In order to study the manifestation of data sense and identify ways of thinking about variability in authentically realistic problems in a group of Chilean fifth-grade students, a lesson plan was designed and implemented, within the framework of statistical literacy and using the “lesson study” modality, in which students were urged to make inferences based on the analysis of data corresponding to the tsunami that struck the Chilean coast in 2010. This article focuses on the qualitative study of the data representations produced by two groups of students during the implementation of the lesson plan. The analysis of the behavior of the tsunami carried out by the students led them to work simultaneously with nominal qualitative, ordinal qualitative, discrete quantitative, and continuous quantitative variables; to create new variables; to construct representations of data (multiple bar graphs and frequency tables); and to make inferences based on the data. We conclude that the use of an authentic context and the construction of their own representations promoted data sense in students and facilitated the development of their statistical thinking, through which they were able to recognize, describe, and explain the variability of the phenomenon. Abstract: Spanish Con el propósito de estudiar la manifestación del sentido del dato e identificar las formas de razonar la variabilidad en problemas auténticamente realistas en un grupo de estudiantes chilenos de quinto grado de primaria, se diseñó e implementó un plan de clases, en el marco de alfabetización estadística y bajo la modalidad “lesson study”, en el que se instó a los estudiantes a hacer inferencias a partir del análisis de los datos correspondientes al tsunami que azotó la costa de Chile en 2010. Este artículo se centra en el estudio cualitativo de las representaciones de datos producidas por dos grupos de estudiantes durante la implementación del plan de clases. El análisis del comportamiento de los datos del tsunami realizado por los estudiantes los llevó a trabajar simultáneamente con variables cualitativas nominales, cualitativas ordinales, cuantitativas discretas y cuantitativas continuas; crear nuevas variables; elaborar representaciones de datos (gráfico de barras múltiples y tabla de frecuencias); y hacer inferencias basadas en los datos. Se concluye que el uso de un contexto auténtico y la construcción de representaciones propias, promovieron en los estudiantes el sentido del dato y facilitaron el desarrollo de su pensamiento estadístico, pudiendo reconocer, describir y explicar la variabilidad del fenómeno.

Teachers make various efforts to improve student learning outcomes. Therefore, it is needed a learning action that can enliven the students' motivation in achieving good values, individually or in groups. One way is to implement cooperative learning. In this learning students are required to work together in small groups to solve a problem and the group's primary goal is toward success. STAD type cooperative learning is based on an idea where students work together in a group and participate personally in the learning activities of their group members. Based on the background of the problems can be formulated as follows: "if the implementation of cooperative learning model STAD can improve learning outcomes of students in class V SDN 06  IPA in Perawang Barat in green plant matter?"               The purpose of this research is to improve learning outcomes IPA fifth grade students of SDN 06 Perawang Barat on green plant material.The research method was classroom action research.This research was conducted at SDN 06 Perawang Barat.The research time is from February to May 2014. The subjects were students of class V SDN 06 Perawang Barat in academic year 2013/2014, amounting to 32 students consisting of 14 male - male and 18 female students.Instruments of the research areconsisting of syllabus, assessment system, lesson plan, and student work sheet. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the implementation of cooperative learning model STAD able to improve learning outcomes IPA class V SDN 06 in Perawang Barat. Educators often use reptiles as ambassadors of environmental messages during presentations because of their ease of transport and handling. Although learners may be provided opportunities to touch or hold these animals, this presents a variety of safety and liability issues for the learner and animal. Little is known about whether touching or holding an animal influences perceptions of the animal and related environmental issues. This qualitative study investigated the perceptions of 16 fifth grade students who experienced a live, tactile encounter with a corn snake and Eastern box turtle while participating in an educational class using four focus groups. Regardless of whether students touched the snake or turtle, or fully held the animal, participants noted the uniqueness of the experience and their empathy for the animal and its habitat. Students who fully held the animal thought that they learned more during the experience while students who touched the animal mentioned getting to know the animal better, regardless of whether the animal was a snake or turtle. When learners are unable to completely hold a snake or turtle, educators should consider the equally positive outcomes that can result from touching these animals with two fingers and provide opportunities for such experiences.

This classroom action research aims to improve learning outcomes math class V students SD Negeri 004 Teluk Binjai Dumai Timur through cooperative learning team asissted individualization (TAI), conducted in September-November 2011. The subjects fifth grade students numbering SD Negeri 004 Teluk Binjai Dumai Timur students. Parameters measured research is student learning, student activities, complete learn student and teacher activities. The research instrument used consisted of two research instruments are instruments learning device consists of a syllabus, lesson plan (RPP), student worksheet (LKS) and data collection instruments consist of observation sheet student activity, observation sheet activities of teachers, test sheet. The results showed mastery learning in the first cycle was (60.00%) and the second cycle (93.30%). It can be concluded from the results of fifth grade students learn math SD Negeri 004 Teluk Binjai Dumai Timur can be improved through the cooperative model type asissted team individualization (TAI).

