The more rapid development of universities in Indonesia, the competition between universities is getting bigger so that the quality and facilities of each university greatly affect the attractiveness and competitiveness of universities. College of Computer Informatics Management (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang has 672 students. The campus of STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang has three departments, namely, first-class informatics engineering, undergraduate information systems and D3 informatics engineering with each accredited B. The development and improvement of lecture and practicum facility services at (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang is very important to be monitored and maintained. If the campus has provided services and facilities for students but these services and facilities are not monitored and maintained, sooner or later the services and facilities provided will be damaged and can no longer be used. The purpose of this research is to build a complaint information system website for lecture facilities and practicum to help and facilitate students. Based on the results of the test analysis using the Slovin method, there is an average value of 87% with Strongly Agree (SS) criteria. Even with the index value, when viewed based on the type of variable, there are several question items with unfavorable criteria. Question items with these criteria need to be considered for future website development. In the future, the website development will take into account the lowest index value of each indicator, especially those with poor and bad criteria.

With the rapid development of social productive forces and increasingly higher level of social life, the sports humanity as the core spirit of sports culture in informational times, which is the sum of the psychological aspects of sports culture from the cultural spirit. Its essence is the pursuit of truth, good and beautiful as the core values and ideals, people's healthy development as the ultimate goal. This paper discusses basic mode ,the basic framework of the multimedia sports humanistic information system, the processing technology, development environment ,tools and methods . Through the analysis program implementation elements and design ideas of multimedia sports humanistic information system, in order to set up multimedia sports humanistic information systems, we proposes a viable framework and models with a theoretical basis and practical value.

AbstrakBelakangan ini hampir seluruh universitas yang ada di indonesia memiliki sistem informasi alumninya sendiri-sendiri. Sistem informasi alumni mampu memberikan informasi tentang kondisi alumninya setelah menyelesaikan masa perkuliahannya. Alumni merupakan aktor yang berperan penting dalam pendidikan. Saat ini jurusan Informatika Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang telah memiliki website alumni. Permasalahannya belum adanya sistem yang memberikan alumni rekomendasi grup pada sistem, sehingga para alumni mampu saling bertukar informasi didalamnya. Dengan adanya data alumni dan juga di dukung dengan adanya tracer study, dapat di bentuk suatu rekomendasi grup dari data tracer study. K-medoid adalah metode pengelompokan data ke  dalam  sejumlah cluster  tanpa  adanya  struktur  hirarki antara satu dengan yang lainnya. Algoritma k-medoid memiliki nilai coefficient yang lebih tinggi di bandingkan dengan k-means dalam penelitian ini. Yang mana k-medoid mendapatkan nilai rata-rata Silhouette Score 0.7325888099 dalam pengujian dengan jumlah cluster 5 dan perulangan sebanyak 10 kali. Jika dibandingkan dengan k-means yang hanya memiliki nilai rata-rata Silhouette Score 0.6872873866.AbstractLately, Almost all universities in Indonesia have their own alumni information systems. The alumni information system is able to provide information about the condition of its alumni after collage graduation. Alumni are actors who play important role in education. Currently, the Department of Informatics, Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Malang has an alumni website.  The problem is the absence of system that gives alumni group recommendation on the system, so that alumni are able to exchange information in this website. With the alumni data and also supported by the existence of a tracer study, it can be formed as group recommendation from the data tracer study. Clustering is one of tools in data mining that aims to group object into clusters. K-medoid is a method of grouping data into a number of clusters without hierarchical structure from one another. The k-medoid algorithm has higher coefficient value compared to k-means in this study. This K-medoid gets an average value of Silhouette Score 0.7325888099 in testing with the number of clusters 5 and repetitions 10 times. When compared with k-means which only has an average value of Silhouette Score 0.6872873866.

The rapid development of computer technology and information greatly helps work in storing, accessing to data processing becomes faster and easier, this has triggered various fields in utilizing this with the use of computer-based information systems, especially for intelligence units in western security police. The system that will be created uses access to the virtual host-based client server. Modeling used UML modeling, this system is built using PHP programming language and MYSQL database. The results of the study show that the information system designed can process criminal data and is able to be implemented at the research site..

Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology, network information technology is widely applied to various enterprise departments. In order to meet the increasing social needs, power companies have also built power network information systems. The establishment of the network information system has been put into use, which has greatly improved the efficiency of the power enterprise. However, the security risks of network information systems have followed. Once the network is damaged by the attack, it will cause the power system to fail to operate normally, which will inevitably cause significant losses. Power system information security issues threaten the security of the power system and the entire power industry. Studying the information security of power systems, how to protect the power information network from threats, how to ensure the safe and stable supply of electricity to the whole society, and striving to develop a safe and effective power network information system is an important issue facing the development of information technology.

With more and more public attention and rapid development of computer and information technology, it is necessary for comprehensive games being equipped with information system. Venue Result System (VRS) is the core system in communication and information system of the Comprehensive games. In this paper, the existing problem and deficiencies in current information systems used in important games which are held in China or other countries are analyzed. According to the building and developing experience of information systems used in comprehensive games in many years into full consideration, the system is analyzed and designed by means of software engineering and then there are the overall technology framework of the system, different functional subsystems and the mechanism and flow of data interaction.

