consist of the major parts in various stories. Dramaturgy was employed as a method to analyze the roles, coupled with an analysis of impression management from John and Pittman Taxonomy. A thorough research review was conducted on the front stage. In some scenes, the actors performed intimidation when forcing other actors to present the asset data instantly. In another time, ingratiation was done to cover the weak-nesses when the assets caretaker felt neglected. The role of self-promotion was performed by the Financial Manager of Regional Work Unit (PPK-SKPD) when he wanted to show that he had worked hard to prepare the balance sheet and refuses to bear the errors when the balance sheet presenting assets data was in trouble. Impression management techniques were used entirely by the actors to show the desired self-image, at certain time and in cer-tain circumstances. The roles played by the actors give rise to the phenomenon that the fixed assets figures presented in the balance sheet rest on the condition of incomprehension, dependency, and distrust between the actors. The presentation of fixed assets figures in the balance sheet shows a series of accounting process filled by conflict, as seen throughout the show. This research is expected to increase the study in the context of academic on the topic of fixed assets, particularly in the public sector (government).

Subject. January 1, 2020, there came into effect a new edition of Russian Accounting Standard (PBU) 18/02, Accounting for Deferred Taxes on Corporate Income, which introduced the balance sheet approach to assessing deferred taxes. Therefore, the Russian accountants have to revise the way they have been applying PBU 18/02, and adjust the previous deferred taxes respectively. Objectives. We analyze methodological issues of accruing deferred taxes in relation to accounting for fixed assets when recognizing, measuring, remeasuring and constructing contingent liabilities for repair and others, which were introduced by PBU 18/02 as transactions resulting in timing differences. Methods. The study employs the systems analysis and logic generalization of legislative and regulatory documents and special literature on the issues under study. Results. Illustrating fixed asset transactions, we find that it is necessary to master the balance sheet method of accruing deferred taxes, including the coming changes in some provisions of PBU 6/01, Accounting for Fixed Assets. Conclusions and Relevance. Poor knowledge of the balance sheet complicates, inter alia, the use of the balance sheet method to accrue deferred taxes. Thus, it is reasonable to make methodological recommendations on the use of the balance sheet method to assess deferred taxes in line with the coming amendments to the existing standards and expedite mastering IFRS. The findings are designated for research, practice and training of accountants and auditors, and make suggestions on the improvement of the national accounting methodology, which would pursue the convergence of the modern international practices.