The purpose of this study is to improve the activities and learning outcomes of Bahasa Indonesia subject matter, and the topic isabout intrinsic and extrinsic elements of prose literature work. The method used is crossword puzzle method for grade V studentsof state elementary school no 165 Pekanbaru. This research is classroom action research (CAR) with guidance from classroomaction research Wardani and Kuswaya Wihardiet (2019). classroom action research was conducted in two cycles. To find outstudents' knowledge, a pre-cycle test is conducted. Then the planning for correction is carried out in cycle I and cycle II. Thesubject of the study was the fifth grade students of state elementary school no 165 Pekanbaru, with the number is 45 students.Data collection method is carried out based on documentation, observation, and tests. Data analysis techniques by analyzingdata through data collection, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This CAR is carried out in two cycles, each cyclearranges lesson plan, Procedures for implementing, evaluating, reflecting, learning outcomes of Bahasa Indonesian with a totalscore 3230 averaging 70.22; the first cycle is 3353 with an average of 48.89; and cycle II increased to 97.78. For studentscompleteness in pre-cycle is 26.67 cycle I increased to 48.85% and cycle II becomes 97.78%. It can be concluded that the use ofcrossword puzzle method can improve learning outcomes and learning activities of fifth grade students of state elementary schoolno 165 Pekanbaru.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis masalah kontekstual untuk meningkatkan kemampuan metakognisi siswa sekolah dasar. Proses pengembangan perangkat terdiri dari tahap pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), dan pengembangan (develop). Perangkat yang dikembangkan meliputi rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, lembar kerja, tes metakognisi, dan kuesioner kemampuan metakognisi pada materi Kelipatan Persekutuan Terkecil (KPK) dan Faktor Persekutuan Terbesar (FPB). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan validasi ahli, observasi, kuesioner, dan tes. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas lima SDN Kalitengah I Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran berbasis masalah kontekstual yang dikembangkan berkualitas baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari keterlaksanaan pembelajaran berkatergori baik, aktivitas siswa berkategori baik, respon metakognisi siswa berkategori positif, ketuntasan hasil belajar metakognisi siswa secara klasikal tercapai. Kemampuan metakognisi siswa menunjukkan hal yang lebih baik dalam hal kesadaran merencanakan, memonitor, dan mengevaluasi proses pemecahan masalah saat dan sesudah pembelajaran berbasis masalah kontekstual. Kata kunci: pembelajaran matematika, metakognisi, pendidikan dasar   ABSTRACT This study aims to develop contextual problem based learning instruments to improve elementary school students metacognition. The process consists of define, design, and develop. The research instruments include lesson plan, worksheet, test, and questionnaire of metacognitive ability in the topic of Least Common Multiple (LCM) and Greatest Common Divisor. The data collection was conducted through expert validation, observation, questionnaire, and test. The subjects of the study were the fifth grade students of SDN Kalitengah I Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo. The findings show good quality of the developed learning instruments. More specifically, the implementation of the teaching and learning process, student activity, students metacognition learning outcome, students metacognition response, and metacognition abilit are in good category. The students metacognition show better in awareness of planning, monitoring, and evaluating problem solving process during and after contextual based learning. The background of this study is the low result of fifth grade students learn math A SDN 013Buluh Kasap Dumai. Of the 32 students, only 7 students who achieve specified KKM is 65. Tothe researchers conduct classroom action research with the aim to improve learningoutcomes VA SDN 013 Buluh Kasap Dumai math grade students through interactive learningmodel, the study was conducted in February 2012. The subjects were students SDN 013 BuluhKasap Dumai VA classes totaling 32 students. The data used in this research is data ofstudent learning outcomes, student activities, complete learn student and teacher activities.Instruments used in this study consisted of two research instruments are instruments learningdevice consists of a syllabus, lesson plan, student worksheets and data collection instrumentsconsist of observation of student activity sheets, teacher activity observation sheet, a testsheet. The results showed mastery of students in each cycle has increased, the base score isthe number of students who completed 7 students (21.90%), in the first cycle the number ofstudents who pass increases with the number of 16 students (50.00%), the second cycleincreases with the number of student mastery of 25 students (78.12%). It can be concludedfrom the results of fifth grade students learn math A SDN 013 Buluh Kasap Dumai can beimproved through the application of interactive learning model.