The Bengkayang Regional Secretariat is a regional apparatus that has the task of formulating policies in Regional Government whose main task is to assist Assistant III in the Administration and General Affairs in institutional arrangement, organizational development, management and performance of regional apparatus. However, this research focuses on the organizational part whose task is to produce output in the form of Regent Regulations, Regional Regulations and Decrees and so on. The purpose of this research is to analyze the use of information systems and propose a number of application portfolios that can support planning and realization to improve office performance. As seen from the development, the office is still working on various tasks manually and there is no information system that supports the operational performance of the office. This information system strategic planning uses the Ward and Peppard framework supported by a SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats), Value Chain (main activity and support for internal offices), McFarlan Strategic Grid (Mapping applications). Research with this method provides recommendations that have a big influence in optimizing the application of information systems and increasing the effectiveness of performance so that the vision, mission and goals of the organization can be achieved by following the increasingly rapid development of technology. Proposals for information systems that can be implemented within the next 3 years, namely e-formation, SIOTAK, SI MONEV, SI SPPD and SI Staff Reference.

Sistem pemerintahan berbasis elektronik atau e-Government ditujukan untuk mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang bersih, efektif, transparan, dan akuntabel, serta pelayanan publik yang berkualitas dan terpercaya. ISO/IEC 25010 merupakan standar internasional dalam mengevaluasi sistem informasi. Penggunaan ISO/IEC 25010 untuk mengevaluasi kualitas sistem informasi dengan menggunakan product quality, dimana prosesnya mengacu pada karakteristik dari sebuah produk sistem informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kualitas Sistem Informasi Pengukuran Prestasi Kerja berdasarkan ISO/IEC 25010. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kualitas SIRANSIJA berada pada kategori Berkualitas dengan nilai rata–rata 73. Karakteristik Portability memiliki persentase tertinggi dengan nilai 76%, Usability 75%, Reliability 74% Security 73%, Maintainability 73%, dan Performance Efficiency 73%. Karakteristik dengan nilai terendah yaitu: Functional Suitability 71%, dan Compatibility 71%. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat dijadikan pertimbangan atau rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas SIRANSIJA dengan melihat karakteristik yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna atau sebaliknya. The electronic-based government system or e-Government is aimed at actualizing clean, effective, transparent, and accountable governance as well as quality and reliable public services. ISO/IEC 25010 is an international standard in evaluating information systems. It is used to evaluate the quality of information systems by using product quality, where the process refers to the characteristics of an information system product. This study aims to evaluate the quality of the Work Performance Measurement Information System based on the ISO/IEC 25010. However, this study employs a descriptive quantitative method. The results show that the SIRANSIJA quality level is in the excellence category with an average value of 73. Portability characteristic has the highest percentage with a value of 76%, Usability is 75%, Reliability is 74%, Security is 73%, Maintainability is 73%, Performance Efficiency is 73%, the lowest score is Functional Suitability of 71%, and Compatibility is 71%. These results can also be used as considerations or recommendations to improve the quality of SIRANSIJA by considering the characteristics that have a significant effect on user satisfaction or vice versa.

The rapid development of today’s tehnology makes itu possible to tranform a manual system to a computerized system. And it can also be applied to PT.Fas jawara who is still using manual system in recording the receipt of the project, work order making, news making events and invoices. Monitoring the implementation of information systems PT.Fas Jawara can provide benefits that such work would be more effective and efficient. Methodolody of data collection and analysis using theoretical analyzes and acceptance of information systems in general and monitoring projects are running. And inteviews with the company concerned to find out the problems and to investigate the acceptance of  business process projects, making work order, create invoices and news system that runs the show. For the analysis and design of information system is using with the object oriented approach where evertything is described in the notation. At least the acceptance of information system and monitoring can runs as excected and allows users to apply

Abstract. PT Bintang Sidoraya Information Systems with Sales Forecasting Using Statistical Parabolic Projection Method. The problem that often occurs in companies is the sales prediction in the future period based on data and information in the previous period. These predictions will affect the decisions taken by management for stock availability for the coming period. Due to the demand for goods shipping from around all major cities in Indonesia, sufficient stock availability is needed to minimize the possibility of losing customers. This research was conducted to build an information system application to record data and accompanied by forecasting features using the Statistical Parabolic Projection method. The result of this research is an information system that successfully predicts sales that can facilitate the stock availability calculation for the future period.Keywords: PT Bintang Sidoraya, information systems, Statistical Parabolic Projection Abstrak. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada perusahaan ialah prediksi penjualan di periode yang akan datang berdasarkan data dan informasi pada periode sebelumnya. Prediksi tersebut akan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan yang diambil oleh manajemen untuk berapa persediaan stok periode yang akan datang. Karena permintaan pengiriman barang yang hampir mencakupi seluruh kota besar di Indonesia, diperlukan persediaan stok yang cukup untuk meminimalkan terjadinya potensi kehilangan pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membangun aplikasi sistem informasi untuk melakukan perekapan data dan disertai fitur peramalan menggunakan metode Statistical Parabolic Projection. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah sebuah sistem informasi yang berhasil melakukan prediksi penjualan yang dapat mempermudah penentuan jumlah stok pada periode mendatang.Kata kunci: PT Bintang Sidoraya, information systems, Statistical Parabolic Projection