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Efetivitas Konseling Behavioral Dengan Teknik modeling  melalui lesson study untuk meningkatkan Self Nurturance  siswa kelas X BDPM A SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. Penelitian ini termasuk “quasi exsperiment”. Desain eksperimen yang digunakan adalah Pretest Postest Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa siswi kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja yang berjumlah 71 siswa. Melalui teknik random sampling, 34 siswa ditempatkan dikelompok eksperimen dan 37 siswa ditempatkan pada kelompok kontrol. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, buku harian dan kuesioner Self Nurturance. Kuesioner self nurturance telah teruji validitas dan realibilitasnya. Analisis data kuesioner menggunakan metode Alpha Cronbach. Penelitian in menggunakan uji Independent Samples t-test dengan bantuan JASP Version 0.7.5.5 menunjukkan nilai hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan Independent Samples t-test, mendapatkan t  = 9.347 dengan p < 0.05. Pengujian Effect Size (ES) menunjukkan tingkat keefektifan yang tinggi (ES= 2.221). Hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling efektif untuk meningkatkan Self Nurturance siswa kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. Kata-kata kunci : Konseling Behavioral, Lesson Study, Self Nurturance, Teknik Modeling AbstractThis study aims to determine the difference of Fifth grade IPS learning outcomes of elementary school in Gugus II Tejakula Sub-district on even semester of 2017/2018 between group of students who are taught using Course Review Horay learning model with audio visual and group of students who are not taught using Course Review Horay learning model. This research is quasi experiment with non equivalent design post-test only control group design. The population of this study is all Fifth grade of elementary school students in Gugus II Tejakula sub-district academic year 2016/2017 in total of 162 students. The sample in this study is Fifth grade students of SD Negeri 5 Les in total 30 students and Fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Les counted 39 people, determined by random sampling technique. The result was obtained through multiple choice instrument test method which analyzed by using descriptive statistical and inferential statistical test (t-test). The result showed that there was a significant effect of IPS learning outcomes between groups of students who were taught using learning model of Course Reviews Horay helped by audio visual media and group of students who were not taught of using Course Review Horay model, with t-count = 2,384 bigger than t-tab = 1,980. This means that the difference application of learning model can affect the Fifth grade's IPS learning outcomes in Gugus II Tejakula sub-district even semester of academic year 2017/2018. Recommendation for the teachers in improving the Fifth grade's IPS learning outcomes in Sub-district II Tejakula is to use learning model of Course Review Horay assisted by audio visual media. Keywords: Behavioral Counseling, Lesson Study, Self Nurturance, Modeling Techniqu

The purpose of this study were (i) To see the picture of the application of thematic learning model terintegrasinilai character to the interest of students of class V SDN 48 Bone Pangkep district. (ii) To see the picture of class V student interest SDN 48 Pangkep Bone district before and after the integrated thematic learning model character value. (iii) To see the effect of the application of thematic integrated learning model character values to the interest of students of class V SDN 48 Bone Pangkep district.This research is quantitative research type True Experiment Design. The technique of collecting data through questionnaires student interest. The population in this study is the fifth grade students of the school year 2015/2016 The samples in this study were taken from the school SDN 48 Bone ie fifth grade students who totaling 50 people from the large number of the population. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis.The results showed that the application of learning models thematic integrated character value consisting of phase Competency Mapping Basic, stage Establish network theme, stage Develop syllabus, stage menyusunan Lesson Plan (RPP), stage of implementation and Phase evaluation is generally done well based on results and implementation , Student interest in learning in class V SDN 48 Bone regency Pangkep before the application of thematic integrated learning model character values that are in the low category, both in the experimental group and the control group. There is increasing interest in students in the high category in the experimental group after treatment given thematic integrated learning model character values while the control group in the low category. The use of integrated thematic learning model character values affect the interest of students of class V SDN 48 Bone Pangkep district.

Lesson study is an activity carried out collaboratively by teachers in planning a creative, effective and communicative learning process so that the desired learning objectives can be achieved. Student learning activities in learning science are observed using a scientific approach that is the ability of students to observe objects, submit questions, gather information, associate and communicate learning materials. The purpose of this study is to determined the increase in student learning activities in science learning through lesson study in MIN 3 Langsa and MIN 2 Aceh Tamiang. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive. The sample of this study consisted of 60 fifth grade students from 30 MIN 3 Langsa students and 30 MIN 2 Aceh Tamiang students. The sampling technique used by purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through observation sheets totaling 15 items consisting of 5 indicators of learning activities. Data were analyzed by comparing the average score of each item with the maximum score using the percentage formula. The results showed an increase in student learning activities in science learning in both Madrasah Ibtidaiyah namely 32.98% MIN 2 Aceh Tamiang and 42.16% MIN 3 Langsa. Thus it can be concluded that student learning activities in science learning can be improved through lesson study
